My insurance company sent Pacific Towing for roadside assistance when my tire went completely flat. I believe my driver's name was Aldo. He showed up within 20 minutes or so of the call, was very efficient and very friendly! Great and stress free experience overall.

I recently found myself in need of a tow and reached out to Richard's Universal Towing after experiencing delays with the emergency roadside service dispatched by my insurance company. To my relief, Richard personally answered my call and arrived promptly, even sooner than anticipated. He swiftly removed my vehicle from the road, ensuring my safety. Richard's Universal Towing just transported a classic car for me which has broken front suspension, using a flat bed truck as I had specifically requested. I could not be any happier with how smoothly, carefully and quickly he was able to respond and take care of my job moving the car without further damaging the car. My call was answered quickly by the driver himself and he was very courteous and quick to respond and charged a reasonable fee. I had previously contacted another towing company for the same car and after talking with a dispatcher, was told a driver would be there in 45 minutes to an hour. After nearly 3 hours and multiple calls later and being repeatedly told he was 10 minutes away, the driver showed up without a flat bed and refused the job, wasting my time and leaving me standing out in the cold waiting for him. Both numbers had good ratings on Google but the real world proof is that Richard's Universal Towing actually earns his rating!

Frank's Towing & Recovery went above and beyond the call of duty when they traveled over four hours round trip on a Sunday from Santa Rosa, CA to the intersection of Hwy 128 & Hwy 1 on the California Coast to help a woman who had locked her keys & cell phone inside a rented U-Haul truck get back into the vehicle.
I just needed to come here and give a huge thank you to Frank’s Towing & Recovery. My car broke down on me in Healdsburg, so I called Audi roadside assistance to get me a tow. After 5+ hours of playing the back-and-forth game with them, they told me they couldn’t find a tow service for me but I could arrange my own tow and they would pay for it. That’s when I found Frank’s Towing. I called Frank and from the start he was extremely friendly and helpful. After he agreed that he was willing to come get my car, I called roadside assistance back and gave them his information. He worked through the process with them and updated me on the status. Frank was there to pick me up by the end of the hour. My car was getting towed to a dealership that was over 70 miles from Santa Rosa and I wasn’t sure if the dealership was going to give me a loaner car. I expressed my concern to Frank and he offered without hesitation to give me a ride back to Santa Rosa if they were unable to give me a loaner car. When we arrived at the dealership Frank waited there for me until I was all checked in and confident I was getting a loaner car. Frank made a bad situation for me into a much less stressful one. I really appreciate you Frank and I would highly recommend using Frank’s Towing to anyone in need of his service!
Great service!!! After waiting on AAA for 3+ hours we decided to call a tow company ourselves. We called Frank's for a tow from the 3rd floor of a parking garage when our car wouldn't start. We were relieved and impressed when he got there within 20 minutes. Super friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!!! Thanks for the rescue!!

Had a great experience this morning with these guys! Very quick, got to me in a half hour. Good prices. He knows that he’s doing that’s for sure, great loading and perfect parking when unloading the vehicle even when my car has difficulty turning the steering wheel due to a lock cylinder issue and no programmed key. They were able to tow me on a flatbed when AAA wouldn’t?? Thank you so much for the help!
Nestor's Towing did a fantastic job. I had to move a fire damaged classic car from a storage facility as soon as possible. I called Nestor's and in less than an hour after I got off of the phone, the car was in my drive way. Great value, customer service and very quick and efficient. I highly recommend Nestor's, they saved me a lot of time and money!

I hit some black ice on Mark West Spring Rd and needed towing. My insurance called Nestor’s Towing to do the job, they said they’d be there in 45 minutes. Over an hour later, no follow-up with me or my insurance. I follow up myself, they said they’d need a picture before they come out—since when do tow companies require pictures? I said I couldn’t send one because of poor phone signal and they said they’d have to call my insurance again to up the charge because they “might need two cars.” This was after they’d already accepted the job and I’d already been charged. I told them two other tow companies already came out and helped other cars in the area, and the only reason I didn’t use them is because I’d paid for Nestor’s and was given a time frame. The guy on the phone says “so use them.” Eventually I give up and call my insurance back for a new company. They call Nestor’s about a dozen times, Nestor’s ghosts them. All in all, completely worthless and unprofessional behavior. Not sure if this is the standard of the business or just one bad employee, but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone until something gets fixed.
I have had nothing but great services with this company. The guy is so so sweet and so understanding. I’ll definitely be using them anytime. I need a tow and I recommend them 100% thank you so much for the help you guys are amazing.

Used All Star Towing to tow my vehicle to be serviced and Hector was very knowledgeable and professional! I rode in the truck with him and felt comfortable and at ease. Would recommend!
I called into AAA at 7:00pm because my car died on the road. They accepted the tow and agreed to take it at 9:00am the next morning. They showed up and told me because I didn't ask for a flatbed they couldn't do it because the car was modified. The car is not modified and could have been put on a dolly just fine but it was "too much work" and "we're too busy." They notified AAA that the car was modified to get the tow request dropped and I sat around waiting for another 4 hours completely unaware that no one else was coming. When we called the company you could hear the entire office laughing at my misfortune. Completely unprofessional. Do not use this tow company. Call Nesters instead.
My name is charity, and we had the most terrific experience with our tow. Truck driver Jose, he was prompt friendly and was willing to drive a long distance to come and get our motor home. That had broken down and had to be taken back to our house. We are truly grateful for everything. He did no matter the long distance that he had to drive. He still had a smile on his face.It was extremely respectful. Kind we are so grateful for him.We don't know what we would have done if he couldn't have helped us out tonight. He kept us up to date with his arrival time. Thanks again jose.

I just can’t say enough about All Star Towing! I recently found myself with a flat tire. I can honestly say that I should know how to deal with this, but I don’t! I left that to my ex. I called All Star. The person that answered the phone was gracious, so kind and most of all understanding. Immediately a truck came out to help me. Jesus was AMAZING! I was back on the road headed to get my tire replaced. Jesus explained everything to me without sounding like I was an idiot. Do yourself a favor…. Call All Star Towing. Professional, clean truck and quick!

Unnecessarily aggressive and dangerous driver who sped up to prevent other cars from merging in front of them. They clearly have a business model that doesn't include customer service or public facing reputation. Though I guess it's good for business if they can cause some accidents?
$240 for a 6 mile tow in Santa Rosa. Was told they would pick me up in 30 minutes but it took the truck 60 minutes to arrive.
Waiting over a hour for a simple tow. I felt like dispatch was covering for their driver. Since they were full of excuses why they missed the ETA deadline. As a security professional time is essential. I going to talk to the client to see if we can switch to another company that values our time.
Found a "house car" on CL that needed to be towed. AAA contacted Creams Towing for the job. Ironically the distance was only a few miles to where we needed it towed to. Joe from Creams Towing arrived in a very nice and well kept tow truck that appeared to have every attachment needed for safe towing. Joe was very thorough inspecting the house car and setting it up to tow to our new property. We highly recommend using Cream's Towing for your towing needs. Joe was professional and sympathetic.
I had a 26ft RV that would not start. The driver had to use 3 jumper cables to reach my battery. Once he was able to put RV in neutral he slowly pulled my RV out of garage. This was not an easy feat as there was a small amount of room to manuver RV and tow truck. Pasquale did a great job. He treated my RV with kids gloves. I would definitely recommend this place

Eta was fair and the driver nick was polite and fast take me back home
This is not a local towing company. It is a dispatcher and they were awful. They told me 45 minutes but it was over 2 hours. They also called me after 30 minutes and told me that they were raising the price by $30. I'm sure they'll just scrap this Google business after a while and start over.

I needed a tow. I was only 2 blocks away from the business location on Coffee Lane. I needed a tow for total of 8 blocks to my house. It took numerous calls to get through to them. Once I got through, the man said they want a $150 set up fee and 195$ for the tow. OMG - Total rip off. No way. Too expensive. This is why they have so many one star reviews. They Stink.

Had to have my car towed today. Mauricio was great! Super nice, worked efficiently and quickly, and made a stressful situation not so stressful. Highly recommend.
Caton was extremely professional and helpful, replaced my battery and kept my truck running so as not to have the codes reset. Were there in a very timely fashion. Friendly and reliable.
Made arrangements for towing my car which was in a locked lot that didn't open until 10am. AAA gave me a window from 10-11am. Driver arrived and 9:50am. When I wasn't there, the dispatcher called in an extremely rude manner stating we needed to be there NOW! We explained the situation and the dispatcher hung up on us and cancelled the call with AAA. Extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend this company.
I will never deal with this shop ever again, and here is why....Yarbrough bro towing are rude and unprofessional especially Rita ..I had my car acting odd so I pulled over into a business parking lot very small I called aaa with my details and told them my phone was dying and they wouldn't be able to reach me but I'll be here...3 hours go by and nothing I find a strangers phone and call aaa and they inform me they been trying to reach me to confirm details I already gave them because the shop refused to send anyone out with out confirming the address they already had....the shop has rita informing it was a apt complex too large to find me...but it was a business not an apartment and it was a small parking lot...when I called the shop to confirm my address again that they had rita yelled at me she was very childish and unprofessional I can't believe aaa does business with them...I tried to tell her my phone died and how I told the office I need a jump start only and left me stranded for 3 hours but ritaa kept screaming and saying what I should have my driver go out there and just honk until we found you....yes you should have because the parking lot was not hard to find right off a main rd was very open and I was the only car in the lot....she contained to scream no apologies just blaming me because my phone died....I spoke with aaa and they informed me the shop refused to send someone out by Rita's call even after I verified my location and services advs them of the unprofessional behavior they apologized and called rita on a 3 way call to confirm call details where rita yelled again not only to me but to aaa saying she refuses to send anyone out to wrong loaction.....I PROVIDED A FULL ADDRESS she finally took my veficatio. Of only a jump start and still left me waiting for 2 hours before getting service...she should be fired she makes this whole company look horrible...but she wasn't the worse....the driver arrives and was rude as well stated the battery is fine and I don't need a js I needed a tow...he didn't even try the jump start he just wanted more money for tow because his words a jump start is not worth his time...i couldnt belive it he was arguing me with me but refused to try the jump start and took off and he adv aaa he came and i was not there gone on arrival...i was in shock and disbelief...i shouldnt have had a problem the way I did for a jump start 5 hours later....I called aaa again adv them do not send this company and they listened and the new company all city tow and they were wonderful got to me in 20 min the same location I provided Yarbrough no issues jumped my car and I went on my way .....so if you want to deal with shitty ppl on a shady business then I'd recommend this company 👌
I went in today and the lady at the front desk was completely useless in helping me get my car out, she wanted to charge me double for no reason as if getting my car out isn’t expensive enough. I had all my paperwork in order and she claimed my signature was fake on top of kicking us out when we had done no wrong. Hire people that want to work for your company, she’s clearly just there for the check. Do better
