Absolutely stellar service. Josh was extremely helpful with a great personality. The job wasnt especially easy but he continued to work with me and we got a solution.
The team at Haas provided my business amazing customer service! They are a first come first service towing company. I had a special request for them to tow our forklift from one building to another and asked them if they could come at 1:30pm on the same day I called. Their driver Dirk was there at 1:29pm! Dirk was very professional and provided us with great customer service! Lindsey and Shay provided great customer service also! I will definitely recommend their business!
Zach was the best tow truck driver I’ve ever had. Guy pulls up 15 min before ETA drops me off to the shop got me back to work and everything before I was supposed to start. Would definetly reccomended this towing truck company to anyone in the Rockford area

I called in to request a tow service. My car is picked up and sent to a location where it couldn't be serviced so i request a second tow to my residence. To this day i still havent got my car towed to me. I've left several voicemails and called multiple times. Very unprofessional and my vehicle still has items I need in it. I will be contacting law enforcement as well too if this is not handled immediately.
He was great on time great price
Came when he said he would come. Very friendly. Took care with my vehicle. Maybe a little more than I expected to pay but I didn't feel my wallet was raped.
