Fantastic service Ben showed up within 15 minutes after I called and charged me a reasonable rate compared to other places I had called previously that were charging astronomical prices with longer wait times (approximately 1 hour and a half wait). Tomas was extremely kind and helpful in getting my car towed quickly. I called on a Friday at noon and he arrived fifteen minutes later. The car was jumped, loaded on the flatbed, and paid for within another 15 minutes. All under $100. I would highly recommend American Towing!

Abraham was my technician. I had a challenging towing situation today, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Abraham. My car had been broken into, leaving the wheel and ignition damaged, which made it impossible to steer. The tow truck driver Abraham skillfully used the neutral switch to maneuver my car into my friend’s garage, which was in a tight alley. Abraham was incredibly patient and took the time to ensure it was parked safely, even helping us push it into the garage so my friend could still access his car. The service was affordable—under $200—and well worth it. I was so impressed that I gave him a generous tip. I highly recommend Abraham and this company for their excellent customer care and professionalism. The driver had a great attitude and did an outstanding job!

Got in a car accident when someone made an illegal left turn and hit us. After calling a dozen different tow companies, they were the only ones who answered their phone and were able to come tow our car. Towed it at an auto body shop nearby where I live and charged a very reasonable price. Mr. Garcia left the receipt in the window of our car but when we requested the receipt from body shop, the body shop never gave it to us. Called Mr. Garcia and he sent a copy the next day. 10/10 great customer service and would highly recommend if you ever need a tow.

Was stranded on a side street off Cicero Ave and Mr. Garcia (Wulfrano) spotted me and circled back to offer us free help. He was able to remove my wheel, which had seized/rusted to the hub, and drove me to the tire shop where I had already ordered a replacement tire, waited for it to be installed and drove me back to my car. Saved me the cost of a tow truck (and a lot of time)! He was truly heaven sent. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I am a former mechanic and could tell he knows his stuff. I would highly recommend these guys!

First time I ever called in for a tow! Such a great experience! Tow was for my mother stuck on the express way. He kept me updated on pick up and drop off. Picked my mother up within 30-40 minutes was super quick. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this towing company they were awesome they hooked up my car right away they had no problems he was very professional. And Robert was very good looking too thank you Chicago towing for helping me with my car I'll call you every time I need you thank you very much. I had a very bad experience with a tow truck driver before villalobos towing tore out the whole front end of my Ford fiesta last year I paid him for the tow to get it to my house. I did my part I paid $75 and he never fixed my car he never ever even helped me wouldn't even give me his insurance information. I was very comfortable with Robert he did a great job I didn't even worried because I knew he knew what he was doing. Robert you are great thank you so much.
Service was exceptional! Robert arrived to the location quickly, loaded my van on the flat bed in no time and dropped off the vehicle in less than an hour. I will be using this company again.

I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat! Our car died while on the fourth floor of a tight parking garage in Chicago. From the man I spoke with on the phone to our driver, everything was smooth and professional! They said they would be there in 20 minutes and they were! They were very upfront about pricing which we appreciated! They were able to take our jeep compass quickly and easily out of the parking garage like seasoned professionals! We would recommend using them anytime!

Had a difficult to reach car that had not functioned for quite some time and they easily got it out of a tight space and towed it 30 min away exactly to where I needed it. My truck broke down at 4:00 am on the south side of Chicago. I looked up for emergency towing on the internet and l've found Chi-City Towing. I called them up, the dispatch was very friendly and helpful and asked me a few questions about what happened to my car to decide which truck to send. He said the truck would be there in 30 minutes, 15 minutes later the truck showed up. The driver was very professional and made sure my car wouldn't be damaged. They were great at communicating and got there much faster than expected which was awesome! I was stuck on the highway as my tire burst after hitting a pothole on the ramp and they were very willing to work with me and come to where I was. There was a bit of confusion helping them get to me but nothing that couldn't be easily fixed!
As someone who's gotten themselves into more than a few tough situations, a good tow company is few and even further between. Which was why my experience with XL Towing was so extraordinary, from dispatch to drop off things could not have gone better. Their operator Jason showed inch perfect precision and Sheila was with you every step of the way. To pick a company other than XL Towing to move a vehicle you care about would be a mistake. They are as good as it gets.
Car stopped working while in Pilsen. My fiancé called a nearby shop and was quoted twice the price of XL and asked to wait 60-90 minutes. At the same time, I called XL and they said they could be over within 30 minutes for $95. Thank you to Blair for providing great service. We will definitely call XL the next time something happens.

We got a bad flat tire at midnight and were stuck, and Dark Angel saved the day, taking us and the car back to the facility, changing the tire, and replacing it with a great quality tire at a great price. They were so helpful, kind, and transparent. Really recommend them!! Great experience working with them.

I've read the reviews, and, I'm sorry but I cannot agree !!! I was broken down on the side of the road in Chicago and called numerous other RV towing companies and was told either "can't do it" or "no thanks". I then called Dark Angel towing and the call was answered promptly and politely. It was late in the day so we scheduled the toe for the next morning and first thing in the morning I got a call from the driver and was met by my RV even earlier than expected and he told the vehicle perfectly to where needed to go Nothing but good things to say about this company and their employees. This is one of those car shops where if you’re a woman, they’ll charge you more. I called and asked for the price of putting a patch on a tire, and they said it was $40!!! This was not my first time in need of that service so I know they shouldn’t charge more than $15. This is unbelievable.
My 1500 Express Cargo van died on the side of 90/94 in the middle of the day on a Monday. I called Dark Angel and they promised that they would send over a tow truck. Several minutes later, Hector called me to let me know that he was on route to pick me and my vehicle up. When he arrived, he was very professional and friendly. Hector was quickly able to hook up and pick up my van and we headed back to the suburbs. When we arrived to our destination he was able to park my van in the back yard per my request, which can be a pretty tight spot as the driveway is a bit narrow, but the professional that Hector is, he did it with ease while being careful. Cannot recommend Hector enough. Would definitely not hesitate to give Dark Angel a call if I need towing services around Chicagoland area again, especially Hector. Thanks Hector!

Let me tell you all about contract towing. Lol. My car was illegally towed yesterday, confirmed by my property manager and the tow company ( I recorded ) they stated themselves that they had no contract with my property management. They illegally towed my car, proceeded to hang up on me several times for the next few hours. They finally spoke to the “manager” and stated they were doing me a courtesy release lol. There’s no such thing, if they tow your car, you have to pay to release. I asked for documentation of the release for my car and they told me I’d have to pay 240 LOL! I called the police, made a report with both Berwyn and Chicago. Then when I got the car, they stole my firearm, cannabis and shoes out of my car. When I asked them about it, they said “you have to figure it out”. LOL. So I did :) they have since removed the sign for parking , so were they ever authorized? Just out here towing cars
I was stranded on the side of the expressway due to a flat tire. Tony came to tow my truck for me. He was awesome! Great communication and helped me get out of that situation very smoothly. Greatly appreciated his help and will be keeping this company in mind for the future.
I had trouble registering online,and had to call the company to help. Luckily they have great customer service and Casandra helped me step by step and was able to show me wer and how to register my car great service.

These people are the definition of scammers. Storage $225/day and they don't want to release the equipment. Told us towing would be around 10k, then sent a bill for 36k. 6k in admin fees and fuel surcharges for a 10 mile tow. Furthermore, they drove our truck back and claimed they towed it, their driver was visible on our dashcam. After we informed them that we see them driving instead of towing, they cut the camera cable. They drained all of our antifreeze and cut the starter cable to try to get more business out of us. Avoid these people at all costs!

Although we were able to negotiate a relatively fair settlement for my insurance company to acquire my truck from this 'vulture' tow company, in the beginning my insurance company was told to pay an exhorbant cost to release my truck. I call this company 'vulture' because they stayed at the accident site as the police advised me not to use them. They knew the policeman's advice and stayed anyway, like a vulture. They spoke with my insurance company, at the accident site, and still insisted on an unreasonable release fee. But to give some credit when I was ready to give up on trying to get my truck that encouraged the vulture to negotiate on a conference call between my insurance company and I to find a high but more reasonable price that my insurance company agreed to pay. Be warned not to accept the service of accident vultures as they have been the subject of various television news stories warning of their unscrupulous practices. Be patient and only work with your insurance company at the accident site. I didn't know but YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Good service
We needed a tow for my lady's car and after I called them they came right away. They were professional and picked up and dropped off the vehicle in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend, and do repeat business.
Professional, reasonable & swift! Got a quote from the dealer that was unreasonable. Stopped by here got it done for a fraction of the cost! I found myself a new mechanic.

Flatbed driver was driving reckless down 390 west on 5-9-24 @1023pm cst weaving in and out of lanes like he was on something. Tried to call company but no one picked up the 24hr line.
Sergeants towing always tows all our semi truck, and fixes them on the side of the highway, I highly recommend them thank you again Sergeants

I had a similar experience. My car was towed minutes after parking in the Chase/Staples parking lot and I encountered the most unprofessional and rudest employee. At first she told me they had "video" of me leaving the premises, and when I vehemently denied it - suddenly it was "their mistake". I asked them to bring me my car back and they said they only had one driver, so I had to come get it from their location. When I went to pick up my car, I asked if there was any reimbursement for my time, emotional stress and mileage. Their illegal towing disrupted my entire afternoon. The extremely rude employee told me "I apologized - do you want me to get on my knees too!". I was appalled, infuriated, and disgusted at the ridiculous antics of this company. They seem to function in lies, scams, and illegal towing. Is there no recourse for this behavior?
This place towed my car from behind my building for not showing a permit which I completely understand. However, their customer service and lack of professionalism is horrendous. My car was no longer drivable so we needed it towed to our mechanic. Since it was already in their possession we paid to get it towed again. The company said they would call us to let us know they were on their way however failed to call us. They proceeded to drop of the car to our mechanic. The problem with this was what if they dropped the car off to a stranger and they stole from my vehicle. Also, the woman that was taking calls and the first person you speak to was disrespectful and had terrible customer service skills. She hung up on us twice because she did not want to hear that they messed up. This place is a total joke. Do not give them your money. If I could give it zero starts I would.
Towed my car at Staples and Chase. They are located 30 min from this location and keep a tow truck at the parking lot so they can tow people as soon as they leave the parking lot. The signs are not at all noticeable.
I broke down on my way home from work this morning. All other places were saying more $ and extremely long wait times.. but not Rokaitis! Highly recommend I had a great overall experience with them. They told me it would be a 15-20 minute wait, literally within seconds of getting off the phone my driver arrived and got my car hooked up so fast and off we were. Guy on the phone beforehand was great too, quick and to the point to get me help promptly! Thank you for the great experience and for saving my day and life, as I was stuck in a very busy intersection.
Needed a tow, my vehicle had a flat and they were very quick to assist. They are open 24/7 so thats also a plus. Hopefully i don’t need another tow but definitely would call them again if i had to do so.

If you are a respectable business/lot owner you probably do not want to hire this company to do the towing on your parking lot. The people are very unpleasant, and will tow while you are standing next to your own car. My car was towed while I was not illegally parked and they were unwilling to listen, while one person was 'distracting' me, the town truck came up and took my car. Yes, if someone is illegally parked, you tow them, that is your business, and we all have to make a living. But if someone is explaining to one person that they are not illegally parked, and your colleague sneaks up and takes the car, you should probably wonder if what you are doing is your job, or if you are stealing from people. I don't care about paying the money, I care about the way I was treated by the people of this company.
This Company is money hungry and a Scam. They tow people cars without justification. they have towed vechicals of mine out of spot hero when parking was paid for. They also asked if i could just pay half so they could pay there driver for the day. There license has already been revoked due to improper practices. THEY ARE A SCAM AND THE CITY NEEDS TO SHUT THEM DOWN! They are trying to make a buck off illegal practices .
Petition for a new city ordinance to make this company’s entire business model illegal. Their signage was intentionally vague and their drivers must linger nearby to snatch up your car as fast as possible because we were not away more than 15 minutes. The store was closed and the lot was practically empty. If a business hires this company, the owners are probably greedy and you’d be better off taking your business elsewhere anyway.
$500 for a motorcycle tow They could not produce any type of pricing sheet or documentation to prove it was even the actual price. The invoice said $216 and that was crossed off with a pen and $500 was written in. Also he nearly shut the gate on me as I was driving out so I told him to go F himself, which felt pretty good. Update - I submitted a dispute with my credit card and was refunded $284. Feels good. Lincoln towing is a bunch of unethical crooks. Glad I was able to take a piece back from them. I hope that their loss of my $284 is a small contribution toward their entire organization going down like the Titanic.
They towed my car from my parking space, because I accidentally dropped my parking permit under the seats. When I called them, the people who answered the phone had a really bad attitude, they didn't care about it at all, they only wanted money! So I went to their parking lot, and I asked to check my car. Then the person behind the counter just turned away, didn't want talk to me. I have no choice, so I walked in when they opened the gate to let their car get in. I found my parking permit under my seat and it was very conspicuous! When I show them my parking permit, they say what is that, either pay the fees or get F out here! Due to their attitude and dirty means, I refused their payment request and was ready to leave, but they blocked my car and threatened me that they were going to call the cops. I said please call the police. They had no choice but to report to the police. When the police came, they said that they received a call from the owner of my building to tow away my car. It was obvious that they were lying. I lived in my current building for more than 4 years. They all know me and my car. so I called the property management and they told me that they did not call them. Then a lady with the red hair came, they said she is the manager, who appeared very rude and asked me to take out my credit card to pay the money or she'll ask the police to take me out of her property. End up paying $200. what a Awful place, a group of people who have not evolved completely! This place should be closed! UPDATE: My credit card were frauded the day after I paid off the towing fees. They are the only one tooks my card out. WATCHOUT FOR THIS!!!!!!!!!
