Called Scott’s towing after calling a handful of towing companies and they were ready and available to tow my car. The price was good and the prompt responses were very professional. The tow driver Darnell was helpful. I would definitely use them and refer them to anyone who needs a decent and honest tow company.

I highly recommend Recovery 1 Towing. They are very professional. They have reasonable pricing and also offer affordable roadside service as well. I called and they came in a timely manner. Very great customer service, I would definitely be giving them a call back if I'm ever in need or towing or roadside services again.

I called them because I was in a serious bind. Car cutoff in rush hour traffic. The gentleman who answered was courteous, patient and willing to help. He dispatched his guy, who kept me apprised of his proximate location and ETA. He was there in no time and voilá my car started right up with his help. I can’t thank these guys enough. Metro Motor Towing provides excellence and sufficiency in all their services. I called in need of help as my car refused to start. The lovely dispatcher Ehsan kindly addressed my needs, spoke in a calm tone and sent a driver to assist me at once. She told me the estimated time of arrival would be 20 mins but the driver came before. He helped identify the problem and fix it long before I could be late for my meeting. These people would really make your day with their consistency, dedication, professionalism and integrity. Prices are also very convenient and worthy of service.
METRO Motors picked up our Lexus (via AAA) last night. He arrived earlier than quoted and was knowledgeable about the issue and assured us he was familiar with the auto shop he was delivering and properly registered our vehicle for service at the auto shop after hours process. Thank you for being a good part of a stressful situation.
After dealing with countless rude towers who arrived to the site unprepared continuously for the PAST 19 hrs- Metro Motors, specifically Moises, has been a breath of fresh air. Loaded my car without any scratches. Was pleasant, prompt, able to find my car and reassured me everything would be okay. Highly recommended, I took quality service for granted…never again after these 19 hours. These guys, especially Moises, are the standard for excellence in towing.

Hisham with metro motor towing did a great job towing my lowered Porsche Cayman with a damaged flat tire (even lower) I normally insist on flat bed service but he assured me that he could dolly it using a conventional tow truck (flat bed service was 4+hour wait on this night) He arrived in a top of the line brand new truck which reassured me that this was no fly-by-night company The truck was spotless and well equipped to deal with low slung cayman! Hisham took his time and delivered the car and myself home without a scratch where I could deal with the tire and wheel issue. Great guy and he cares about his customers and their cars!! I needed to have my automobile towed a long way, and their firm made it easy and stress-free. The driver kept me informed and brought my car without any problems.
I looked for a tow truck near me when my car battery died at the gas station and found this firm. The driver came in less than 20 minutes, gave me a quick jump start, and was really nice. Service that is both cheap and dependable.
There were automobiles all over the road because of the snowstorm, yet this towing company still got there quickly. They got my car free and didn't charge me too much.

Picked me up, after my car broke down, pretty quickly, when mechanics were closed after 7pm. Brought me to the nicest mechanic in the world who fixed my car within 24 hours for a great price. Life saver. I'd give 4.5 if I could to be honest just because his price was somewhat steep for a tow, but it's the standard basically, or aroind the standard from what I know, and well worth it given all he did for me. This guy really helped me.

This tow company is extraordinary. I’m glad that I have roadside rescue a part of my GEICO insurance and they were the ones my roadside request was directed to, especially Abidine he reached out to me as soon as he got word he also asked me to share my location to give me a more up-to-date. ETA. He came sooner than what was said this particular to gentlemen really thought outside the box essentially my issue was, I had two studs broken off my vehicle which led to my wheel coming off and leaving me disabled he thought outside the box by jacking my car up, putting my donut on and making sure that it’s fully secured. He also had me drive around to make sure it was holding up and recommended that I drove the recommended speed, and after all that he text me to ensure that I made it home safely. This gentleman truly went above and beyond assisting me last night on June 29, 2026.
Had a great and professional experience with Big Mike when he had to tow our government vehicle. He was prompt and attentive. Abidine was incredibly helpful, generous, and prompt. He replaced my tire. My donut had low air, so he took it to a gas station to add air and came back. He did it all very quick, was clearly knowledgeable, and friendly.
Always Towing & Recovery really pulled through when I needed to get my car towed in Richmond! Abidine was really nice and helpful, and they got there faster than I thought. While obviously no one wants to have to tow their car, I would definitely recommend them if you ever need to!
We received excellent service in Richmond VA from Abidine. First, h was quick to arrive with his tow truck (15 minutes, not 60!) at 1:00 AM. Next, he asked about our car issue and tried to troubleshoot it for us on the spot. He discovered a leak in a hose, confirming a tow was indeed needed. I so appreciated his extra effort to try and solve our issue and then again when he dropped my mother and I home (and our luggage), rather than simply delivering us to the repair shop where he towed the car. I highly recommend Abidine at Always Towing & Recovery.

This towing company has the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. After they told me the had a driver dispatched, I asked for an ETA and the woman got upset that I asked and said... “I told you that he was on his way.” I just accepted and tried to keep in mind that all people are different and maybe she just had a bad day. After two hours of waiting, I called back and said what’s the ETA - she said, oh - I didn’t know he had another car to pick up. So again, I asked for an ETA. She said the exact same thing... he’s on his way. I asked from where? What time did he leave? How far is he - so that I can schedule my work day accordingly. And she said if you don’t like my answer - that “you’re free to go somewhere else and hire somebody that can answer your questions.” I was so shocked and appalled that I just hung up. After all most 2.5 hours dealing with them - I had to start the process over with a new company. Please Beware.
Called at 3:55 am and the driver was there before 4:30 and the whole experience was easy. Very important when it's 3:30 in the morning and 25° outside. The driver was nice and very professional. I would use this tow company again.
This place……. My car was towed here AGAIN unfortunately because of my own mishaps. Cool. My things were stolen in my vehicle. I understand break ins, right? But no my vehicle was left with the doors unlocked and Kai inside the vehicle . NEGLIGENCE MUCH? Anyway I call and ask what the price would be and ask to speak to a manager . The response was “ speaking to the manager won’t change anything”. I kindly said yes I understand that, I want to speak with them about a different issue about my belongings being stolen out of the vehicle previously . She then continues to say “ honestly speaking with them won’t ……” I immediately cut her off and say week that’s fine. I will just take my issue to smal claims court. She then says something along the line of “ so many people have gone to court and nothing happens “, I then say, “ Well as a DC contractor negligence doesn’t apply to that does it ? You left my key in the car, door unlocked. I can see if you had my vehicle securely stored and someone broke in.” She then hung up in my face. I’m completely in shock and upset that this is who MPD is trusting and contracting with to help do their work. THEIVES!!!!!!!! The fact that so many other people have gone to small claims court or threatens to do so says a lot . I believe this is the same last I interacted with picking up my car the first time . She literally tried to get me to send her some side extra money for “giving me a discount”. I really tried to be reasonable with these people but they’re really playing in peoples faces . But yall got the RIGHT ONE . I promise :). See you in court
awesome tow guy i didn’t get his name but he was an older gentleman. instead of having to tow 25+ miles to a shop, he offered to plug my tire and fixed it fast. Great guy very friendly deserves a bonus or a raise if possible.

I was supposed to get a tow thru these guys from AAA. On the way to me they decided that a police call took priority even though I'm stuck out here in 28 degree weather. No notice to me or AAA at all, just went to another call mid route. My Van broke down at Wawa about 5 min drive from my house and I had my 2 children with me(one is only 10 months old) so i couldn't walk home. I waited over an hour for them to arrive (that's isn't my issue). I asked the man that picked up my vehicle to please call me when he had dropped it off at my mechanic's. Well hours pass and I heard nothing. While sleeping, the tow truck driver called my phone at 4am!! To let me know he had dropped it off at 730pm. Mind you it was 830pm when they had picked my vehicle up so there was NO WAY possible that he had dropped it then and for him to lie because he didn't know was upsetting. Not including the fact that he called me at 4am, like I mentioned before I have children so him calling disturbed them and me sleeping... I wouldn't recommend them in the future. Just untrustworthy and unprofessional.

Avoid This Towing Service at All Costs I had a terrible experience with this towing service. What should have been a simple half-hour job turned into a 4-hour nightmare that dragged on until midnight. Throughout the entire day, I was given inaccurate information and misleading updates. It was clear they were just stalling for time, which completely messed up my day. To top it off, the customer service was atrocious. They showed no concern for the inconvenience they were causing, and the whole experience left me extremely dissatisfied. ✨Save yourself the trouble and find a better service provider. Your vehicle and your time deserve better.✨
My car battery died and Daniel showed up to jump my car. We ended up just towing my car since the battery was bad and the jump didn’t work. Great service. He was so professional about everything and gave me different options to try and solve my issue.big plus for speaking Spanish ! Highly recommended!
If i could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service would not recommend to anyone. Had to call multiple times to get through to anybody and even had to get insurance involved. Waited for over 2 hours to get my car towed and they made me late to my service appointment. Estimated time changed from 15-25 mins to 40-55 mins when they were apparently close by. Also lied about the tow truck being on the way to me and how the driver will contact me. Do not use their services.
I waited for 3 hours before cancelling my service. I was initially told it would be 120 - 135 minute wait. I called them after 2 1/2 hours and they said they were on the way. After 3 1/2 hours they did not answer the phone. 4 hours of my life wasted due to Power Towing; they never showed up or called back.

Very good people
This tow company took everything out my car I mean everything why would yall take a registration to a car smh took my handicap pass cell phone and other things
These people stole & damaged my vehicle. My car was registered on there tow lot the same day it was missing. Didn’t get notified until few months later of my vehicle where a-bouts. I try to get it they tried to charge me ridiculous money when it was ultimately their fault. I then receive a speeding ticket in the mail, adding evidence of the tow personal driving my vehicle while in there care at the tow lot. Because the time of the ticket I didn’t have my vehicle because obviously it was stolen. Lawsuit on it waaaay
I was in a accident and the officer on scene stated he called a tow truck. The accident was on Friday. When I went Monday to retrieve the items out my car EVERYTHING was gone. These jerks even stole my deer park case of water! The sun visors that go in the window, 3 bags of brand new clothes, 2 brand new sneakers, of course all the singles/change in my console, plus several other items. To add insult to injury, they said they're not responsible for items missing per the contract. Well I didn't sign a contract!!! This was set up by 6th District!!! Eddie who said he was the manager, stated he didn't have the ability to review the surveillance cameras but their main office in VA does and he would review and call me. Of course that never happened!!! I pray Karma does it's thing ten fold!!!
