Was there within the hour, Used this service to move a toolbox the driver Brought special tools to safely relocate my box without damaging it whatsoever and that’s that my box is over 6 feet tall. Pricing was reasonable, but the quality service was top-notch. Would use the service over many others.
Millennium towing is the best towing service that I have ever used in my life. They are affordable and don’t try to take advantage of you like other towing services that charge $150 to do a job. Able was also on time and did the job perfectly! I highly recommend his service!

Exceptional experience in a bad situation. Car broke down on I-55. I called, was quoted a price and he said he’s be there in 30 minutes. Arrived 28 minutes later, dropped off my car at the repair location and even gave me a lift to the hotel I was staying. Service and pricing was beyond exceptional. Thank you so much!
My engine blew up on my Hyundai Santa Fe. I called Millennium Towing for a quote, and they were very reasonable. They said they would have a driver there in 25 minutes, and he was right on time. I gave him the keys, and my car was hooked up in no time. I was also able to pay with a card on site. These guys did a great job, and I will definitely recommend them to others. Every time I need to set a Tow up this is the place I use! They are very kind and quick. Not only do they take photos before they pick the vehicle up they also take photos when they drop the vehicle off. Dave has a good eye for finding extra damage on the vehicle and documenting it so there is no confusion later. They let you know if there are keys for the vehicle and if it will drive or not. They are very organized and over all a great company to have in your back pocket. I have been working with Dave for a while now and he wont let you down! Such a great guy!

Calvin was amazing with helping me tow my car to the shop this morning. I had a flat tire and he was there in 15 mins & his prices were the best.
Another quality tow and repair by CR Towing. Called Richard on a Sunday evening with a mechanical issue........car was towed, fixed, and delivered back in my driveway before I got home from work Monday evening. All at a very reasonable price. Did I mention the free courtesy car wash?? Richard and his team are GREAT!!

We had a great experience with Big Bob of Dick’s Towing Service in Joliet, Illinois. He came in just over 20 minutes and was friendly and very helpful. We got to our destination quickly and was a reasonable price, even for Thanksgiving night. In a situation like this we were already a bit stressed, but Big Bob’s friendly service helped alleviate the tension. This is the towing company I’m going to use in the future. Thank you, Big Bob and Dick’s Towing.
Bug Bob was the best. Got there quickly and was very helpful. Im a below knee amputee and wear a prosthetic. It was hard for me to stand there and I had forgot my cane. He helped to the passenger side then up to the seat. Made sure I was good before he put my car on the truck. Thanks again Dick’s and Big Bob!
I needed a tow for my vehicle to come 2 hours away, back home and they were available, and kept me updated throughout the time waiting on the driver. The driver was very nice & worked fast. I’d 100% recommend this place!
A couple nights ago, I was one of the lucky 9 cars to end up on the side of I-80 headed eastbound. While attempting to change my tire and throw on the spare, Thaddeus pulled up next to me and offered to help, seeing I was having trouble. Within 10 minutes the flat was off, spare was on, and I was on my way. Great service, very thankful he stopped to help.

Agreed on a 150$ per hour over the phone, when the job was done after 1.5 hours I was told by the owner there is 3 hour minimum which wasn’t communicated prior. Will not use again and won’t recommend to others.
5 STAR/ Chick-fil-A type to service, response time, and eta updates. They stick to they word.. I was visiting Family from out of town but if I ever get in another predicament where I need a tow. I’m calling them and refer them to my family so they will be calling as well
These people will rip you off he spent 3 hours charged for 6 I called and priced a part told him where it was so I knew it was $78.00 they charged 185 chaged over 125 dollars for fuel lord these are not good people they are con artists

They are bunch of liars and they only care about money, if someone pays them a one dollar more, they will jump there without realizing about your situation. Made me wait for hours just to cancel on me when they were already there, when I asked them why they did that they said someone is paying more than you. No communication nothing

Very expensive. They charge 75 per hour but they over charge. We change cluch in there shop they charge almost 6000.think twice before you take your truck there and if you have to alot of budget.

If I could give a -10 star review for this business, I would absolute garbage. They never answer the phones and when you call and they do answer them they’ll tell you they’ll call you back. THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK!!! They tell you somebody’s gonna be there nobody’s there it’s ridiculous. Do not use this company. Complete scam. I don’t know how they’re still in business.
This company is a complete scam!!! I was quoted $125 an hour and he job took all of 45 minutes and I was charged $450. The tow truck driver said they charge a 3 hour minimum when dispatch had no clue what I was referring to when I called them back. She placed me on hold and then said “oh it’s typically a 3 hour job”. 3 hours at $125 still doesn’t equal $450!!!!! She said it would take the driver an additional 30 minutes to unload my truck which was another lie as it took him 2 minutes to let my truck down!!!! I will never use this company again, they need to be shut down for fraudulent activity!!! Update I’ve been calling and texting to get an invoice of these charges and they won’t answer the phone and provided my driver with no invoice!!!
