Money grab scammers my registration was expired couple for a couple of days .they had to come down from their truck just to check cause I reversed park
If I could give 0 stars, I would! These people illegally and inaccurately towed my car this morning. Despite my car being registered, I still got towed! Which cause me to be late to work because they don’t even open until 8am so I had to wait for my car!! And then the guy that works there took no type of accountability or showed any remorse, instead he got hostile with me!! How do you beat me mad because YOU inaccurately towed my car?? And then had the nerve to try and threaten me. Worse towing company ever!!!!!
My car was towed for not being registered in the community, which was definitely a frustrating situation. However, the team at Beezy Towing handled everything with professionalism and care. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was exceptional; they were patient, respectful, and showed genuine empathy. They took the time to explain the process clearly, which really helped ease my stress. While no one enjoys dealing with a tow, I truly appreciate how Beezy Towing turned an unpleasant experience into a positive one through their outstanding service. Thank you!
Most disgustingly ran business I’ve ever seen in my life. The phone operator is insanely rude and distasteful. This is a disgraceful low end “business” with no structure or formality. It’s very clear there isn’t a manager in charge. I was told that the business opens at 8am, no one arrived until about 8:20. The phone operator kept giving slick remarks as to why the workers were late instead of just being professional. The second screenshot is me sending a nasty text to test her unprofessionalism and it worked like a charm. Phone operator didn’t waste a second replying OFF A BUSINESS LINE yet when I texted about late arrival, there was no response.
Horrible service got my car towed contacted them to find if they had taken my car. They denied towing it so I called police to report if it got stolen just for them to tell me it was towed after I had called and been told otherwise. Very shady company.
