I called Miami Rescue Towing to schedule a tow for the following morning at 10 am to drop my car at a dealership for repairs. I spoke with Jorge, who was nice and gave me a discount of $30. That was appreciated. My issue is with the driver that was sent. The driver arrived at my place an hour and 15 minutes earlier asking if he can just take my car to the dealership. I let him know that I didn't feel comfortable with that and I was waiting on my sister because I was riding with her. Jorge then messaged me, explaining that the driver Bruce was coming from Orlando and wanted to get all of his appointments done. But he did apologize for the inconvenience. I'm not sure how that related to me since again, I booked this tow for 10 am to plan accordingly. When we finally arrive at the dealership, Bruce drove my car up to the service area, jumped out my car and handed my keys to the 1st person he saw. My sis drove behind him and she put her window down for me. I yelled "thank you" as Bruce past her window but he didn't acknowledge. Unfortunately, due to this driver's rude behavior I will never use this company again. People who use a tow company are already agitated at the fact that they have to pay for a tow and then repairs. This could've been resolved by either sending a different driver to honor the time I reserved or asking me the day before if it could be earlier than 10 to plan accordingly.
Miami Rescue Towing was fantastic to deal with. They were prompt and professional and even sent me a video of my car being delivered. And for me as a non Spanish speaker it was nice to be able to clearly communicate with the person who answered the phone and the driver. Hopefully I won't need a tow truck anytime soon but if I do, I will be calling them!

A Heroic Rescue by the Ultimate Tow Company Review: Where should I start? Customer service here is fast, entertaining, and thoughtful. Honestly, this company needs a theme song. I mean a real hero theme song because they came to my rescue like superheroes! I was on my way to work when I had a tire blowout. Although I had an air pump and a spare tire, the tire was completely destroyed, and I was utterly unsuccessful in turning the tire lug nuts. Just when I thought things couldn't get worse, these guys swooped in like a superhero team! When I say they got there fast, I mean they got there in a hurry. The driver was not just a lifesaver; he kept me entertained and got me to safety. He assisted with changing the tire and even reminded me to call my loved ones to let them know I was OK. Who does that? This guy! He went over the safety procedures for driving on the spare tire, ensuring I was well-informed and safe. This isn’t your average tow company. The customer service I received here was more than five stars. I'd recommend this company to anyone in need of a heroic rescue. They’re the real deal!
George & Bruce were phenomenal!!! They came and rescued us from i95 South. George the owner was extremely friendly and reliable. When Bruce arrived with the tow truck — he was SO efficient and kept us safe from the highway. Incredible and you can tell the expertise they have. This company is a completely disaster. First of all as I was without job he agreed I pay to him $200 instead of $250. When we arrived to my house he told me you owe me $250, I paid without problem, but then after I paid with my credit card $265 ($15 credit card fees) he told me saecastically, disrespectuf and unprofessional: now you have to work harder. I was passing through a catastrophic accident and he told me that? I do not recommend this company AT ALL! Whatever he responded is completely false, bur yes I called 4 times because I did not know if my car could be picked up by my husband who came from his job. He told me he will charge $200 he did that discount for me because I was without a job then he changed again for $250. What he told me disrespectfully was true: “now you need to work harder”

Dishonest and Aggressive – Avoid at All Costs I am absolutely appalled by the unprofessional and predatory behavior of this towing company. They attempted to wrongfully tow my car, and when I confronted them about it, they were incredibly rude, verbally aggressive, and completely unwilling to listen. My mother, who was present at the scene, was also subjected to their hostility, which was completely unacceptable. Instead of handling the situation with any level of professionalism or decency, they chose to escalate it with intimidation and disrespect. It’s clear they care more about making a quick dollar than treating people fairly. Do not trust this company—they operate in bad faith and have no regard for basic courtesy. Luckily, I contacted authorities and they promptly took our side in the situation telling them to release the car. Serves you right, thieves!

I needed a Tow and contacted AAA 2 days in advance for a Friday tow. They contacted Vice Towing. They never showed up and never bothered to contact me. Called AAA and they re-scheduled for Monday and contracted Roadside Towing & Recovery. Leon called and from start to finish it was a perfect experience. If i could give 10 stars i would. 6 feet 8 inch clearance “No problem” Leon worked around all the low clearance like a panther through the jungle….. delivered the car with zero issues and was a pleasure to work with… I highly recommend Leon and Roadside towing anyone who needs help.

Richard was amazing! He came to my apartment and helped me with my battery and towing service. He cared about my time and money. He took the time to look at my battery and other parts of my car to be sure everything was working properly. He took care of my car and really cares about his customers. All bad with the company. The person who pick up the phone Always with bad actitud and don’t give real solutions. I asked yesterday to the time they close. They told me 6pm I came 5:02pm it was close and they told me that schedule is old and they close 5 to 7 What’s wrong with you?? Give real information. U just do that to can charge more.
Seriously, I can't rate them lower than one star—they deserve negative stars! I was gone for, like, two minutes, my emergency were on, I was just bringing groceries in, and this guy was already putting a tow hook on my car! I talked to him, howed him the rest of my groceries. He said it was either $72.50 now or $125 at their place. Can you believe a college student having to pay $72.50 for two minutes? Worst towing company ever.
Unfortunately Ive had to use them several times to tow my old Jeep. They are professional and fast. Great guys and hard working.
Towed my car twice before Christmas in my apartment complex and damaged my vehicle. Went upstairs to drop off Christmas gifts and parked in a no parking zone just to drop them off so I wouldn’t have to walk across my entire building with them. That’s on me even though it was 10pm, I was parked in front of a dumpster, and I wasn’t bothering anyone. Came back downstairs and the guy still wasn’t done fully loading my car. I asked him to lower it and he wouldn’t unless I paid him $80. Two days later I’m going to work in the morning and my car gone from my only assigned parking spot. Mind you I’m the owner of a two bedroom apartment with only one assigned spot(I have been living in this building for three years, my car has always been there and it stands out so it’s not hard to miss.) I called the police and reported my car stolen only to find out this company had towed my car again. Now there’s a huge nail in my tire from them dragging it around and I had to miss two days of work(not how I planned on spending the holidays.) Other neighbors noticed my car had been towed from my spot and mentioned it to me. There is a serious issue with the parking in my building, parking spots that are barely big enough for motorcycles and there aren’t enough for everyone that lives here. I highly recommend staying away from Prestige Auto Towing and their shady business as well as any property associated with the Florida Advanced Properties HOA. Happy holidays to them and hopefully they don’t wake up with their cars missing from their driveways, pay $200 to get them back only to receive them damaged.

If I could leave a no star review, I would. Elda and the other lady with the glasses have been so short, rude, and dismissive to me and my family members. They refused to release a TEXAS car that belongs to me even though I provided the adequate paperwork— insurance verification, my license, & paper work from the dealership.. literally denied all forms of paperwork. I told them me and my small child will literally be stranded here if I do not get my car out (we drove here) and they literally laughed it off. Worst experience ever. Worst customer service ever. The business is trash
I had an excellent experience with VMC Towing. After my brand new car broke down unexpectedly, I called them for assistance, and they arrived much quicker than I anticipated. The driver was not only professional and friendly but also took the time to drop my car off at the dealer & drive me back home!!!! They handled my vehicle with care, ensuring there was no damage during towing. Their rates were fair, and I appreciated their transparency about pricing. I highly recommend VMC Towing if you ever find yourself in a bind. Thank you for your outstanding service!

I called for a tow while waiting on the side of an almost non-existent shoulder on I-75. I'm still waiting after 3 hours! When I called and spoke to the supervisor Kimberly Ricti, she basically gave me the run around and told me they could not tell me how long it would take for a driver to get there or even call me. Since when does a driver not call to give an ETA? Since when can't a dispatcher contact the driver? She was rude, unhelpful, and ignorant. Horrible service!
There was a vehicle parked in my assigned parking spot at my apartment. Theres a huge sign that states violators will be towed and it specifically has the name and phone number for VMS towing on it. So I call them at 11:55pm on 4/25/2024 and get no answer multiple times. Mind you they are suppose to be open 24 hours. And someone finally calls back 6 minutes later and says he’ll call back with an update on when I can expect arrival, asks for the other vehicles info, etc. 20 minutes go by and no response so I call back and he says the driver is doing a tow right now and will be there in 45 minutes to an hour and that he will call. Well that hour has come and gone and I called back several times and now the number is going straight to voicemail. They blocked me. And I know they blocked me because I called private and it rang and when I called unblocked again it went straight to voicemail. And this was for both of the businesses numbers. Here we are 2 hours later. Still no communication and no response. I will be reporting this to our property management company as well because we definitely need a new on call tow truck company. Also, hopefully management sees this and looks at who was on call this night and deals with them. This is totally unprofessional and disrespectful. After being at work all day and to come home to this, thinking it would be resolved but it did not. Shame on you all! I wish I could give you all zero stars or a negative five stars. Just tacky.

The staff and management have been very unprofessional, giving us the runaround for four days straight just to get our company vehicles released. Scammers!
If I could give negative stars I would! Horrible company!!! in the middle of the night, I had to rush to my mother's apartment for a medical emergency - I parked my car with a disabled parking permit next to the disabled parking space, vehicle left on with hazard lights on - I rushed upstairs and while am in the process of taking my mother to the car to take her to the hospital I see the Alpine tow truck hooking my car up! I have to sit my mom back in the apartment and rush downstairs to my car! I explain to the tow truck driver the situation and he says that it's not his problem! That I have 2 minutes to Zelle $145 or he takes my car! I Zelled the money but what I should've done was call the police - it was very wrong - I had just parked for a medical emergency! We ended taking my mother, who is elderly to the hospital - she cannot walk so we have to park near the elevator to get her in the car! Very wrong to not have empathy for people - I was dealing with a medical emergency! The people that work there have no empathy - they are a bunch of crooks! Mayber Fernandez (the tow truck driver), Valentine, and the rest of the employees have no compassion and empathy for others - the fact of the matter is that everyone gets old, sick and ultimately dies - we were dealing with a medical emergency; my mother ended up admitted in the hospital - the tow truck driver did not Care and neither did the others - all they could say was that I parked illegally - I kept explaining as to the reason (the emergency) the driver (Mayber) said not his problem - give him $145 or vehicle towed - the others that work in the office also lack empathy - it can happen to any one of us - in an emergency the last thing we need are uncaring individuals that sound like robots! They should return all of my money!!! I was not there to socialize - I was there for a medical emergency
My Tesla was in an accident tonight and I contacted my AAA company for a tow. They dispatched Cristian Santos from Alpine Towing and he was beyond professional and responsive. He contacted me and showed genuine concern for what had happened. Cristian arrived to pick up my vehicle no later than he said he would, (roughly twenty minutes). It was the quickest and easiest service iv received from a towing company. His sense of urgency was amazing. He also kept me informed on the arrival status of my vehicle. Very satisfied with my experience. Alpine towing provides you with great customer service and professionals like Cristian to get the job done. Thank you!

In 50 years of driving, I haven’t met better people and better professionals than Alpine Towing. Jason in particular is extraordinary - a good person and really knowledgeable about his craft. No kidding, he’s an artist. This is a tough job with little credit and it’s too bad because they deserve the best. The guy was nice, however, he did not know how to get my car in neutral being I had an issue with the key ignition. I googled how to get it in neutral and showed him video when he asked to view it. I would think a tow truck driver would be knowledgeable of this issue.
I booked the truck they never show up after 3 hours I called another company. I m waiting for refund now. Pretty crazy they don’t even call you.
Alpine towing got the job done when I found myself with a dead battery while visiting Miami with my family. However, it was not easy to facilitate my location to their driver, has he barely spoke any English. I tried to convey it through their dispatch as well as through my wife. It ended up taking almost twice as long for their truck to arrive at my location then it would have. Slightly frustrating but effective in the end.

Best service I ever had, the service was send by GEICO. I was supposed to wait an hour but it wasn’t like that. Andy came in 45 minutes. He offered me to be in his truck because it was raining, and it was very hot. He took care of my truck very well. He brought me home and he helped me to park my car.
