SUMMARY: Fast, affordable, and friendly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :D DETAILED: I cannot thank Freedom Tow enough for their services today! I was stranded on the H-1 heading towards Manoa and got towed by the Freeway Patrol first to Makiki district park. From there, I called various tow companies and by far, Freedom Tow was the most affordable and fastest in terms of service. They went above and beyond what I requested and instead brought me to a further service station without the extra cost. Additionally, they dropped me off to my final destination after dropping my car off and insisted on not receiving tip. This is more than a towing company. They understand your situation and will give you great advice and better options if you need servicing for your car. I have already recommended them to my co-workers if they ever need towing in the future :)
Our car wouldn't start in the parking lot of Sam's Club. Quoted us a reasonable price for a tow over the phone, when Tho got there he was able to get the car running, so we didn't need to tow it. He was nice enough to charge us only the price for a jumpstart. Customer service was excellent, he even called us after we left to make sure we got home okay and the car didn't fail on the way home. Would recommend to anyone.
Very friendly driver and he was able to get my vehicle from a low clearance garage with no issue. I was completely satisfied with the price and service.
Highly recommend. Tho was very kind and expertly maneuvered the tow truck from the 5th floor of a tight parking garage. He arrived on time and was very responsive.

AAA sent O'Sung for a car locked in a vehicle. They came quickly and the driver was efficient. No complaints and happy they could help and not have us wait so long! Thank you!
Exceptional service! We locked our keys in our vehicle on the Marine Corps base and within an hour O'Sungs was able to get on base and had our car door open. This is our third time using O'sungs in the past few years and every single encounter has been great! Thank you!
I called needing a tire change. The dispatcher let me know it would be about 40 min until service. The driver Cedric arrived in 15 min. Service was super fast and he helped me get my tire changed and ready to go. Would definitely recommend.

Fast, friendly and damn sure affordable. Best towing on island for me. Won't use anyone else
Tie rod ended up snapping in the middle of the road, tried calling Honolulu towing but they kept Pushing the time back and ended up waiting for over 2 hours. Called express towing and Jason helped me right away, and he gave me a ride back to my apartment after. Amazing service with an even better price.
My car battery died and jump start failed. Called Jason for towing service but he and his crew came over and replaced the battery the same day! Went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend!

Speedy exceptional service
A local business w/true Aloha spirit!!! With the hustle & bustle of our world today, it's VERY rare to find/work with a local company that embodies the Aloha spirit. Like any other day for the past 5 days, I went to Kuakini Hospital to visit my mom. I'd visit for 2-3 hrs. go home check on our fur-babies & head back to the hospital & visit until visiting hrs. are over. Yesterday (Feb. 12, 2025), I stopped at Long's before going home to check on our fur-babies. I get in the car to leave Long's & my car wouldn't start. So, I waited a few minutes & tried starting the car again. It did not start. After the 3rd try, I started researching roadside assistance. I know next to nothing, lol, about cars, so I thought I just needed a jump. The first company I called, let's call them "Ridiculous Towing", quoted me just for a jump start $185.00. Um, excuse me . . .? The second company I called was APM Towing. The lady who answered the phone, Paula, was courteous. I explained my situation & she gave me a 'starting at price', which was extremely lower than Ridiculous Towing. At that moment in my head I heard HALLELUJAH! Hallelujah Halle-lu-jah, lol When Rob came, he checked my battery & there was nothing wrong with it. He tried starting my car & the results were the same as mine. So, I asked how much it would be to tow my car to my residence . . . I thought, I live less than a block from Long's so it shouldn't be that much. Even that price was lower than Ridiculous Towing. As we were towing my car Rob asked if I had a mechanic to take my car to. I didn't. Rob gave me the name & number of the mechanic that AMP Towing uses. I was/am so grateful to both Paula & Rob. They were very forthcoming, respectful, understanding & very genuine. Their mannerisms said a lot about the type of person they are as well as the kind of company they represented. Rob even offered to take me back to the hospital. To which I, although grateful, respectfully declined. From beginning to a little past the end, lol Paula & Rob, they were TOP NOTCH! They literally, in my opinion, embody the Aloha spirit. ps. Paula & Rob, Mahalo nui loa! The mechanic, Gannon, HE IS AWESOME! My car was up & running the next day, (Feb. 13, 2025). I can’t even find the words to describe just how amazing my experience with APM Towing was. They provided me with the services I needed in the time I needed them. They worked with my schedule and transported my vehicle to its next destination with speed AND precision. My mom is 77 years old from Pauoa and used them to tow her SUV. They were very friendly, kind, and professional. My mom Samoan but kinda podagee and talk too much but they were patient with her. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Some one wrote “impeccable service” in their review, and I am going to second that. After my insurance company failed repeatedly to find a tow truck, that review is the one that pushed me to call Transport Oahu. Not only is Charlie helpful he diffused my stress and worry with his compassion and kindness. After some back and forth with our insurance company, and a realization that the mechanic shop did not have overnight parking, we arranged for the tow to happen the following morning (without my insurance covering it). He offered us a Kamaʻāina rate and was able to arrive before our arranged time. He got the car to the shop for the next phase of our car breakdown saga. I highly recommend this tow truck company, they worked with us when our insurance company left us in a lurch. Mahalo Nui Loa, Charlie!
These guys were Awesome! I had called a friend that knew these guys, I waited about half an hour & they were very Friendly, Professional, Knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during the transport. ***THEY LEFT US STRANDED. EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THEY'RE ON THE WAY. *** Saturday night, I had my suv stuck in the sand and needed help getting out. I called this company, and they said a driver is on the way and will call and be there in 40 mins. 1hr pass and no driver and no call. So I called again, and they reassured me that a driver is on the way. Another hour goes by and still no help or call. I tried calling a 3rd and 4th time but they stopped answering my calls... Ended up waiting for 3hrs..Not even a call back from them saying they can't do the job.. ***DO NOT TRUST THEM, EVEN IF THEY SAY THEY WILL BE THERE***

Professional and Efficient Service! I had a wonderful experience with 24Hour Island Towing when I needed a new battery. The technician arrived on schedule and was incredibly professional. NEVER SHOWED UP I called these folks for a jump. The operator took my location and said that the driver would arrive in 20 mins or so. The driver never called or showed up to give me my over priced jump start (I was told $115).
Got a flat tire on the highway, but 24Hour Island Towing arrived in no time. They fixed it quickly, and the technician was courteous and made sure I was safe. Highly recommend them for any roadside assistance!
What a great experience! Waiting for a tow truck is never a fun time. However we had Isaac as our driver. He was in constant communication with us from the moment he was given our tow. He was charming and funny. Most important to me was his integrity. He went above and beyond his job to help us out. He answered all my questions and was able to get us where we needed to go. Thank you Isaac! You were a highlight to our trip to Hawaii. Kudos to the boss for hiring you!!
BEWARE. My mother called this tow company at 9 pm, they came in regular car andi tried to jump car, then sent my mother walking to get gas 2x which was not the problem. They charged her $100 and said they would send tow truck. Truck came at 12:45 am and wanted to charge $400 to tow from Honolulu to a Kailua repair shop. She opted to tow it under a half mile home which cost her $200. Today she called a different company that only charged $135 for trying to jump it and tow to Kailua. She asked how much she would of paid under a half a mile and it was $75. Big difference. If she went with this company it would of cost $500 for jump and tow to Kailua. SCAMMERS. Next stop yelp. I am writing this under her email so they know who it is. I just wish I was with her to stop them from taking advantage. The person that wrote the good review works for them. I will post the company she called today when I find out. They were fast kind and honest and for that they got a big tip.

Stay away. I called for tow and was told the driver is making a delivery and will be in your location in 1 hour. I called in 40 min just to confirm he is coming, I was told not to worry. After the hour past and there was still no driver, I called and was told 20 more minutes. I called after those passed as well and ask if they can call the driver and let me know where he is at, the dispatcher told me he has to hung up on me to call the driver/I don’t believe they have only one phone or one line but whatever/ and he will call me back. That was 9 hours ago. Never got a call back. Never use this company, drivers may be OK/didn’t have a chance to meet one/ but dispatch is BAD.

I called the day before to schedule a tow and to no surprise the tow truck didn't show up at my given time. When I asked the dispatcher for a ballpark figure of how much it would be to tow my vehicle she said ithe driver would be able to tell me but between $150-$300...never in my life paid over $160 for a tow...At 10am I called 2 times and no answer finally the 3rd time a man answers the phone and you hear nothing but kids having fun in the background , which irritated me..You are running a business take your customers the shop was waiting all morning for my van and asks me for my info and says he sees my info and will get in touch with the driver. The driver calls me within 5 min and says he will he here within 25 - 30 min after asking for directions but shows up almost an hour later. When he finally gets here he starts punching in all these numbers into his phone $50 it's the weekend $100 for service this many miles at this much per mile which came up to $350 & I refused to pay for it..he asked what I wanted to pay? He said well I need to make money to you are towing a vehicle $350 is excessive...then we he left my house he didn't drop the boom and hit the bottom of my vehicle so i called him and he said he knows what he's doing ..I DO NOT recommend Aloha Towing, rip off company.

They towed my car away after it had only been parked at teddy's burgers for twenty minutes.The only thing these employees care about is taking your money and being extremely rude to you. The lady who i had to pay $160 to said i had an attitude problem just cause i sat in my car for under 30 seconds looking at my gps to figure out how to get home. RUDE RUDE RUDE employee's who don't give a crap about your car. If they end up towing your car, good luck. The underneath of your car is probably all damaged because mine was.

Willie is incredible...my car was in a 6'6 clearance garage almost right up against a column with the row ending in a dead end and he skillfully attached the hauling system, picked up the Subaru, and maneuvered it out of the garage like it was nothing. He was quick, efficient, and has a good sense of humor making a stressful situation for me much lighter. He also arrived over an hour ahead of schedule...that's phenomenal service. The intake staff I spoke with were polite and professional, as well. I would recommend Honolulu Towing Inc. 100 percent and Willie 1000 percent.
I take full responsibility that it was my fault I forgot to put my sticker decal on my vehicle for my apartment complex parking stall. The lady/ladies in the office were not rude at all but strictly business. After explaining my situation about not being the registered owner and that the owner was off island she kindly explained to me that there are ways to work around it to get the vehicle out. Long story short, she was very professional and not at all rude. My vehicle had no dings or damages and my tires are fine. It was my fault for not having my decal on. I'm glad it was this company that towed my car and not another.
This is The worst towing company by far .. I’ve been stranded waiting on the side of the road with my family in the car for over 3 hours . The customer service dispatcher was rude and unprofessional , playing stupid on the phone acting immature and careless about our situation. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Towing hawks. Minutes away from car or over meter and gone. I feel they lie in wait. Parked at 711. Bought from 711 and then walked across street to food truck to grab tacos to go. A few minutes later truck is gone. 711 clersaid tow truck driver came in right after i left adking who belongs to car. No response so he towed. A 10 mile trip later to impound, uber $50, and $185 to release car. Criminals. They charge $7.50 a mile by the way too. Honolulu is a nightmare for parking cars. Even hotels charge $50 a night for parking. Avoid this money grab vacation destination unless your walking.
this company deserves 0 or even negative stars. They are complete scam artists and upon reading past reviews it is clear that nothing has changed. The women who answers the phone is beyond disrespectful as she used foul language towards my daughter and I, hung up the phone, was to busy answering a personal phone call in the middle of our conversation to give us the time of day and was beyond disrespectful. She needs to be fired immediately. I mentioned this company are scam artists earlier because they basically stole my vehicle then made pay for it back. My family just moved into a new building and we parked in the correct guest parking for it. We put the time parked and appartment number. (But forgot am apparently). We talked to the towing guy as we saw he was already taking photos of my car. He said everything was good so we went to the coffee shop near by. When we got back all of the sudden my car was gone and we were forced to pay almost 200$ for it back. Oh yeah and the tires were damaged as they were dragged 10 feet improperly. We will be filing a a criminal complaint. Overall, please do not use this company as they need their license revoked or at minimum decent staff. This is the worst experience with a company I’ve ever had.
CASH ONLY ! They’re really friendly here, but who wouldn’t be after bringing in +180$ for 15 minutes of work and, uh, storing our cars ? There is an ATM outside the pay office, but I don’t know the fee, and would be afraid to find out how much it is. That’s on top of the cost to get your car back. This place way at the end of Sand Island.
Making people mad for a living must be in the job description. Bad attitude, hung up the phone on me multiple times when trying to find the place. Using local business to prey upon people is their forte.
