I called about 8 different towing companies to have my car towed. Most of the people I spoke with were rude or acted like I was bothering them, but not J&G. Gavin, was very polite and helpful with my request and Dante’ was very nice and on time to transport my vehicle. I saved their contact information in my phone because they will definitely get my business should I need another tow. A note to all the other towing companies; customer service matters! J&G delivered excellent customer service for an affordable price and I most certainly recommend them.
Dealt with Gavin. He was very professional, nice , and great to work with. He listened, ask questions to make sure he did what was needed on his end. Very reasonable and I would for sure call them again if I need to. All around great experience!
Amazing all around service! Give them a try for your towing roadside needs. The owner was fast responsive and very dedicated to getting my family and I back on the road. He worked with local vendors to get parts that I needed and even got us situated with a ride while car was fixed. Owner went above and beyond the call of duty and has earned my business and trust. Gavin is absolutely the man! I couldn't find anyone else to tow my vehicle from Greensboro to Raleigh, but Gavin promised to get me in before the end of the day. Sure enough, 30 minutes earlier than he'd told me, Gavin comes rolling up to my vehicle! We ended up chatting for a little while after he delivered my car and he has a great mind and soul. You don't meet people like Gavin, often! If you're considering him for your towing needs, don't hesitate! He's the one.
We cannot say enough good things about J&G Towing. The owner went completely out of his way to help us. Long story short, we'd left one of our vehicles at the hospital when my girlfriend needed surgery. I'd driven her home and couldn't leave her side, but we needed to get our 2nd vehicle back home. The owner of J&G took time out of his day to come by and pick up our keys before heading across town to the hospital to tow our vehicle to our home. Fast, safe, courteous, and professional service at a very competitive price. We will only be using J & G Towing for our transport needs in the future and would confidently recommend them to any friends, family, and colleagues. Great job at a great price.

Tow Service was good. Just seemed like it took forever to get there. Sitting on the side of I40 was not a pleasant experience. DOT stopped by twice while we were waiting.The lady I talked to said they would move us up 30 minutes. But it was still the original time quoted.

If you are affiliated with AAA and changed my flat tire on Sunday, I thank you so very much. The young man who did the work had the old shredded tire removed, and the new spare put on in five minutes or less. He was friendly, quick, and did a great job.
My van was totaled and I didn’t have a way to meet the tow truck so they could get the keys. The driver came to my house to get the keys from me before picking up the van. He was very friendly and very professional. 10 out of 10.

Mr.Gentry and his wife was very friendly and punctual! I had a flat tire and Mr. Gentry was at my location within 30 minutes. I called 6 different towing company at 6:30am and he was the only one that was available and got to me at the earliest convenience! They also located me to someone that could replace my tire, another small business they were affordable and very quick! I had to leave to Charlotte and they made everything so smooth for me! Whenever I need a car towed, I will definitely reach out to this small business!
Travis was awesome! My car threw a rod on the hwy. He told me up front the worse case scenario of him having to get my car hooked up. He gave me one flat price to tow anywhere in Greensboro. The price was more than fair and miles lower than everyone else that I called. He also communicated non stop. Surprisingly, he collected payment once he had delivered my car and not up front. Nowadays, it’s rare when you come across someone in business who cares about the way that they handle the person as opposed to just getting your money and taking advantage of people in vulnerable situations. You can just feel over the phone that Travis is simply one of those “good people.” Gentry is now saved in my phone contacts. I highly recommend and appreciate the service & so will you!!

I used Triple L's for a tow to the repair shop when my car broke down in Greensboro earlier this month. Called them up and was told they could be there in about 45 minutes - he arrived in 40. Had the car up and rolling away ten minutes later. Five stars in every area - customer service, equipment, clearly knowledgeable. I would recommend these guys every day.

Bobby’s not friendly at all. You have to call 4 times to get an answer and they for sure ain’t friendly. 0 stars. Horrible service all around. They don’t deserve a half of star. In 9/5/2025 I got to their office at 4pm to find out they closed it a hours earlier. Called the guy to talk to him earlier anround 2pm and he said they close at 4:30pm so I decided to get there at 4. They were closed when I got there. Called their number 6 times to finally get a guy on the phone. He said all trucks are out and he notified them to come back to give me my car. It took them 4 hours to come give me my car. I waited from 4pm to almost 8pm to get my car. The dispatcher also kept hanging up on me. NEVER USE THEM for anything. They take hours for regular customers but come in 5 mins when the police calls them. Finally got my car and they took their time for a reason. They damaged my car in many places smh
I had waited over 3 hours for onstar to help me. I called and Bill picked me up within 20 minutes and drove me an hour home. He was wonderful, pleasant, safe and fair priced! Not to mention he picked me up at 11pm!
I broke down on my way to work. I was unable to contact my insurance company for roadside assistance. I called Bobby's Friendly towing and Adam was there to rescue me within 10 minutes. They towed my car back to High Point for a reasonable price. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend this towing service to anyone! Thanks again y'all!!

First of all let me say this, the photos in this advertisement are photoshopped. This guy's perpetrating a fraud !! Cash only business took me 4 hours to get them on the phone to get my car when I did get my car he didn't even ask for ID , just $265 with no receipt. You can go in there and claim any car you want. My car was towed from Walmart on Wendover avenue with no explanation, he doesn't know why they called, he doesn't know who called, and neither does Walmart. So, in my mind he stole my car and held it for ransom. $265 Ransom and didn't give me a receipt so I can get reimbursed through my insurance company. This is not a legitimate business person.

I used EZ Towing to repair a tire blow out on the high way. I was traveling on I-40 and ran over some what I believe was road work debrie in the road that tore my back tire completely off the rim. I was floored at the damage that was done to the tire and how dangerous that could have been for me and my sister. I called my insurance for help from towing in the area She gave me EZ Towing They showed up in @15-20 min The guy that came to help us who's name was Chris was so nice and made us feel not only safe but assured that he was able to help us and he did. My car battery died at the barber shop today. I used my auto insurance to send a request and they selected A&M Towing. The Eta for service was 65 mins. Allen arrived with 5 mins. Initially, he was able to charge my battery but my car ended up dieing again. I was able to give him a call to get my car towed to a shop that can see me now. Most repair shops are backed up. One place told me it would take two weeks. I appreciate the professionalism and customer serviced I received today.
As this was my first towing experience , I have to say Allen was/is the best. He showed up before the expected arrival time, hooked my car up & we hit the road. Very respectful & has a calming spirit… which made me comfortable during the ride to the shop. I’d recommend him 1,000 times over & over. Keep doing what you’re doing !
Allen arrived earlier than the estimated ETA my insurance provided. He had no problem finding my car broken down on the side of the highway. Within 10 minutes the car was hooked up, unloaded at the garage and paperwork signed! Great guy, fast, friendly service that got my ride to the shop before closing time. Thanks A&M!!!

We must start sending out True Bills to these towing companies! They have stolen our vehicles that we have the titles to. In the meantime, they owe us rent $$$ for as long as they have possession (using our cars without my permission) of our property. Sounds like a class action to me...And all I wanted was my car and money back. Plus, the damaged that was caused during the tow in my 4WD, smh. WE will never get anywhere moving in this type of behavior/frequency. New Era may still be on the Old Era of knowledge. I give for #Free(dom).

This is one of the worst towing companies in Greensboro. They put my daughters life in jeopardy towing a vehicle with a child inside because it was parked on the grass for a couple minutes no warning just hitched my vehicle up with my minor child inside and towed and then absolutely refused to release my truck without me paying refused to give me any information or details about the company so that I can file a formal complaint with the BBB Every time I call to get in contact with supervisor manager owner, the young gentleman that answers the phone tells me that none of those people are available. He passed my complaint up to upper management and no one has gotten in contact with him or myself. This happened in the middle of a storm in Greensboro, North Carolina, this company informed me that they were instructed by my leasing agent to come and tow my vehicle. We had to end up calling the cops to get any contact information for this company who decided to remove the name of the side of the vehicle so they can come and snatch cars in the middle of the night. I do not recommend this company to anyone ever I also have Proof and witnesses my vehicle is equipped with rear and front camera and it captured the whole incident. If I could give a -10, I would and times that by 100

Whatever deal between them and the apartment complex they have is kinda shady. Not running plates? Coming at dead hours of the night? Even looking at their replies to people going through the same you can tell they’re just trying to get it where they can. They might even flag this or comment some b.s. reply on this one similar to other one stars. Be careful if your apartment complex has this system because no one told us when we signed a lease. Definitely a major inconvenience especially when the problem of my expired tags were in the process of being remedied and I work In a city 30 minutes away. Great job at making a quick buck and setting back the working class in the process.
Fell asleep and didnt get a chance to move my car. Only lived here a few months..... woke up to find my car towed. $200 plus more most likely. Would not recommend. Update - price went up to $250 the 2nd time I called. Currently standing outside waiting because they have no one to man the office.

Terrible customer service! Rude! We tried to get our car off the lot, (it was in a wreck, not our tow choice) they wouldn't allow us to simply put on a spare so that we could drive it home, they said it was a liability, fine. We asked if they could tow it to our house, 1st the lady at the desk said maybe, but it could be a few days. Fine, let's just get it home. Then she calls back and said they don't have a tow truck, it's broken. It would be 2 weeks before they could tow it. If you want it, find another tow company or it can sit here but we would owe the daily storage fee, she said. GENTRY towing to the rescue! He Brought a truck, hooked it up and brought it to our house. Gate city had the SAME tow truck sitting there, 1 actually left for a call as I was watching Gentry hook up our car. Absolute laziness and no compassion for a PAYING customer.
This company was provided to me as part of Tesla’s roadside assistance program. The driver Nate was very open about communication, timely, and extremely nice to talk to as I had to take an hour ride back to the dealership. Nate should receive more recognition for his work and I highly recommend him if you have a choice of driver for this company.

I had my car towed twice by this company. The first time they claimed they couldnt do nothing since the pass was not visible. I took that as a lesson and paid their fees. The second time they took my car, I had left the parking pass on my dash board. I had made sure to never leave the car without the pass on the dash since it continuously kept falling from the rear view mirror. Oddly enough, these people wait till a rainy day, when my windshield is foggy to come and take my car a second time. I knew that the pass was inside the car and that it was visible because i had to eat the charges last months. So when I found myself to their lot, I asked them to come with to take a look at the car. Once i opened the door, the pass had slid from the dash to the passenger seat. The guy at the front saw the pass there as well and it was even visible through the windows. His only excuse was that "two people" looked at it and didnt see it but when i come around is clearly visible. When i asked if there were any pictures taken, he denied to it. When i asked to speak with those two people who looked at the car, he refused my request as well. I am now forced to park at the visitors parking of my own apt complex with a VISIBLE parking pass inside just to make sure these people dont continue to take advantage of me.
This is the most difficult place to work with. If you have an accident and one of these trucks show up have them take your vehicle to another lot with better hours and availability. They have short hours (they close at 5 - no weekend access) and sometimes if you show up during hours and they are busy they'll just tell you to just come back the next day or to make an appointment like it's no big deal. All while charging you daily storage. BUT you can pay a fee to see your vehicle after hours. How convenient for them not me. There's someone at the lot almost 24 hours but they won't walk you back for dozens of reasons. One person told me on the phone if I got there before sundown I could get to my car (the first call after my accident) but when I arrived I couldn't go back unless one of the drivers showed up and would walk me back on their own time. That's always their excuse. "Nobody's here with me". I've been trying to simply look over my car one last time before I verbally release it to my insurance so I avoid daily storage fees. They're closed today (the 5th of July) for the 4th of July holiday. So even though it's Monday the 5th they get to bill me for another day. It wouldn't take a lot of effort to be a little more accommodating. My car was in a hit and run - I'm trying to release it to insurance and the lot hours and policies are making things more difficult than losing a car already is. They have lots of trucks and will get you off the road quickly - but if you EVER need to have your car in the lot I recommend using any other place but here. AVOID THIS LOT.
I was in a bad car wreck and Kirk Sineath towed my car. I was not allowed to get anything out of my car even though I was surrendering the car to him as it was totaled. I was told he needed my title before I could get my belongings because he couldn't do anything with the car without the title and that he would hold the car until I got a title. I called every 2-3 weeks to update because the place I bought the car from closed down and was having issues getting my title. When I finally got my title after months of running like crazy to get my title I was told that my car and belongings were disposed of even though Bruce gave me his word he would hold the car. I continuously stayed in contact and updated them on the status. I was raised your word is your bond and he did NOT keep his word in fact I was working hard to get the title for no reason I was told the car was disposed of after 30 days! He could have been a decent person and atleast let me get my belongings! The ONLY reason I gave them a star is because I had to! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I would NEVER recommend this company!
Our driver was parked in a place that he had permission to park. This place drives by and sees our truck hooks to it and tows it in and makes a quick $800. We called for an explanation and they said they were called to get the truck but could not tell us who called. They said that they got several and seemed pleased.
I was involved in a motorcycle accident, and my motorcycle was towed, and I was pleased to find the employees ant Kirk’s towing were compassionate and unhelpful. The vehicle was transported with care was still in the same condition.

They ride around campus looking to tow student vehicles. They tow cars in handicap spots even when they have a handicap tag and will still request payment. The workers were also extremely rude.
I am really baffled at how this place even got 3.2 stars. If I could give no stars I would. The lady who answers the phone is completely unprofessional and rude. She hung up on me when I called to see why they would tow my car after running into my house for a split second. My neighbors told me they just picked up my car without even checking it. I stay in a neighborhood where you are not allowed to park on the side of the road but the driveway is made so that you have to park behind any other cars you may have. So, if the person that is parked first has to leave you have to pull your car out so they can leave. I had to park my car on the road so that my husband could pull out. When I go in the house to tell him to come out my car is gone. The keys were in the ignition and the car was on. They didn’t even have the decency to check. I have 3 kids and they could have been in the car. I tried to talk to the person towing and he flew right pass me. I called my complex to see if they could help and of course they couldn’t so, when I call Casey’s the receptionist had a terrible attitude. I had to pay $300 to get my car and when I got it I had all kinds of lights on. These people are TERRIBLE, RUDE, IGNORANT and this place does not help our community! I will be contacting a lawyer ASAP!
My daughters best friend has lived at an apartment complex for over a year and my daughter visits her weekly and has stayed weekends with her friend but all of a sudden, this tow company decided to tow my daughters car tonight. They have, along with the apartment complex, keep blacking out visitors parking,TARGETING college students for money! They are riding around towing people who live there! And they say you have to pay even if they towed you from a clearly marked visitors parking space. Is this legal in the city of Greensboro?? Or does this company need money so desperately that they are breaking the law?
I didn't know it was legal to go through neighborhoods and snoop through parking lots looking into cars for decals. Maintenance even sees them and people see them at night. I contacted my Leasing office who called them because supposedly they've taken 2 cars that had decals. Then they have the nerve to be rude because they know they have YOUR car. The Leasing office was able to get my car and hopefully they can put a stop to Casey's towing!!! They don't deserve even a 1 star!!
BEWARE OF THIS RAGGEDY COMPANY TRIED TO TOW MY HUSBANDS CAR WITH NO VISIBLE SIGN THAT HE COULDN'T PARK AT A SPOT.. THEN UPCHARDED $200 DROP FEE.... THE DRIVER WAS VERY NASTY AND FOUL MOUTHED AND DISRESPECTFUL THIS COMPANY IS VERY PREDATORY AND DONT CARE ABOIT WHATS RIGHT VERY MONEY HUNGRY...VULTURES I REPEAT BEWARE

I literally was in the store for 17 minutes came out looking for my car. Called, no answer. Called back & they asked for to 250 via CASHAPP😂. When the website says 225. Went & picked up the car & there isn’t even a set building of the “business”. I believe it’s a few broke guys tryna make it out by towing lol.

Me and my father decided to have some food at Dave's Hot Chicken after working out and we were towed within 8 minutes, so someone is clearly sitting in the parking lot just waiting so they can make you pay 350 dollars, which is a complete and total scam. They also have a 20 dollar fee if you use a card and not cash, so there's probably some fishy tax stuff going on too. We even tried to just pay the guy while it was being towed, which would've "only" been 250 dollars but he wouldn't even stop so we could do so. We were even going to use a shop in the shopping center, as I wanted to go check about getting something fixed at the uBreakiFix after we finished eating, but I guess no one in that shopping center will ever be getting my money or the money of anyone else I know. Rudest people you'll ever meet too, no surprise with a name like Gotcha though. For my and everyone else who has been towed sake's do not give them your money.
I had parked really quick to go get food for my sister and the tow didn’t hesitate to come and pick my car up, which is crazy because they charged me $300!! Like what the heck you guys traveled accross the state to pick my car up or something ? Holy crap it’s stupid, they didn’t have nothing else better to do then to tow a car that was not parked at a sign that said “do not park”
Towed car and said it was illegally parked. It was in a parking space backed in. Asked why other cars backed in weren't towed and was told we can't tow 30 cars. So you pick and choose which one you will tow? Still seeing cars backed into spaces not towed. Cost 365.00 to get car back. Predators at their finest.
They are predators at the west over terrace near outback and IHOP and Dave’s chicken. I know someone who came out as they were hooking up the truck and got to the driver said I will drop it if you have $ 200 cash. He didn’t so they took it. He even offered for the guy to go to atm with him and get $200 cash he said no one rides in my truck. This place needs to be shut down . Everyone needs to stay away in the west over Terrace that has IHOP outback near the Dave’s hot chicken because you will get towed. Something needs to be done about this place. I’m not real sure who is responsible that there are no visible signs of being towed and this place takes cash only so you know what that means.
My child used my vehicle and parked in the Outback steakhouse parking lot and went to Daves Hot Chicken in Greensboro. About 30 mins of parking in that parking lot.Gotcha Towing towed my vehicle. Upon calling Gotcha towing they said that they have a contract with the property management group that manages Battleground Commons and that they have signs up.I asked Gotcha Towing who called them to have our vehicle towed and the comment was made that they watched my child on video camera going to Daves Hot Chicken instead of the resteraunt were they parked. It cost 340.00 in cash to get the vehicle back. This same scenario happened to other people arond the same time that parked in the Battleground Commons parking lot. This company is waiting and watching for people to park in Battleground Commons parking lot and going to Daves Hot Chicken to tow them. This seems similar to Predatory towing.,This company is scamming people out of 340.00. People need to know and be made aware of this happening in this paticular location so that it does not happen to them.
