Great service! Miguel hooked my car quickly and drove my wife and I home safely. Loved that not only was he easy to talk to and made us comfortable, but his truck was also nice and clean. Thanks to Miguel for making this a little less stressful for us.
They came out in the middle of the night (12:30 - 1:30 am) in under an hour, drove over 40 miles and then left my vehicle with great precision in my little driveway. Alex, the driver that night, was friendly and courteous throughout the entire trip. Thank you so much for taking a bad experience and turning it into one that made me feel a lot better. I would highly recommend Metro Towing and call them again, even if it's not something my insurance would cover.

My wife lost car keys on trail at 9000' deep in Yosemite. I knew we were screwed from that moment. Roadside assistance through my insurance was simply a disaster as expected and left us stranded another night. Park services was useless other than advising a day late that we arrange our own tow. This is not easy. Many companies simply won't go up there or they charge a fortune. Arrahien didn't even receive my coordinates but came up from Modesto anyway to try to help us out. Their quote was fair for the distance. One company wanted $1000 for only a chance at service in 5 hrs. It was a difficult spot, but Arrahien were skillful and made it look easy. The driver was super professional, spotlessly clean truck, and friendly and fun to talk to for the long drive. I can't recommend them highly enough. Sidenote, a Chinese couple had been stranded at Yosemite gate for an 11/2 hrs, no English, keys locked in the car. Arrahien used his translator app to communicate with them and had them back on the road in less than 10 minutes.
Driver arrived a lot faster than expected! Really friendly and professional got me and my car safely to the mechanics and was really good at his job great experience!

Edgar is the man who runs the business, he was so nice and friendly when he helped me this morning! Very honest man that i would recommend to anybody.
I called OnThe Go Towing on a Friday afternoon for a disabled and stranded vehicle in the center divide of Hwy 99. Edgar immediately went to the location and determined it was safe to recover the vehicle and get it off of the freeway. While chatting with him, he determined it was the fuel pump and suggested a reasonable mechanic to fix it. I used his recommendation and the whole process was seamless at an affordable price. I Was coming home from work and clutch went out on 99 exit during commuter traffic, I googled tow truck and found on the go towing. They came within 15 mins and helped me get out of the middle of traffic. Service is A-1 I definitely recommend this company. Very professional and friendly service. Incredibly fast and reliable service. I ran out of diesel on a holiday Weekend and Downtown Motors Tow was on site refueling and assisting in the restart of my vehicle within 30 minutes. Definitely recommend for any towing or service needs!
Called for service.. said they would be there in about an hour.. called and they said they would be on their way.. 2 hours passed.. no one showed up. We just decided to call and cancel.
I’m 8months pregnant and they were the only tow company that came to help and brought me safe home I would definitely use again great company much appreciated.

Jay was awesome and got to my car as soon as he could!! He kept the situation funny but was also caring! Highly recommend this towing company, I’ve dealt with some in the past and they were not as friendly or kind as Jay!
This towing service was great. I was not able to be with my car when they were going to pick it up. They kept me updated every step of the way. Help me feel safe and know that my car was in good hands. And Oscar was the best!! Highly recommended!!!!
They suck at communicating! Worst service ever!!! The truck driver was great, but the people handling the phone calls sucked and gave me false timeframes. I had my pick up time set through geico for 3pm, called the company when the tow truck did not arrive, they said it would arrive between 3:30-3:40 Instead. I waited and called again, the woman on the phone said it would be another 8 mins, did not arrive!!! I called again, a male picked up this time and said he would have his driver call me to give me an ETA, he never did. At this point, I left around 4:20 to get my rental because I did not want to continue waiting for false hope. On my drive there, I receive a text saying that the tow truck will not arrive around until 6:24!! So during the time when I’m getting my rental, it is 4:58ish, the tow truck driver finally calls and says he is there. I ask him to wait 20 minutes as I finish up with my rental process and drive back! He says he needs to check in with the company, the company calls me and that same male gives me so much attitude, finally coming to agreement with me after I tell them that they had me waiting for 2 hours and explained how I received that new ETA text. His response was “I don’t know why it did that but we are only waiting 20 mins and that’s it” despite the fact that they had me waiting. Terrible. IGNORANT!
I would not recommend this business at all. My warranty insurance provider called them for the tow and informed me the eta was 90-120. It actually took a little over the two hours. The tow truck driver was friendly but he took the car to the wrong address. The driver had my number and didn’t call me to let me know that he was having trouble finding the shop. He text me after he dropped the car at his employers lot and told me shop denied having an appointment with me. Well, of course they denied it, it was the wrong shop. The correct shop was near by, around the corner street. So, the next day I had to get my my warranty insurance provider to call them again to tow it to correct shop. These guys tried to claim they received the wrong address but I saw the order and it had the right address. Now these guys will probably threaten me with their lawyer as they have to previous customers, as you can see in previous reviews. Well, I have records of all the calls (with times) and I have the text messages between me and the driver and their dispatcher.
The driver (Jay) was very helpful and courteous during this stressful time. During something as stressful as a vehicle not working miles from home, he did a fantastic job putting me at ease. Cannot rate highly enough !

Unprofessional and not skilled enough to actually do their job. This is twice I've had bad experiences with this company. I wish insurances would just stop dealing with them. From now on I'm requesting any company but this one. If you have a lowered car stay far, far, FAR away from these guys.
The guy showed up in the time he said he was. He was very helpful! And had a cute little doggy named Towey! I didn’t get his name but thank you for all your help! Also very reasonably priced ! def will be calling again if I need a tow !
I was giving an estimate time of 45 minutes. After an hour and a half of waiting decided to call back to check the ETA driver said he was going to call me back to locate the driver didn't hear from for 30 minutes call back no response no answer horrible service

Person I spoke to over the phone was very rude. My mechanic highly recommended them so i decided to still have them do the tow. I should've trusted my gut and gone elsewhere. Way overpriced and horrible customer service.
spoke to salvin not sure how to spell her name, i called her to giver her additonal info regarding an undecking case and she straight up sounded frustrated, put me on hold and hanged up.
BAD.... I called in to see about a tow after being hit, on river road. The lady on the phone was nice BUT after she placed me on hold to talk to their driver she came back on to tell me the driver said no, he refused to come out..... I will NEVER EVER ever ever EVER use them again.... It's unfortunate for them because believe me I talk ..... The word is out on FB bad reviews and any person asking for a tow, I'll never refer them either.

My brother's vehicle was in a car accident early in the day. We went to pay the fees to get the vehicle towed back home. The ladies in the reception area were professional, explained the documentation needed in order to release vehicle. We came back with the correct documents and paid the fees. They let us know it would be a couple of hours to deliver the vehicle. I was impressed, in my experience, with tow companies, they usually say 45 min. I felt they were honest and gave us a true time frame. To our surprise, Gaylene(tow truck driver) called and let us know she was at the house before the given ETA. Very high skilled individual. Let us know the level of damage to the vehicle, is basically a pile of scrap but my brother's attached.. so long story short she maneuvered the tow in such a way that the pile of what was once a Silverado fit perfectly into the area my brother wanted. Gaylene is MY HERO!! Thank you for caring and professionalism.

I called Stanislaus Towing for a lockout, they were understanding to my needs. I explained that I was at home, locked my keys in the car by accident and had places to be at a certain time. They did their best to help me out of a jam. They gave me an ETA when they would show up, they were on time and priced right. I made my appointments that day, I was a little late, however calling ahead notifying them that I would be late also helped. I highly recommend Stanislaus Towing to anyone and I will use them in the future.

Friendly very fast service very easy to deal with.in and out I believe that was one of the quickest services ever.
Locked myself out of my car last night about 9pm. After calling two locksmiths, my dad suggested I try Myers towing. They quoted me a better deal than the locksmiths and were out within 20 minutes. Very grateful and extremely satisfied!! I’ve used Myers for previous tows and will continue using them for future services 😊
Liars and frauds. The lady who u speak to I’m the phone I believe she’s the owner, will lie to you and tell u her employees were sick and they couldn’t open the tow gate for a car we purchased from an auction. She said she would come herself and never came. We called her the Friday before and the morning of to let them know we were coming they told us they would be ready we arrived 11:30am they kept saying give them 30 mins finally at 3:30 we called once again this time she said she isn’t coming to open the office. We waited four hours in the hot sun, no food no water no bathroom. Four other people as well. Made a trip out from San José. We need our money back. Terrible customer service terrible experience.
I suggest to all the people that need a tow that go with somebody else this is not a good company they were supposed to tow my motorcycle got all the way here and then said they had to go on a CHP call after I've been waiting for quite some time hopefully this doesn't happen to you but I know if you use different company it shouldn't
