I called T-dog towing after my car broke down on the side of the highway. He was doing a drive to Columbia, so he actually suggested I call someone else. That integrity made decide to just wait until he was available (I was able to get a ride from the to work). T-Dog helped to arrange for him to tow the car after I left to the service center, and he sent me a picture and the contact of the service man he left it with. I can't say enough about his punctuality, professionalism, and care for customers!
Saved the day for my husband and I!!! After standing on i20 when my bike broke down (and on a Monday/holiday) for 2.5 hours trying to find a tow truck to take us literally 24 miles down the road…we called T Dog and he didn’t even act like it was a bother. He told my husband it would be roughly 30-45 minutes due to where he was but he would be there. He was informative and very courteous. I will definitely use them over the other ones in Augusta just because of the awesome experience!!!
Needed a tow and call this company they were fast to come out and get my truck home. The three of them very professional and treated my property as if it was their own, if I ever need a tow again (hopefully not ) I would not hesitate to call them and I will be giving the number to everyone I know. I have to say also they were very kind and respectful.
I would give him 10 out of 10 stars if I could! Came to my rescue after AAA roadside left me hanging! I have a lowered civic and of course, a flat front tire but he was able to get it up on his truck and get me safely delivered to a place that could fix my tire. Definitely recommend - definitely would use him again !!

Little Lady Logistics is an amazing company. They were super fast and friendly especially during a time of emergency when the hurricane came through. I would highly highly recommend them to any and everyone who needed their services. I can even begin to put in words how grateful I was for their help! If you’re ever in any emergency or need their services, please call them!

If I could give 10 stars I would...I called this morning to inquire about a tow and the professionalism was out of this world. Price was given upfront as well as payment options.. Timing was immaculate..They showed up before the scheduled time frame..Car was loaded on trailer with no issues..Once car was dropped off I received a text message with a update. I definitely recommend. Only towing company I'll use from now on. Give them a try 💜

My kids were on their first solo trip out of state. The SUV broke down on the side of the interstate, 4 hours from home. Little Lady Logistics answered in the first ring! He was unable to tow them but gave use several other companies to contact. He even told me to call him back if I couldn’t find someone. They helped calm theses Mama’s nerves knowing there was someone helping me get my kids off the side of the road. This Mama can’t say thank you enough!!! Great customer service and compassion!!!

Chris at Watkins Towing was fantastic!!! My Tesla died on I-20W while on the way to visit family. Not only were they one of the only tow companies in the area with a flatbed truck (required to tow a Tesla), Chris was prompt and super professional. Towed me to the nearest Tesla Supercharger and saved the day, with no damage to the car. Thank you, thank you, thank you Chris and to Watkins Towing!
Y'all are a minus zero . My experience is the worst . They tow my husband ride while I was in hospital I couldn't get none of my stuff. Now they saying I can't get any of my stuff unless I sign it over or pay the whole fee . Which I had over 200 dollars and my sister ashes that had just passed away couple days before . They are very rude on the phone . And the fact my husband out the country and they won't even let me get the car off the lot if I paid the fee. So keep my money and my baby sister urn. I will never suggest Watkins to anyone
I highly recommend Watkins Towing! Needed one of my vehicles towed ASAP, and Justin sent Matt to save the day! We only had to wait about 15-20 for him to get to us. He was very nice and provided excellent customer service. Justin and Matt, thank you, again! I appreciate both of you.
Great customer service by the owner and his driver, driver showed up before the given time frame and was very kind! Easy pay over the phone with a card and the wrecker itself is pretty bad ass! Well taken care of! Highly recommend!
I would give 0 stars if I could. Very sheisty business. By the time I was able to go to retrieve my items from my vehicle, The owner told me in order to do so, I had to pay a fee or give him the title to my car + $250. According to the law, I had 30 days to retrieve my items. They had no right to withhold anything from me due to payment except the vehicle itself. After getting law enforcement involved, the officer and his supervisor did confirm that they were in the wrong, but stated all they could do was write the report. I was so desperate to get my valuables that I was willing to give in and give them the car and money, but they declined. Karma is real folks. God bless

We used Chastain towing today for my sons truck and he was very polite as well as on time. He gave me a approximate time and he was right on time. Very reasonable priced as well. I would recommend to anyone including my family!

I had a very limited amount to spend on a car. I was introduced to the owner as a reputable person. I bought a car from him. He said he had fixed it and the insurance company hadn’t paid him. So the car should have been fine. I had it less than a week and it ran hot and left me stranded in the middle of a 4 way intersection. My husband came to help me. Water was pouring out of the back of the engine area where a water hose had come loose. We replaced the part and it continued to run hot. We replaced the thermostat and it would start to run hot if you went over 60 miles an hour. I wanted to go out of town so we took it to Christian Brothers in Evans to try and figure out why it was still having problems. They said that the radiator cap had been damaged and was not sealing properly. So they changed it out and ran a pressure test and they said once pressurized water started gushing out the head gasket. I bought this car at the first part of September 2025. It has left me stranded twice. Now just 2 months into owning this car he was supposed to have fixed, we find out that it has a bad head gasket! Not only that but the motor mounts were bad too. Obviously, a tow man is no mechanic. Let him tow your car but otherwise do not buy a car from him! I will have to see what the lemon laws are for the state of Georgia to try and get my money back.

Just a bad experience with customer service. Inquired about getting my wrecked vehicle towed there while it’s in claims process and was told my situation “doesn’t sound right”. I have commercial insurance which takes longer than regular insurance. The rep was just rude overall

During last week's downpour, a friend was stuck on Hywy 1. It was dark. She was parked in the middle turning lane with her lights flashing. It was scary. In less that 30 minutes after calling Wayne's, John was there. What a nice guy!!! He was knowledgeable about the special towing needs of my friend's car. Wayne's Towing service was timely, polite, and effective ... and reasonable!!! When I'm in trouble I always call Wayne's!!!!

This is the best towing company I have ever worked with! Tony came to us 9 minutes early with a huge smile on his face! Tony went above and beyond for us and even waited until our ride arrived before he left with my jeep. I will ONLY use Wayne’s Towing and will definitely request Tony! Very rude. The door to the business was locked and no one would answer the phone. You have to KNOCK several times just to hear someone yell on the other end. The lady that works there is also very rude. Opens door with an bad attitude instead of an “can do” attitude. Even decided to abruptly get in MY face and yell at me because I knocked again thinking no one heard me OVER the dog that was barking inside of the business.
Even though I've seen bad reviews, I had no issues with this place. I was able to get my stuff out without any charge, and the guy was very nice. Definitely wouldn't have any issues to use them again.
Prompt service. Real professional demeanor. Will use again when necessary.
Guy is more likely to cause a wreck than recover one. Likes to road rage wouldn't trust this grumpy boy with my r.c car
