Roy was a friendly face when he dropped off our daughter's car. He was kind, efficient and didn't stop until we were satisfied with the placement of the car. Just had Roy come and do a complicated Tow job for me. My car suspension went out and I was denied by three different tow companies. Oz (Dave) came to my aid when my van got stuck in gear due to a broken shift cable. Got there promptly with the right equipment and know-how, and delivered my van to my mechanic’s shop in short order. Very pleasant to work with. I was very pleased with the service overall. Went through AAA so not sure how the communication works, but he didn’t receive the details of my specific location so had to call to find me in the parking lot. Not a problem for me but probably would have been easier for him if the full location description was passed on to him.
Oz showed up on time, was very courteous and very efficient. I appreciated his professionalism.

Awesome Experience! We had a shipping container moved from our business to our home. Our driver had to do some finagling to get it out of a fenced in area during a rain and wind storm. Hauled it 30 miles to our farm in 60mph wind gust, and was able to set it off in the exact location I wanted it set. Our driver was very professional, easy to work with and great to chat with. I highly recommend Paddacks!
Very mindful of our situation - sub zero weather with a car we couldn’t get into. Dispatch gal called a couple of times updating us and making sure we are ok. Because there was quite a wait with others also in trouble in this weather. When help came, the guy was knowledgeable and gave great service. Very happy with them.

The driver of this truck was amazing!!!! He moved a couple large radiators for me. I had a different crane service earlier in the day and I was nervous the whole time. This guy came after hours for a fraction of the price. He put them back in place so fluid like. Was extremely polite…informative during the process. The only way I could be happier is if he paid me
John the flad bed drive was awsome he is very good at his job. Had no issues and I had great conversation with him. And come to find out we live in the same town. Have used Paddacks in the past for big stuff and will keep continuing to use them. Great company.

This is hands down the best towing company in the Indianapolis metro area! I randomly found about this company in a Reddit thread and I’ve used them twice since (today and yesterday) to tow one of my vehicles. My tow operator was very kind, competent, and professional and their prices are amazing! They are also very prompt, coming sooner than the eta. This should be the only tow company people use, it is now definitely my go-to.

I have dealt with Yaffo Towing twice, both times through my insurance on different vehicles. They have been great every each time and would make sure to communicate with me. Both times, the driver was great, easy to talk to, and he was very careful with my lowered car. Highly recommend if you are in emergency need of towing.
Awab saw us on the interstate and stopped to see if we needed help. We had already waited two hours for another service sent by AAA. He said Yaffo Towing was also AAA-affiliated, so we called and changed to Yaffo and he had us to a tire shop in less than 10 minutes. Very nice young man!

American Family sent Yaffo Towing to assist with my roadside request, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the dispatcher to the driver, everyone was courteous and professional. The driver went above and beyond—patiently explaining the issue and how it was resolved to my elderly parents, who are hard of hearing and speak English as a second language. His grace and patience truly stood out. I would absolutely use their service again.

Brandon was a kind, personable, and friendly guy. He was professional and clearly good at his job. He took the time to check in to see what the problem was with my vehicle before putting in on his truck and wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with the way he was planning on loading it. Left me in a cold car on a busy street ,then drove right by me . He was supposed to tow a 2005 silver Equinox . I had no power , I had a red flashing light with a orange yield sign . But it did not stop the cars from speeding up on me . I tried to call the business four times . No one picked up kept telling me to text . So I figured how to get the text and right after I get a text . From earlier . Hi I'm Dave Mosley from the towing Co. I called him and told he passed when would he be there . I thought he was turning around . Which he said he did , claim he didn't see me went back to the business parked the truck , I asked him if someone was coming , he informed me he was at home. Said he would call his boss. I was crying and at that time we were a little loud. The next textI got from State Farm. Saying they , the towing Company had cancelled my Tow . They wanted to know if my car got towed. . It did not after finding a person to talk to at State Farm , A nice Gentleman helped me get another service out . I talked to the owner of that business and he had driver near by and he came and got me. I am 66 years in poor health with a spinal problem that makes it hard for me to walk and, climb stairs . So the driver was very helpful getting me into that tall truck. That Company was Hadley's Towing

Mosley’s has been great for years, not my first experience with them but they are down to earth and extremely communicative about pickup and where the driver was at. David handled my pickup and he was a rockstar with locating the car in a full parking lot and dropping it off with minimal instruction or hassle. These guys know what they’re doing and do it better than anybody else. Way better than K.A.R towing, who wasted my time and money waiting for a driver who took 2 1/2 hours to show up or even let me know they were on the way. Mosley’s made a customer for life out of me 💜

I blew out my tire and damaged my fenders and wiring. I had a f250 super duty. I was worried I would have to call a mega wrecker truck in to get a tow. After calling Chuckles towing on memorial day weekend they arrived in 30 minutes. They towed my vehicle safely home. I would definitely recommend them. I called several other tow services only to get a voicemail. I was so happy Chuckles came fast and took care of my vehicle. Thanks again for saving my memorial day!
I had an accident during all the ice and snow the other day and needed my car towed to the shop. Because of the weather, all the towing services were backed up a couple hours at least. I called Chuckles and he was about 2 hours out, so I told him I was going to try to find someone who could get there quicker since I was on the side of the road. Not surprisingly, I couldn't find anyone who was really under the 2 hour window. About an hour later, Chuck actually took the initiative to call me back and said he had finished up his other run and was nearby to where I was and asked if I had found another tow. I told him to go ahead and come get me and I would cancel the other one (who was still an hour out at least). Chuck was there in a few minutes and got everything taken care of. He was friendly and professional and I appreciated that he took the time to check on me and see if I still needed help. I was very pleased and will definitely be calling him in the future if I ever need a towing service again.

I called Chuckles (Chuck) Towing Service after my car’s axle snapped driving out of a parking lot. He quoted me 45min - 1hr and was there in just under the 45min as many of the other reviews mentioned. This is my first ever towing event so I didn’t know what to expect. From being out of state not familiar with roads and decreased visibility , dark and raining, I adverantly drove up the cement median on east state street heading toward downtown. I admit embarrassing. but would like to point out should be painted yellow very dangerous blends into the road. The gentlemen that assisted were true professionals and understandable my situation and very experienced. I was truly blessed in calling Steve’s Towing. The situation could have been a lot worse. I was met by Dennis to pick up my truck while I was stuck on the side of the highway due to hitting a bolt and shredding my tire caused by all the construction going on. He was absolutely so sweet and made the entire process simple and quick. I was completely hysterical, and he insured me everything would be okay. While it was out of my budget to have it towed and placed me in the negative in my bank account, things happen, and I would choose this company every time. Called when even my insurance was putting me on hold. Got right through and they told me a tow truck would be to me in 60-90 mins. 75 minutes my hero Daniel pulled up in his flatbed. Got our car loaded up and made it to the tire shop before they closed so that I could get my tire repaired. Best towing experience I’ve ever had

The repair shop rep personally asked the driver to unload the vehicle in a specific lot, but the driver ignored him and put it in the wrong lot. That lead to a shouting match between the two. Stupid and unprofessional.

Two Brothers Towing is hands down the absolute best if you're looking for a seamless, pain-free, quick and most importantly affordable tow quit looking two Brothers is the way to go I was driving along I-65 and my truck broke down and I parked it and left it so I could figure out what I was going to do next when I came back it had been stickered and I knew there wasn't much time before the city had it towed so I called Two Brothers Towing I gave them the make and model the VIN the license plate numbers numbers they took care of the rest I had my truck back at my house within an hour staff and owners are super friendly and helpful and they definitely understand what it's like to have a bad day hands down five stars will absolutely call again the next time I need anything towed

PLEASE DONT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY !!! I came here to look at a truck they are storing for a repo company the truck was run and drive but at beginning of inspection the truck would not starts just needs a small jump no big deal. I asked for help and was immediately met with opposition we’re not authorized was said. I called seller they said it’s authorized, now the problem is they want us to pay , ok $50 for a jump sure no problem nope they want 2 hrs charge please some other fees $300 for a jump for a truck on their lot 🤯. I tried to reason with owner but just like his employees rude and a I don’t care attitude. The seller offers to pay full price for the jump, so I go back, I get in office receptionist with a bad attitude said you gonna have to wait. I wait 5 min she ignored me then says it’s gonna be a bit sit down. The owner walked by shyly and says I better remove my review off google. Thanks to the Clear Path construction ended up with a large screw in my tire that turned to a flat. Jayson towed my corvette from 465E to Discount Tire in Castleton. He was so nice, polite and handled my corvette with kid gloves. He took extra precautions to ensure my car arrived in the same condition that he picked it up. GREAT SERVICE!!!!

I’ve taken my car to many mechanics, and this place exceeded my expectations and is the best by far. They installed my transmission quickly, and it was finally done right. They even took it to get it swapped at the vendor when the initial transmission was faulty so I wouldn’t have to arrange drop off and pickup. Their customer service is great as well. They keep you updated via text. They also do towing! If you come here, you won’t regret it.

After an unfortunate accident we were towed from the scene and our vehicle stored by Whitlow's Towing. Our truck was well cared for in the lot and the folks there were super nice and allowed us free access to get our personal belongings out of the vehicle. Best of all? Jason in the garage was kind enough to remove our trailer hitch and seat riser--and didn't charge us a dime!!! Old fashioned service like this is almost unheard of nowadays and it was awesome to be treated so well. Highly recommended.
Had my truck towed. Found it in great condition. Not a scratch on it, they only take cash but I was having a hard time and hard day, didn't quite have enough cash (it was a lot) but the lady helped me out cuz I would've had to walk to hit the ATM. All around great service🤙🏽🤙🏽
Paige from Whitlow's Towing was fantastic! He was incredibly respectful and patient, truly a great asset to the team. Although it was my first time meeting him, I could immediately sense his honesty. The rate was fair, and they stuck to the agreed price without any surprises. I had a silver F150 4x4, and they brought the perfect equipment to tow it.

My experience was great came picked up my car towed it to where they were asked very respectful and cool people. Actually saved $15 by doing business with them then what other tow services we're going to charge thought I possibly had to wait an hour for the driver to show unexpectedly showed up in about 15 to 20 minutes. I'm from Arkansas and had a car break down. So for people out of state do your business here if you breakdown in there area. I would recommend them to a friend or continue business with them. Blew a tire on the interstate today and Hadley’s Towing saved the day! The driver went above and beyond to ensure our safety and got us to the nearest dealership to have our tire repaired. He was informative and got there as soon as possible. We are so thankful for Hadley’s Towing’s hospitality and work!

The service for the towing itself is great. The man I spoke with was great and kind and fast. But the people in the office are horrible, only care about money and not customer Service. I called Harley’s Towing recommended from my insurance company . I knew I didn’t have roadside assistance which is fine but my agent told me that even though I didn’t have roadside assistance that I would tell them who i was with and I would still get a discount . I called Haley’s towing …. Told them needed my car towed and that I had insurance with (so and so) and the lady said oh it’s free since it’s under 10miles , I asked .. are you sure ? She said yes. So I’m thinking I’m all good. She NEVER VERIFIED if I had roadside assistance for the full discount to be free … she just assumed . I thought I had a discount for being with this certain insurance up to certain miles … idk but that’s their job to verify and clarify not assume. So I get a bill and a call and she’s telling me I owe X amount . I’m asking how did it go from free to I owe X amount … she says it’s because I didn’t have roadside assistance and that I lied to her . All she kept asking was for my card number. Never apologized even after I explained what happened and the conversation and it escalated to another gentleman saying either I give them a card number or they’re coming to get my car . I said I just wanted an apology idc about paying for it but you can’t sit there call me a liar and not take accountability for your mistake as an employer. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them . I understand you’re not in customer service but it’s still Important. And if you say the call is recorded then listen back to it before you call someone a liar ….
Hadley Towing is the best ever. They have towed several of our cars as well as rescued car keys which have been locked in our cars. Every driver that we've worked with has been super friendly and informative. They have been prompt in service, treated our cars with respect, and just the company as a whole is top-notch. Mason Hadley runs a great company and I will never use anyone else for towing or car lockout services.

We are so grateful for this company & especially our Driver Donny. We live out of state and returned to the airport to a tire that needed replaced we called Triple A and waited three hours for a no show and back and forth for them to say another hour . By the time we got that cancelled and found Cooks I was spent and desperate to just get back home to our son . The person who answered the phone was so nice and helpful and even recommended a 24 hour tire repair place when I panicked the one I had found was closing. Donny got to us quickly and worked with us when we weren’t in the easiest place to get to. He got us where we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we were good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I was traveling through Indianapolis when my tire popped off and I was stranded off the highway. I called the first company that was on google and I could not be happier that it was them! The dispatcher and the driver were both extremely nice. They got to me in a very timely manner and they were extremely reasonably priced! I HIGHLY recommend them!
My car was towed from a church parking lot and I had just been in the vehicle minutes before it was towed and when I got to the lot my compartments in the ceiling were completely ripped out and the fabric was tore along the side everything in my truck was gone thru and completely destroyed . The lady in the office said they didn't do it but it was very obvious because I was just in the vehicle before it got towed and I'm pretty sure the church people didn't destroy it.
What can I say? J.R. and his crew are hands down the most customer savvy,helpful,goin' out of their way late at night to meet us at another location. That's what close friends and family does.Literally, they're family there, and they treated us like we were part of it. Then a week or so later we had to come back and when we did ,we were greeted by a great ol' fella who was just as nice and more helpful than we could've even asked for. I truly and honestly hope, that I get to do more business with this shop. Exceptional top to bottom. Period. Oh and p.s.... we love them!!!!! They just don't make many people like them any more . They're there to serve. ✌️

Very nice people, great service, good price. It was cheap to get my car out and they were very understanding of my situation. My car got towed again today, this time by another company and they were very nice when I called to see if it was them and even gave me the name and number of the place they thought might have my car, which helped me find my car much quicker than I ever would have on my own. Very good people with great service and good attitudes!
I had Chris out to my house today to pick up my 1968 Jaguar XKE to be delivered to my mechanic. He did a great job making sure he there were no issues with it being loaded up. He was great!! thanks so much.
They gave me an ETA of 60 minutes so after waiting for more than 1.5 hours they show up then just left. I called them and they said that the Lawrence police is their top, basically only, priority and they received a call for a police impound pickup. They left me sitting here the entire time so I had to try to find another tow company. This business is absolutely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Don’t EVER call for their services unless you enjoy waiting for someone who WONT show up! UNBELIEVABLE!
I was so impressed by the service I received. They were quick to get there to tow me to a TA. The young gentleman was extremely nice and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and my puppy was taken care of and was in a safe location. I highly recommend this company to someone who is in need of a tow.
Had to have my car towed to a mechanic. Had a great encounter with them! The lady who dispatched (tracy) and the driver (Michael) were both very friendly and attentive. Michael was super polite and handled my car with care. I realize I wasn't "sitting on the side of the road" or in an accident so my stress levels weren't high but my encounter with them was nothing but positive!

Fast reliable service! I was broke down in my work truck (requiring a flat bed), during rush hour and 3 DIFFERENT tow companies quoted me 3-6 hours on a Friday evening rush hour tow. I called Beechgrove Towing and they were there in less than 30 min. With a $75 flat fee! The driver was very professional and willing to help in any way possible. I wont be using any other tow company from now on except BEECHGROVE TOWING!
