Absolutly amazing service. I just had my truck towed to the dealership and this place started off their business with me with an older helpful gentleman on the phone who was patient and friendly with me in explaining everything, and had someone out to pick the truck up within 15 minutes. The man, I think his name was Dave, who came out was very friendly and even took the time to explain a few things on the truck to me. Between both of these men, the process was a relief in an already hectic situation. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone and will make sure to continue to use them.
Went to get my daughter car out it cost 820$ for only two weeks that it was there . That's a rip off . 🤬😡 . They said because they changed for holidays and weekends plus 75$ a day wow they never told us that before. Smh . .. now my daughter car won't pass smog so someone did something to her car while it was there because it wasn't like that before.😡

Family environment, always making sure the customer is taken care of.
The unprofessionalism in this company's response to negative reviews on this page are evidence enough of their lack of integrity and respect for their "customers". Not only are their responses rude and plain unprofessional but they also are posting people's personal situations on the internet for the public to see. If there's not a law against that there should be. The lack of compassion is evident as soon as you walk through their doors. Bad enough your car was towed, even when you are trying to pay your fine like an honest person you will be met with coldness. Just like you can clearly see in their responses to reviews. I don't deny that I screwed up and that's why my car was impounded, but when I went in to pay the fine like an honest person there was no reason for these people the act as rude and cold as they did. Also just to clarify, as I'm sure that they will respond to post with "we have no record of you being a customer here"......I HAVE had a car towed by them, but chose not to use my real email as I do not want them sharing personal details of my situation on a public page, as I've seen them do in other reviews.

The owner wife is very rude had a problem with a car i purchased from them because they are also a tow yard the man seem understanding and willing to listen to my concerns.... when I arrive I was told I couldn't come in and do to covid and regulations but yet I watched another customer walk in without any mask and not only that she was close to me talking and even had physical hand-to-hand contact with me she should not be allowed to handle any business extremely rude disrespectful and seem to be on edge I can only imagine what she got in her Christmas stocking😂😂😂😂 but for the most part everyone else was pretty much fair
