Before that, we waited for AAA service for more than 3-hours and decided to call a private service “Servigrua Avila Towing”. The service with Servigrua Avila Towing was spectacular. The driver was polite, gentle, aware of our problem, professional, and very kind. Wowwww!! Called Apline to get an unauthorized vehicle towed from my place of residence and they NEVER got back with me. I spoke with an employee there who was "calling me back" and as of now, three hours later still no call! I've called several times and apparently they "are busy with other customers" so the call goes to voice mail. They are listed with my community and they are NO help!! I've very disappointed!!

Friday morning your company towed my car by mistake from my apartment complex, Azure Villas. After contact the leasing office they told me I could pick up my car from your location in Hollywood. By Friday afternoon I had my car and have been parked since. Yesterday afternoon I drove my car and it started to shake. I have been trying to contact you guys since but no response. This morning at 8am I called again hoping I would get someone. Once again no one picked up and the other line the voice-mail is still full. I texted one number hoping to get a reply but I guess it's a landline. Finally someone called me back by the base of Carl. Carl told me to go look at the car and tell him if I see any damage. I said to him how and were exactly am I or would I be looking for the damage. He got very rude with me. I told him I'm looking at my car now what should I be looking for? I told him my car was perfectly fine and had no issues until you guys towed the car. I request to speak to a manager and he said no and to call back Monday after 10am. I said that's now going to be another day of waiting for someone to document and address this issue. This needs to be addressed today and to have a manager call me. He said there is nothing he can do and to call Monday and hung up on me. He didn't even have the decency to take my name or number down. I had to call back and ask him what's the name of the nanager. This is poor poor customer service. My car is now damaged and I am being treated like the bad person. This is unexceptable and I need answers. Someone needs to address this issue immediately. I can't even drive my car.
Terrible company. They tow vehicles from parking lots without clear warning signs and then demand an outrageous fee to release them. It feels more like extortion than a legitimate service. Absolutely unacceptable and unethical behavior. Be very careful if you park anywhere near where they operate.
I called to tow my cars. They were charging $150 just to load the cars. 😳😳😳 I did not even mention I had three cars. So that would have been $150 for each car 😭😭 It wasn't my budget so kept calling other towing company. I found one thanks God. I just paid $180 to tow 3 cars and I added a tip for the worker. Help your community. Why charge to only load a car. Don't you have to load the car in your truck to tow it? Why charge separate IF THAT IS PART OF YOUR JOB? I did not give a 1 star because you didn't service me and I want to be fair. I hope you change this. These guys put my truck on the rack while it was in my driveway and said that a neighbor called them and said I was illegally parking in MY DRIVEWAY with my parking permit VISIBLE IN MY WINDSHIELD! When i confronted Rodriguez he said I had to pay him $150 to drop my truck because he already lifted it. All this after he acknowledged my valid parking permit. I called the cops and he dropped my truck then sped out of my neighborhood. These guys are crooks and should be in jail!
This company is a complete nightmare. Over the phone, they told us that we just needed a letter from the truck owner stating that he authorizes the truck to be picked up from the impound, and that it should be notarized. When we arrived, an employee Brian said that this wasn’t enough and that we needed to fill out a Hold Harmless Letter and have it notarized for the driver to pick up the truck. Later, another employee said we needed to fill out a completely different form—a 3rd Party Release—and also notarize it. They are blatantly wasting time and dragging things out. They are unprofessional, and it seems like they might be under the influence of drugs or something. On top of that, while we were waiting in our car to get notarized documents, the tow truck driver walked by us with a beer, finished it, then got into the truck and drove off to work. This is Florida, where it’s illegal to drive under the influence, but the staff at this company seem completely unaware—or just don’t care—about basic laws and safety. We finally got our truck back after 9 PM, only to find out that someone had clearly been driving it. The truck was parked in a position that a tow truck couldn’t have unloaded it into, the driver’s seat was pushed all the way back, and the A/C was blasting on full power — something our driver never does. We’ll be checking the dash camera footage, but it’s obvious they broke into the truck and used it. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting behavior. Stay far away from this company.

The towing truck driver was trying to kill me when I asked to put my car back on the ground! Has to call police! This company must be closed it it hires drivers like this!
This place has been creating havoc all over South Florida for years now! As soon as you walk in, there’s rats running around the complex, the staff is the most unprofessional people on the planet, rude obnoxious I can go on forever, they are running a scam, towing people’s vehicles When they’re not supposed to! I just moved into a new complex and they told my car illegally, and they got super pissed because they weren’t able to scam me out of $250. They had to return my money and pay for my Uber, they did a similar thing a couple of years ago, I went to visit a friend at a complex that was only there for a couple of hours, and they took my car in broad daylight, and same thing had to pay $250 and they stole my registration and I had to pay an extra $10 for that as well, these people are the definition of a scam company working along with the state, So there’s nothing that anybody can do they have a license to steal and scam!
oh my gosh. Where do i start. This place is highly unpleasant and unprofessional DO NOT RECOMMEND TO MY ENEMIES! First of all towed my car while i was WORKING. I go to get it the next day they say I can’t get it. They say my dad has to mail things to get it back. So we mail it to their location. Then they say we shouldn’t have mailed it there? Nobody knows what the heck is going on.. Anyway. I pay $570. That was my child’s christmas money. The last money i had to my name. And it was that costly because they HOARDED AND WERE GATEKEEPING my car for days on end! Nobody will be getting christmas presents now thanks to THIS PLACE… I ask for an itemized receipt so I can see what the charges are for and they say NO. They then get the supervisor who came straight from the gates of hell to ruin my day even more. She was cussing screaming and hissing at us. What a lady… THEN.. I get my car back and they start laughing. What is funny? My daughter’s empty christmas tree? RUDE. UNGOLDLY. DO NOT COME HERE.
These crooks towed my car from a friends apartment complex and told me that Lot Monitoring Services called them to have me towed because I wasn’t registered as a guest on some website that I was never told about. The apartment complex has no signs to tell you that and spotters aren’t allowed to call on the towing companies behalf. Both of these actions are illegal. DO NOT HORE THESE CROOKS!
I regret to report a negative experience with one of your employees. Despite my efforts to maintain a polite and respectful demeanor, the employee in question was rude throughout our interaction. I was simultaneously translating what my mother had said to convey our message to her and she abruptly stated, "what else you need help with cause we can't sit here all day breathing back and forth", in a very rude tone. I simply just questioned why our car got towed and just needed a better explanation. Her behavior was unprofessional and did not align with the standards I expect from your organization. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I understand that people simply don't like their car being towed, but at least make it more understandable or be nicer at least, it's not a good time for customers to hear their car got towed either. They also hung up on me multiple times. Very rude.

These company are scam artist. We traveled all the way from Jupiter to have dinner with family at some restaurant on the beach. The machine we used to purchase a 2 hour parking ticket made us put in our license plate #. We put the ticket on the dash as the sign they have posted said, unfortunately because of all the wind it must have blown off to the next level council in clear site but we didn't notice. 10 minutes later I came back to the parking area to meet my daughter. She right away informed me that they were putting boots on my truck. I explained everything to the guy and showed him my parking ticket showing I paid. He didn't really care he just went on putting the boot on my truck. He said I had to pay $75.00 if I wanted to have the boots removed. We call the police. They could not force them to take it off so I had to pay to have them removed. But seriously it so obvious they are running a huge scam. There is another guy with a shirt that says parking attendant all faded bouncing around lots. According to the guy who put the boot on the attendant is there to help with the parking rule. But instead of helping he sits back an waits to see if someone didn't follow the rule and didn't put the parking ticket on the dash so he can call his buddy over to put the boot on the car even though he could have just walked over and told the customer that the ticket needs to be on the dash. They did the same thing to my 83 year old mother. It suck for all the local business because this co will probably run off a lot of their customers. :( And yes I used this business but not by choice.
This place should be illegal. My wife parked in a parking lot and the sign said download and is mobile parking app. So she did and the towing company waited for her to walk away and tow her. They know the sign is poorly placed and is done so to confuse people. After speaking to the people at the office it was VERY clear he knew exactly what sign I was talking about and I then knew this is how they do there business and get there money so there was no point in expressing my concern. I wish I could give them no stars. I know people don’t left be wrong and being towed but I completely feel they are extremely wrong for this and I would not recommend them for any kind of towing service at all.
I paid for parking and still had my vehicle towed. I showed them where the parking was paid and they still had me paid for the towing bill. Doing business this way is a crime and shouldn't be allowed in our city. I will be speaking to the mayor about this. As a native Hollywood resident and business owner, it is sad to see a business make money this way.
This towing company is totally SCAM!!! I was towed while my car was parked in the Hollywood Beach. I was totally unaware that the lot was private and they are using a different parking app until I learned that my car was parked. There was an attendant that will help you find a parking space so I thought they are being kind and doing their job as an attendant but hell no! Dont fall for it. They wont say anything and that was the question I asked the towing company, how come there were attendants that will help you find a spot but will not tell you that they have different parking app. The towing company said they wont tell you unless you ask…😳 clearly a scam!!! And I asked the attendant in the parking lot all he say is he doesnt know his job is only to reserve a parking spot! Like WTH!! And one more thing that I cant believe is that I asked assistance with the police and they cant do anything about it. Thats what they said. They are really scammers! Making money out of deceiving people. They even damaged my car and left a scratch. The guy said I dont know anything about it😡
Parking in Hollywood can be a nightmare Stay as far away from this company a1a as possible they watch the meter so if you are 5 min late they boot your car or tow it. They watch the meter this company a1a parking enforcement needs to be eliminated they are bullying stealing people's hard earned money
