Jeremy was awesome !! I was stranded off the highway on i25 on the left shoulder. Working with the state trooper he quickly got us on our way. He worked so well coordinating with the trooper and tire shop employees. Such a chivalrous gentleman too.

Company is a great company. My dodge charger fuel pump went out and they responded within 25 minutes. Drop my vehicle off at home. The gentleman that assisted came back the next day early in the morning to drop off my dodge charger to the mechanics. I recommend this company. They are awesome.

Roberto is very responsive to calls and texts. He is a genuinely kind man. He reminds me of an uncle or friend's dad. He cares about you. High quality service at a lower price compared to other towing companies in the area.
We called our road side service to have our car towed, after waiting nearly an hour they called to say it would be another 2 hours. When we called The Towing Company, Roberto was able to get there in 25 minutes. He was fast, friendly, and professional. Wonderful to find a company like this. We will be using Roberto again!

Roberto is fast, friendly and very professional! His prices are more than fair. My front tire axle broke and the wheel came off. Luckily I was only going a few miles an hour on a side street. It was very late at night and my car was stuck in the middle of the road. I was worried about an expensive impound. Within 45 minutes of speaking to Roberto he had my car home safe and sound! Louie helped us get a 4 post lift moved that we had purchased from a friend and he was amazing. He was there before the time we agreed to and was quick and thorough with getting it strapped down and secured. Unloading was a little more work but he was great and knew exactly what to do. We will definitely use him again in the future.

Love Chico and his crew! I’m in the automotive business for over thirty years and happened to be working for a subcontractor renting the space next door, which Chico happens to own, so I got to know him, his wife, and employees. My truck had a few serious problems, I was done with gig and needed to be in Michigan next day. Chico and his guys stayed late to finish the repair on my truck with him assuring me they wouldn’t quit until it was finished. Huge job which I’ve done before and would have taken me two long days. The Manager is awful on phone! Doesn’t care to fix the situation that his driver made! Not putting down the company at all just the way the manager handled his self on phone! Not professional what so ever!
When I was searching for a Towing company I was very hesitant to choose one because of the horror stories that come along with them. However, I have never had a better experience than with this company! When answering the phone they were friendly and honest. They have an exact price and informed me on how they got to said price. The person who came that day, Bibiano, was a very easy man and informed me what he needed from me to get started. The transition from the ground to the bed was smooth and efficient. He did not scratch or dent anything and double check his harness that kept the car stable on the bed. They sent me a photo of the car at the drop location as well. An amazing experience with company, thank you!

Do not recommend taking your vehicle to new owners !!!!!!!!Made an apt to have my truck looked at to see if it had transmission problems or possibly something else. On the fifth day of them having it they still hadn’t had time to look at it. At the end of the day I called again to be sure they said they still hadn’t had time to look at it so I said I was coming to pick it up in 15 min. When I got there they said I owed 85$ for diagnosing it. I literally just got off the phone 15 minutes ago and they said they still hadn’t looked at it yet they wouldn’t give me the keys unless I paid them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Update. They had told me ultimately it needed a transmission. Took it to a different shop all it needed was a $300 part
I just moved here from out of state and was unsure of what mechanic to use I figured someone that has been in business as long as them was very professional.they were extremely helpful and extremely patient with me and they did exceptional work. They will be the only place I go to from now on. The people complaining about price on here. You get what you pay for.

Used Classic Towing to tow one of our commercial trucks in Aurora. They got to our truck very quickly and charged a fair price. I would use their towing service again and would recommend to others.
I run a fleet of trucks so it feels like something is always going down on one. We’ve used them twice now in a pinch, late night both times. Phone staff is always friendly and helpful, price is fair considering we need larger work trucks towed after hours for 40 miles. Very professional and is our go to in the Aurora area.

I took a trip to the gas station, and my car wouldn’t start. I was panicking and didn’t know what to do. However, i searched up on google ‘towing truck near me’ and geiner’s towing company popped up first. Geiner was quick to come, and he came in 10 minutes! I bought a vehicle from the owner a few days ago and had it towed through his company. On the tow to my house, parts were flying off of it and ended up causing damage to the core support, driver side and passengers side fenders, the hood, along with the mounting brackets for the fog lights. When he arrived at my house he offered $100 compensation for the bumper that flew off on the drive but then later refused any compensation via text. Cant believe that he refused compensation that he offered in the first place for damages that his service caused. He even said through text,”I could careless to be honest.” What a great business mindset. I have the screenshots of the conversation attached, there is language used so read at own discretion P.S. he also blocked me on all platforms after texts were exchanged. And before I bought the car I had the plate and vin ran and nothing came back as stolen so I wasn’t worried in the slightest of the lack of a title. I spoke to multiple DMV’s before he had me come to his tow yard to look at the car. Very unprofessional and would never recommend this towing service to anyone.

So this tow company just lost a van off the back of one of their tow trucks and it smashed into another truck and almost hit my car. Had to back my car half way down the street to avoid an accident. They took the turn way too fast and the van was not strapped down. 0/10, definitely would not recommend. Added edit since the owner responded. Doesn't matter if it was a customer vehicle or not, that driver took the turn way too fast and that van could have killed someone. Luckily no one was walking on the sidewalk when the van hopped the curb and crashed into someone's lawn. If it was properly strapped on BOTH tires and transported safely, this would not have happened. The driver was reckess, unsafe and had zero regard for anyone else on the road. I hauled cars for many years, I know a thing or two. Do better.
Despite the fact that it was an unfortunate situation that landed us here, this place is pretty solid. Good customer care, very friendly and they will even answer you after hours if you have any concerns.

Called them at 10am to tow a van that wouldn't start to a repair shop and they were at my van in less than 45 minutes. They also performed a quick check (battery, jump, loose cables, etc...) before they towed it to make sure it wasn't anything simple that could be fixed without a tow. Great Service and Great Price.
