Needed my sisters f350 towed and relocated. I googled closes towing service to Seminole Heights and found I tow. Called and Louis responded with in 30 minutes. He was very nice and well knowledge on moving a big f 350 truck. He also went out his way and grabbed a wasp spray out his tow truck to spray up a lot of wasps that were camping under the 350. Quick courteous service from Jovanny. He called me right away after State Farm submitted the service call to tow my car after I needed road side service to let me know he was on the way. He quickly and carefully hitched my car and delivered it with the same care. I have used this place two times now and both times as well as both driver were super kind sweet understanding and helpful. The lady who picks up the phone is such a sweet heart so very kind. I spoke with Duke who was awesome. Him & his driver came to assist & towed the car all the way to New Port Richie. His rate was super reasonable. I gave him an extra tip.

My experience with TP was top-notch. From the initial call, the staff was communicative. The driver was very friendly conversation and kind. They were respectful of my vehicle and ensured a smooth, safe tow to the destination . Great company, great service!
On time, had a miserable time with AAA, stuck for 4 hours, called up TP Towing and they said 30 minutes and they meant 30 minutes. The driver was courteous and super professional.

Julio was incredible! While clearing an overgrown back yard our bobcat fell part of the way into an old abandoned septic tank that no one knew was there. Julio arrived but his tow truck could only fit half way into our yard. Many people would have given up and said “Call someone else.” But Julio did not give up!!! Julio had a professional but friendly personality and a sense of humor which calmed our strained nerves. He went to work, trying different angles and creative ideas. We were slowly starting to give up hope when he somehow managed to get the bobcat upright with a super human combination of chains and attachments! We do not know what we would have done if Julio had not been there today. Not many people these days stick with a problem that it so difficult. We are grateful to everyone at Xtreme towing - everyone we dealt with was super professional, fast acting, and communicated quickly. But Julio was a life saver today!!! I hope we don’t need them again but if we do - we will call them immediately.
Absolutely recommend! I called and spoke to Katie, she was able to help me navigate through the whole process of picking my package (40 ft container) up from the sea port. I had no experience in importing, or even what kind of trucking services I needed. I’m so glad I called Katie. Katie was able to navigate through the process of pick up at the port, she knew what kind of equipment was needed and even helped me with getting the package opened and my food trailer to a local mechanic shop to install the axels and wheels so I could just hook up to my truck up to it and bring it home. Katie is really knowledgeable in the industry and had all the equipment that was necessary for moving a package this big. We really appreciate all the help, I don’t know what I would have done without her in my situation. Definitely recommend this company to anyone needing anything hauled.
Is never a good day when you are broken down, to lose money for the day and in top of that, now to get towed. Used JB Xtreme towing service, from Tampa to Largo. John Jr. was dispatched to make a bad day go out smooth at the end. John was real cool dude. He was definitely professional about his work and down to earth about life. Great customer service. StateFarm Roadside Assistance dispatched JB XTREME to tow our car when the tire blew on I-4 and we didn’t have the key to be able to change our tire. Dispatch center was friendly on the initial call, and our driver was quick, efficient, and kind. Towed us home and backed our car in to its spot for us. This guy was amazing and very personable. I am not sure why tow truck drivers are not considered emergency responders as these highways are extremely dangerous and intimidating when you are broken down and cars are flying by you 80 miles per hour.

Horrible service. The mislead you a lot with their prices and services. After i paid for a service to unlock my car they dropped off the car and didn't answer anymore. Stay away from this people!
They have very bad drivers, who don't respect other vehicles. One of them, near the airport, threw himself in front of me and then laughed. I hope he's fired. This happened around 3 p.m. on July 22. He shows very little professionalism on behalf of his company.

Truck died. Called our insurance company. Tampa Tow Bros was the company who got the service ticket. Was told it would be there in 33 minutes. An hour later, it said 32 minutes. Husband calls the company. The guy who answers told him "oh yeah. I don't have anyone, so we're not coming. I tried calling you insurance company, but they didn't answer. If you could call them, that would be great." Um, no. That's not how it works. We had to cancel it and start the whole process over.
I was calling around to find the best option for my vehicle. Eli was able to set me up above and beyond my expectation. They picked up the vehicle in less than an hour and worked with me on pricing. Thanks a lot!

I had them move a classic car for me from Tampa to Weeki Wachee and they were awesome! Very professional, I would recommend them to anyone.
After waiting for a different tow company for 4 hours I decided to call Heights. I made an appointment to pick up my car the next day. Both John and Ryan (the owners) came on time and were super nice and positive. Also the price was very fair. I will be using Heights from now on for sure! (Hopefully not any time soon though).

Called Oscar for a tire issue and I could have not asked for a better guy. He was fast and honest about my issue. Super nice guy. If I ever get in a tire bind again I'm def calling him. He is a gem.
As I was driving home from a business trip, my vehicle's splash guard became detached and was dragging along the highway. It was Friday after 5pm, so auto repair shops were closed. I called two national roadside assistance companies who were only willing to tow the vehicle -- I just needed to get the splash guard removed so that I could get home. After a Google search, I noticed all the positive reviews of Twin Towers Roadside Assistance and decided to give them a call -- and I'm so glad I did. The owner, Oscar, was extremely personable and wanted to help me out. When he was unable to dispatch someone from his team, he personally met me at my location within 25 minutes, jacked up my car, and removed the splash guard. Oscar saved me the cost of a tow as well as an Uber/rental for the weekend. Twin Towers Roadside Assistance is proof that there are great people in this world willing to help those in need. Didn't get any service here but whatever you guys have on the back of your trucks need to be changed. It's too reflective and I almost got into a accident from how blinding it is.
Steve C really was excellent for the tow and the personal service was more than expected or usually received in these situations. Steve even took the time to show my son how everything on the truck worked as my son loves cars and trucks. Would highly recommend. Rates are on par with elsewhere as well. Waiting time was great to considering rush hour traffic in my area.
First class operators. Allan really knew his business. Another tow company gave up then CTS came out and solved the problem with ease. They are Tesla experts for sure.

Steve brought me a wheel from Tesla and took my damaged tire back to Tesla for repair. He was timely, called when he was in route and took very good care in jacking and changing the tire for me. This is actually the second time I have had a tire flat and Steve came both times. It has been almost a year and he remembered me. Very personable yet professional and had good things to say about his job and the company he worked for. Consistent, good service from positive people is a rarity these days. Thanks Steve!

I have had to utilize the services of way more than one, Tow Truck. It was late at night And had a tire blowout on me, well over an hour from home And I have custom wheels and tires, so no spare. Well, before he even started to hook up (which was what he was dispatched to do) he inspected the tire and making sure that there wasn’t a way we could patch or fix it and get me back on the road myself Which was awesome and also a first. In my experience, tow truck drivers are in a hurry and wanna get the vehicle loaded as soon as humanly possible. I ALWAYS get EXTREMELY nervous when somebody’s touching my car at all. Let alone hooking it up to be transported an hour and a half away. He was very, very meticulous and extremely careful. I didn’t even get the slightest bit nervous Which is the first Time ever! Then there was the concern of who and what kind of person was gonna be driving me back in the middle of the night and I also had my service dog with me So my hour and a half ride Could’ve been very unpleasant If I got the wrong driver. But not even a little bit! I don’t look forward to having to use any services of a Towing company I can only hope I get a driver even half Good all the way around Jesus! Finding good people in general is difficult. but finding someone who is solid and as good as they come when it comes to doing their job is beyond rare. Jesus made me want to get into the towing industry so I can have him as part of my team. It was totally cool with my dog and me extremely helpful and I can’t say enough good things about him!!! Whoever signs this man’s paycheck is lucky to have him and should consider adding some extra because he is one of those One In A Million employees. Thanks again!

Unprofessional, Dishonest, and Alarming Behavior Tow Pros Towing & Recovery picked up my vehicle at 4 PM for a 2-hour tow. I called to check the ETA, and the driver was rude and dismissive. He said it would be another hour—I called 2–3 more times, and each time I was told the same. It wasn’t until 2 AM the next day that my vehicle finally arrived. When he did show up, he woke up the entire neighborhood by driving the wrong way down the street, then backing out with a blaring reverse beep that brought neighbors outside. The driver’s behavior was aggressive and erratic, it made me question whether he was entirely sober. He also wore rings with devils and demonic symbols, which felt extremely unsettling. Completely unprofessional and disturbing experience. I would never use this company again.

Our driver Brandon H was excellent throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with the process. The office staff was also very professional and helpful.
Our work truck broke down and David came first to assist us. He was very nice, but we ended up needing a different truck to fit our vehicle. Then, Travis came to help. He was super kind, friendly, and helpful! Couldn’t have asked for nicer people!
These tow truck drivers need to speak with the owner of the vehicle being towed first before towing. And not go by what the police say alone. We were involved in an accident and had more than enough drivers to get our vehicle home. But Stepps towing was called. Our vehicle was towed. And we had to pay almost $400 for towing and 2 days of storage. Our vehicle was drivable the whole time. We paid the fees and then we were allowed to drive our vehicle home. Who's got the time and money for this God dam nonsense. Not me.
Terrible customer service and unethical business practices. Received a notice for payment of a tow for a vehicle I do not own and when I initially called about it, the person in collections said it would be corrected and not to worry about it. I thought problem solved. To my dismay, they then incorrectly applied a Lien in my name to a vehicle that that I do not own and said they would only remove lien for payment even when documentation showing proof from a dealership that someone else owned the vehicle was offered to them. Now I’m on my way to DMV to seek other remedies. Terrible customer service. Unethical business practices. Filing complaint with BBB of Florida.
Best tow company. Were from out of town and had an accident while towing a boat. Couldn’t find any companys that would tow it. Called stepps and they sent the nicest most helpful guy named Jedfrey. Came out with a giant 18 wheeler and was so kind helpful. Thank goodness. Thank you stepps!

Don is the best tow truck driver I have ever dealt with. He was great communicating timing and great at getting my car on the rollback. Even had good stories for the drive to the dealership. Would definitely recommend this company and him to anyone needing a tow.
A year ago, my car was towed from the parking lot in the plaza next to La Segunda on Kennedy on a Sunday. I didn't see the sign indicating "No Parking". That's on me...however, in the course of towing my car to their "lot" in East Tampa, they damaged my left rear tire, wearing off 8" of tread and ruining the tire. I noticed the problem as my tire went flat on my drive home. When I contacted them regarding this, the woman in their office said the owner would call me. Without a reply, I called back several hours later and went voicemail. So I called back a bit later...same thing. This was a bit odd as they always answered promptly before. The next morning I called on my girlfriend's phone and got right through. When I explained who I was, the woman hung right up. I called back and went into voicemail. It's obvious that my calls were being screened and these people have no intention of facing their responsibility for ruining my tire...so not only am I out $200 for the tow and Uber, but I had to replace the tire. This is an unethical and predatory business. Nothing in my experience shows that they are worthy of even one star...if I could give them zero stars, I would! UPDATE: Their response saying they took care of this a year ago is a total lie. They ignored my initial call and then blocked me. At no point was I ever rude or impolite. These guys still haven't learned how to run an honest business...as can be seen by the lie in their response.
I drive a moped so towing is always a pain, but Don helped this process be a breeze! He was prompt and only took 30 mins from request to arrival. The entire experience he had a good attitude and friendly personality. Found the parking lot even though I put the address in wrong, and safely locked down my moped in an extremely experienced and efficient way. On the drive there I followed him in a friends car and he drove super safe and always got in the correct lane in advance. Compared to other towing experiences Don and the entirety of Safely Towing excels.
Service was good..... Don G came really fast and towed my car to the garage and back home would recommend best service in Tampa for sure he showed up on time, was very polite. Thank you! DON muchas gracias
⭐ 1 Star Shady, Overpriced, and Rude Absolutely terrible experience with Safely Towing in Tampa. These guys are scammers, plain and simple. They towed my boat without clear communication, then held it hostage and charged me $600 for it—no breakdown, no explanation, just an outrageous fee. When I called to ask what was going on, they were rude, dismissive, and shady as hell. I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, let alone a boat. Avoid them at all costs unless you want to get ripped off and treated like garbage.

You get a price quote from 3 different sources (all the same amount) before picking the closest place. I gave a full description of the vehicle before arrival. Then he starts making up amounts for aluminum scrap value when he gets here and says he can offer only half the quoted amount. "I have 2 other sources, so goodbye. Oh you will give me the amount you promised after all? Great, you didn't waste your gas then." The guy was very sketchy.
I called them and make an appointment. They told me the driver is coming in a few minutes, after 2 hours, didn't come. I called them and waited again, didn't come the driver to tow my car. I had to call back again, then i was told the tow truck "broke down". She told me she would ask another tow truck driver and call me back in a few minutes. never called me back.
I hear they're decent 👌 There are two negative reviews ready to go if not.

Tommys towing was the worst experience I have had with a towing company in all my years of living. Customer service personnel is extremely rude and unprofessional. In addition to them attempting to charge me an additional 24 hour holding fee they quoted me a different price upon picking up my vehicle. Seems as though they're trying to get over on their customers. I will never use TT services again!

Called 2 days ago to have my card towed by this place. 1st the guy convinced me that I do not need my car towed and instead popped my hood open and started doing whatever he felt was best to my car. 2nd He messed up my car and took off in the tow truck. I had to take my car to the dealership after he did whatever he did to it. I will be calling and letting them know the total the dealership is costing me and getting my money back. DO NOT COME HERE.
If you need a tow truck, call these guys. I called 7 different places and had to leave a message at every one EXCEPT AJAKS. They answered their phone and all my questions. Let me make an appointment on the spot and they took care of my car every minute. Call em!
So I will say the guy I talked to when I called was very nice and pleasant, and was there in a timely manner! But here is when it gets bad! So he took the car out of the parking deck across terminal 3 at Tampa’s ports! Took it about 8 miles to there shop which is a house with junk cars everywhere. We were met by a big dog which was very friendly but thirst, a guy took my husband to the gas station to get us something to drink bc it was hot and we were thirsty! When they got back the mechanic shows up spends 10 min under the car and said it’s fixed. He drove it around to the front of the house and back. We noticed that there was damages to my back passenger side rear fender! We have told him that there was damages to our vehicle while being towed, you could see all the fresh grease . He told us that it was $175 for towing and $150 for labor . We then said what about the damages so he had his mechanic pop the dent out and wiped it off and said “look good as new.” I said nope, so he said that he would take $75 off . I told him I would give him $200 . We left, and then had to stop and get gas and feed everyone bc we had a 9hr drive home. Pulled in and went to put it in park and it breaks again. Found a nice gentleman to fix it and he said he used the wrong bushing. This man went to an automotive store and bought the correct part. Moral to this story is if you are in Tampa Fl do not call this place, it is the 1st place that will pop up in a google search and they have a 4.4 rating which if I could have given them “ZERO ⭐️ “ I would have.
after a long day of travels my friends car broke down, being miles away from home stressed out we did the first thing we thought of and called a tow. after over an hour wait on the side of the road when being told 20 minutes, the tow truck arrived. he charged me $300 for “a tow”, then proceeded to restart the vehicles battery & sent me on my way. didn’t tow the vehicle yet charged me for it & was rude & dismissive when we tried asking questions. now we are both repeatedly being sent to voicemail & cannot get ahold of anyone to receive any kind of reimbursement. AWFUL EXPERIENCE put ur money elsewhere!!

Called on the weekend to ask a question and their answering machine person was so rude he couldn't even answer when I asked "where the entrance of the place is " . He was so rude his response was "first of all we are closed". Like as if we didn't want the answer for us to show up on Monday. I had an awesome young man come to my work and load my car up on the truck. I had gone through my insurance for roadside assistance. And this young man was totally awesome! I wish I got hia name. I avoid making bad reviews because I want to believe the best in every person and their business, and I hate to throw shame, but I have to expose of an absolutely disgusting experience with Advantage Transport and Towing. I got into a really bad car accident, my first ever, and instead of showing any kind of professionalism or even empathy, Advantage Transport and Towing saw it as a quick and easy opportunity to make money. The man who showed up was incredibly insensitive and aggressive. While I was still shaken up from the crash, he insisted that I give him my car keys twice, claiming he was towing it, even though I NEVER agreed to their service. This happened on June 07, 2025 on I-275 highway going towards Orlando/Ocala exit 44. I told him I had Triple A coverage and didn’t need or want a tow, but he kept pushing and pressuring me as if I had no choice. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of my vulnerable state, hoping I didn’t know my rights. The whole interaction felt predatory and dishonest. This company clearly preys on people at their lowest moments. It’s beyond unprofessional and immoral. I would never recommend them to anyone. If you’re ever in an accident, do NOT let these people near your vehicle. I honestly believe this business is run by people who are only interested in profiting off others’ misfortunes. Stay far, far away from Advantage Transport and Towing.

My girlfriend had her car serviced by this company through her car insurance company for a jumpstart and a flat tire on two separate occasions. The company representative, Wesley, made inappropriate comments to her. She is a married woman with her small child with her and he kept harassing her with statements like being her child's new dad. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!
Incredibly rude. Had my car towed during Gasparilla in normally a sanctioned spot. There was no sign. Was adamant about paying full $215 in only cash. I understand I must have done something wrong but no reason to be rude and impolite about the situation. One of the worst tow companies
Try to make long story short… Car was towed. Asked for a copy of the recipe for the tow. Would have been paid through a gap insurance for a loan. Owner refused to give me a cope. Said he didn’t have too but told me he had already placed a lean on my name @ DMV. Went there no lean was pending until three months later. Really… I still haven’t paid and refuse to. SNAKES

My girlfriend and i were moving last friday night! On 8-9-19 the 26 ft u-haul got stuck behind house i calles and explained it was OFF ROAD they sent a roll back car hauler guy gets there says i need a recker ok.. He says he called and they send another truck for the next 3 hours when i called i was forwarded to voice mail ! Stepp's towing did a great job

Christian provided prompt help and swiftly navigated the difficult spot my car was stuck in. He was very kind and approached the situation professionally. He also parked my car exactly where I wanted it in my apartment complex. Base pay was $100 for my hatchback. Would recommend to anyone!!

Very professional driver . Had plenty of patience to get my vehicle up on flat bed due to it being lowered.no problem for these guys .no damage safe drivers high recommended.I personally have them on speed dial for all my towing needs. Reasonable prices.

SCAM!! This company is a scam. They took $180 for a service charge to help tow my car and it’s been 2 hours and no one showed up and no answered the phone. Called from three different numbers. How can you take someone’s money and not deliver a service. CALLING THE COPS TO show up to their location
