After calling numerous tow companies to come pick up my Antique antique van I purchased. I wanna say I was extremely impressed how the driver was able to maneuver the Tow Truck and move my antique 1971 Ford Van that had not moved in over 35 years. If this is any reflection, how you guys conduct your business it’s really disappointing. Not only to be driving such a big Vehicle but Having little disregard of people‘s safety by swerving in and out of lanes and cutting cars off. Also switched lanes, and as I was trying to pass them on the left, (They were already fully on the right lane To get on the freeway) and purposely moved his vehicle towards me in order to pretend to hit me . I hope the company isn’t irresponsible enough to Continue to have driver’s representing them this way on the road.

I recently needed to have my car towed because it wasn't starting properly. It rides pretty low, so I did some research before booking a truck. Glad I did! Floyd was great and right on time. Very professional and took special care to make sure my car was loaded onto the flatbed properly. I'd definitely book him again and recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable tow in San Diego.
Locked keys in my truck per usual. I had called around at a few towing companies for service and many were charging 85-90 dollars! Came across Mission Valley towing and spoke to Floyd. He’s had the best rate of anybody that I had called and was very kind and easy to talk to over the phone. In a timely manner, he was able to come out to where my truck was, and was able to very quickly get my keys! The whole experience was easy and Floyd was very personable. He offered me several solutions as to accessories I could very easily buy for my truck in case Of future lockouts! I often lock the keys in my truck several times a year! If you need towing service, call Floyd! He’ll be very prompt and will kindly offer his services to get you out of any towing pickle that you might find yourself in.

Fast, reliable, friendly, and affordable! I found myself stuck in the middle of a busy street during rush hour, feeling panicked. During the anxiety attack I was having, I decided to search for a towing company nearby and came across Tiger Towing. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Jose, who was incredibly helpful. Within minutes of sharing my location and destination, he texted me a quote and arrived to assist me in less than 10 minutes. He towed my car to my desired location without issues. I hit something on the 805N and Gabriel asked if I had a spare. I advised that I thought so but traffic was flying past me and I was nervous to get out of my car. He told to to stay safe in my car and he would dispatch someone. They were there within 10 minutes. The driver Anthony was kind and professional. He had my tire changed and I was back on the road within 15 minutes. I highly recommend them.

I locked myself out of my car right in front of the gym. Called City Wide and they were there fast and got me into my car in less than a minute. Awesome and affordable service. I was able to go about my day like nothing had happened. Thank you City Wide Towing!
City Wide Towing charges fees that are not explained on their fee chart. They state that there is a 50 dollar fee that is per day and when the car was not there even an hour they said that it actually starts after an hour. After explaining this to the manager, they declined to change it. They need to have better documentation and accept when they are wrong. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Armando is definitely the guy you want to call to get the job done. I had a vehicle obstructing my parking spot and he was very quick to reply and let me know he was on the way to take care of the vehicle. In no time Armando had it hooked up to the tow truck and before I knew it he was on his way out. I've never received such professional and prompt service. Definitely going to reach out to him if I ever need a tow again!
I would rather pull my car across town with my teeth than ever even call this pathetic excuse for a company ever again. Horrible communication, horrible customer service, doesn’t answer the phone while he is in the office the entire time. The guy who is in charge of the place set an appointment and just didn’t show up when I asked why he cancelled he said he got another opportunity to make more money. Rescheduled again and then cancelled that second appointment. I called a different place and they had me hooked up in 15 min for literally half the price.

Service was good, but they charged $310.00 to tow a motorcycle only 6 miles. I called to have them explain the excessive charge and they said they would call me back and never did. I used Super Towing LLC before and they only charged 199.00 to tow it 9 miles. I recommend using another company as these guys will over charge you.

I chose them because they are literally 0 miles away from me. I called them the day before to make sure I would be on time for the appointment that I had at a very busy mechanic shop. I called them 3 times at the towing day. Every time when I caled someone else answered the phone and said they called the driver and he is gonna be at my location 20min, 10min, 5min and I'm here in the car waiting almost 2 hours still no one showed up. I think they are having fun. Missed my appointment now I have to wait another week to get my car fixed. Don't use them look else where.

I can't believe they charge $200 for less than 10 miles tow. Unfortunately both my driver side tires broken suddenly so I need a tow. Quick search on Google shows 4.5 star for the company so l called. It takes about 30mins for the truck to come. My car is at local road side and it is very easy to load, offload is easier at Costco parking lot, about 9 miles away. Do you think $200 tow charge is reasonable!?
I asked for a service at 9:30am and the driver arrived around 11:20am, they told me that they were going to charge me a fee by phone when I requested the service, and when the driver arrived it was more than expected. I called customer service but the woman who attended me was very rude, saying that I had to say that to the driver, i asked for a discount (for the expected time) I also asked for someone who spoke Spanish since it is the language with which I feel most comfortable and she hung up the phone. While the driver was waiting I told him that it was not possible for me to take that service since it was out of my budget, I told him that I was not going to take the service and despite that they charged me $50 Dlls for nothing.

In & Out Towing is the best towing company. I locked my keys in my Mercedes trunk and 2 in the morning and when i called around he was the only one that actually came out to help me. he opens the Mercedes door really fast. but to get in the trunk he had to take out the back seat to get the keys out. i really appreciated him for doing this, and he was very kind and nice. whenever i have car problems he will be the first person i call.

Damaged my car then try to say they did not do it, Now have to fight with AAA, Do not recommend at all.
The driver came in and instead of towing me to the tire place, he fixed my tires so I can drive there. He was such a pleasure to work with. This is maybe the third time I have used them through AAA and they were fantastic every time.

I was driving on the 15-S when my driver’s side window suddenly shattered. I frantically pulled over at the next exit and called AAA who put me in touch with Ahmad from Rancho Bernardo Towing. My car was still drivable, but I had no idea what to do since I had glass all over me and in the car (& I was freaking out). Ahmad came and his calm demeanor really helped calm me down. He got on his gloves and literally cleaned out every bit of broken glass on my side of the vehicle so that I was able to drive myself home. I am so grateful for him! Calling a tow truck means you’re never in a good position, but Rancho Bernardo Towing will put you at ease and help take care of you.

SCAMMERS I called and made sure they could pick up my vehicle type and they told me yes I was given a quote and confirmed 2 times that it was correct Then then they took my car they started saying that the price was to cheap and started to get aggressive with me. It ended up being 200-300 more than i was quoted. DONT let them take your car they will hold it hostage for more money.
Customer oriented service could’ve been better considering they’re at a 0/10. Wendy was demanding payment from myself as the car owner rather delegating this with my insurance. Another lady (she did not want to say her name) automatically assumed my car was stolen without any prior knowledge of my cars case. She also said, “you came knowing we were closed”. Rude and unprofessional, which is why I am very glad I took my business elsewhere. They were visibly upset when I told them I would be using my own towing service to move my car. Looking back, it feels as if I was preyed upon during a vulnerable moment, by both this tow company, and the employees. My car had to be towed from Mexico, into the US and they said they couldn’t cross it (I call bs) so they had to try again the next day but fully billed my insurance for holding it the day it could not cross. Also the collision center this company is connected to is also very predatory and is constantly calling because both places of business only see $$$ instead of clients. I believe they have the same owner. Please don’t use their services. -10/10 recommend, would rate 0 stars

Do Not Use! If I could give a 0… And if AAA tries to send them to you, pick someone else ASAP! We called at 2pm and we waited until 9pm to find out they weren’t going to come pick us up. 7 hours of calling and getting no answers or time of pick up. They were willing to do the “longer” drives over us.
Contacted AAA for assistance and Paola from Pacific Autow Center showed up in a short amount of time. He was very professional and friendly and charged my dead battery, checked my car’s alternator, and even checked my tires. He did not attempt to hard sell me a new battery and instead suggested that I have my regular mechanic check my battery. I appreciated his honesty and work ethics.
My car had a flat tire and was towed from my garage to MB of SD on Kearny Villa. The tow operator (Neil) called me several times to give his update and estimated arrival time. He pumped air to the tire so it can be driven on the flat bed. Secured the car safely and well. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommended.
Tesla roadside assistance should not use this company. Period. Wrecked my tesla on their truck bed while they were driving because they didn’t secure it properly. Were difficult to deal with to pay for repairs. *Didn’t pay for full cost they agreed to.* Whole thing has been a complete nightmare from start to finish when they wrecked my car.
Was doing night work at a location and left my car for 20 minutes outside and came back and car was gone. Towed for a quick buck because they could. Ruined my Christmas and took 431 worth of money I was going to use for Christmas presents for my kids heartlessly because I had to drive to a location and work. I was just out doing work. I came and respectfully explained the situation, but only had their focus on the money.They have no human compassion to read a situation and no regard for the public. Stay away from these horrible people. Please spend your money on people who are actually worth working with. Also I've heard their drivers damage vehicles when they tow. Definitely seeking legal action .

Great Towing company excellent drivers super professional.
Showed up in about 40 minutes 95 to hook up $10 a mile great service got it towed to my house for $135. I’m happy about that. I and the guy that told great service kind gentlemen

He pulled up in front of my car with such care and precision, then gently backed up and secured my vehicle with total professionalism. Throughout the entire drive, he drove smoothly and safely, making me feel completely at ease. Manny also went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, including a quick stop at the gas station. When we got to my place, he parked my car (still on the tow truck!) directly into my assigned spot perfectly — it was truly impressive. I've hired these guys via AAA a few times and they are the best. Second or third time I get Hadid to come replace a battery for me. Excellent work, great personality, professional, fast and fair. I keep calling this company because they are the best when it comes to AAA services.
I cannot say how incredible this service was! My wife and I had half of our lug nuts snap off while driving homenand prepared for what we thought would be a ling wait dor AAA. WIND N SEA TOWING Arrived ahead of schedule, took extra precautions with helping ensure our vehicle was loaded safely, provided more insight into explaining exactly what happened and was all around friendly and patient during what was already a trying day. 5 stars! Amazing and quick service. Danny was SO helpful - truly a godsend. My car died one day before I was scheduled to get a replacement auxiliary battery. Instead of just jumping it, he actually made sure to tell me exactly what battery I needed and where I could buy it, and after I got it he installed it and replaced my other battery under warranty through AAA - all for one jump start call to AAA. He went above and beyond, and saved me so much money in addition to my sanity. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to start my car to even get to the mechanic the next day, but now I can safely rely on my car to work properly. It makes a huge difference when it comes to something most people have no knowledge about (like me) and when you are given information and real help, instead of being taken advantage of, it’s truly a miracle. THANK YOU for being so wonderful. 10/10 would recommend!!!!!
They destroyed my bike when towing it. They didn't take before photos of the bike to show the condition it was in before they destroyed it. They hung up on me when I called to ask about photos and wouldn't return my calls. My only hope to file a claim is that police took pictures of the bike before they moved it.

These people are criminals. They want to get your money however they can instead of focusing on the service they are supposed to be providing. I was ready to pick my car up on friday but nobody was there. Fast forward to Monday. I called several times again. (about 15 to 20 times) and it went straight to voicemail on a Monday afternoon. The guy was just inside chilling. I banged on the gate before he eventually came out. Didn't apologize at all. They charged me close to a thousand dollars ($1k) for holding my car for a few days. (from Friday to Monday) they intentionally do not "release" cars on the weekends just so they can charge you more money for holding it through the weekend. The guy was so rude to my wife and he refused to release my car even after I paid the complete money and gave him all the documents he asked for and he already confirmed them and made copies. He said he didn't have to release my car. I called the cops on him and when he saw I was on the phone with the police, He quickly processed the documents and released my car. To insult me and my wife even though we were calm the whole time trying to understand the charges just because he is hiding behind a tiny window? I would NEVER do business at all with this company and I hope no-one does. If I could give zero stars, thats what I would give
Terrible experience, they recognize the phone and after one call they don't answer again. So this way seems to be a company desperate for money, so they make everything difficult to get your car and if they could get a bigger bill for you, for sure they will do everything to make it happen.

These people are crooks! They illegally towed my son’s car. Charged over an additional $100 because it was after business hours.Also $80 for storage which they had the car for 30mins. Once at the tow yard they tried charging additional $200. My son attempted to call the police then they said he didn’t have to pay the additional $200. Definitely filing a suit!
Although I have never personally gotten a vehicle towed with this company, I would never trust them with my vehicle. I work near their location and their drivers are ALWAYS driving EXTREMELY fast on Armour street, so fast I can't even see a license plate number. It's dangerous, there are parking stalls on the street and they could easily hit someone pulling in or out of a parking space, not to mention this area has a lot of pedestrians walking. Also, my boss used their services to tow his car and it came back with thousands of dollars worth of damage, more than what it was being towed for and ended up having to get a new car. Based on the previous reviews and how fast they are driving, I wouldn't trust them with your vehicle.
TOTAL SCAM - no one answers the phone, when questioned why vehicle was towed, no reason or evidence provided other than someone called us to tow. WHO? They can't say. Holds you hostage, won't listen, just keeps reciting not my job pay $470 to get your car back. I don't get how this is legal? Someone can just call to get your car towed without Police intervention? So I can call to get any random car towed, and they they tow without asking questions? There needs to be more oversight here as many others have mentioned scam in the works.
Dealt with this firm following an auction. Extremely professional. All staff members we saw that day went above and beyond to accommodate us. Totally unexpected in that line of business. Bought a large SUV for 10% of its value. Changed 4 tires, put new battery in, got an oil change and drove it home in comfort for over 6 hours. Will absolutely come back.
These guys are the worst tow company around they towed my car and stole about $600 dollars of tool and on top of that they price gouged the hell out of me they wanted $500 buck to tow a carc 2 miles and the he she at the front desk is rude and super disrespectful I highly recommend you do not use there thrives to tow any of your cars and they also left a huge scratch down the side of my truck there earring speaks for it self I would be zero stars if it could be. I wish this company the worst in the future they earned it. Star towing you suck.

⭐ 1 Star – Dangerous and Unprofessional Driver I had a terrifying experience with one of this company’s tow truck drivers. While hauling a vehicle on the flatbed, the driver refused to let me merge when the lanes came together and tried to run me off the road instead of slowing down. After that, they tailgated me for several miles, flashing their lights and road-raging aggressively the entire time. This kind of reckless behavior is completely unacceptable — especially from someone driving a large tow truck with another vehicle loaded on it. It put everyone on the road at serious risk. If this is the type of person the company employs, their safety standards clearly need major improvement. I’ve reported the incident and hope immediate action is taken before someone gets seriously hurt.
I wanted to say I had a good experience with this company, my Driver Chris was so fantastic helpful, kind and patient, went above and beyond. Great customer service! I have nothing but great things to say about him!!
👎👎 Very disappointed with the service that I paid for. I am from Arizona and was in San Diego for my 9th wedding anniversary vacation. Very unfortunate, my wife and I was involved in a automobile collision on Rosecrans on 3-21-2024. Police called for me a private tow, because my insurance company was taking too long and my vehicle needed to be moved out of traffic. The collision wasn't too serious, but my front bumper was hanging off. My vehicle was still in running condition. C&D towing showed up and began the removal of my vehicle. The driver was given the key fob to my vehicle. As me and the officer stood across the street, this driver began to drag my vehicle up onto the tow truck. I yelled for him to place my vehicle in neutral before pulling onto the truck, and was met back with a shut up from the driver as he still continued to drag my vehicle with my back tires locked up.I drive a 2023 Dodge Challenger which is the last make of this type of vehicle. I was charged $320 for the tow that I was very dissatisfied with. The officer explained to me that the dragging of my vehicle was all caught on his body cam, and I have now requested such video before I go further with this matter. The driver was a very rude nasty person who doesn't need to be dealing with customers. I am a certificated master mechanic and own my own shop in Arizona. I personally operate tow trucks from time to time and this was a very unprofessional tow. There was no reason my vehicle should have been drug with the rear tires locked up. I definitely will be pursuing this matter. I would never use this company and would recommend if you need a tow, this is not the company to use or trust with your vehicle
I had a great time talking with my tow driver Brandon. Service was quick and professional, my car was treated with care. Definitely a top notch tow company and Brandon is the best.

Absolutely terrible service, charges outrageous daily holding and towing rates. Would not recommend and the only reason I am forced to do business with them is because they picked up my wrecked motorcycle and had no chance to deny their services.
Great customer service and totally raising the car in quality.
I called them through AAA to help with a flat tire. The tech was there within 20 min, and this was at around 10pm. He solved the issue and provided excellent customer service.

Very rude people. No sympathy. Lazy. Ghetto. Seems prison and jail employees. No manners. Hangups up the phone to customer. No patience with customer. This man keep saying it's not my problem and your not the only one from triple. He keep saying man multiple times words, which I'm a lady.
Cortes towing stole my vehicle once i refused to sell the car to them. There driver who is my neighbor asked to buy my vehicle when he was told not for sale he reported the car abandoned to CVPD who ticketed my vehicle. Cortes towing then picked up my vehicle charging $278 just to hook my vehicle claiming it took 1 and half hour's to do so. Don't trust Cortes towing they are thieves.
Edit: The tow truck driver took about almost 3 hours to get to where I’m at. Never put the drive shaft back together, after the tow. The tow driver was very rude and short with words. I wouldn’t not recommend this tow company to anyone at all. Read the reviews it’s very true. So just made a phone call because i got charged an extra $338 after i left this 1 star review, the guy i was on the phone with ended hanging up on me. I explained to him i got charged for “4 hours worth of work” when he got to me at 9:50am and dropped off the truck at 10:55am. Without even putting the driveshaft back in the truck. Save yourself the trouble DO NOT use Spark Towing and Cortes towing Its a rip off company. Read the reviews
Terrible experience with Cortes towing. AAA sent them to me. They showed up and we agreed on the service center they would tow my car to. I gave the driver my keys and told him to call me if he needed anything. He decided not to tow my car. He also left the keys in the car. The car is a Jeep with the top off. So, anyone could have taken it. Because my car was in a private parking lot, it got impounded. Cortes towing said they tried to call me. I have no messages from them. There are a lot of tow companies with 4 or 5 stars. AVOIDE CORTES TOWING!
Honestly, I was just thinking about this place. STORY TIME 👏👏👏 a few years back my mom had bought her first car she had ever bought from a dealership brand new. Her “boyfriend” at the time stole her car in Antioch ca, Bay Area (near San Francisco) he sold it to his friends or something. They had traveled from Antioch down to Chula Vista in less than a day. They had found the car parked outside an apartment complex less than seven minutes away from the boarder. Since it was reported stolen they towed it here. My mom, sister and I bought train tickets next day and traveled 12 hr w no car and no idea what conditions it was in. We got there at 3 in the morning and planned to wait outside till they opened. They heard our story and were so nice as to let us in to get the car out at 3 in the morning. Instead of waiting till morning when the main office opened.

I'm not quite sure why there's so much negative criticism of this towing company. I met both an ASAP Towing Technician who came to check on my car and a dedicated tow truck driver to tow my car. Both individuals were very nice and understanding. The tow truck driver was particularly kind and it was overall a pretty smooth experience. I did have to wait ~2 hours for the first technician to come over, though, since he was the only person servicing the San Diego area at the time (weekend at 8pm). No complaints whatsoever about the tow itself. The driver was careful when hooking up my car and pulling it onto the rollback bed, and even more gentle when he was driving.
Was assigned ASAP Towing by my insurance when I had a flat tire. Arrived sooner than expected. Switched tires around for safe towing to tire place. Very fast, friendly, efficient service. Hopefully I don't need them again, but would recommend.
HORRIBLE experience, HORRIBLE customer service. I pray to god I never have to use them for any services ever again. How they got a geico contract I will never understand. I decided to call and get an ETA after an hour passes from the original ETA, ASAP tells me 20 minutes. I call back 40 minutes later, he says 15 minutes, I call back 30 minutes later and he says 15 minutes again. I call back another have hour later he says he’s almost there. Finally, after 3.5 hours of waiting in my car on the side of the road, the driver shows up. He hooks up my car, fine. Then I get a call from the mechanic saying the driver dropped the car, which doesn’t start, in the parking lot of the business next door. Doesn’t even drop the car at the correct location. All around horrible experience. Wouldn’t wish these guys on my worst enemy.
I was just assigned a ASAP Towing service through roadside assistance with geico and was connected via text immediately. The driver called me quickly and texted me requesting a location pin for accuracy and to improve response time. I’m impressed so far. I’ll report back and edit after the vehicle it is picked up and dropped off.
Nothing against this company at all, however the worker at the towing place was just horrible. I believe her name was Bree, she had red hair and was heavy set. She was the most angry, vile worker I’ve had the displeasure of talking to. She made the experience of getting my car back so uncomfortable as she seemed visibly annoyed or angry from the moment I got there. Not sure what’s wrong with her but she was rushing me for no reason and was rude to my friend. So, if you ever get towed by ASAP towing, I pray for you that you don’t have to deal with Bree, hoping she gets better!!
