Gatorback Towing was great to use. I had a flat on my motorcycle on the interstate 75 and called them, They were out with in 45 min. Driver was super nice and awesome guy. Definitely would use them!

Joe was my tow truck driver. He was very professional, before he got to my location he sent me a text letting me know he was 15 minutes out. I was in the middle of no where, and he found me and my car. It was a tough towing job, but he got it done and made sure I made it safely back on the main road. The dispatch operator Maria kindly called me to keep me updated. Cody picked up my car, inflated the tire, and loaded it up professionally to take to the dealership for repairs. I rode along with him. He was very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company!

Technician Jamal Vann arrived 30 minutes earlier than the estimated time of arrival and provided a wonderful service to help us get our car towed to the dealership during a heavy thunderstorm. We are very satisfied with his service!

Jamal also towed my daughters car tonight, which has a parking brake engaged whenever it's in park. Her former boyfriend threw her key fob out of the vehicle. Jamal easily found the neutral release cord, then put the rear tires (locked from parking brake) on skids, then loaded and we were out. Thank you so much Jamal. Very much appreciated!

I needed a tow a good ways away so i booked it through aaa. I was so blessed they sent Preston at gainesville towing service because He called and confirmed everything within a few minutes and arrived in a timely manner around or before when he said he would. Ultimately they got my baby( car ) to her destination safely. He then called and followed up that it got there safely which was greatly appreciated. Will reuse.

My ignition cylinder got messed up, leaving me stuck in my work parking lot. I requested a tow through AAA and Jamal showed up in about an hour and was able to get it back to my apartment quickly. He was super friendly, helpful, and easy to work with and even helped me get my car into a tricky parking spot at my apartment. If you need a tow and Jamal's the one to pick up the call, you're in good hands.

This was my first time needing something towed and they made my experience great. The dispatcher was efficient and concise getting a driver to me asap. The driver was extremely nice and made sure my car didn’t need to be jumped, provided excellent service and was very professional and efficient! :)

When my semi Truck broke down at one of the receivers that we were delivering to and I needed to be towed to the closest dealership I started to shop for the best price I could get and the quickest who can get to my driver and in all honesty they were the perfect fit, they had the absolute best price and were able to get to my driver in about 15 minutes after I dispatch them, They removed the drive shaft before moving the truck, they're honest, fair and quick, we need more business like that in the trucking industry, I would %100 recommend them to anyone who needs assistance getting towed and I even recommended them to the dealership where the truck was towed to, they were even kind enough and give my driver a ride to the hotel. Charged me $650 to get my vehicle out of the middle of the road since I had no choice. This was the one sent by the officers. They take advantage of the situation to make a quick buck. Very disappointed.

Was just following one of their drivers coming through Newberry on May 28th towing a Silverback concrete truck one of their big rig Wreckers was in the turning Lane but needed to go straight at the light and instead of put on his blinker and trying to get over, he tried to speed around a bunch of people and he just swerved into the traffic, no signal, nothing, made a car swerve to avoid him, they need to find some better drivers for sure Very dangerous to say the least

Last couple of times I needed roadside assistance were awful experiences. Once, I had to wait like 3 hours for some gas to get me back on my way ( malfunctioning gas gauge 😢), another time the local tow company wanted to charge me an additional $200 on top of the insurance allowance I get with Allstate to tow the vehicle about 2 miles. They advised me to try again the next day when there was less demand, but next day they still wanted the additional $200. But tonight, I needed a tow from Tower Rd to Hawthorne and Moffo's Towing really hooked us up. Also through my roadside assistance, Shawn from Moffo's arrived in less than an hour, was cheerful, and very reasonable priced. Most importantly, he got my vehicle back home safely. I'd totally recommend them again & again. 👍👍👍

My partner and I drove a big uhaul truck with a towed car for the first time from Orlando. When we passed Gainesville, we got stuck in a small alley. It was on Sunday morning. We called multiple tow companies. We got ghosted by one company. We waited for 3 hours, and no one showed up. My partner found Moffo on Google. The owner was prompt to respond to our call and quickly helped us revert the uhaul. Without him, we probably wouldn't make it to our destination. If you want a reliable service, I highly, highly recommended Moffo's Towing & Recovery.

These people have rude staff that are completely unprofessional. I would never use nor recommend them. *edited* Read the 1st sentence in which you started with a lie. I knew I wasn't reading your book of a response after that, being unprofessionally defensive proving my point. Clearly SIR YOU ARE THE PROBLEM if on every negative review you spew your negative antics. May you have the day you deserve!

Tried to get a tow, was told It would be 90 minutes. That ETA came and went. An hour after that, I called and was told the original tow truck broke down, they had to reassign the tow, but couldn't guarantee he'd show up. Never got a call regarding any of this as I should have. No excuse for this. I called someone else...they showed up inside an hour, and got my vehicle towed for less than Moffos wanted. They'll get my business from now on.

I have never in my life dealt with such a nice and speedy towing company. I broke down on the side of the road the other day and called them. When I say they were there within minutes, I mean minutes. I called, 5 minutes later the driver called me back telling me they were two minutes away. The man that answered the phone was suuuuuuper nice and understand. If you need to be towed, use Moffo's. Don't use anyone else. They are awesome.

If I could give them a zero I would. What a useless company. I had a parking pass and was here for less than 2 hours and I was booted. Damn this company. May god forsake them all.

Nothing puts the "superior" in Superior Towing like putting a boot on my car even though I had a parking pass fully visible on the dash and showing up nearly 2 hours after being called to then be condescending and unhelpful. Extremely unserious company.

Thank you Superior Towing for simply being the best. You stand out from other towing companies whom have given my car a second chance, but not you. I parked at 6:03 pm and within seconds, you were on sight. There is no more efficient service that I have witnessed. As you may notice, some of your reviews are pretty negative, and that, I do not understand. You are always there without fail. Rain or shine. Day or night. Parking restrictions were lifted during move out for a friend’s apartment and i parked at the future resident spot for her to go into the office confirm everything she needed to leave with them and then leave her keys in the apartment while i went to pick up some last few boxes. Her pass was in my car but not hanged and they were claiming i was a resident and i couldn’t have her pass inside my car. So in that logic i can’t have a passenger’s belongings in my car and i asked them to verify with the complex that the pass did not match either my name or my car’s information as they were not mine! Woman on the phone contradicted herself multiple times. At any point I raised ny voice at her and was talking normally. She consistently yelled at me after talking over me multiple different times and she put me on a hold and did not come back to help me at all. I ended up paying unfairly. Frustrating situation but at peace knowing i’ll never deal with them ever again as i’m graduating and the lady will be forever at a low end job scamming students not knowing how to control her ridiculous anger issues with customer service. 0/10. 🫶🏼

BEWARE!!! I paid for parking at Midtown Plaza Garage in Gainesville for the football game. I did this so my 70 year old grandad who I brought to the game with me could be closer. It says on our receipt from the parking pass “You may park anywhere that doesn’t say reserved” so we did. Got back to our car and we have a immobilized notice with a subject to tow. SEVEN other people with us had one too and receipts where they paid. We called the number no one picked up luckily one of the other people got in touch and a man named Kevin (employee #105723) with superior towing pulled up. I went up to Kevin and asked him why I had this on my car when I paid and he threw his hands up at me and yelled at me saying “anything past level 3 is resident parking ONLY and there’s a big sign explaining this” (it does NOT say this on the sign or on our parking receipt. So I yelled at him back naturally because it is 10:30 and I am trying to get my grandad home and he told me “congratulations you will be the last one to get your immobilizer removed. I was so angry. He came back around at 12:00 in the morning and wanted us to pay $90 for him to take it off. He told my grandad to walk to the atm and take our cash on the first floor. He has bad hips and cannot do that but luckily he had cash and handed him the cash. The man took it smiled at me and mocked me the ENTIRE TIME. He wrote us a receipt and we told him he will be hearing from our lawyers. He said “I’ve heard that too many times but good luck” and laughed as he drove away. The way he treated us was horrible and even though I was angry he was very aggressive even with my grandad who is down to earth and I was scared for my safety. Anyone else who has had this experience let me know.
