I am a senior citizen and I needed my special vehicle picked up and dropped off at a repair facility. I totally relied on this vehicle. Allied towing is a life saver. The owner, dispatcher and rig driver went way beyond what they needed to do to help me. Very fast service also. I highly recommend them.
Zack came by and tossed the car on easily. Tied her down and took me and the car off the road and out of the 110 degrees weather nice and easily. Saved me big time!
Toyota’s rarely breakdown. Mine had a small issue and decided the 15 in Victorville was the perfect place to stop. I called AAA and they connected me with Allied towing. I was quoted 45 minutes for them to get to me. I was in a safer space on an exit ramp so the towie could hopefully not get unalived while recovering me. Juan the tow truck driver showed up in about 20 minutes (25 minutes early). It was hot as hell yesterday so him getting there promptly was a huge win. He quickly and professionally did everything and got us off the side of the road. He then safely dropped my sad sick Toyota exactly in the spot where it needed to go to be repaired. 100% would recommend Allied if you need their services. 5 stars.
Julio was awesome and saved the day. When another towing company failed me Allied sent in Julio to the rescue. I showed him my classic Corvette, he loaded it up and brought it home. Allied was very professional on the phone and in person. I highly recommend them. You can trust the to do the job and do it right.

Cesar is a life saver! our car broke down on the side of the road in an area with bad Internet reception. after being passed on three different towing companies, Cesar took my call and immediately got on the road to help me and my family out. Showed up less than 30 min and drove us back home an hour and half away. Amazing service! You can definitely count on them to give you honest pricing and to treat you kindly. Cesar was very reliable. I called around trying to get the most reasonable price. He was able to get to me within 20 mins. Cesar had a way of making the situation comfortable even knowing i had to spend money I didnt want to. He towed me about 20 miles, and was able to keep conversations going. Was recommended to use his tow services by friends in the Honda car community, absolute easiest transaction. Picked up my project car for it to the body shop and even though it was going in for body work he was still very careful to make sure nothing was damaged getting my lowered car onto the bed. Had a tire blow while on the freeway near San Bernadino, called Route 66 Tow Service and their driver Behroon couldn't have been faster. He was incredibly helpful and got me to a reliable tire shop for the replacement. He was super cheerful and nice the whole time, making the situation a breeze, I highly recommend their services for anyone in need!
Behroon was GREAT! I kept getting blown off by All Star Towing Transport who said they’d be 90 minutes then 2 hours then 15 minutes. Route 66 got to me when they said they would then I got great advice and regaled me with stories, and really good car tips because Behroon used to run his own body shop. Will call again (but not through Yelp which dings them each time you call through that app, sheesh) but yeah keeping that number handy…

Loved that I received a text message with time estimate. They came at estimated time and was fairly fast. Driver was friendly. He was able to take my husband and daughter in the tow truck. Beautiful truck very clean!
I've used Roy & Dot's Towing twice within the last week and both times they've been excellent. They were dispatched to my house today with a 30 min ETA and arrived right on time. I used my insurance for the tow. After I hung up with insurance, within a minute dispatch called me to confirm the location and any prices. About a few minutes later the driver called gave me an ETA. The arrival time was fast, especially on a Sunday evening . The driver was chill, very professional, down to earth, and handled my vehicle with care. Though I didn't need it, the price per mile was fair, in my opinion.

Called them to schedule a tow and they’re able to accommodate me as soon as I was off of work. Didn’t have to wait forever. The tow driver Otto provided excellent customer service and was talkative, no awkward silences. Will use again in the future. Thank you!!

Route 66 Towing is a very professional company. They gave me a 1 hour show up time and got there in about 30 minutes. The gentleman that was towing my box truck noticed some hidden electrical wires that needed to get moved so they didn't get damaged, and he got it done. Will definitely use this company again, especially getting my truck up the 15 fwy Cajon Pass and the price, I could not get that anywhere else. Thanks once again.

My son was stranded an hour from home and 2 1/2 hours away from visiting me at 430pm friday night forth of july weekend with a flat tire, no spare insurance company said they would be there in an hour to tow him to a tire shop that would close at 6pm.. omg these people where there in about 10 mins , Amy was super nice , the driver was prompt , the day was saved by Nick and Sons towing and my son is due here in 10 mins... thank you Amy , Nick when you hired Amy you got blessed ! Never hire this towing company. I called them because my truck broke down , the guy on the phone told me they were going to show up in 30-45 minutes. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting I called back only to be hung up! Worst towing company and bad customer service. Try hiring a different company not this one or you will be disappointed ☹️

Arturo, a driver from this company, was assigned to me through AAA late tonight, just after midnight, when one of my tires suddenly blew out coming down the freeway in San Bernardino. I managed to get off the freeway and into a parking lot, and sent a request in to AAA for a tow truck. Arturo called me just a couple moments after being assigned to me to double check my location, and let me know he would be there to get me in less than 20 minutes. He had my car ready to tow, had shown me the tire damage I’d gotten, hidden on the inside edge of my right rear tire, and had us on the road in just under 30 minutes. He was very polite, professional, conversational, and quick at his job. He even waited for me and my car to be safe at my drop-off location before leaving. I’ve had multiple tow truck drivers in the past (even through AAA) who genuinely seemed very bothered to have to even deal with me/talk to me or help me when I was stuck on the side of the road or even in a parking lot with a non-functional tire. I did not expect a cheerful nor even remotely pleasant character to come help me out (based on past experiences), and Arturo showed that maybe those guys were just some bad apples. I came on here to give him and the business he works for a shoutout shortly after I got home safely, just because I think he was outstanding. If you are looking for a tow company to use, hopefully you’ll seriously consider asking for Arturo (I think he said he works nights) at Chino’s Towing. The man seems to genuinely care about his job, the work, and the way he does it. If the other guys at the company are anything like him, you’ll be happy with your choice. Thank you Arturo!
Excellent service! Gabriel was are tech did a great job! Except he didn’t write down the test results of are battery which we had to end up paying full price. Since it was supposed to be a replacement. AAA needs that information for reimbursement of cost. I have contacted them a couple of times still waiting on information. I did hear back from the dispatcher she said she would look into it. Other then making sure paperwork is filled out correctly our service was excellent!! Thank you Chino’s Towing.

Yesterday I had my car towed by this company. Before they left I was able to speak to someone and they said we could work something out at the lot. Everyone I talked to, from the lot, to the office, to the owner was respectful and reasonable. The owner herself is very firm, but fair. We ended up finding a solution together and they were very accommodating. I don't think anyone is really fans of towing companies for obvious reasons, but this one is a small business run by good people.
I had a great experience at City Towing. I regularly purchase vehicles at their auction and consistently get a great deal! Every time I use them for their towing service I get the most polite drivers that get to me within 15 to 20 minutes, super fair pricing and the owner and management is a great team.
If I could put 10 stars I would . Staff is beyond helpful and respectful, I had one goal , get a reliable vehicle for me & my kids, they EXECUTED that . Mission accomplished and they get you in & out ! No 6-8 hour process like the dealerships, the surrounding area looks sceptical but behind this city towing doors we all fam in the club , don't feel intimidated and go get your vehicle asap , come with cash in hand or call to see what's available beforehand,thank me later alligator 🐊
They towed / stole my car Saturday I was working the wonderland event in San Bernardino I had the permits and everything to be parked where I was it’s now Sunday and they say I can’t get my car Monday when you read these reviews and people say they work with criminals to get you car stolen this is 100% true the spot that I was parked in was burger point not only did I have permission from the event but the burger spot itself come to find out the owner of that establishment went behind my back and still had my vehicle towed when I called this place to see if they had my car the lady on the phone treated my like I had just done something horribly wrong and treated me with utter disrespect I’m leaving this side message to whoever working at this establishment I’m coming for my car Monday and I expect it handed over free of charge or I’ll see yall in court

i was in an accident, called my insurance for a tow, and ended up waiting 2 hours just for them to cancel my tow without informing us nor our insurance company. they cancelled because “i was rude and they didn’t want to work with me” when all that had been discussed is an eta because i never received that either. pretty sad when the highway patrol has to come twice to check up because they never showed.
Please don’t trust them it’s completely waste of time. I am waiting on the road over 2 hours and they are still on the way and now not answering to the phone call as well

They towed my vehicle charged 425$ to get out of storage. Had me sign papers to get my vehicle out and did not bring my vehicle out until I signed the waiver to damages. Once I got my vehicle after I signed the waiver I come to find they must have used the slimjim to open my driver door and damaged my driver window. The window pane is now misaligned and makes a horrible scraping sound. Dirty towing, they didn’t even mention the damages just drove it to me a quickly hopped out and left.
Rip off!!! $475 to tow 3.4 miles and hold car for less than 1 hour. They prey on Gus Jr (1292 N Waterman, San Brdo) customers to step outside of the property line. If you walk outside the property line, you must move your car or they will tow and they are waiting every Sunday to do so. This is a money maker for the owner of Armada Towing (unless owner is passing % to his/her employees). Sign is misleading and says “Private Parking - Public parking violators will be towed. Armada Towing” It doesn’t say it’s for Gus Jr customers only or warn customers, if you step outside the property line your car will be towed. So deceiving!!
Motorcycle crashed. Armada picked it up around 5pm Friday. I went and got it at 1:30pm on Saturday - 20.5 hrs. Charge: $500. $225 an hour (×1.5hrs), and 2 days storage @$50 a day. Felt like my bike was legally taken and held for ransom.
Absolute crooks!!!! My car was stolen twice!!! Once by the street criminales, then by Armada Towing!!!! They tow my car less than 2 miles and want $464.00 for the tow. I have nobproblem with a company making money, however they should not take advantage of a bad situation!!!!! That is an outragious fee $464.00 plus $70 a day. Shame on Armada for taking advantage of people who are already in a bad situation!!! Then San Bernardino School police want $100.00 to give me a release so I can get my car????? Isn't that part of their job? Why do I have to pay them for a release?
I decided to have a genius moment and locked my keys in my car. Armada towing employee Kenny showed up very quickly, treated me with respect and took extreme care in not damaging my vehicle as he opened it up for me. Thanks again Kenny! It was a pleasure meeting you!

A very rude dude answered the phone last night and I couldn’t believe these people are actually in business. Are they?? I wouldn’t trust these people to take out my trash. Thankfully at that hour I was able to locate a more reputable business to give my money to. I would never suggest anyone ever do business with them.
Even though they towed my RV, for the police department. The service from michell and John was the best. They were very helpful. Ask for michell when you go she's cool, and very helpful also. But their tow prices suck.
Just another tow company that scams people with exuberant fees. They towed my elderly family members car because it was parked on the street & had not been registered for several months. After having to pay the police traffic department $340 to have the car released, we get to this scam tow company to pickup the car & was charged over $600 (because the car was there for 4 days). I understand penalties, but this should be totally illegal. There's just no way of justifying charging that kind of money for towing a 75 year old ladies car (or anyone else for that matter). Nothing but pure greed!

I had a breakdown with my driver on the I-10 East. CHP called PEPES Towing, and initially, I was a bit frustrated that a towing company was dispatched without our approval, as I was in the process of coordinating with another provider. At first, their driver mentioned a rate of $600 per hour, which I found quite high. However, I stayed calm—especially since we're based out of Houston, TX—and was eventually able to speak with Chris, a manager at PEPES. We had a productive conversation about our situation and were able to come to a mutual understanding. The truck was towed to a nearby mechanic, and the final charge we agreed on was reasonable. This experience reminded me that sometimes, staying calm, collected, and having a respectful dialogue with another business owner can lead to a fair and honest resolution.

Car broke down last night. And they were able to come pick me and my car up for a reasonably good price at about 2am. They were kind and considerate. They also got me as close to my destination as the possibly could. Thanks for picking me up when know one else would.
Great experience in the midst of an extremely stress filled situation. Raymond, our driver, was kind and considerate yesterday after our car caught fire. Then, this AM, we were treated so nicely by the office staff. If you have to be towed this is a company you want on your side. Thank you to everyone involved.

This place sucks. The only business they probably get is from the poloce department. My car was impounded and had a 30 day hold on it. After speaking to the police station, they said it wasn't a 30 day hold. I called in to ask what the fees were the lasy I spoke with had an attitude. "YOU GUYS JUST CALLED ABOUT THIS ITS A 30 DAY HOLD." I said, "No it's not, I will get the release today. How much are my fees? She said, "286, get here before 5pm if you get here at 5:10 its another day." I arrived at 4:32pm. Chelsea some young girl who hated her job (I dont even know why she works there) was like can I help you? With a straight face, an attitude and raised eyebrow, I said om here to pick up my car. She handed me the clipboard and asked me to sign. I said "Wait, im not signing this until I see the condition of my car." (The paper I was to sign was in relation to that.) She acted as if I was the only customer who wanted to make sure there are no damages before signing. I got my car and from my backpack, it was missing $200 worth of things. They charged me extra despite the signs and speaking the the lady in the morning. I asked, "What's the extra charge for?" She said cleaning. I said "what cleaning?" Do you have a breakdown of these fees?" She said "Sign and I'll show it to you." I NEVER GOT A BREAKDOWN OF WHY I WAS CHARGED EXTRA. I asked to talk to a manager she said no one was there i asked if she can get one on the phone she said No. Then an old lady like in her 60s or 70s was sitting in an older van outside and they were like she's the one you spoke to. I said I just asked if they were here you said no since I failed to get her name. She said you don't have to sign if you don't want to. I said fine om not they wouldnt release my keys so I signed and wrote alll over ny receipt that I do not agree to any of these charges. Come to find out, the charged me extra because they said our driver took extra on this trip.. uhhhhh so what does that have to do with me??????? He could have went to lunch, hung out to get paid more nothing was noted. I looked at the time he arrived it was 5:19pm the time he returned was at 6:16pm. It was less than an hour and car was 9 miles away. This place is trash
Horrible towing company, if you ever have to go there just be prepared for rude workers. And your car will not be the same condition they towed it in, they may even change your lock to your car just overall bad company.

My father is handicap came out of his mother’s home from visiting only a few seconds and his car was towed away. The guy said he would take it down for $200 so he went and got the money came back. The car was gone said go online make an appointment and then you’d be there 10 minutes before we made an appointment for 655 and here it is 730. No one came out of the gated sealed building Charging $699 to pick up a car now I see why this place rating is at one star I’m gonna report them to the Better Business Bureau because the ethics and the customer service on side of the hardship of your car being towed is treated like a prison gotta do better The online scheduling is just a piece of crap.
I WISH I could give them ZERO STARS.. different hr then what’s stated on their website or Google.. they work with apartments to STEAL vehicles without notice.. I called in distress and the lady that pick up did NOT help at all and obviously she could tell I was in distress. She basically told me “not her problem and to figure it out.” She kept interrupting me and then claim to say I’ve been interrupting her which is not true! I’ve made a claim against them AND the apartments.. what BOTH parties are doing is ILLEGAL.. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!! UPDATE!!! REPORT THIS BUSINESS TO THE BBB AND THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE!!!!
Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone in these reviews are absolutely correct. They’re extremely predatory and insanely expensive. They charged me $516! I parked in a public parking lot where it was an hour parking. I was about 10 minutes late, and they already towed away my car. Meaning they were definitely “watching” the parking lot and just counting for the moment my hour was over. So I had to uber to Wilson’s Towing which mind you doesn’t even have a waiting room. They force you to sit outside in the sun and they don’t even talk to you face to face. Only through a metal wall. It’s incredibly scammy and I feel they know what they’re doing is wrong, but are too greedy to care. Not only that but even after you pay them, they ask YOU to walk over to their parking lot which is a 7 minute walk to receive your car.
Predatory & Unlawfully towing cars. I was parked in a visitor parking & they towed my car saying I was parked without a permit. They refused to provide information on who authorized the tow. They refused to let me get belongings from my car. They charged $700 for holding my car less than 12 hours. The lady on the phone who refused to give her name is rude & not helpful, she hung up on me for no reason. When I was explaining that I was in visitor parking & she stated that they made that “overflow parking” which makes no sense since there is plenty of resident parking & I was parked in between two clearly marked visitor parking. So she acknowledged that where I parked was visitor parking & not resident parking that requires the permit they claim to have towed me for.
They charge me too much two time $900 i’m leaving an apartment they take my car. Any reason my car in the parking lot
