From the very first phone call, their customer service was nothing short of exceptional. They responded with compassion, professionalism, and an incredibly quick response time, which immediately put me at ease. The owner personally took the time to walk me through every step of the process, including how to retrieve the car from an alternate location, and explained in detail what that entailed. His patience, clarity, and willingness to answer all my questions made a very stressful situation so much easier to navigate. After my initial phone call, he continued to stay in contact with me. This level of customer service and responsiveness is extremely rare to find. Came fast
I had a situation wherein 3 of my colleague's needed a tow at the same time after a late get together (long story). I called EJW and everyone got home safe, quickly and happy. Great prices, great service and I would definitely call them first if we ever need a tow again .

Cityside towing is very friendly was in and out let me get anything out of my car and they didn't steal and they have the cutest highly trained professional attack dog who's the cutest puppy in the world
Corey will yell at you. Came out of the truck immediately mad and with attitude. Randomly started screaming in my face. Video to prove.
I know you don’t get to choose where your car gets totaled, but anywhere nearby Cityside Towing is honestly ideal. Fast service picking you up, loading the cars, and all that. On top of that, so friendly! Not to pick favorites but Rob and Bob are the best!! They’re the most iconic duo you’ll ever meet. Their jokes will put you at ease, easily the best company to have when you’re coming down from the panic of a crash. I even learned a little something about tow trucks, those things can pull massive weight; I really appreciated how accessible they make their expertise.
Great service! My car broke down and the man that towed my car was so kind. I had my kids with me, and he installed my daughter’s car seat in the tow truck so that he could bring us all to the tow lot.
Very rude people. Incomprehensible English and long wait times. Sorry to anyone who has to work with them.

My car broke down in Brighton ,an area I don't know well, and I was panicking . It was 105 degrees and that wasn't the real feel. The driver came in about 20 minutes and dropped me off at Dunkins to wait for my ride. Thank you so much!
My car wouldn’t start after parking it in a parking garage with a low clearance. I called AAA, and they sent D&G to tow it out. They were able to work with the difficult situation.

I don't trust this company, they damaged my car during the towing process and they don't have professional staff. They behave disrespectfully and rudely. This business's tax records, cash and card transactions must be examined, and the employees' legal permits and security cameras must be examined.
Mala organización, muy mal trato con los clientes al momento de pedir información para el retiro del carro, perdí más de una hora buscando mi auto por la mala gestión, gente muy joven trabajando no más de 20 años en el área de pago, no nos dieron el cambio tuvimos que exigirlo ( incluso si son un par de centavos) !! Ellos tenían a un menor de edad en la oficina con el cual tuvimos que hablar y nos mostró la oficina para hablar con alguien, entramos a una oficina donde nos trataron muy mal por tratar de pedir información, y lo que faltaba del cambio cuando pagamos ! Es una lástima que una empresa con esa carga de clientes tenga gente que la represente tan mal, y que no inviertan en una área para recibir a los clientes que pagamos de una manera más digna, ya que en el pequeño pasillo donde se junta la gente es un área demasiado pequeña y las grúas pasan súper cerca ya que no hay una área segura para los clientes esperar cuando la caja está llena, esto podría provocar un accidente gravísimo ! —————————————————————————— Bad organization, very bad treatment with customers at the time of asking for information for the withdrawal of the car, I lost more than an hour looking for my car because of the bad management, very young people working no more than 20 years in the payment area, they did not give us the change we had to demand it (even if it is a couple of cents) !! They had a minor in the office with whom we had to talk and he showed us the office to talk to someone, we entered an office where they treated us very badly for trying to ask for information, and what was missing from the change when we paid! It is a pity that a company with that load of customers has people who represent it so badly, and who do not invest in an area to receive customers that we pay in a more dignified way, since in the small corridor where people get together it is too small an area and the cranes pass super close since there is no safe area for customers to wait when the box is full, this could cause a very serious accident!

They wanted. Me to sell my truck to them b/c a 18 wheeler. Hit. Me. Guy wanted to be rude when I called to ask about coming to get my property out of the car that I assumed was totaled when I got there to get my stuff I decided I was going to be selling my truck and you can send my mechanic to get fixed I brought in my tablets and now I'm able to drive me out of my truck on top of being rude and acting like I was the cause of 18-wheeler hitting me and I need to pay is the warehouse on Staten Island the toll fee for it's sitting there all week even though I wasn't able to make it there because I don't have a car just beware the guy will act like it's your fault and being rude
Predatory towing company. They tell you office open from 8-4pm but in reality they just leave whenever and make you wait on the road.

Very corrupt. They only take cash if your car was towed because of "trespassing" and moreso they don't give change so you need the exact amount. Mine was 146$ for less that 7 hours of my car being there. If your towed for street cleaning or some other reason Boston may have called, then they will take card.
Wish there was an option for 0 stars. I parked outside of an apartment to purchase a used desk from a tenant, I buzzed in, went up to her room and we took the desk down in the elevator, probably 6-7 minutes. When we came down, my car was on a tow truck. The guy said I needed to find an atm and give him 75 dollars which he pocketed. The next day, multiple sensor lights came on in my car which is two years old and has never had any problems. This company is a complete scam, steals money and damages property.
My car was recently towed by Wash Towing due to street cleaning; and unfortunately, there was some accidental damage done to my car during the towing process. As soon as I made the damage known to the folks at Walsh, they apologized for the trouble, and assured me that the cost of repairs would be covered. I was put in touch with Mary Walsh, who was especially helpful -- very communicative, personable, and easy to work with. She cut me a check for the repairs within a few days, and I was on my way. I was expecting the worst, and couldn't be more pleased with how it all turned out.
They towed my car from its legitimate parking space that I own and I had to pay $175 to get it back. Absolute nonsense. I’m not sure how they’re still in business. Very shady practices and completely unprofessional.
I live in Boston I see them tow- all wheel drive vehicles with a wrecker. That's a big no no. This what can happen- With an AWD, you can't just choose the wheels to keep on the ground. Those with a permanent AWD system towed on two wheels would have not only their transmission damaged but also the couplings and other drive components. Please be aware parking in Boston- because this company does not care about people vehicles

Scratched my two week old car with 1,000 miles. I’ve also heard of other people having their car scratched. Tow driver was clearly under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Front desk lady was rude and had no empathy for my situation. Manager is hard to get a hold of. Apparently they arrive to work at noon and can’t be bothered after 5pm.
The ladies In The office are straight to the point . My grief is with the white man i guess helping the tow trucks . I just needed the address since I’m not from the state and he yelled at me about everything else . I just needed the address . Getting towed is already stressful , you don’t need to yell at people .
Bunch of thieves. I picked up my car after getting towed and all the stuff that was in my glove compartment was rummaged through and on the floor of my car. Center console with a bunch of coins was picked clean. Center glove box was also emptied. I asked the lady at the front desk pretty politely about it, and she gets extremely rude, starts throwing a tantrum, and starts screaming. What a joke of a “business”
If I could give 0 stars I would. My car was towed in South Boston and cost $147.00 (in CASH), forcing me to go to the 7/11 across the street to a random ATM at the worst hour of the night. On top of this, my right side suspension was broken when they towed my car causing me to spin out on the highway, and the broken suspension causing $1,200 in damages. Horrible horrible service.

Would not change my tire because I’m on the side of a road (parked in residential neighborhood). What is roadside assistance for if they don’t help cars on the side of a road?
My road side assistance guy was quick and extremely professional! The driver had a great attitude about him. My garage had a low clearance but the truck was able to get in and get my car out. Good job. I will definitely use this company again.
They will take forever to get you a tow sent and then after you pay change the eta to over an hour. They also way overcharge for a tow. Do not call them ever.
Was a little skeptical at first but driver came within the stated time and took care of the job without issue.
Do not use this company. I handed the mechanic my locking wheel nut when he arrived to change my tire and he said “what’s this?” Which should have been my first red flag. I got a new tire put on the next day and they informed me that the mechanic had stripped 5 of the 6 lug nut so I need 5 new studs. The mechanic also did not jack my vehicle properly which resulted in the spare tire tube bending, which also now needs to be replaced.

They hooked up my car in a private parking garage where I was told to park by a tenant, was walking back to vehicle while they were hooking it up, said had to pay $120.00 cash only and they could put it down, I called the tow yard to see if I could pay by credit card and got into an argument with some low IQ moron who basically threatened me over the phone. I wouldn't hire these morons to tow my bicycle, the state should shut them down and the IRS should audit them, cash only.
The black lady with the huge gap in her teeth is very rude, unprofessional, and needs to change her profession if she gets mad at people for asking questions about what happened to their car. This lady is extremely impatient and refused to give me her name when asked. What a joke for a towing company. She yelled and cursed for no reason, and said that we can’t read which is bewildering and I am not sure how she still has a job here. Not sure if all employees are like this here because I see a consistency with these reviews. This individual needs to be fired as she doesn’t represent the company in a positive light. I would give this -stars if I could.
My son's car died on the highway coming from Boston. I googled tow trucks in the area and came across East coast Tow. The dispatcher was attentive and informative and the wait for the tow truck was not long at all. I highly recommend using this tow truck company. I had a great experience under unfortunate circumstances. I am very grateful for a smooth and swift outcome.
My wife called no answer tried several times , we proceed to go to the tow company lot which looks like a dump site no one on the property . This business doesn’t have signs or anything up someone may want to investigate as does not appear to be a legal business . Proceeded to call again a woman answered and was extremely rude to my wife who is trying to find her vehicle . Horrified with how this company speaks to people number one and number two how cars are being allowed to be stored it what appears to also be a dumpster dump site
Since no one wants to have their car towed and your want to blame the tow driver for your mistake, I was polite and in turn they all were polite right back. No problem and I was able to get me car in no time. 4 stars just because it was towed.

This company is absolutely awful and predatory. Towed my vehicle from a paid, reserved parking spot, and overcharges so much. Absolute cash grabbers.
Absolutely rude, vile customer service who has no issue admitting they were operating predatorily. Run, don’t walk away from these people.
It sucked that my car got towed but these guys were pretty cool. They answered the phone quickly when I called. And took time helping me exit the lot. I’m positive I would’ve hit the other cars in the lot without their help guiding me
Parked across from crunch gym, and 20 minutes after parked my car was towed due to being 10 feet away from a “crunch” gym parking spot, in a completly open and abandoned 50+ car parking lot next to the gym (also post work hours). Can tell this company uses vulture techniques by posting up and waiting by open parking lots/spots to get people frequently. Be careful in this lot across from crunch gym, as they are the prowl, and parked across the street waiting to pounce
Reprehensible outfit. Towed my car from a space I paid for on spot hero, that was marked as a spot hero designated spot, well within the timeframe I had reserved. Made no attempt to confirm with spot hero that i was in a valid space, just picked up the car and after pressing them on it and $200 later, guy working gave me their crooked boss’ card and said i would have to take it up with him to even get a full explanation. Total losers
