I want to recommend Walt’s Towing. The other day I had a tire shred and I was stuck on the interstate on the shoulder and everybody else was said there would be a two hour wait for a tow truck, but Walt’s Towing came in 15 minutes and and towed my car. He was very nice and very punctual. And the price was cheaper than USAA! Highly recommend!

Rare to find - Genuine company I was recently in a car accident, and I was fortunate to have Walt’s Towing INC. The driver showed up quickly, was so kind and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions without rushing me. They even went out of their way to clear a path of debris so I could safely drive away without having to wait for everything to be completed — that really meant a lot. You can tell this company truly takes pride in their work and cares about helping people, not just moving cars. After using multiple tow companies in the Colorado Springs / front range area over the years, Walt's towing has become my 1st and only choice when I need honest, reliable, and friendly service. Their knowledge and experience has helped me tremendously over the last few years in delivering full sided connex' storage containers, cars, and trucks. Recently I had my 6 ton truck with a 21 foot flatbed leave me stranded out of town on I - 25. Walt's towing had no problem and was fully capable to assist me when I needed help the most and all without breaking the bank. Not many tow companies have that type of versatility and can do it safely without trying to over charge their customers. My only complaint is that I didn't start using them sooner. I wish more customer service based industries had the integrity, experience, and dedication to their customer base as Walt's towing does to theirs.

Stranded with a dead battery, and finding my insurance company (Geico) worse than useless (wasted at least 15-20 minutes and a good bit of my phone's battery trying to get roadside assist first through the website, then over the phone, both ending up just being a waste of time), I called Anthony. He didn't have any trucks nearby or available, but came himself, in his personal vehicle, very quickly. He jumped my car and, after I expressed concern about needing gas but doubting my car would start again after stopping for it, he had me test it after it ran for a few minutes. When it failed to start again, he had me follow him home, which happened to be very close, and hooked me up to his charger there. Unfortunately, the battery was not just dead, but bad, so it wasn't taking a charge, but that level of service and care is almost unheard of anymore. Highly recommend Anthony if you're in a tight spot and need someone quick, trustworthy, and that will make sure you're taken care of.
The owner is a really cool dude. He went out of his way to personally pick me up so I didn't have to wait longer for one of his employees. I called the shop to confirm drop off and they also said they were impressed by his level of service and professionalism while also being great to talk to.
Anthony made the whole process very quick and easy. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Would Highly recommend using him for any towing reasons!
Wow! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I got to say I am so happy with my experience. Anthony was so kind and came to the rescue in less than 20 minutes. He also made great conversation with me while driving me back to my home. I highly recommend!! :)

My truck broke down on i25 and had to get towed to the dealership for a new radiator in Colorado Springs. They arrived in 15 minutes and I was at the dealership in less than 45 minutes after calling them. Very impressed with their timing and was a lot cheaper than I was expecting to pay.

Worst tow company in town! If I could give a negative review, I absolutely would. I made a request through my insurance at 10am and I got a timeframe of how far out they were. They were supposed to be here at 12. It got delayed a total of 3 times! I called them and asked what was happening. I talked to 3 people including the owner. They could care less about customer service. Kyle said “call your insurance and get someone else, I don’t know what to tell you.” The owner promised me he’d be 1 hour out. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He was supposed to be here at 3:37pm. At 3:32pm he cancelled our request and our insurance reassigned someone new. Mind you, my wife and I both work and are down 1 car, and have a kid. We need both cars and need to get the one serviced asap. These people could care less about you, your time, and your responsibilities. They’re just there for a paycheck and it shows.
The towing agent (I can’t remember her name—sorry) was wonderful in assisting me with my battery issue in which was a careless and simple mistake on my part. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to communicate with. She arrived as stated in a timely manner and I would recommend this tow service to anyone needing dependable and professional service. My car broke down on the interstate. It was scary and cold. The estimated wait time for the tow truck was 90 minutes. In 15 minutes I got a call that the tow truck driver was on his way and would be there in 5 minutes. They were friendly, they were professional and got me off the interstate to a repair shop quicker than I thought possible. Thank you for your help!

My car suddenly turned off in the middle lane during rush hour traffic while I was driving home from work. I was stuck in a very dangerous situation. I called a few other towing companies I had heard of before, but they all gave me an ETA of 2-3 hours. I called Knob Hill Towing and they got my car out of that dangerous situation quickly and efficiently, and we took care of the business side of things once we were in a safe area. Thank you to both the dispatch operator and driver who helped me!
Thieves. They tried to steal our legally parked car (that has no liens/holds/fines/etc). Ramp was down and they were about to hook up when we confronted them and they sped away. We have the dash cam video as well as security video from a local business. Sherriff has been notified of attempted car theft.

I recently had to have my car towed to a car dealership from one end of the city to another. It was imperative that it get done by the end of the work day. I depend on my vehicle for work. I wasn’t able to get help until at the latter part of that day when I called Randy’s High Country Towing Service. They sent a gentleman named Yaz to help tow my car. I was a wreck by the time he came to help me. He got me through 5:00 traffic across the city to the dealership in time before they closed. He was the most patient, kind, and attentive person. I was so stressed out and he calmly got me to my destination. He had to wait after hours until they retrieved my purse so he could get paid. I called Daniel and we had the towing set up in 2 minutes. He is so down to earth and honest and doesn't beat around the bush!! He was at the site even before I was to tow my BMW...which had no power at all..(car wouldn't go into neutral) in less than 25 minutes he had my car loaded onto the truck and it went so smoothly!! I have used several other well known towing companies in the springs and it's never gone smoothly and always complications...not with Daniel. He is very knowledgeable about everything in town and even recommended a mechanic. No high prices and he won't try and pull the wool over your eyes. He is the real deal!! I will always use Daniels towing from here on out. Thank you so much Daniel!! You are good people

I had just moved to Colorado Springs and I had ran into some car trouble with my Honda. The car axle had broke and I was stranded. I was very upset and didn't know what to do. I called other tow companies and their prices was beyond ridiculous. Then I called Daniels Towing and Recovery and the owner (Daniel) answered. He was very honest and respectful. He gave me a affordable quote and he got to me within 15 minutes of me calling. He talked to me and made me feel at ease about the situation. I appreciated his help and I truly recommend this towing company. Absolutely AMAZING!!!!
After my first call, he was hooking my car up within 10 minutes. I had a lot of questions and he answered them without any hesitation. I had to go to several locations while he had my car and he drove me to reach one, never complaining or arguing about how long each location took. In the end, rental cars were unavailable and he even dropped me off at a hotel and unloaded my car so I could get it repaired the next day. Daniel was very honest, helpful, and friendly with all the setbacks I'd experienced today, and didn't complain one bit. This tow company is advertised at my apartment complex. I have been told by my leasing office to call them in the event someone parked in my carport. This has happened twice now. Both times it has been later in the night as I am a healthcare worker who gets home late, why I got a carport to have a place to park every night. They say 24hr service online and on the signs posted around the complex. Both times I have called multiple times with no answer. No call back either. Why do we even have you as our tow service if you are not going to answer or do the service you advertise to our complex! I will be telling the leasing office about my experience and hope we get a service that will actually answer the phone at the very minimum. It is sad to see the reviews that are posted and I feel unsafe to even call again if this happens. I am also happy to know this hasn’t just happened to me.

We needed to get a vehicle moved for a veteran and I worked with Luis and Jordan to get this done. I overheard Jordan’s working with the veteran and he was very professional and compassionate with the veteran who has been in a tough spot. Luis was super helpful in adjusting the initial plan after it was learned we needed a different setup and they got this veteran taken care of. I truly appreciate their flexibility and help in getting this facilitated.
DO NOT TRUST THEM When I called they said they could beat any other price I found. So I called around and their first price was the most expensive by far. The second was $7 under my best knee and they said they could meet me in 30 minutes. After 40 minutes I reacted out and they hadn't even left yet to meet me. There was then a highly unprofessional and rude text chain with them where they refused to do the job, insulted me and told me to lose their number. I recommend everyone avoids working with them as if you are lucky you will be disappointed. At worse you'll be stranded in your time of need like I was.
I recommend Bugs Towing to anyone who is need of tow services. Today my car broke down and I was left on the side of the road stranded. If it wasn't for Bugs Towing I dont know what I would have done. I want to thank Shay for helping me navigate throughout this whole ordeal. She was so helpful and calm that I recommend you call for her for all your tow needs or questions. Justin was great, he was fast and made sure everything was secure. He sent updated photos once the vehicle was dropped off and was professional the whole time.
USAA connected me with 6 Star when my car battery died, and since I drive a Tesla, a simple jump wasn’t an option—I had to get towed to the dealer. Ryan was the one who came to help, and while there was a small accident during the towing process, Ryan was incredibly professional and apologetic. He immediately contacted the owner, Justin, who promptly took responsibility for the situation. They made sure there were no issues with handling the damage, and Justin personally coordinated with the Tesla service center to cover the cost of the repair. Despite the mishap, Ryan was great to chat with during the drive to the dealership, and both he and Justin went above and beyond to make a stressful situation much easier. I really appreciate their professionalism and the care they took to resolve everything smoothly. Thank you both, Ryan and Justin, for turning a rough Monday morning around! If I ever need towing services again—though I hope I won’t—I would absolutely choose them again.

Six stars is exactly as the name implies. The owner is insanely professional at their job. They took good care of us. We were on vacation and our car had broken down, and this dude was willing to go above and beyond, (even though we didn't accept the offer, as we had other plans) he was fully willing to drop us off at a hotel for the night and make sure we had things prepared for the unexpected stay. I don't remember their name, but I certainly remember their actions. All were good, and much appreciated.

Whoever wrote the positive reviews never used Amigo. They advertise 24 hour service but only respond 8-5. Their rates are high--$180 to put your car on the truck plus mileage. When you question them they tell their rates are legal. Legal isn't same as reasonable. It costed $216 to move my car 1.5 miles. They charged me for storage when if they would answer the phone they would have had my car only 30 min. As it was I had to wait from 8PM to 8AM the next day to get my car. Bottom-line unresponsive and pricey.
I called them to tow a car for me and within minutes provided me with a quote and told me that driver would be on his way. Leroy (driver) called me and got my car information and was very nice and friendly. He kept me informed as he picked up the car and delivered it. Excellent service. I will be using them from now on. Thank you so much Leroy!
These predatory scumbags tried to tow my wife's vehicle while she was unloading groceries in front of our house. They were rude aggressive and tattooed looking felons. I called the office and was called a liar. I wouldn't use these punks for anything they're dangerous and careless. They also hit our aftermarket Muffler with their piece of crap equipment. Everyone at amigo towing are just amazing. They are the most friendly and professional I have ever found. Not only you vehicle is safe and cared for but as a customer you are treated first class. AMAZING company! Within minutes of my initial call to have a towing truck come get my vehicle, I recieved a quote, a call from their office, a call from the driver and then the truck here and loaded. Honestly, 15 minutes total, maybe 20 tops. Ryan called and explained things so kindly, then Jon called and told me his ETA. A few minutes later, Jon and his friendly dog Cherry were here. I was so stressed and these guys took so much of that stress away. They were prompt, kind, honest, and very reasonable with their prices. I would recommend them any day! Great company! Thank you guys
Zane was awesome, courteous, prompt knowledgeable, and attentive to my car. He came early made us feel comfortable and did his job one thousand percent. I strongly recommend Zane and his company if you get in trouble w your classic car.
Waited for almost hours for my car to be picked up. I was unfortunately quoted a much shorter time and felt strung on… Dispatch was short and rude to me. However my car made it home that night, Collen the truck driver was good to his word and was the silver lining of my experience.
Super cool team. Told my truck from Colorado Springs all the way to Rocky Ford. They helped me out a lot along the way. The wait for the tow was a lot less than most towing companies. If I need a tow again, this is the company I’m calling.
John and his best companion (Cherry the dog) were the saving grace of our day. Our family of 5 was on our way to the lake for the 4th of July fireworks. It’s also my daughter’s 10th birthday and our first camping trip this year. We were devastated when our truck over heated and our plans rapidly changed. John gave us a rate we could afford and towed us home. Not only our truck but he took our camper too. We were so nervous about leaving our camper behind. Every other quote we had to tow both our camper and truck was thousands more. We highly recommend working with Swift Towing.

Chris came and towed my classic car, that means a lot to me, to the shop. He really went above and beyond with helping me. He treated my car like the treasure she is. Chris even called me after he dropped her off and let me know my investment was safe and secure. Thanks Chris!
Our car was towed illegally according to the new towers bill of rights. Yet when I brought this up the guy working told us he didn't care and there wasn't anything I could do about it. Am currently in the process of taking them to court for the damages done to our car when they towed it as well as breaking the law . Very shady establishment but hey its a towing company I've never encountered an honest towing company and this one is no different. BEWARE!!!
I will never recommend this company! I tried calling for a tow and the guy who answered told me the vehicle was not accessible because of how it was described and then told me to "calm down" because I became upset. The vehicle is accessible and you need new employees or if you are the owner of this business clearly you don't plan on being in business for very long. *Update* Walt's Towing had no problems getting my vehicle, glad I found a reputable company willing to take care of their customers.
Called to get a quote on having my car towed, the guy said they have no availability and didn't even give me a potential day where they could. Not the best way to "help" a potential costumer.
Super friendly and highly accommodating. I needed a tow after some battery problems and they sent Raymond over right away. Cheap flat fee compared to the other towing companies I had called in the springs area. It was a snowy early morning and he had no problem getting my vehicle where it needed to be. Will definitely be calling them again for my Towing needs!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They were extremely pleasant to work with, affordable rate, and quick service. Our vehicle storage unit where we were storing a camper van was shutting down, and when we went to move it and vacate the premises, we found several wires chewed through, and the vehicle wouldn’t start. I gave Affordable Towing a call, and got the kindest lady on the phone who quickly got our info, set up a tow and sent Brandon (right after he finished his current job). He was there in less than 30 minutes, loaded up our van, and followed us to the new storage facility! He was so patient and kind while we found the new spot, which took some time. He then unloaded the vehicle into its designated place, and made sure we didn’t need any more help before heading out. I never felt rushed, or like I was an inconvenience in any way. They turned a frustrating experience into a very positive one. I will never use another towing company- I am a forever Affordable Towing customer!
The driver that came to help me was extremely quick to respond when I called. With how timely, helpful, and kind he was, my terrible situation was much more easy going. 10/10 Recommend!!!
You are not gonna believe the day I had. On my way to work when I got in an accident. Affordable towing was the first tow truck on the scene got me taken care of quickly. went to the tow yard later that day and my serpentine belt busted on my other vehicle. Their tow truck pulls up and is not currently towing, So they were able to tow my other vehicle home so I could get it repaired. It was a crappy day to say the least. I’m glad affordable towing had my back. Thank you guys so much.
Poor customer service from the person over the phone, would not recommend, especially for those looking for help, empathy or understanding during a time where their car has broken down. Do not recommend.
I have had far more tow truck experiences than a person should have to have. And because of that, I have grown accustomed to terrible attitudes, unfriendliness, and minimal helpfulness of other drivers and companies. FORTUNATELY, this is not one of those. Brandon was a remarkable human being. He was so kind and helpful and empathetic. He even took a brief detour to drop me off at my girlfriend’s house nearby before getting my car onto the mechanic. We carried on conversation throughout the interaction. Also, they were so prompt! Everyone else I called didn’t have anyone available, but frankly I am glad. This wasn’t the first time I opted to call a tow truck company directly and then be reimbursed by insurance, and I don’t regret it. I will use them from now on for any of tow needs, and advise all the people I know to do the same. Thank you Brandon for being such an awesome human!

The guy is Very rude and unprofessional. Can not answer a simple question without hanging up on me 3 times. Worst business ever . Lol First Lady I spoke to was super kind unfortunately he lost my business.
Used MGM today for a tow and was a great experience! From the friendly lady that answered the phone to the professionalism of the driver I’d give them a 10/10. No other tow company I’d ever use in the Springs again. These are good honest people. Thanks again guys!
BEWARE OF THIS TOWING COMPANY!! DO NOT USE!! The entire office is very rude and will argue with you. They are crooks and will tack on tons of money for their services. I cannot believe the Colorado Springs Police Department uses this company to service towing for accidents. I do not hear anything good from other people that have unfortunately used their services. Worst service ever and the lot manager is a phone soldier and a big d@*$head treating customers the way he does.

These guys are awesome, needed a motorhome picked up from an auction and they went above and beyond to help out.
The driver tried to run me and my disable son over in a cross walk he didn’t even stop at the stop sign !
On time and properly ran machinery.
Excellent customer service! Went above and beyond to schedule me in last minute. Half the price of other companies I called. Duffy will be my go to for crane services from now on.

Gives me a towing ticket on a day that they’re closed on. (Saturday) and dokt do enough research cause my apartment complex never handed me a permit sticker to put on my cars cause they claimed they didn’t have them for the moment and needed more and they’re never contacted me to come get one, will be calling on Monday to complain personally. Do more research for you property managers not my fault they can’t give y’all information
If I could give this place zero stars I would! They are absolutely horribly organized and completely unprofessional. The amount of times I tried getting my car back and settled for just getting the things in my car back all to find out my car was at a random auction. In the end I got none of my things back from them, ignored calls, and all my very personal information was left in the car for someone to find and message me. The way they do business is disgusting and their workers are horrible! I honestly hope this place gets shut down one day.
They towed my car around 5AM from outside my house without telling a reason of why they took it. I went to pick up my car at 8:30 AM at the time they were suppose to open and they were still closed. They made me wait outside for a while even when I called them on the phone telling them I was outside. Finally when they opened the door for me and when I asked for my car they charged me more than $300. Also the front desk ladies had a bad attitude against me, their unrespectful. They wanted to give me a car that wasn't even mine. I give them ONE star only because I don't have the choice to pick 0.
Car was damaged when towed and a claim was filed when the car was picked up from Klaus, BEFORE LEAVING their parking lot. Two weeks later we hadn’t heard anything about the claim. The person that was supposedly working on it no longer worked there. Got the run around for days after and finally received an email late on a Friday night (after having called many times)stating they are not liable for the damages. Their driver has photos and they do not match the photos taken before we left the parking lot of Klaus on the day of pick up. Waited on the phone on hold for 41 minutes after reviewing the email Saturday morning only to find that no one can help us on the weekend! Klaus is VERY unprofessional and horrible to do business with!
I picked a friend up who had a breakdown. I parked at his place for a few hours and upon leaving found my vehicle was towed from its location. I contacted Klaus who advised my vehicle was indeed there. Upon picking it up they advised I was towed because I did not have a permit sticker. My vehicle was in there lot for a total of about 8hrs. Upon picking it up the older lady at the counter notified me that the state sets towing fees not them. She then proceeded to run my card for $387.50. Upon further investigation, it appears that state code 4 CCR 723-6500 Section 6511 contradicts what was told to me by Klaus clerk. As such I've reported them to Dept. of Regulatory Agencies and also to the BBB. I understand paying a towing fee, but the absorbent prices and outright lying is nothing short of predatory. This company will need to learn to play by the rules if they wish to continue doing business in Colorado.
