Tow Me Orlando took my 2017 Mustang from Orlando to Jacksonville via flatbed towing after my transmission failed. He answered my call at 9:30 PM at night and by the next day he dropped it off in Jacksonville for a fair price. He was extremely easy to talk to via text and takes card payment after he completed the job which was awesome. He even included pictures of the drop off. If you need anything towed anywhere, he and his wife can help. Thanks again guys!!

Austin was a very good instructor.
Very experienced instructor, explains everything to detail and he has good communication skills and the class interacts with him very well. He wants feed back from the class as he is explaining the chapters of the course and takes the time to explain, very antentive to people and asks if everybody understood once we move from one section to another. Out on site instructor also demostrated great knowledge on crane inspection and operation, he guided the class thru the practical exam and gave feed back on areas we need to improve with pratice. 👍to Albert Gonzalez 🏗. I would definitely recomend CICB for trainings and certifications or if looking into getting NCCO certified.

Yes they are the truth chief towing came and towed my car and fixed my tire in a timely manner.the guy that came and picked up my car was there quickly and he was nice and polite. The prices are affordable the guys are straight forward and they do not over charge you. I called a few tow companys and they wanted to charge me 2 times more than what chief towing charged. At Chief towing they are Honest straight forward and affordable. Do not go to those over charging tow companies call Chief Towing. I would recommend this towing company to everyone.
I have Roadside Asst. through AT&T and the provider told them it would be 70 minutes. Two hours later I call the company and explain all to him. He chuckles and said we are busy tonight. No driver or anyone from that company called to let us know that the driver did not have the right equipment to get keys out of a car. Knowing what he was going there for. Not Friendly or Professional. Got a new driver and he was there within 10 minutes

My week was saved! I was in a pickle where I needed to get my car moved from a dealership to a local auto sports shop across town. Within 5 minutes of calling we had the details lined up and timing/price, and within 3 hours of calling my car was moved 40 miles from east Orlando to Winter Garden! A+ communication (pictures were sent at pickup and drop off) and all my texts were responded to within 2 minutes. Can’t recommend enough of your in a pinch and need a tow anywhere!

I had my car breaking down, at night, in the middle of the highway and that was very nerve racking for me since it was the first time it has ever happened. Mark calmed me down when providing directions and making sure I was safe. He went above and beyond during the whole process and even offered to hold my car in his truck after finding out that the dealership was closed for the night. I was broke down on the side of the interstate on I-4 in a really bad spot with a flat tire, and called several companies first, which either put me on hold immediately or I was speaking to a third-party answering service that did not speak English very well and simply wanted to ask question after question, all while I am sitting in a very dangerous spot. Each company took 15 minutes on the phone, before realizing it was gonna take a extremely long time to get to me, that they couldn’t do it, or wanted to charge an astronomical amount and pay upfront. BRANDO TOWING was next on the list, he picked up the phone immediately and got to me less than half the time the other companies told me it would take. Instantly felt comfortable he knew what he was doing, and everything would be good. Even went out of his way to help when the first solution didn’t work out, which wasn’t his fault. Highly recommend, don’t waste valuable time calling any of the other options.

Darryl Strickland was amazing. Three other tow companies didn’t have his skill to load my car. He saved the day and car was safely dropped at dealer. Electronic transmission locked in park so he knew how to load it without car being in neutral.
Normally a towing company will lie and say the driver will be there 10-15. They didn’t lie! The price was reasonable and the service was fast. I HIGHLY recommend calling them, especially after an accident. 10/10
Do not use this company! They have had the FHP contract this year, but will not be getting it for 2025. The driver overcharged for his time, 30 minutes is included and I was charged for an additional 35 minutes even though there was an officer onsite with the vehicle who called in the tow. It took over 3 hours to get back to the lot that was an hour away from where the vehicle was picked up. When they brought my vehicle out from behind the gate their forklift dropped it (I have this on video and it happened more than one time) and caused damage to the rear end. I was told I need to speak with Eric as he is the one that handles these issues but he wasn’t in at the time. I have called to speak with him consistently for about 10 days and one of the ladies in the office is very rude. I have been told “he will get back to you” over and over. When he did call back after about a week of calling I wasn’t able to answer but called him back minutes later, left a voicemail, and haven’t heard back. This company is ridiculous, DO NOT USE!
I would have given them a 0 if I could, they towed my car after an accident and the accident was not that effective they towed my car and when I came to get it back it did not look like it was before the top part was completely destroyed I called 911 for them but they said it was a civil law not a criminal law so I am taking it to court and sue them I have evidence I have before and after photos. Please try not to come here or you’ll experience the same thing I did.

Hi I’m Yhuvier i got a service from you on 24 OCT 2022 between 11pm to 12 am. I must say that the service offered by your employee Addele was an unpleasant one. He told me he was going to charge $150 and as he saw me in a difficult situation and he took advantage. After a previous shady towing company left me waiting for 12+ hrs, my insurance company sent out WE TOW. They met me at my car within 20 minutes, loaded it up quickly and dropped it off at the requested location. Driver was extremely friendly and helpful and the service was completed quickly.

We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding help we received from Ron at Able Towing and Roadside near Orlando airport. Dishonesty, manipulative liars, and inexperienced operators towing co is what I have named this company. Stay away from using them!!! I had my vintage mint condition motorcycle towed by this company. The driver was a younger guy with lack of experience. I had to help him set my bike up to be hauled onto the flat bed after he almost dropped it. That was the first red flag. Then while he was strapping the motorcycle to the flat bed he was fishing the chain end of the strap through my painted parts instead of fishing the soft end of the strap through. That should of been red flag number 2. Finally he set a strap across the front of the tank and we all know what happens when you torque a strap around a finished surface without protecting it. I filled a claim on it but Able towing co only sent certain photos to my insurance and kept the photos that showed where the driver strapped the front is my tank in detail. I ended up having to either pay my deductible or fix the damage they caused out of my own pocket. These people are dishonest and will manipulate any claim they can to get out of being responsible for their mistake.
I needed my car towed from a dealership to my home. They let me schedule a tow ahead of time. Both employees I spoke with were extremely professional, friendly, and kind! I was also able to pay without being present for the tow. Frank set me pictures of where he dropped the car and key. When your car breaks down it can be very stressful but Frank and his team made it a lot easier! Highly recommend Them!

I called one company and they told me at least 2 hours of sitting on the side of highway and asked me a whole bunch of questions and said they may not be able to help because my 10 pound dog was with me. I called this company and they asked only where i was and said they would be there within 35-45 minutes. They were there within 25 minutes and were only that long because i wasn’t exactly sure where i was. The gentleman Omar was super helpful and friendly. He took us straight to the tire shop. I had a sitting motorcycle in a buddy's garage and needed it towed to my apartment. I just had the best tow truck experience in my life. My son's car was disabled in an accident on the FL Turnpike. I had been on hold over an hour with my insurance provider to get emergency roadside assistance. I found Unique Pro Towing through a Google search and had my son call while I stayed on hold. Yaidza was on-site in about 30 minutes - I was STILL on hold with my insurance. Yaidza took excellent care of us and charged us an extremely reasonable tow fee.
Showed up much faster than AAA, and was so kind and helpful. Hope to not need this service again soon, but they will be my first call if I do!
