David, of Orange Towing, hauled my car and gave me a ride from Orange, CA, to my home inCarlsbad, CA, after I had I had a flat tire late on a Sunday afternoon when there were no tire stores open for service. He is a highly skilled and experienced professional, who provided me with great customer service and took very good care of my car. It was evident to me, as we conversed during the hour-long trip, that he is not only a smart man, but a fine human being. Thank you, David!

Every single time I’ve towed my car in the past, other companies always scraped my bumper. I was honestly so used to it at this point. Cesar came through and took extra care of my car. His thoughtfulness and expertise pulled the car up without even touching the bumper. He treated my car like his own and I was incredibly grateful. He is for sure the GOAT, if you gotta tow your car or get any kind of service from this company, ask for Cesar. You won’t regret it.

On the rainy January 9 my Car was towed. The technician was super!!! He also was able to start my car what the previous AAA Battery person wasn't able to do. Excellent Service!!! A+++++. I strongly recommend the Orange Towing Company for your car troubles.

Joel is amazing. We had trouble looking for our spare tire and he spent a lot of time looking for it so we don't have to tow the car. Finally he found it and have everything done for us in minutes. I would definitely recommend the service to other people
I had a flat tire coming off the 57 North freeway and pulled over to the nearest gas station and called this company because they was the nearest company based off Google. The lady took my credit card information in case I canceled, But she nevered mentioned to me how much the service was going to cost. (I had my spare tire just didn't have a jack) About an hour passed by and the tow truck driver changes my tire and changes me $145 and they only take cash as a payment the credit card is just charged if you cancel. $145 is a complete RIP off!!! Just to jack up a car. Just make sure to ask prices before you do anything don't get ripped off like me.

Great group of guys
Will at Mike’s Towing was super prompt and extremely helpful. He was super kind and professional and was able to solve my problem quickly. Mike’s Towing will definitely be my go-to towing service from now on.
Had a flat tire on the Wilbur Cross Parkway and Mikes towing arrived promptly and quickly got us towed to a Town Fair Tire. The driver was extremely friendly and helpful in solving our plight. Great guy; highly recommended.

Mr. Crane did an excellent job! The crane operator was on time and very well prepared. The lift went smoothly and he was finished in a timely manner. Tom was our sales representative and he did a really great job at setting everything up for us. We will using Mr. Crane again!
Which ever employee was on the 215 today, 5/26/2022 at 2 pm in Murrieta wearing a red shirt, that man is such a kind human being. He knows what he did. This company clearly hires people with integrity.

Haven't gotten my RV back yet from a theft, but the police trust them!
This place offered the worst service, the ladies inside were rude and did not want to let me use the restroom. She kept on referring to it as a “Her Restroom” like I get it. Overpriced and if you have an option to go there, don’t go there. 👎🏽
The worker used a forklift to move my car and broke the exhaust mount and bent the muffler, all with a attitude. Horrible customer service, long wait times. Lazy and unprofessional service.
I was a little bummed that I had to pay $75 to retrieve a few things out of my Tahoe that was totalled the day before. Didn't realize they charge on the weekends or after hours to get to your car. Huge shout out to Raffi though!! You're the man. I thank you for letting me take a little aggression out, it was definitely therapeutic. He even hooked me up with a few bandaids after the quick therapy session😉

I accidentally locked myself out and left my phone inside the car as well. Luckily I noticed a man with a towing jacket and asked for help ( I believe he was off work already) and he ended up calling his coworker to go and help me. His coworker Justin arrived in a timely manner and and was so kind . He was able to open my door. GOD BLESS them both . Thank you so much!.
Predatory Tow – 101 N Manchester Ave Southside Towing towed my disabled Infiniti from visitor parking at 3971 W Orange Ave, Anaheim at 12:25 a.m. on 8/13/25 — even though I had a valid permit from management. Their own website claims their permits “avoid towing tenants and vendors that are authorized to be parked on your property.” I was an authorized visitor, yet they still took it and now charge $83/day storage. Refused to give me the required signed tow authorization. Know your rights before you park — their marketing doesn’t match their actions.
Or nice enough to tow my son's vehicle off the freeway when he overheated. But when the gentleman was taking the car off the tow truck he ripped the front end off his Audi six. They came to pick it up and fix it that same night. When we picked it up we discovered the front end was zip tied very poorly together and fell apart again we have not heard back from these tow truck people and they've threatened to fight me and all kinds of violent talks stay away from these people they have no Integrity no class
This morning, my fiancé’s car was towed, and I was shocked to find that the fee was $570, despite picking it up just a few hours later. When I inquired about the reasons for the towing, I was informed that they are not required to provide any pictures of the violation. I expressed my concern that this policy allows for arbitrary towing, and the representative confirmed that it could happen. When I requested her name, she refused to provide it. During our conversation around 11:30 AM, I mentioned my intent to take further action, and she warned that I could be counter-sued if I did. She also refused to give me an email address, prompting me to call back and request to speak with a manager, which I did. I want to share my experience, as it seems this company is taking advantage of individuals without providing proper evidence for their actions.
I had a very disappointing experience with Southside Towing. When I picked up my car, it was covered in dirty water and stains because they were washing other cars nearby without any protection. Even worse, I found visible damage on my rear bumper that was not there before. They charged a high fee but clearly did not handle my vehicle with care or responsibility. This is completely unprofessional.
