Always unfortunate when you need a tow truck but I've always used Overland Tow and for good reason. They are the best in the business! This was the first time I needed to ride with the driver in the truck and I could have not asked for a better person to do that with than Donovan. He had my car loaded it in no more than 5 minutes and got me to work smoothly. Great conversation too. Thank you Donovan and Overland Tow!
Dustin did a great job. Got me loaded quick on a busy street, and dropped off quickly in my driveway which is hard to get to. Great customer service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. What should have been a simple flat tire tow turned into a $650 repair nightmare thanks to their careless driver. The damage to my vehicle was obvious to everyone — caused directly by improper towing — yet Almighty Tow refused to admit fault or cover the cost. Their lack of accountability is astounding. Avoid this company at all costs!
Called AAA to get a spare put on due to a simple flat tire. I had the spare tire out ready for the tow truck driver when arrived. With enough air in the spare. He claimed it needed more air. Then blew out the valve on the spare tire. Making it burst and completely flat. So not only did we have the flat tire, then the spare was flat. He then proceeded to call us idiots. Acted like he was getting something from his truck. Then drove off. He claimed the valve was already busted. If that was the case the spare tire would’ve had no air to begin with…and wouldn’t have sounded like a gunshot when he tried to put air in it and it busted. I filed a claim with AAA and called almighty towing which has failed to reach back out.
Have you ever ugly sobbed, like full wailing, tears of gratitude and relief after a car service technician helped you out? Because I did tonight and it’s all thanks to Will. I’ve had….a rough few weeks. One of those times where everything is overwhelming and it’s always one more thing right? So tonight, when my car decides to stop a mile away from the gas station with low fuel, I almost lost it. Thankfully, I have AAA and they sent out Will. Will had actually already looked at my car last week (remember when I said it’s been rough?), so I literally sighed with relief when I was assigned someone I already knew. I’m panicky by nature, so having a familiar face was so helpful. Will arrived with a smile, some jokes in his pocket, and the best attitude. He helped me get gas in my car with some serious MacGyvering, as we didn’t have a funnel, and did it all free of charge - no gas fee as we did our best to troubleshoot the issue. It’s Will’s job to be a good car technician, but it’s not Will’s job to be a good human being - a nice, funny human being with empathy and compassion that, afterward, had me crying. I am so grateful to Almighty Towing and Will. I feel confident now that we have mostly solved the car issues and I owe Will something fierce. This could have been a panic attack night for me and instead I was laughing about Gatorade bottle/screwdriver makeshift funnels. It worked perfect. Thank you so much, Will - I owe you one!
We got connected through AAA for a tow. The technician arrived in under 30 mins and was polite and efficient. He had the car assessed and loaded up on the truck in under 10 mins, safely dealing with a heavily trafficked road. It was a great experience!
My truck had been in the shop to fix an electric problem. They said nothing was wrong. Had to get a tow. Ron Hill came out and realized my battery wasn't connected right. He fixed it and I was on my way. Good guy- great service!!

With as crazy as the day was yesterday you could expect the phone operators to be a touch irritable. However that was not the case when I called to set up a tow. The truck operator was also someone who had every right to be unpleasant but would you believe if I told you the opposite was true? All in all other than the truly acceptable and understandable long lead time it was a fantastic experience if there is ever a need for any other roadside rescues I'll definitely call again.
I honestly want to leave negative stars, they make picking up a vehicle difficult for no reason, did not feel my vehicle was safe with them being left on their lot. The worker brought 5 sets of keys and told me the brakes on mine don’t work when they worked perfectly fine when It was towed. The front desk lady couldn’t be bothered to get out of her seat to help at all she would tell her workers to grab papers off the desk and bring it to the customer. It was clear she couldn’t be bothered to get up and help. Said I could only pay in cash and I asked where the nearest atm was and she sent me all the way down the street I made it clear I would be right back. Got the cash and got back a couple minutes before close and they were all had already left and closed down. I’m assuming just in an attempt to get an extra day of storage to charge me. She knew I was grabbing the cash and coming right back and tried to make my experience here very difficult. Just overall a very unpleasant experience felt like the workers were eyeing my vehicle and kept talking about it which made me nervous they were going to try and take stuff from it which is why I was trying so hard to get it that night. Worst towing experience I’ve had.
I have to say, they have integrity at the Olathe lot. I lost my chopper during a minor arrest. It is a custom vehicle so the process to p/u was non standard. If they were a shady tow service like so many, They could have found a reason to keep it. Shanise at the Olathe lot was a very good natured person ❤️ If your car is stuck in the lot, or some minor beauracracy is holding up the process, they will work with you. Thankyou to Kidds Towing.
I've got a classic car that needed a tow. The tow truck driver, Jamal, really showed up for me. He understood how important the car was to me, and took great care to get it up on the flatbed safely and then took the same care when getting it into my garage. Kudos to Jamal. Thank you sir.

This company has a lucrative side deal with Lenexa Crossing Apartments Johnson County Tow service regularly drives around the complex looking for expired tags. My tags were a little over a month expired and they towed my car. The cost was $235 and $35 per day to get out of tow, also you must pay and have your current vehicle tag. They also damaged my car and made me sign a document, regardless to get back my car. I tried to contact them about the damages and they did not respond. This is not a good company.
Bought a great vehicle here been having it for over five years management and staff took great care of me they're not just regular people who don't care about you these people are awesome and professional would always recommend them to everyone else
My mom was stranded with a blowout on I35, Robert came quick and was very polite and professional. He is definitely an asset to the company.
Very rude and inconsiderate. I guess good customer service, things like friendly, helpful staff, quick and efficient services, and basic people skills aren't important to this company. They act like they don't need or want business so just go ahead and call literally any other tow service in the KC Metro....
I was assisted last night by Charles from Johnson County Tow Service. My car had gotten stuck at an odd angle on some railroad tracks. Wow I’m late on posting this but I had to use my roadside assistance on Wednesday because the starter went out in my car. Insurance took forever but Pro Tow didn’t. They got me connected with Devan to tow my car from work back to the shop we requested. He called me to verify he was taking the right car and gave me a pretty accurate ETA. I pulled into the shop waited two minutes and then he was right there. No damage whatsoever. Quick as well. Highly recommended if you ever are in a pickle!
Omg!! The best!! Been traveling for days and come home to dead battery!! Devan was so kind and fixed everything!! The best. These folks know what they are doing…all while being nice and kind which goes a long way with me.
Obviously, this place will have a lot of one star reviews because people are upset about their car getting towed. On one hand, if you park illegally, that’s your fault, even if it was an accident. (Sorry!) On the other hand, though, people make mistakes, and making a mistake doesn’t mean you deserve to be ripped off as hard as possible, which is quite obviously what this company does. There are a few things about this company that seem especially predatory: 1. They’re mostly only open for retrieving your car during business hours, so if you work a 9-5, that’s a serious problem. You either have to get off work, or retrieve your car on the weekend. 2. Picking up your car on the weekend means you’ll incur an additional $75 “after hours” fee. If I hadn’t paid this fee to get my car on Saturday morning, instead waiting until Monday, I would have paid an additional $80 in storage fees. 3. I paid at additional $20 fee for paying with a card instead of cash. Apparently this is so people can’t pay with a credit card and then immediately dispute the charge. Fine. My problem is that I was not made aware of this until I was at the place at the front gate. I repeat: the guy I talked to on the phone did not give me the information I needed to avoid being charged yet another fee. Very cool. So all in all, my original fee was $300, then, due to fees they were either out of my control or not made known to me, the total ended up being just shy of $400. The moral of the story is pay in cash. Edit: for some reason they replied to this review with an extremely generic copy and paste description of their company, which I honestly think is pretty funny. They said, “thank you for considering Pro-Tow Auto Transport & Towing for your towing requirements.” I didn’t consider pro tow for my towing requirements! They towed my car and I had no choice but to pay them hundreds of dollars to get it back!!!
Do not ever trust these people. They team up with security companies to tow as many cars as they can from events. They were taking cars left and right from AdventHealth sports Arena in Overland Park at state wrestling. They would not say how many cars they have towed today. Would not be surprised if the security company gets a kickback. The facility does not have nearly enough parking, and where they were towing cars from, had no red lines and not a single no parking sign. This totally felt like a scam.

I would give 10 stars if I could. This will be a bit intentionally vague. Sorry, it's out of necessity. Recently, the owner (I didn't get his name) and Jeremiah, the truck driver recently showed me kindness and empathy far beyond what I deserved when I was faced with a bad situation. Without them my night of supporting a community National Night Out celebration would have been a disaster. I will forever be in their debt and will immediately call them if I need towing services in the future. Support this wonderful business if you ever have the need. Hopefully Jeremiah will be the driver!

These guys are amazing. I called for a tow to the dealership because my car wouldn't start. They came out, tested the battery, and got me running. Informed me that they would bring a battery to me and install. Didn't need a tow, and only charged me for the battery installation.
Really frustrated with this company! I put in a service request at 9:25pm. I did not recieve a call from the driver until 10:54pm, saying he would be there in 45 minutes. In between that time, I called the company to ask the estimated time. The dispatcher did not give me any answers other than the driver was on his way and would call me. It seems there is a communication problem or a lack of staffing. Super frustrating to pay for something that is such terrible service! This is the second time I hava had a similar experience with this company. Something needs to change, please!!

Terrible place people with nasty attitudes. Had an accident and told them to tow vehicle to body shop but instead they took it to their tow yard and then proceeded to charge us $30 a day. When we went to get it they refused to let us get it, yes we had title and tried to pay but they refused. We had to call the police to deal with them. Worst business ever. If I could give them a negative star I would.
