I called and left a message, a few minutes later my called was returned by the customer service agent, I did not have to wait too long for the tow truck driver to arrive, who was very professional the same way as the agent. I’m content with their service. Redline towing has excellent customer service from start to finish. They were so courteous, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Luis was our tow truck driver and he was wonderful. The company gave us an ETA and they were right on time. They kept in communication with us as my handicap van had to be towed from Ventura to Van Nuys. Luis called to let us know that the van arrived safe and sound at the mechanics. Very impressed with how everything was handled and how kind everyone was. I appreciate the special care that Luis took in loading and unloading my van. I highly recommend this towing company especially if you have a handicapped or specialized vehicle. Overall this was an excellent experience. Praying that everyone at this company is blessed and that everyone treats them well because they deserve it. Thanks for all your hard work team!

I recently had an issue with my car not starting and reached out to Triple A for assistance. They connected me with Scott from Oxnard Tow Services. Scott was incredibly responsive and helpful, arriving very quickly. I felt confident in his abilities and he did not disappoint. I highly recommend Scott and Oxnard Tow Services for their excellent service. I will definitely turn to them again if I need assistance in the future.
I called this in and received a text update for approximate arrival time. Love the text updates and when they were on their way I could even see the GPS location. Scott showed up and was very friendly and helpful. I had a battery issue. He tested it and confirmed I needed a new battery. He tested the new one before installation and got my car up and running. Everything was super easy and took less than an hour from the time of making the call to arrival and getting the issue fixed! Great service and a happy customer!
Scott was awesome! I needed my car battery replaced and he not only did that but let me know about a few things in my car that will need attention in the near future. When I told him I was going on a cross country trip he also made some very helpful suggestions on extra fluids and supplies my car may need during the long drive. He provided such excellent customer service and you can tell he truly cares and takes pride in his work. So grateful for his thoughtful suggestions and amazing service. Will gladly use him again.

Had my van towed. Tow truck came quick, the driver Agero was great! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and clean. Great tow truck too, clean great looking trucks all modern. Can tell the company takes pride in what they do. Top notch. Definitely recommend them above all the rest.

I’m really selective on who I trust handling my car. From the first phone call for a quote, to the second I couldn’t see my car anymore, I knew my car was in good hands. Customer service was great, the wait time was very quick. The tow truck driver was friendly, and knowledgeable as well. My car seems to scrape easily, so I watched as the driver lifted my car, and it never bottomed out. If you are in need of a tow, and don’t know who to go to, I highly recommend Payless Towing. I have used them several times whenever I get stuck, and they help to resolve what is at first an unpleasant experience with your car breaking down to getting your car where it needs to be, either home or to your mechanic. Rude call recipient Poor communication Asked for an estimated time, but recipient didn’t give an exact time (said “soon”) When called 30 minutes later, was told it will take a couple hours. Towing car came by and left without notice. Afterwards, claimed that they had called when there were no received calls Don’t waste your time. Use another company
Wow! These guys are awesome! I don't do these reviews but I had to with Airport Towing! Joe was friendly and very knowledgeable! So much in fact; I didn't even need my van towed! He fixed it right there! I recommend Airport Towing for great service!

My Toyota 4runner literally died last Sunday, in Oxnard, on my way home from a peaceful retreat, 80 plus miles from home. AAA/Airport Towing sent Will V., a very friendly, professional technician, who analyzed/assessed the problem and changed a weak battery. The electrical system still was not functioning properly. Will assured us he or someone from Airport Towing would get my car and my friend and me home to my repair company. Gratefully, Will waited with us and helped the next technician, Anthony, get my car on a flatbed transport vehicle. Anthony was also very kind and professional and safely got my car and us back home. I want to thank Will V and Anthony for helping us have a peaceful, though circuitous end, to our retreat experience. They both deserve praise for their hard work and professionalism.
I needed to have my 1999 BMW hauled from my office to the repair shop across town. AAA sent Airport Towing to me, and it was so hassle free. Within a couple minutes of my request to AAA, I received an automated call saying the towing company would be here within the half-hour. Not even 10 minutes later, Anthony from Airport Towing, called to get directions on where the car was sitting, and 5 minutes later he was there. He was very fast, efficient, kind, and dropped my car off to the shop for me. Great job!

Absolutely the worst experience my significant other had here in this morning. These people are beyond disrespectful and have ZERO customer service skills. The staff is incredibly rude, condescending, and completely unwilling to be understanding or helpful in any way. They talk to you like you’re beneath them and couldn’t care less about your concerns. After going through the stress of having my partner’s a vehicle stolen and then taken here to deal with people like them it’s absolutely horrible. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like garbage. PLEASE DON’T GO HERE.
How are you gonna put open 24 hours mon-sun and then when I call they tell me they are closed on the weekends they didnt help me at all trying to get information on my vehicle and kept telling me they wouldnt be able to help
Nice driver fast service they had a flat deck for my low car with wood. Guy was carful and looked like he knew what he was doing.
