I called AAA and KS Tow Company was asked to change my flat tire. They called to tell me when they would arrive, were here on time and changed my tire, putting on my "donut" in no time at all. Great service!
When my electricity car was out of charge Dave cane two hours and dropped us at the chargers. He's kept us laughing so we wouldn't be so stressed and was gentle with our every car. You guys are awesome and thank you again.

Austin was a total lifesaver! He showed up quickly, handled everything with professionalism, and had the best attitude when my Tesla ran out of battery in the middle of the night in the middle of an entire section. He made a stressful and scary situation so much easier with his calm and friendly vibe. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. If you ever need a tow, ask for Austin D’Angelo he’s the real deal!

Twisted Towing was very patient and kind with my mom. The WPD assigned Twisted Towing when my mom's car was totaled in an accident over 4th of July weekend. The lot is closed Sunday, but they made a special trip in for her to get her items out of the car before her work week. The office exterior and interior were updated clean and organized. This is one of the cleanest lots I have seen. Even though wrecked cars are towed there, the gravel drive was kept up well and any trees trimmed back. You can see the pride of ownership of this business. The same pride of ownership was displayed when they went the extra mile to provide good customer service. Thank you.
This place was a blessing from God in our situation, they are amazing people who really care about their customers. Prices are fair and service is awesome. 👏🏼
Awesome Guys doing an amazing job! Been towed a few times by these guys and you can't find better service. I locked my keys in my car and they were there in 15 minutes and had me in my car and on my way in less then 10!!!
Highly recommend this company! My daughter is a student at WSU (we live in TX). She had a wreck last week a few blocks from where she is staying, and she had her dog with her. Not only did they get her car taken car of, but also gave her a ride home. Very easy to work with when I got there to get all her belongings and was very helpful with the insurance process. Very good customer service!!

I've used this tow service twice and they are fast and professional service. I would recommend them anytime anywhere.
I Just had the worst day since my husband past last Dec. 7th. . . I was stranded in Newton with a split rear tire. . . Sam is my hero and saved the day. Polite and kind and he got me back to Wichita in plenty of time to get a new tire. Thank you TnT Towing for send Sam.

Needed pulled out of a snow drift after a winter storm. Great communication with the dispatcher and driver. They have got my business in the future. I was warned they were busy and it would likely be a couple hours. No big but I only had to wait about 45 minutes.
Fast, professional service. We got stranded, the first truck our insurance called canceled. TNT truck called within 10 minutes and let's us know he was on his way. Great service, all around. Very professional driver.

This is a very poorly ran and highly unprofessional business they're strong suit is predatory towing they come they steal your car make up excuses and lies of why they took your car and once you let them know you have all proof they try to cover up their tracks not this time guys my car was unlawfully and illegally towed for the third time in a row so I've been documenting every instance and taking pictures of everything you guys are going down.
Professional fast and friendly I recommend them if your in a wreck or just need a personal tow happy hooker is the way to go!
Had to have my trailer moved due to a broken axle. The driver was very personable and friendly. I know it was somewhat of a simple task since it's not a big trailer, but everything went smoothly. Excellent experience for sure.

My family and I were broke down on the high of the highway, they had great speedy service. Not only did they go above and beyond with the tow, they had Hertz rental car pick up my family and I from where we broke down and made sure they could get us a one way rental car to make it back home. This is definitely more than a business to them, they make you feel just like family. Thank you for going above and beyond for us!
I called a lot of places in Wichita to see if they would come help me with my flat tire, and all of them were “too busy” and kept sending me to different places. When I called Bud Roat’s the lady told me she didn’t have anyone available at the moment, but instead of sending me away to another business they gave a time estimate of when somebody could be out to help me! They were at my location much sooner than expected! Dude was super nice and very fast! Overall great customer service and super kind employees! Will definitely use again in the future!
I was in a bad roll over accident on I-35 toll road as I hydroplaned-not room in the construction area to do that obviously & I wasn’t going fast. (Sorry I shut down the interstate on May 24th) I’ve had experience with tow companies before & I have to say that this was the best experience I’ve had (in such a bad situation). I had my 3 dogs with me & he let me bring them in the truck (otherwise animal control would’ve taken them😳) I had a fractured sternum & ribs but otherwise we were ok. He let me stop at the gas station to get a drink (watched my dogs while I was in there) & was very informative about costs & definitely had my wellbeing in mind. I can’t recall the guys name but THANK YOU so much for making a horrible situation better & thank you for all your help & information. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I’m not easily impressed-I’m high maintenance so I don’t give compliments unless they’re earned. This guy definitely earned it! There was flooding & im sure it wasn’t pleasant for anyone to be out there in the storm.

Absolutely zero damage to the car and I drive a small Audi TT which is notoriously difficult to get into yet he was able to make it happen with ZERO issues! Thank you to everyone at Bud Roat Towing!

Car just stalled/quit as I was driving, called a few tow companies who were 60-90 minutes out. Called Wichita towing and they had Brian at my scene in 20 minutes. Brian was courteous and kind. Took me to my location with some good conversation and even educated me on a few things on my car. Brian watched the car as it was loaded/unloaded to make sure no damage was done and I had a good experience.

Will is so AMBITIOUS! I'm one of the new security guards, and let me tell you, this guy is a go getter! He was towing cars all night at WatersEdge last night. Everytime we called he showed up in minutes ready to tow. He works so fast. I want WILL everytime if we can get him 😆

After blowing a tire on my bike trailer I was sitting on the canal route in the center emergency lane. Called Kens towing and they arrived in a timely manner. He was very helpful looking over the trailer and giving suggestions of what could be done. He was very careful while loading the trailer and bikes. Once he arrived at my home he took his time to make sure that everything was unloaded without any issues. I highly recommend Kens Auto Tow. The service I received was amazing.
Got to me fast. Great price for quick service, but timing is everything. If they're busy; they'll get to you first chance. I was stranded between towns and it was HOT. I was on the side of a busy highway and hardly no one was moving over for me. Not even semi's. The guy told me no worries he's got me and he did. 107.00 to get my situation back to my town. I'll fkn take it
I called Ken's Tow Service to move my travel trailer which was in a very tight situation in an RV storage facility. The dispatcher was very polite, after gathering information on my predicament, quickly called back and dispatched a wrecker. The wrecker operator was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, took great care to not cause any damage to my RV. The equipment looked brand new. I can't say enough about the excellent experience of dealing with such a professional business. I highly recommend this business, they've earned a 5 star rating. The wrecker said Tow Service on the side, I believe it's a sister company.
I will edit the stars when my insurance company finishes it's investigation into why a dispatcher at Ken's Auto Towing charged me out of pocket when they were already paid through said insurance company. The drivers are nice.

Albert is the best tow truck driver I have come accross ever. I will only trust him in the future to move my classic Porsche's. Great care & patience excercised on every move. I now plan all of my breakdowns around his work schedule.
Great experience! Isaac was friendly and fast. He was out and ready to hook up the van by the time I had ordered some drinks. Dispatch was also fast and efficient. Cost was less than I expected for towing an extended van over a ton. Will use again!

Towall24/7 is the superhero of the towing world. I called them when my F750 decided it was time for a nap in a snowy, slushy sinkhole, and boy, did they deliver. Their phone team was friendly and efficient, making the whole process so smooth I almost forgot I was stuck in a nightmare of ice and despair. They dispatched a driver faster than I could say, “I hope I don’t freeze out here,” and somehow, he managed to show up even quicker than they promised—so fast, even the dispatch team was scratching their heads in amazement. Now, here’s where it gets next-level: The driver. This guy wasn’t just a pro; he was an absolute legend. Picture this: he steps out, takes one look at my F750 in its icy grave, and gets right to work without hesitation. Then, in a plot twist no one saw coming, he falls waist-deep into the slush pit himself. Did he panic? Nope. Did he waste time drying off? Not a chance. He was more worried about rescuing my truck than the fact he was now doing his job while soaking wet. Talk about dedication! She came and picked up my Avalanche and I paid her in cash and she wouldn't give me a receipt. So I called the office and the lady said she would send a receipt to my insurance company but not send me one. I have nothing to show that they came and told my Avalanche so I will not use them again ever!
Customer service could use a little work
This company is awesome! Had a need for tire change on an on ramp, quoted a TAT of 45 minutes..they were there in 10. Did the job as quoted. Fast and friendly. Definitely saving their number and suggesting to friends and family Thank you again!!
These guys showed up very quickly. Jeremiah and Gary were very polite, quick, explained everything they were doing. Before they loaded my car Gary helped me carry quite a few Heavy items from my car to my front door. I felt perfectly safe and knew my car was in good hands. I literally could not of asked for better!
