My father-in-law's car was towed today from a shopping center in Riverside. He was not shopping at that center and we understood why it was towed. But we're upset because we feel that they may be engaging in predatory practices. One example is that there is a security guard that is walking around the shopping center looking for cars to be towed. When confronting the security guard, he said it was the farmers market that was calling the towing company. Another example is that there is only one sign posted saying that it is customer parking only but it is only posted by an entrance that is not frequently used and easy to miss. Another example is that when we went to pay, they told us that they only accepted cash or zelle, no credit card. We paid with zelle to a number registered to woman that doesnt seem its related to the towing company. We called the towing company a few minutes later and they said we should have been able to use a credit card to pay. When we asked about the zelle number, the person on the line was confused, put us on hold, and hung up. Another odd thing was that after my father in law's vehicle was towed, a white Tacoma came and offered to take him to the lot to pick up the vehicle. That white Tacoma worked for that company. Everything seems so shady. We will be contacting the property management company from the shopping center regarding the signs and the security guard.
My car stopped accelerating on the freeway today and I was *luckily* able to get to the offramp before the car was completely disabled. AAA dispatched Ramos Towing. Luis arrived almost 45 minutes sooner than they predicted and was personable and professional and he truly saved my day. His truck was clean and he had my vehicle hooked up and we were to my destination I'm time to have dinner with my family. 10/10 recommend both this company and their technician. Thank you!!
Update... its been about a year since i last needed a tow and AAA dispatched Ramos again. I was very happy with that. Jonathan arrived 30 min sooner than estimated and was lightening fast to get the car hooked up and ready to go. His gps was suggesting to drive around the block in the opposite direction, so he just asked to tell him the way to go. It was less than 3 miles, and got us and the car back home safely. Dropped the car and was off to the next customer. So far, Ramos has choice workers who know their job and do it well. THANK YOU! After a 2 1/2 hour wait, found out AAA never dispatched my request. Had to call CS and then Ramos Towing was sent out to me. It only took them about 10 min (once the request ACTUALLY went out) to get to me (even though AAA had provided incorrect GPS) and had my truck loaded and dropped off in less than 20 minutes. JAMES was the poor guy who had to put up with me (lol). He's super friendly, informative, professional...overall, hes just on point. Very respectable man and needs some recognition! My hats off to James!
They were dispatched by AAA, waited over 2 hours for them to arrive for them to say they can’t tow my truck because it had a EMPTY flatbed on my pickup truck and they claim it’s a commercial truck. Not to mention my drop off address was 2 miles away…and they also brought a very large flatbed medium duty truck to tow me with. Pathetic company if you ask me…
I have used this company multiple times via my AAA membership. Since this company has been dispatched multiple times I figured I might as well write a review. The drivers have always shown up earlier than expected and the communication has been amazing letting me know when they would arrive. Each time the drivers have been pleasant, friendly, and quickly taken care of my situation. I have used this company for keys being locked inside the vehicle and also for a tow. I would highly recommend using this particular company.

Edgar helped me out after a crash and treated the car very well. Even though the car had massive damage to the suspension and passenger, front wheel, he took care not to damage anything at all. He was accommodating and offered to drive me home from the mechanic, so I'll be calling EGA Towing Services next time my car has a problem.
Had my broken down car towed from CarMax to a dealer. He was quick and kept in contact with me the whole time. Recommended.
Was the cheapest out of all the tow truck companies. I called the guy, and he said he would take him 30 minutes as he was coming from Corona. The guy was really helpful, nice. My Spanish is not the best, but he understands English and was able to communicate just fine.

Please read the full review!!!!! if you dont want to be sitting on the side of the road for hours waiting on a tow do not call this company So today 4/22/22 i had to use roadside so my insurance company got ahold of them to come tow my 2000 f250 well they were to tow my truck i was given a ETA of 60-90 minutes i was ok with that so i waited at the hour and a half mark i tried calling just to see if they were coming but instead of someone answering i got a voicemail that was full and i could not leave a message so i waited 3 hours and they never showed up please please stay away from this company i ended up having to call my insurance back to get a different tow company to come. I would be contact the BBB on them and I will also be posting this everywhere i can to let people know they are a joke. Thanks FOR NOTHING. You are the true meaning for a piece of $h[t

We were visiting Cali and our car decided to break down in the middle of the freeway, and they got to us so quick and helped me and my family get safely to the mechanic shop! Thankful they were so quick & the trucks were nice and clean too!
Do not call this place they will scam u, I call them and they said they will help me out for 50 but I ask them I’ll call them back. Once I called them back they said 65 now like what, don’t don’t trust this place they will charge more.
This company is rude and inconsiderate of the elderly. My mother, her sister and cousin were sitting in their car when a tow truck driver began to load their car while all 3 were sitting in the car. He began to yell at my mother and told her she couldn’t park in the handicap parking. My mother is handicap. And has her handicap license. Anything to try to make money. A police report has been filed. Numerous attempts were made to the manager , Joseph and he never called me back. Trying to make fast money only by injuring 3 elderly woman.

Interstate tow are scammers they told us that because we had boxes and bags of straw hats in our cargo van that it was overloaded and could not cover her tow through AAA but would tow her home for $400.00 dollars cash on delivery when we are plus members that covers 100 miles we were on the freeway van overheated and since my wife was in the passenger side she got off to greet the driver and he demanded to see what was in the van and was very surprised to see me in the driver seat. After telling my wife about the it not being covered by AAA and wanted cash i had to drive it off the freeway after it cooled down. I will be making a complaint to AAA about this independent AAA contractor company. Very unprofessional service. So if you are a woman driving alone at 2am and you need a tow be careful and don't break down and INTERSTATE TOW in Riverside California they might try and scam you and leave you there.
Ismael Gomez of interstate towing was amazing. He was prompt and earlier than the scheduled time. Communicated very well throughout his drive to us and friendly and accommodating. He was able to assess the vehicle and helped us trouble shoot a start issue that did not require a tow. He could have easily , as we have had in the past, thrown the car on the tow truck and probably got himself more money and cost AAA the charge. Instead he was a stand up guy and honest and a simple tap on the starter got us up and running again. It was a hot day and like I said, 99% of tow truck drivers out there would not have went out of their way in the way he did. This man should be acknowledged and compensated according to his character. Because of drivers like him that I will continue to purchase our aaa 100 mile towing. Drivers in the field like him are the reason aaa can operate in the black with their towing packages! Thank you Ismael gomez and interstate towing riverside!!

En lo personal para mi es el peor servio que da este negocio, el pasado 23 de Noviembre llame ala compañía ostar, para pedir svc,de grua y me enviaron a esta compañia de "LIBERTY TOWING"... la llame alas 6:30 Am yego alas 7:25 Am. sin duda yego muy rápido pero una vez que estuvo en casa el chofer me iso las preguntas con respecto adonde llevaria el carro. El ya lo sabia que el svc fue por que tenia cita en la agencia de la chebrolet. Para un servicio general, incluyendo cambio de. neumaticos. Pero cuando el chofer de la grua me iso preguntas y se dio cuenta que mi auto avia estado en un accidente y que ya habia un reclamo avierto por el accidente cuando le respondi inmediatamente me dijo que a chebrolet no lo podia yevar que su responsabilidad era yevarlo aun centro de coalisión. Para que fuera inspecionado que por que en chebrolet lo retendria por 1 cemana y que terminarian mandacelo a ello y ellos tenian contrato con todas las aseguranzas y especialistas que se encargarian de de revisar el auto y una vez que tuvieran el diagnóstico me harian yegar uno ami y otro ala aseguranza para que yo determinara aque body shop. Queria yebarlo a reparar le respondi que no y el incistio, al final termino por yebarlo adonde el sin comunicarselo ala compañia de ostar que ir obligacion tenia que averlo echo por que es un servicio que yo pago todo esto con el proposito de sacar dinero lo yevo aun corralon donde yevan los carros que levantan de la calle con un reporte que lo avia levantado de una area de acsidente y mentira lo saco del garage de mi casa. Reteniendolo por 15 dias. al tercer dia yo llame para saber que estaba pasando con mi carro las personas del negocio solo contestaban. que la aseguranza tenia que sacarlo... yo por supuesto como ya tenia un reclamo con mi aseguranza ...inmediatamente me comunique con ellos pero a esto la compañia de liberty.solo estaba gaanando tiempo para sacar dinero intentando sacar dinero ya seaa de la aseguranza. o la financiera con la que estoy financiando mi carro. Claro de esto me di cuenta por que mi financiera se puso en contacto conmigo...una vez que yo me entere llame a mi aseguranza. Con la compañía. Y la compañia de asistencia en el camino que es ostar trataron de sacar el carro por medio de fix auto.. que es un centro de coalisión... pero liberty no lo queria entregar asta que no se pagarán $1200.00 dls en efectivo sin aseptar cheque ni pago electrónico...para mi no me queda más que claro que esto es un fraude Poreso les recomiendo que no asepten ni soliciten los servicios de este negocio. LIBERTY TOWING Porque para recuperar su auto tendran que pagar un alto presio. Y sino pueden asta pueden perdelo incluso quedarse con una deuda la cual si no la pagan terminarn con su crédito aruinado... yo tengo pruebas por parte de ostar que mi carro iva auna agencia de chebrolet y el chofer lo yevo aun corralon hoy en dia hay una investigacion por parte de la compañia de ostar... poreso es que escribo .... como una mala experiencia que recibi por parte de este negocio... no lo recomiendo...no hagan negocio con ellos. I called Roadside Assistance through AAA, they sent this company. They arrived quickly, and efficiently towed my car to my destination. Not sure why their reviews are low, they were great! Tow driver was friendly and quick loading and unloading my car. I would definitely recommend them!
Words cannot express how grateful I am to have had Angel's help last night. While returning from a weekend solo motorcycle trip, I got a nail in my tire 100 miles from home. Unsurprisingly, it's impossible to find a motorcycle service department open at 4pm on the Sunday before Veteran's Day. However, there was a nearby Cycle Gear that can put tires on but cannot remove or reattach wheels to bikes, but they closed at 6pm. Angel arrived faster than any tow I've ever had, was able to quickly swing us by a tool store so I could buy a set of tools to remove my wheel, and then assisted with the wheel removal and stood watch over the bike for half an hour while I worked with the shop to get a new tire. Had we got there even ten minutes later I would've been stuck likely until Tuesday while waiting for a service department to reopen. Angel went above and beyond and helped keep my bike safe and helped me get home rather than be stranded for a day or two in a city I'm unfamiliar with.
I had my vehicle towed to the dealership by Omar, who was friendly, patient, and professional. Highly recommend this place!

Just trying to have a good time with friends to find out their car was towed. When we approached my car the man that was towing (Jack) laughed and said my car was next. No one likes their car getting towed and instead of being considerate, he was very rude. In my head, I had imagined he was in a bad mood because I’m guessing he’s been towing non stop and probably getting into arguments non stop. But he told my friend it was going to be $450 which is absolutely expensive. Saying that he was giving us a discount…. When we arrived to pick up his car, there were two German shepherds and the lady that came to open the gate was rude and couldn’t control her dogs. The lady had told my friend a completely different price. Almost $700. The only reason my friend got a “discount”, was because he was persistent and they were tired of him being there. Want a place that’s gonna rip you off? .. you found one. Don’t believe me? Look at reviews and comments from them… immature and unprofessional.
Hamilton's tow was great, arrived in a adequate amount of time and was very courteous, got the car loaded and strapped down quickly and to my house promptly. Would recommend highly.
They tow your car and raise the prices ridiculously high especially when workers are in a bad mood. Horrible service! Definitely don't recommend this tow company unless you like getting screwed over. They can't Even explain their prices and when you call them out on it, they are petty about it. Look at their responses to other customers.
They Towed my car from dennys. The tow driver was disrespectful and started laughing that he was towing my car. When I asked him how much it was going to be, he said it was $450. I asked him if I could pay the drop fee so they would not tow the car. The driver found it amusing that I was asking about the drop fee and said he was not going to drop the car and said "he was going to make my night difficult for me". I got a ride to the tow company, and once I got there they had almost doubled the price for the tow (7 mile tow). Went from being $450 to over $700, the car was not in their yard for more than an hour. When questioned about the price, the secretary could not give me a price breakdown on why the fees almost doubled. They could not even provide a itemized receipt to show the breakdown of what they charged me .this business needs to have their licenses revoked for business malpractice and should be investigated by the better business bureau. They should also give their driver a customer service course and pay for some anger management classes. With their absurd prices they are charging, they can afford it. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with them.

Very professional, from the initial phone call to the actual pick-up, tow, and delivery of the motorcycle. ETA and price was great. We are very pleased with this service and would recommend them to others.
Absolutely disgraceful company. They towed my car right from in front of my own home without any valid reason or warning. This business clearly survives by preying on hardworking people, targeting vehicles parked legally in residential areas. Their tactics are sneaky, aggressive, and downright unethical. When I called to get information, I was met with rude and dismissive staff who offered no explanation or accountability. It’s obvious this company is more interested in collecting outrageous fees than actually helping people in need of towing services. Stay far away if you value your time, money, or basic decency
These people towed my cleaning ladies car while they were loading their cleaning supplies(Less than a few minutes) from the house to the car to leave. When called, they wanted last 4 digits of VIN to give details(I would be impressed if anyone has their VIN memorized). After heated conversation finally got information as to where the car was. The cleaning ladies went to the impound yard and car wasnt there. Finally tow truck showed up 45 minutes after they arrived? Where was the tower for all that time? Finally got car back for $420 i gave them or likely would have been charged excessive daily fees, a lien, and ultimately sold at auction. My HOA entered into the agreement with Pepe's and the entire community feels like they are being terrorized. Sorry, but your response is BS. There was also a Spectrum Truck parked on the same road all morning and not touched as well as the Gardening Vehicles that were illegally parked. You targeted the vehicle least likely to be recovered or fight back. Your company is despicable and should have your licenses revoked... Targeting cleaning ladies who have to work a week to pay a fee you get for 30 minutes of Targeting.

Moved to my new apartment. Got the permit tags on windshield. Was told by the leasing agent we can park in any empty space. Next morning no car Called tow company they said 459$ To take it after work hours 380$ Regular work hours Not sure how to get a refund. Or who can we talk to ,new place for us , it’s a bad first day. Was very excited about the move, from day one I was disappointed. Wasn’t called by anyone. Not the property manager or the person who called them. In the Bay Area they can’t tow you if you have a permit. But it looks like it’s different here. Any ways I will go and pick it up today will edit this review after I deal with them.
June 30th 2020 me and a friend had some car issues and called on Brother's Towing. They were there in 20 minutes. Steve was outstanding! He was professional and polite. He made sure we were safe and took my car to the shop and made sure we got home. I would recommend Brother's Towing to anyone! They really went above and beyond!
While I'm sure at least some of the horror stories here are true, mine was less of a horror story than most. Their chp approved rates are readily posted in the office and match with what I was charged. They immediately asked how I would be paying, and diligently stated that they can accept credit cards but not debit cards (cavc 22568 only requires that they accept cash and credit cards). They allow you to pay with zelle or PayPal instead, the former offers no recourse to dispute the payment, but the latter does. The car was legally towed from a permit only area (though signage was hidden behind shrubbery, this is an issue for me to take up with the manager of the property) and they had the necessary documentation on hand as required. I went in ready to butt heads for several hours and accomplish nothing aside from gather evidence for a civil lawsuit, but was surprised at how smooth the interaction was. I think at least some of the other commentors probably went in irrate or with bad attitudes and just got their energy returned back to them. I went in calm and collected and my interaction remained calm and helpful the entire time. 4 stars instead of 5 because they still towed my car and I'm displeased with spending an entire monthly car payment for one mistake, but c'est la vie.
Very low class company. If you get stuck with them, I'm truly sorry for you. They tow without understanding the car and policies of the location they are towing from. I had a 4 wheel drive that was towed without a dolly, so both front tires, shocks, and other suspension parts required replacement. Went through insurance as this company denied they did anything wrong after weeks of calling and requesting to speak to manager/owner. PS I was told the owner is a pastor/priest yet the work they do is quite opposite of gods work lol
La verdad tengan cuidado con ellos la casualidad que mi hijo fue a visitar a su novia en unos apartamentos y nunca se habían llevado su carro y el domingo 21 de septiembre del 2025 Se lo remolcó la grúa pero eso no es todo Cuando fuimos a recogerlo lo raro que no tenía sus espejos retrovisores se los quitaron Y según nos enseñó las fotos ellos señor que según haci habían recogido el carro sin espejos por favor no es mucha casualidad o ustedes que piensan tengan mucho cuidado con esa gente la verdad que triste que se quemen por tan poco esa es mi opinión
