Blake with Good News Towing did a wonderful job towing our Silverado and did it at a very fair price. He was extremely conscientious and polite. Good News gives 10% of their income to charity. You can't beat them. So glad God led me to their service. Highly recommended!

The entire wheel—bearings and all—flew off my ski boat trailer on a cross country trip. They arrived within 30 minutes at 12:30 in the morning—found a place that could take my boat in the middle of the night, loaded the boat on a flatbed, which was very difficult, and reassured me when i was justifiably shaken. Great price, great service. Thanks Jason and colleague!
I want to Shoutout to Kerry for helping me out with my tow. He was on time and very friendly. Such a patient man with me as I am dealing with my first ever accident for my car. Thank God There Are Real People Who Actually Respond, & Listen,& Understand Your "Specific," Details; instead of being Thrown 2 Robot Hell. Even Though I Pay 4 Roadside Assistance With Progressive, after 2 Calls for Help, their Link, Then Website Trapped Me, Marked Me As A Wench Tow, then Left Me In Limbo. It Was Worth Every Penny I Paid,not 2 B Herded into a Box and Not able to even communicate my Situation. Here is an Example. One of Their Prompts asked Me What Color My Car Was- White,Silver, Or Black? My Car Is Red & I Couldn't Even get that across their stupid Link. Also,They Just Sub U Out. Very Impersonal. Getting Back 2 J & K Towing- They Rock.Genuine Communication. 2 or 3 Calls To Check,Human, and they handled my Dilema and rescued Me. Thanks.

I'd love to recommend this tow service. im located in Leavenworth, they came all the way to my home & towed my vehicle exactly where I had asked them to, gave special instructions about leaving the keys with the tire service of my choice & they did just that, we had the pleasure of having Shawn pick up our vehicle & take care of our towing. very professional & easy to work with. I'd highly recommend them for anyone in or nearby their local areas, I will likely use them again if I need to! highly satisfied & they were nice enough to send us an arrival time & met that time frame, great work, great communication skills, & all around great services! thank you J & K for your service!

Showed up quickly and took good care of me when I slid off the road today due to ice. They did what needed to be done to get me out of the ditch and didn't nickle and dime me for every little thing. And they showed up in 15 min rather than the several hour wait of some other places. Highly recommend!
Another company my insurance was going to use was going to cost me more and I waiting 2 hours just for then to not come. So I contacted Simple Tow Service, they were able to arrive in about 15 mins to where my car was at && Charged me less !! Super friendly driver, I think he name was CJ . I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their service
First time using their service. They were really friendly and informative. I called other tow businesses prior to them, and they were rude and short when asked about services/prices! When I called simple tow, they were the total opposite. I had a great experience with them and it was a decent price too! Definitely recommend
Unfortunately last Saturday I accidently locked my keys in the trunk of my car...sigh.. The button inside the car no longer works so I had no idea how to get them out. After calling a few places, I finally spoke to the nice folks at Simple Tow Service. They were extremely kind and compassionate to my situation and sent a technician right away. Sam was very nice but didn't have the right tools to take care of me so he sent Chuck. All I can say is Chuck is AWESOME. He was able to get my keys out within a matter of minutes. I will for sure use them again if I ever need anything they can assist with. Thank you Simple Tow Service staff and technicians!!
We called simple tow and did not feel we were being taken advantage of. The gentleman we worked with was very honest and helpful! Would call again if needed.

They block you in when they are towing someone else very unprofessional causing you to be late
After an accident, my insurance roadside assistance used Allied to tow my car. The agent I spoke with, several times, was amazing. Calm, friendly and helpful. Much appreciated since accidents are so stressful!!
Second time I’ve used their service. The first time was a while ago, but I kept their number in my phone. I called for a tow. The driver asked to try jumping first and that was all that was needed. This time just needed a jump for a dead battery. Quick and friendly service. Thanks!

Needed a tow today, not far but the service was the best you can get. The lady on the phone who got me the tow was really sweet and fast. The driver was awesome, said his name was Chris Cross and he was professional and personable. Hooked up fast and did everything while I was talking to a mechanic and wasn't even with the car. I had started to walk home because it wasn't too far and he insisted he give me a ride. They're good at what they do and they treat you like more than a customer, I never leave reviews for anything but they went above and beyond even for just a small tow. I can't recommend them enough, thank you.
My water pump went out and stranded me on the side of K7. They sent a truck right away. The driver called when he was getting close and took my car to my preferred shop. When my phone died on the way there, he waited for me and was very understanding. The whole thing was very painless, and I'm grateful.
Hit a deer late at night and needed a tow. The driver got there quickly on a busy night and got our car towed to a garage we asked for even though it wasn't the closest. Very reasonably priced and works with AAA. I'd definitely recommend them.
