I recently had to get my vehicle towed and reached out to All Morro Towing Inc. They responded quickly to my request and had my car picked up and towed within about two hours. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. On top of that, their pricing was extremely reasonable — much more cost-effective than I expected. I got a flat leaving the hospital with my 97 yo mom! I called roadside assistance through my insurance company. They gave me an ETA of 30-90 minutes, then when 90 minutes came, they delayed for another 65…twice! I called Morro and they got me in right away! Robin was professional, pleasant, reassuring and helpful to me and my mom. I am so thankful for Morro Towing!!!!

I had just landed from a very long trip to the Denver airport when suddenly pulling out my vehicle from the parking garage my vehicle stopped. Something with the gas tank, I think. I called another towing company and they said it was a 3 to 5 hour wait , which was not convenient because I was blocking three parking spots with my vehicle. On top of that, the person that answered seemed rude. I then called Salgado towing which was the second listed after googling towing , and immediately called. They answered super friendly and stated to be there at my location in 30-40 mins which ended up being true. I believe the driver’s name is Abel . He went above and beyond with his service. Super friendly!!!! I would 10/10 recommend this towing Company.
Amazing experience from start to finish!! Thank goodness it wasn’t an emergency situation in my case. But this company came and picked my car up and took it to the dealership for me since it was over heating so it wasn’t drivable. Would 10/10 use them again and will be recommending them to everyone. My clutch went out on the highway, he came out very fast and helped me understand everything that was going on. He is a mechanic as well so he was very informative. It was my first time needing a tow and he came out at 2 am and was very nice. He gave me peace of mind and even gave me a small discount when he learned I didn’t have much money. Thoroughly impressed and satisfied with Valex Towing and Recovery LLC. At 3am, when no other towing company wanted to come out, Valex came in a heartbeat. Absolutely great service! Our car broke down on the highway on father’s day and we had our 1 year old with us and almost got hit multiple times. We called the cops, CDOT, and multiple tow services and Valex was the only people that rushed to our rescue. Valex are true life savers.

I parked wrong and long story short vehicle impounded! Called Villalobos as they were right across the street from Denver impound. They met me at impound, waited on line with me during the long annoying paperwork process and safely and gently towed my vehicle back to my apartment for me. They made a nightmare of a situation into simple process. They were kind and professional. Shout out to Jesus who parked my truck perfectly back at my place. Good people and I didn’t feel price gouged.
Jesus was at the location I needed my car to be picked up from in what felt like maybe 5 minutes. He was efficient getting it to where it needed to go and it was handled with care. Overall, great service.

I had a GREAT experience. Dusty towed my car and helped me figure out how to share my Tesla key so I didn't have to sit there waiting for the tow. He went above and beyond making me feel at ease about my accident. I hit a deer driving into the mountains and he came 2 hours away to get my car and then drove another 2 hours to drop it off at the collision center. He was extremely personable and professional. Showed up on time and did exactly what was promised. When dispatch called, they did try to say that they had 7 miles down when it was actually 17 (which is what I said when I called for a quote). They still just charged me what was quoted, so all was good. Will use again if needed!

I was driving from Fort Collins and had a flat on I-25 right in the heart of Denver’s crazy traffic. I called Leo’s towing and they were there in under 20 minutes to get us off the small shoulder of the highway and take us to a tire shop. Action Towing was the absolute best amidst a tough situation. They were right on time, fairly priced, professional, very kind, and they went above & beyond what was asked! Thank you Michael & Alex! I really appreciate all you did.

Dishonest! We hired Action to do a job for us with a pre-negotiated rates they agreed to - $300 per unit x 6 units and it was sent to them in writing. That is a typical rate we pay to most other tow companies we hire in CO and nationwide. We have these jobs done all over the country everyday by tow companies and we have NEVER had a tow play the dishonest game that Action did. They did some work on three units but didn't come close to doing what we agreed, and they didn't contact us to discuss any rate adjustment as our PO required. Instead they took one of the units back to their yard and held it hostage until we paid a ransom of $1,200 because they said it was more work. It was exactly what we described to them. He also required we put in writing that we wouldn't dispute the credit card charge - isn't that a sign that they knew they were being dishonest? Action didn't honor their quote, didn't do the work we hired them to do, then shook us down. Very unethical and crooked. After we paid their ransom, we had to hire another company to do the work they should have done (and the other company did it for the same rate that Action quoted without any issues or complaints). We have filed a complaint with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission and will be pursuing other means to recoup the ransome we had to pay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! These guys are predatory and will screw you over!
Gabe went above and beyond helping me get my car where it needed to be. Much faster and about half the price I was quoted elsewhere. Super friendly guy, made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Can't recommend them enough!

Engine failed, called they provided some simple text instructions, replied with location and destination, they replied with reasonable price, they showed up sooner than others. Driver was nice and a normal dude who flatbed my SUV pretty quickly and easily. Nobody's happy when having to call tow trucking but they made the day go by much smoother than it had been.
I was very impressed with Big Toe Towing, who was sent by AAA. The driver was professional and kept me posted on the arrival time. She took my car, keys and deposited them at the overnight box at the tire repair shop. I was very tired and grateful that tow driver took care of dropping off car and keys. Thank you so much!
I didn't get to meet Edgar in person but he came through when I was left by the initial tow truck driver on the side of the highway, and had amazing communication which made me feel at ease. So grateful for the stellar service he provided.
I had left the keys with the car to be towed as I couldn’t be there. After waiting two hours after the drive said they were on their way to the car I called to make sure everything was okay. The driver said they couldn’t tow the car because of its condition and nobody called me to let me know. Their dispatcher claims nobody told them the condition of the car either which is false because I told the driver everything about the condition of the car.
We used Big Toe Towing through our AAA insurance. They contacted us within 15 minutes after notifying AAA of our needs. The driver Jacob was courteous and careful with our vehicle when loading it on the flat bed.

I know its not fun getting stock on the road and had to find a towing service but I google and came across Denver Express Towing with top rating. they were great and quick. friendly driver.
I had a good experience with Jose at Denver Express Towing. I was nervous and worried because my car had some type of electrical issue which caused the alarm to blare when you opened the door. Sticking the key in the ignition wasn't working to turn it off and it wouldn't stop for what seemed like forever. It was very attention grabbing and embarrassing but that didn't bother Jose. He went and picked up my car and brought it to me in a very timely manner. He even offered to come back and fix what could be wrong with my car. I would definitely recommend Denver Express Towing and will call them again if I even need a tow.

It's weird to be writing a positive review of a towing company, because having to tow your car is never a positive experience, but the experience I had with Denver Express Towing was excellent from start to finish. From Polo, who took my call and scheduled a tow as quickly as possible, to Mario, who did an AMAZING job of getting my very uncooperative truck on and off the skates carefully and with clear experience and attention to what he was doing, I now know there is never any other tow company I will call in Denver, should I have another issue. I worked with Eddie on getting my 2 week old 2023 Mazda CX-5 towed back to the dealership for maintenance after being stranded at work. Great for a reliable, reasonable, and timely tow. We’ve used JJ and his brother, Sal, for towing twice now; once for our 2018 Volvo AWD sedan and once for our vintage Studebaker. Needing a tow truck is never fun, but JJ and Sal are real pros, and they at least take some of the stress out of the experience. Their trucks are modern and well maintained, and they take the time to load the car carefully, tie it down securely, and unload it safely. Their price is more than reasonable compared to other prices I’ve heard about. They take credit cards, and they provide written receipts if you need it for insurance purposes. If you have to call a tow truck, you can call JJ and Sal with confidence.
Called JJ and he answered immediately. Was able to get my car picked up within 45 minutes. Highly recommend!

E-Built are amazing!! We needed a hot tub to be lifted over our house on to our back deck and two other crane companies said it was impossible. E-Built did a site visit and said no problem. We have lots of Aspen trees and E-Built didn’t touch a branch as they hoisted the tub over the house. They were punctual, polite, professional, and made the whole project look easy. Fully recommend.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is some of the best customer service we have had! We needed to have our jacuzzi placed in our back yard via crane. I called EBuilt Crane Service and Eric answered the phone. He wanted to look at the job and said he would be over after lunch. He showed up right on time! He then scheduled the move of the jacuzzi and showed up even a little earlier than planned for that. He did the job carefully, was nice and very respectful of our needs and property. My dad was stranded at Denver health due to a flat tire. Called this company and he was very polite on the phone and got to us within 15-20 mins. Got my dad’s car to his house quickly and without any issue and helped my dad park the car in the parking lot of his apt. He was very professional and friendly and we would use him again if needed!
Strongly advise Where To Towing! I can't express enough what excellent service, amazing communication, and care they provided for my brand-new car when it wouldn't start or shift into neutral. After waiting three hours for another towing business that kept delaying their ETA, Nate really came through for me. When he was on his way, Nate called me again on my cell phone. He carefully picked up my car and emptied everything. He even allowed me to ride with him to the dealership, saving me the trouble of calling an Uber or renting a car. The best towing service I've ever had, and again, I'd strongly suggest it to everyone. Nate is very knowledgeable and will undoubtedly assist you.

Last week my car broke down while I was working deliveries & had to get a tow so I called Denver Where To Towing. Though they came in a timely manner and got me back to my house, right before my car was being unhooked and let off the ramp the tow truck driver locked my keys in my car . He tried for about 30 minutes to unlock it, since I didn’t have a spare, with a hanger but failed to get it. I got a call from them a few minutes later saying they apologize for the inconvenience and would help me in the morning and to call back in the morning. I did so but my calls kept getting dodged. When my boyfriend called from his phone and they answered he explained the situation and that we were still waiting to get my keys out of my car. They told me they would call me back when they had a technician but didn’t know a time frame. Never called me back and I never heard from them. I had to pay to get someone to come out and unlock my keys even though it was Denver Where to Towing fault! Do business elsewhere they costed me so much money!!!

Regarding an extremely disturbing encounter with Ace towing on July 6th at about 11PM. This company is, without doubt totally unprofessional. The dispatch operator was rude- even ruder than the driver, who hung up the phone on me. After I waited about two hours in an Anytime Fitness parking lot in Englewood, Colorado, I was told they wouldn't show up anyway. Tomorrow I am calling AAA, who contracts with these idiots to cancel my subscription- period!
We were so appreciative of the service we received from Soul at Ace Towing. He helped troubleshoot how to get our car to the shop - the back wheel wasn't rotating so it wasn't straight forward. He got down on the ground and inspected the underneath of the car to try to figure out what was going on so he could get the car safely to our mechanic. He was also very concerned about our wellbeing. He was willing to give us a ride to the shop, but we were going to another location and he wanted to make sure we got there safe. We really felt taken care of - both our car and us. I highly recommend Soul and Ace towing.
My elderly moms car was stolen recently, and when it was found in Lakewood, Ace Towing towed it to their lot. I called and spoke with Rose and she was very pleasant and explained the process to pick up and pay for the car. When we arrived, we were helped by both Cassie and Rose. They explained that we could go and look at the car before paying. My mom doesn't get around very well, so a nice gentleman gave us a ride to the back of the lot to look at the car. After looking at the car, we were driven back to the office to pay and arrange to have the car towed to my preferred body shop. The entire process was so smooth and everyone was so nice and helpful to work with. Thank you so much for the great customer service!!!!
I was broken down for 5 hours (on the interstate) and no other tow company would even answer their phones on a Saturday evening. But they did, we had to wait our turn but even then It was quick. The guy at the desk is awsome. But other than that these guys are crooks! And there very rude and don't care about damaging your vehicle. My son's cars bumper is ripped half off (They say it was like that) BS. and then became even ruder because they said we needed to tow the car from reds to my home because the tire was gone. I tryed to change tire and they said I couldn't because of there insurance, which is fine but when we had a way cheaper tow company go over to pick it up they became even ruder lol. I will always take cheaper and nicer. Thornton pd needs to wise up and use someone else.
Reds towing is a joke! If you have a stolen vehicle make sure you check your receipts. They love to screw the victims of theft over and over charge to get your vehicle back. If they charged for storage they are not open on Sundays giving the owners zero chance to get their belongings back and then charge you for storage. So if you are called by the police that recovered it on a Friday too late after the tow company closes, you can't get your belongings back until the next business day. If they have done something like this to someone else I recommend filing a complaint with the state. I did and got all of my money back!
The receptionist is very unprofessional. She does not have ANY customer service, let alone ANY interpersonal skills! Though this might be expected since it is a tow yard, her character is a bad reflection for this place. Hopefully, management provides her with additional training to ensure she changes her poor attitude and obtains some dignity and respect.
The Reds towing is the worst tow company ever on Friday. The bill was 300 and weekend was closed so when I came on Monday, they tacked on another 300 extra dollars and when I called the owner was rude and disrespectful and hung up on me I hope these people end up like wyats towing And I’m planning on suing them. They are thieves and will take advantage of you.
I had a really bad accident on i25 and was in a very bad mental state. I left a bad review without having all the information. Red himself contacted me after I had picked up my vehicle. He informed me that I still had some property that he went out of his way to get to me. The prices may seem high but is competitive in today's market. I would recommend reds towing. And was very happy with the whole experience. Great group of guys and they are jeepers. So to red and his crew hats off to all of you. Thanks for everything.

Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my life , you illegally towed me and still had the audacity to say my parking permit was fake ,not a the right one. Stop making excuses for your actions and take responsibility instead. If you’re in the wrong, admit it. Horrible horrible night. Thank you truly.
I called to have someone removed out of the parking spot I pay $150 monthly for and I countered a girl that provided only the initial U S. She stated I would have to contact the property which is fine. I made sure I did my due diligence to ensure I was receiving the correct information by asking for her name in case I needed to confirm who provided me the information and she instantly became very aggressive. It’s unfortunate that she lacks proper self control. Towing operators serve as both the face of the company and the first point of contact for customers during stressful situations. Aggressive behavior undermines professionalism and creates unnecessary conflict. In my opinion this behavior should be considered before you move forward with a contract with this company. I’m surprised this company would allow this behavior. If your thinking about doing business with this company I would first ensure they are proactive in maintaining safety, reputation, and conflict prevention because her behavior was absolutely unacceptable.

They wouldn't tell me when the car would arrive, refused to give an estimate over the phone and charged $400 once I got there for having the car for less than 20 minutes. If they keep your car for more than 30 days they'll auction it off. Absolute rip off and garbage of a place. Even though they are "24/7" they will charge ~$150 if you pick up a vehicle "after hours"
Just moved into new apartment in Lakewood, of course snowed this weekend. Allegedly I was in wrong spot. $400 tow bill. I explained that spots were covered in snow. Employee at towing company disputed my claim and said she had photos saying the spots were clear of snow. Here are the photos. Trying to work with my apartment complex to resolve this. Nasty company, nasty neighbor, welcome to the neighborhood.
