Autumn was my dispatcher to support coordination and was great. She even let me know as soon as my driver was on his way and with oil an spill kit. My driver John was polite and quick to setup for my low sitting car. John also cleaned up my cars oil mess and helped push my car at home and parked to be look at later. True 24/7 towing unlike the 3 others I called and said they didnt work until 6 am and it was 4 am.
I did not have to wait long. He was there probably working 10 minutes. He was very good. He checked. My battery was just dead and he charged it and did a test and everything checked out good he just told me to drive it. I don’t drive in enough, but I give him a 10.
Our tow truck driver Clarance was Absolutely phenomenal. He came from a very far drive, which seemed like minutes picked up our truck and returned it back to our shop in no time at all. I was expecting a way longer wait time, but with him servicing us I was extremely satisfied with his skill level and getting things done in a timely fashion. Our company will definitely be using Joe Ballor Towing for any of our Towing needs. Also, a very fair price when it came to payment. Thank you, Joe Ballor Towing.
The tow truck came promptly and the driver Ernie was very courteous. Put the car on the flatbed in no time. Great job.
Nick was awesome! Very pleasant and professional! I'm from the West side of the state, I didn't know what local tow service was the best, and I would highly recommend Joe Ballor Towing! I only waited a few minutes on a Sunday for Nick to arrive. He also inquired what was going on with my vehicle and if I had recently had it serviced. He looked at my alternator and said it was old and most likely the issue because I just had the serpentine replaced and most likely it caused my alternator to overwork.

Is it common practice for your drivers to park on the side of the road to conduct personal business. Truck 2-02 on June 28th, 2025 at 9 am is parked on the side of 930 and I watched him get out and go in the Flagstar bank while his truck is idealing on the side of the road.

Best tow ever, three trucks came out to help me and couldn't do the job, KT Towing got me hooked up and towed in under 5 minutes!
Called them for a tow while I was broken down on the side of the Wilbur Cross. While they weren't sure if they could help me, telling they couldn't would have been preferable to what they did. Saying they'll call me back after they check with their guy and not following through. I waited 30 minutes for a call back then called them twice in which they sent me to voicemail both times. I understand if a tow company is unable to help, it wasn't the first or last company I called that couldn't help, but I would prefer a straight forward response to being strung along like that especially being while being stuck at the location I was.

TEN STARS!! Tonight we were so grateful to meet their tow driver Gabriel. AAA gave us the runaround and left us sitting around for 3 hours. Like 4 AAA operators later I'm told they did "not have AAA driver in the STATE who can get a car out of a parking garage". These guys work with ***USAA*** which after today I can attest beats AAA hands down. USAA picked the right tow!!! AAA called it a "Special Tow" to be towed out of a parking garage. In a city full of parking garages I just could not believe it. AAA is foolish not to call on these guys for their customers. I am not lying I'm going to brag about this!! Gabriel showed up in under 30mins and made it look easy. Truly knew what he was doing, didn't have to turn on the car and risk damaging it further. He didn't even need to use a lot of muscle to push the car he just used gravity to get it safely down the ramp and onto the flatbed. He drove it very safely to our destination about 8 miles away. He kindly parked it exactly where we wanted it!!! These guys know what they are doing and if you ever get stuck like we did I have faith they would really help you out to the best of their ability. We are glad we got their card it looks like they offer a lot of automotive services like transmission flushing and more!! It sounds like if you brought your own parts they would really help out and we are going to keep them in mind for future repairs.

I want to take the time and thank Danny for his great help and amazing work! Towed my car, removed & Installed a new battery, reprogrammed key fob, removed and replaced cabin air filter. He kept me up to date at all times, explained throughly what was going on and what can be done to resolve it. I really appreciate it ! Definitely recommend!!

This company is the epitome of bad service. I live in an apartment complex, and my car was unlawfully towed from my apartment complex, where I am registered to park as a tenant and pay fees!!!! They would not tell me why my car was towed. They also would not release the information of who called to have the car towed. The lady that’s sitting in the front was very disrespectful. Wouldn’t let me even get a word out. And told me it was not her problem that I needed to take it up with the management company. Then the manager Tim came out and also had the same attitude and spoke to the property manager and was told to release my car by the property manager which is allowed to release a car that’s been towed from the property, and then said HE WOULD NOT! Then we let them know that they have stolen property and that if they didn’t release the car, we would be calling the police and filing charges And they finally released my car after speaking with the property management privately. BAD SERVICE. THEY JUST WANT MONEY!!!! I will Revise and say that they property management did respond and did not tow my car and that Tim spoke with property management and then released my car with no payment because YOU were in the wrong. If you towed it for a reason I would have paid the tow. Face facts not feelings. The company was wrong .
Not only do their drivers have a lack of concern for other drivers/pedestrians safety, they also seem to be unable to respond to respond to anyone who submits a request for support through their website. If you see these guys on the road, stay as far away as you can because they'll try to use the oncoming traffic lanes to cut in front of you during heavy traffic.
The worse company to deal with, their dispatch accept a trip from triple A and provide the EtA and 20 min before the “arrival” they called to notify that it’s no ETA available because they only have one driver who claim to be the dispatcher at the same time. 2 hrs later called again, I end up paying 400$ (with a premier membership) of my pocket because their careless and poor management.
Very professional atmosphere the lady in the main office is a sweetheart. She was supposed to clock out at 5 o’clock. I got there at 5:10 and she still took care of me. I really appreciate her I pray this company continue to grow and prosper !
Had my car towed by them through triple A a month ago. They tried pressuring me into getting it towed to their shop. I told them I had another shop that I use and would like it towed there. I handed them the key and the shop called me the next day stating the windows were left down and my car was full of rain water. Very displeased with their tow service and I would not recommend them to anyone.
