Was in need and searching for a mobile car battery replacement in Naperville near me was how met. Awesome service! They had a new battery installed while I was at work and my car purring all within an hour. Price was fair and even better when they filled out my invoice accordingly, which then got me reimbursed in full for the service!!!
My daughter’s car battery died on Christmas Day (because of course it did). Today I googled a nearby business because I have never had this happen before, and Tow Recover Assist came up. I called, and had an amazing conversation with the person that answered the phone. He asked just a few questions, was totally knowledgeable, and when I told him he should choose the battery for me, because this was his area of expertise, he chose one that wasn’t the priciest. He chose what was best for the car. And within five hours from the first phone call, we had a new battery installed and the car is now running and on its way to work! No one ever posts good reviews, only when they want to complain. I wanted to be sure that good businesses get the recognition they deserve, and Tow Recover Assist deserves all the positive comments I can heap on them. Thanks to everyone there!! Needed a last min tow for our son’s car. Found them on Google, called and the truck was there in less than an hour!! Very smooth process and the pricing wasn’t bad either. Great experience.

I had to get the service to jump start and i got a 5* service and it took him a lot of time to get it fixed because my car was not run for three months. He gave me lot of cost saving ideas for repairs and maintenance. It is hard to get such services now a days. Very pleased and will strongly recommend him. I already referred my family members to alwasy use them in future. Please keep up the good service. We need this......
The girl that answers the phone is completely rude. She had me on the phone for 10 minutes- came back with a response that was meant for a different person. Told me I would have to sit with the car for an hour. She did not offer a 15 minute call ahead - then hung up on me. I called back and asked her for her supervisor and she refused. If I could give it 0 stars , I would. Chobar towing was much better- go there instead

Amazing towing experience the cheapest quote i got after calling at least 5 different companies. Found me on a busy highway during rush hour traffic. 10/10 service!!
The guy answering the phone was great, easy to communicate with and polite. The driver, Bill was excellent! Bill showed up fast, he was polite, professional and made me feel comfortable during the drive to my location. I’d recommend Kit’s to anyone in need of a tow!
We had a great experience with Kit's. Our car broke down last night and we were stranded. Our wait time was very short. Jeremy was the best. Kits Towing was out to get my car less than an hour after contacting my insurance company, who then had to contact Kits, so I was expecting a long delay for the pick up. Bill was polite and helpful! I was extremely happy with both Kits and with Bill.

Their driver nearly drove me off the road today. Could not be more unsafe in towing a car.
Teach your truck drivers how to drive. Speeding, cutting off and jumping lanes in rain conditions. Aggressive and dangerous to be on the road. Almost ran my car off the road in a 35 mil/h zone. Do better

Horrible! Was told my wait would be 1 -2 hours which led to waiting over 7 hours until I called Moe's towing service instead. Was told other calls came after mine and apparently I was not a priority in the line up for $450 tow! I requested a discount for making me wait and was also denied that. Moe's jumped to my rescue in less than 30 minutes.
Called for a flatbed tow, they quoted about an hour wait. Exactly one hour later the truck was pulling up. Driver was courteous, professional and efficient. Rates were reasonable. Thank you!

I have the world to thank for Superior Towing! First off whomever I talked to when calling made the process so much easier and convenient.. Then came the driver arriving.. Jacob O’Donnell was the sweetest and most professional person i’ve ever met! i’ve been towed a few times and i’ve never seen a tow truck operators truck so clean in my life, i will 100% call Superior ever needing a tow again. Jacob definitely sealed the deal for me when choosing a company i could trust with my vehicle !
Thank you Jacob O’Donnell for making my stressful time of being broke down stress free. He showed up before original ETA, and he really knew what he was doing! He had my truck loaded within minutes, had a very clean and tidy tow truck and had a strap at every corner and was very careful and attentive with my vehicle. He called me to let me know when he was close by, and also sent me pictures of when and where he dropped it off at the shop. I would gladly use Superior Towing again and if I do I know my vehicle is in safe hands. Also their dispatch team was friendly, and was the biggest help in a stressful time. Thank you guys!!!
