These guys are super professional on time and when I say 24 seven they answer the phone at any time literally so if you’re looking for someone that you can call at any point anytime anywhere or these are the guys give them a call Roberto and his colleagues are amazing. They’re all super easy to work with and Mann. We love these guys. You know these we look forward to working with them when our car broke down even though we don’t look forward to the car is breaking now we look forward to working with them so hell yeah guys rock on.
Bull City Towing is absolutely the best experience I’ve had with any tow company. The two guys that arrived were very courteous, fast, and worked well as a team. They were very informative about their business and how they got started, and great to talk to. I know have two new nephews in these young men. GREAT JOB!
Bullcity towing was AWESOME: fast, efficient, professional, kind, and very good at what they do. I needed my car towed/serviced at the RDU airport parking garage (a very difficult location to access), and they were able to find me and get my car back on the road. No one ever wants to have their car towed, but if you do, call Bullcity!
Quick response and very fast sent message and got to my house in less than 30 minutes my car is also very low to the ground and they got it up in no problem!
I called these guys out for what started out as needing my vehicle towed. I then thought maybe it could be my battery or key fob. We stayed in communication while they were in route, they brought me a battery for my key fob. When they got there they jumped my car and it ended up starting. I don't know if it was the key fob but the battery definitely helped and having it hand delivered was an awesome bonus. I did not end up needing to be towed thank goodness. They charged me a very very reasonable price for hand delivery of a battery and a jump. Even though they had to come all the way to me and did not end up Towing me they were very nice and helped me in my time of despair. I hope I do not need their services in the future, but if I do I will remember them. Depending on what kind of car trouble you might be having, these guys are able to help you out.

Called to make an appointment to pick up my car and bring in for service at a dealership. Owner/operator was able to show up 30 minutes earlier than originally estimated. He also helped speed up the intake process at dealership by relaying vehicle identifying information, which might not sound impressive but also something he didn’t have to do. Fair pricing and excellent customer service that went above and beyond expectations.
We had my car towed twice in one week because a part that was fixed failed, and we hired this company to tow an old vehicle as well. Very prompt on each occasion, showing up exactly when agreed and very good service. I have this number saved in case I ever need a tow again. I highly recommend this service.
My car gave out an hour from my home, and as a young women by herself, finding a reliable safe tow service in an unfamiliar city was very important. Whatever service you may need folks, I HIGHLY recommend you call Matthews Towing. This friendly small business provides excellent service. I knew my vehicle was professionally and carefully attended to.
Once they got the call she called to confirm and provided eta. Sure try traffic they were free minutes behind but she had updated already that they are in traffic. So there is no complain on that part. Once they arrived, they were very professional yet friendly. My truck was in a very odd position but he managed skillfully and got it going. At the strip of, I requested to put the vehicle back all the on the driveway and he had no problem to do that. I like their positive attitude. I sure Will recommend them.
I’ve known the Matthews for many many years and while I haven’t had the opportunity to use them yet, I know they will take care of you!!

I had a flat tire and called Alvarez's Towing. After listening to where I was, rather than come out and get me, he connected me with a nearby auto shop that was able to simply send out a couple of guys to fix the tire. Saved me a lot of time and money and he didn't end up making anything off my call. Very stand up and I will absolutely be using him in the future if I need to.

Impeccable, trustworthy and reliable service! I’ve use Williams towing on a number of occasions, the most recent was on a Sunday and although the timing was not convenient they found a way to make sure that I was taken care of in a timely manner. I keep there information close just in case because they’ve proven to be reliable.
While driving from out of town, I ran into some car trouble and needed immediate assistance. Reached out to some family in the Durham area and they recommended Mr. Tony. Did my research, saw he had great reviews so we gave him a call. Reached out to him around 11:20am, our overall service was completed around 12:40ish. He was extremely quick on arrival, he assessed the problem and immediately had a solution. He even had a solution for a problem that wasn’t related to the one we initially called him for ! Immaculate service with reasonable prices ! Personally, I don’t know much about cars. He even educated me about my vehicle/engine. 15/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was involved in a car accident on I-40 W this afternoon. Lee’s Towing came out. Pete the driver was exceptionally kind allowing me to sit in his truck while the State Trooper completed the paperwork. I was 2 hours from home! He drove me to a local restaurant and got everything out of my car. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness. You, sir made my day so much better. God bless you always
I got in a bad accident and Lee and his colleagues were super helpful and really nice. He helped me get a rental car and helped reassure me that I was ok. He also helped me and my parents know what to do insurance wise and with getting the stuff I needed from my car after it was dropped off. Super great stand up guy and 100% recommend!

I selected Lee's Towing because of their excellent rating on google reviews. My experience lived up to the highly rated reviews. My wife's transmission went out after coming off a 12-hour shift. The driver Brian was there in 10 minutes and took care of us. He was a complete professional. I've also been assisted by another top-notch driver Mike on a different occasion. Lee is trustworthy and runs a business like it should be. You will realize it from the moment you contact them. I highly recommend them.
Horrible company. Got into a terrible wreck on i40 and this guy took complete advantage of me while I was shaken up from an almost fatal accident. Charged me $3500 to move 1 mile off the road so the troopers could open the road back up and had a smirk on his face when he told me the price. Karma will get you sir!

I had my vehicle serviced after leaving the dealership I did not make if far because the mechanic did not properly put things back together. I contacted Kristen she was very prompt and professional. Chris went out of his way to help me get my vehicle back to the dealership.
I’m a person who is all about timing and I don’t like to feel over charged. Kristen answered my call and told me to hold so I was patient.. she took me off hold and began my quote for my 25 mile haul from Durham to Raleigh at a reasonable price. Mind you I had just got off the phone with another towing company charging $85 for hooking and then $4 a mile plus tax I assume making it almost $200 and making it in 2 hours. CPR made it in an hour and half and beat the competitions price. If your looking for good customer service and a reasonable price look no further.
The roadside emergency service I use for my camper van contacted CPR Towing and Recovery to help me with a dead battery. Chris McMillan from CPR Towing and Recovery arrived at my house very soon after the call. He was amazing! He replaced the battery, taught me how to install a trickle charger I had purchased, checked the fluids in the van and showed me which fluids needed attention, waited with me while I tried to start the generator and house batteries on the van. He explained the services I needed for the van. He was very kind and patient as I asked a million questions. The service call felt more like a visit with trusted friend. Very grateful for Chris's kindness, professionalism and gift for teaching. Highly recommend CPR Towing and Recovery. They will be my first call for emergency services or towing.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Horrible customer service when I went to retrieve my car. Address on google is not current address. They had to tow my car to the front of the driveway because tow yard is very sketchy. In the middle of nowhere. On top of that the way they towed my car they hooked it up wrong damaging my exhaust pipe costing me over $3000 to repair when my car was fine prior to them towing.
Nate was great. Got to us as soon as he could and did a great job. Also gave me a ride home after dropping the car at the shop. Would definitely use again, but hopefully won’t have to soon!

Super nice guys and super fast, professional service on a Saturday night. The last thing you want to do is sit broken down on a busy highway. They answered the phone and were at the car within 30 minutes. Will absolutely use them again (but hope I don’t have to)!
I would first like to say I feel so bad for leaving a review so late because the owners of this establishment were so kind to me. I really appreciate them and what thye did for me the night my tire just blew. I was coming from Greensboro on my way to get my son from D.C and when my tire blew. It was late at night and I was in an unfamiliar area. I called around to so many places. I had no luck, no hope in anyone helping me. They either were closed, did not tow where I was, or they stopped towing for the night. I cried and cried in my car, just praying and crying. I called my sister and she told me to try again. I cried and held. I was just so upset. I wanted to get my son and had no way of doing so. I finally calmed down and I called Victory towing. They were so nice, so kind, and so helpful to me. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. They not only towed my car back to their shop, they replace my tire, and put oil in my car for my long drive to D.C. I am so thankful that they not only picked up the phone that night. I am so thankful that God moved them to help me that night. I am so thankful of their service. This is such a great establishment with amazing people working there. Thank you so much.

Obviously no one ever wants to be towed, but John and the manager here were incredibly helpful and kind. My car had been wrongfully towed (through no fault of their own) and they went out of their way to help get the situation figured out as quickly as possible. I had a full refund for the tow in less than 24 hours.
Luis was a true blessing, he showed up and got us on the road in a jiffy. He was very accurate and precise and I will definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends, and people I don’t know who need a tow

Brian was literally the nicest person we have EVER met! We used AAA for a flat tire and after the first person from another company canceled with no heads up, Brian arrived within 10 minutes of calling us. He had the nicest manners, helped us rearrange the car that had luggage piled high so he could get our spare, and was just overall an excellent guy. What was at first a not so fun experience turned into the highlight of our day!

EXTREMELY unprofessional to say the least. I waited OVER AN HOUR for the driver to arrive and the lady over the phone constantly LIED about the driver arrival. Driver finally arrived and threatened to leave without giving me my car. I had to say I was calling the police for him to give me my car. They were very rude and disrespectful. Open hours are LIES as-well. Overall TERRIBLE TERRIBLE business and I would not recommend ANYONE spend money with them. I would push my car across the United States before giving them a dime of MY hard EARNED money. Money hungry, rude, disrespectful, and nasty behavior exhibited from these folks. Also I had to call over 7 times before the driver arrived and after about my 4th call they would just send me to voicemail. Again UNPROFESSIONAL. RUDE. DISRESPECTFUL. AND DISGUSTING PEOPLE. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM. Bankruptcy is their best option with the way they treat people trying to give them money. Not once did I blame you all for towing my car. I blame you for LYING. I was VERY civil my first 2-3 phone calls. ANYONE would get irritable after waiting an HOUR for a person to arrive to unlock a gate. When I was told they would MEET me there. You LIED about the arrival of the man 4 times THATS when I got angry. But you knew that.

My girl locked her keys in her car today. I called around looking for someone to assist her because I was over an hour away at work. The dispatcher I spoke with was polite and knowledgeable. They were the most reasonably priced in the area like 40$ less than the other companies I called. The driver arrived promptly and was able to unlock her car without incident. If we are ever in that area again and are in need of service Tri-City will be my first call. As a former tow operator and roadside assistance provider myself I can say Tri-City towing is on point.

I needed someone to tow my car off the side of a hilly road. The driver was really good at driving on the rough terrain and kept me calm the whole trip.

Thanks to Durham Towing Company for picking me up all the way in Hillsborough. Tom's a great driver and took care of my bat-wing motorcycle without damaging a thing :)
Tony was helpful and prompt and price seemed fair: $100 plus $5 per mile towed. I had my car towed from my local mechanic to the dealership and Tony and I were able to handle all the transactions over the phone without me being present for any of the exchanges. Obviously I was a little nervous about not being there to ensure my car was delivered to the destination but the dealership confirmed my car had arrived just like Tony said.
Thank you to the driver Harold for getting me out of a tight spot near the airport so I could catch my flight. He came to tow my car to a repair shop and drop me off at the terminal for during the morning rush. Great stuff! I put them on speed dial.

Chandler’s Towing engages in predatory and unlawful practices. On Sunday, September 29, my husband’s car was parked directly in front of our rented garage at our apartment complex. Despite being parked legally, Chandler’s Towing hooked up his car in an attempt to tow it. The tow truck driver falsely claimed that residents are not allowed to park in front of garages and must park inside, which is not true. We specifically rent our garage space for the purpose of parking. He then changed his reasoning, stating the cars parked impeding traffic were to be towed. This was also false—our car was not blocking traffic in any way. The driver further claimed the property manager stated that there is no parking in front of garages. However, the next day, our property manager confirmed that Chandler’s statements were untrue and that residents are allowed to park in front of their garages. To make matters worse, other cars parked in front of their garages, a few spaces down, were not targeted or towed. We were forced to pay $150 to have the car released on the spot. Our apartment complex has since agreed to reimburse us, acknowledging Chandler’s wrongdoing. I believe our vehicle was unfairly targeted because it is an older work car with cosmetic damage, even though its registration and inspection are fully up to date. Chandler’s Towing acted illegally by attempting to tow our car without cause, using deception and selective enforcement. I will be filing a formal complaint against them for their predatory and unlawful practices.
If I could give less stars I would! This place scams people and has terrible customer service. This company wrongfully towed my vehicle while I was staying over with a friend. The very rude and hostile receptionist tried to argue with me saying my tags are expired & that who I was visiting should have told me about the rules when how do they apply to someone who’s just visiting and is properly parked in a VISITORS PARKING SPOT! I’m very confused as to why MY TAGS would be the complex or Chandlers business? I feel as if this place or drivers do whatever they want just to get the money. I’ve also been confused as to why I see some people only pay $180 to get their car the same day but others are charged $210? I’m honestly looking into further actions to see about being reimbursed and would love for this place to be closed for good!
Do yourself a favor and save money by getting your car serviced elsewhere. Poor service, horrible customer service experience.
I will guess 90% of the positive reviews are coming from people like Foundry Commercial who own much of these parking lots they tow off. The truth is they are predatory. Whole Foods in Durham 08/12/2025. If you eat at Whole Foods and walk across the street or leave the property at all for a few minutes they will tow you. Happened to me and as I waited for my uber to go get my towed care I saw tow truck pull up and tow a car from a guy who just left. Thing is I came back went to Sushi place to meet someone and did not notice it was towed till I came out. Driver is too quick and they are aggressive. He said he had security watching. Please show the proof. I have a receipt and a witness. $265 cash or debit. Predatory step off the property and they are on you. Just wondering if I had come back before he hooked up what would have happened? Next time I will be watching. I go to Whole Foods on a regular basis and sushi place as well, like 5 times a week. Please google them they have had several complaints one involving the local news. Yelp, Road Trippers. What we need to do is contact some of the companies who hire them. Which I will be doing.
As a business owner myself I understand you have to do what you have to do sometimes especially in this line of work. However maintaining professionalism is extremely important to any business and disrespect is not okay when people are spending money towards your business. The gentlemen with braces had probably one of the worst attitudes I’ve encountered. Using profanity and speaking to customers like that is never okay. There are plenty of small towing businesses in the area with a reputable business and people who don’t cuss at you I would advise to choose one of those businesses instead.
