I hydro drifted into the cement wall and then into the ditch on the highway. They were out there super quick (while still down pouring) . There were quick to get it loaded. And even though my camaro was done for They were still careful with it. Great prices also! Deffently will be recommending them to people!!
My Harley broke down 25 miles West of Topeka as a huge storm was forming nearby. Michael dropped everything and rushed out to get me. We loaded up the bike (Michael was careful to make sure it was loaded properly and would not get scratched), and skedaddled back to Topeka inches ahead of the storm. NBC news reported that the storm spawned 3 tornadoes and dropped baseball size hail. If it hadn't been for Tripple M's quick response, I'd have been in a world of hurt. They rode INTO the storm to get me, got there fast, loaded carefully, and were friendly and easy to work with. Couldn't ask for more from a tow truck company.

I had a great experience! within 10 mins of calling Caleb showed and was very helpful and polite and professional. The service was amazing I really appreciate the help.
Got to me pretty quick. Great driver got truck loaded up safely. Then was able to set it down in a tight spot at repair shop. In today's world price was reasonable. My shop said Elite is the only one they use.

My daughter and I were stranded on a dark country road in very cold weather. I called Suarez Towing and was treated awesome. I could tell they were concerned about our safety from the time the phone call was answered. They were fast, friendly and not overpriced at all! Definitely recommend Suarez Towing and will use again if needed!
Michael was such a great help today! My mom had a flat driving to watch my son’s football game. He was able to get to us as quickly as he could and loaded the car on to the trailer fast and smooth. Very friendly and communicated with us via phone to let us know how far out he was and when he was able to drop the car off at Firestone. Really appreciated him today!!
Suarez towing responded promptly and took great care of us. We broke down while traveling west on a weekend. Not from the area or knowing who could fix our vehicle, Suarez connected us with an auto repair shop who was able to get us back on the road as soon as the shop opened. Very happy with the service they provided!

Perfect! At my age I’ve had my share of vehicles towed and after having considerable damage done to my f150 due to a bad tow service I can’t help but to be nervous when needing a tow again… Ground up towing set my mind at ease real quick when I seen them on the ground making sure to double check every hook up so that it’s done right . Came on a flat bed tow truck and kept in touch so my Wait for the tow to arrive didn’t seem long at all . I was towed to Lawrence and by the time I was up in the truck and headed to the highway I felt comfortable and confident that my Cadillac was in good hands and it was . The unloading went as quick and smooth as the loading. I recommend this tow company and will always make it my first call when I need tow assistance (Facts!) Also his assistant I seen was about to light a cigarette and checked to make sure I didn’t mind I said I didn’t and that I had quit so he didn’t light it even after I said again I’d be fine he said no I can wait come on man now that’s customer service at its best and that’s what we as customers appreciate most of all is great customer service…

They were all good up until they just delivered my car in the middle of the parking lot of Toyota (left it there in neutral) and a lady went to tell them about it and and the man yelled at her to get back in the truck because they don’t get paid to do that
My vehicle was towed less than five miles and was charged $700. Mr. Charles then refused to return my vehicle to me for seven days. Then charged me additional fees for storage. Is this even legal to price gouge the public! Then I was told I had to tell the owner how to fixy car. In the end, my car was repaired by a great mechanic friend. My car broke down while I was doing laundry and the owner of Louie's towed my car!
These guys are not professionals. They damaged the bumper of the truck while trying to tow it.
My friend bought a very nice SUV from this lot at a very great price. The vehicle had some trouble a few days later and as promised it was in the shop beeng fixed at no cost to my friend and what amazed me he got a whole new engine. Ronnie is no joke! He's highly educated in his cars and knows whether specific equipment is needed. He didn't try to rip my family off like others. He was quick, professional, and inexpensive. I had no problem with them.
Web site says 24 hour service. I called at 3am to get a tow for my son who wad stranded on the turnpike. The man who answered the phone said Can't do anything now. And you call this 24 hour service? Would not use this service.

Capital arived promptly. The driver John was friendly and seemed very knowlegable about cars. Price was not to high and service was great.
Do not recommend. I used this towing service yesterday 3/02 and placed the call at 4:30 pm. They finally showed up at 7:08pm. I had my daughter in the car and my mother. We were stranded on 470 and was not leaving the car due to not being able to roll up the windows or lock the car. I called the driver, as we were waiting for him, and asked if he could charge my car, when he arrived, enough that I could roll up my windows and lock my doors. He agreed. After 3 hours of waiting, just like any other 9 month pregnant woman, I had to stop and use the restroom before meeting the tow truck at the shop. I noticed the windows were still rolled down, so I once again asked if we could charge it enough just so I could roll up my windows and lock the doors, but he then stated he had a wreck call that he had to get to ASAP and did not have time to do the 2 minute task and he left. So, needless to say, if you need a honest, reliable towing service, stay away from this place.
Daughter’s car was towed by them on Friday. After a girl ran into her and totaled her carShe called on Monday so progressive could come pick it up and then she could also get her stuff out of it. Left a lot of messages and they never called back. Told her on Tuesday finally that they talked to progressive and set up an appt. That is a lie. Progressive called daughter on Wednesday and said they never heard from them. They also tried to call the tow company and never had a call back. This is a very shady company and I recommend never use them. If you have a wreck and police call for a tow truck tell them do not call this place.
I was in a car accident on Friday, and Capital Towing ended up towing my vehicle after the police contacted them. Since then, I’ve called multiple times and have not received a single response or call back until yesterday. They let me come and retrieve my things and told me they spoke with my insurance (insurance was calling them as well) and made an appointment with them to retrieve my vehicle. I talked with my insurance today and it turns out that was a flat out lie. They havent talked to them or returned their phone calls. It’s completely unacceptable to be left without answers — especially when you’re already dealing with the stress of a wreck. Their lack of communication and basic customer service is beyond frustrating. I’ve kept records of my attempts to contact them and will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office. No one should have to chase down their own vehicle or be ignored like this. Avoid this company if you have any choice.
