I called Aaa for a help for a flat tire and the driver from Chico stole my rim cap. Instead of returning it, he said I was having a mental break down. Be careful. This is the second time I get my caps stolen. It happened in 2016 when I got a flat tire in the freeway and the tow truck driver took both the extra and the flat tire’s rim cap I couldn’t do a thing before or now. It’s horribly frustrating, especially when you’re a senior. THEY DON’T DESERVE YO HAVE A AAA STICKER ON THEIR TRUCK!!!
Worst service to use if u have aaa there yard was 3 miles away from were I was they took 2 hrs to get to me

Jermaine was super efficient and knowledgeable! Only man that can work a flat bed and lowered vehicle at once! Steve's towing, if your reading this, give the man a raise. Everyone else would deny vehicle, this man did his thing without damage with a great attitude!
Just got my car towed by Gabriel. Very professional, courteous and gave me update until car was dropped off to my mechanic. A+ service.

My car was there and when I finally got my property back I was missing so many things. I know it can’t be proven, that’s why they do it and of course they’re going to deny it. I know what I have in car,they stole $20 that I had in my cup holder,a box with brake pads,two packs of cigarettes that I had in the glove department, lighters, and I just bought some stuff to clean my car, I haven’t used any of it yet, about $30 worth and they took it all. It’s not right how the employees just steal people stuff and get away with it. I know it’s not much but still it’s my stuff and they had no right to steal it.
These guys were extremely rude from the get-go. I had my sticker on my vehicle, which is what is needed to authorize parking in my apartments, that morning, and at night, once they came, it apparently was not there anymore. After reading these reviews, these people are definitely preying on people who live in apartments. They were already in my car once we got out to see what happened so we're not sure if they really did take it, but I sure wouldn't doubt it.

I recommend chicos towing if you’re in Kaiser or rancho this company wanted to charge me $188 to come get me a mile away and take me 2.3 miles away chicos quoted $95 and they didn’t keep me on hold for 30 minutes!!
