Parked under 2 hours visiting a friend after working in that area(construction)inside an apartment lot without numbered spots, got towed since I didn’t use the “visitors” sign. Was mad at first but it is what it is, they have good clean tow trucks and I assume they wouldn’t try to hurt a brand new car with low mileage. Had to walk to the atm and to their shop, got my car same day with no hassle. 2.7 stars for remaining professional, could be better if it wasn’t just cash and cause I had the money on my card. I also think fees overly priced since I wasn’t parked overnight or all day.. good luck

Lack of respect and consideration for people, a new sign next to a restaurant and B&B just waiting in the wings. I went in and out of the restaurant with bags of food to be delivered and asked the driver to release the car and I would pay the retention amount but he completely insensitive ignored me. May the same kindness befall your company! Not long ago they were in the newspaper lamenting the closure of a unit and reporting on its drama. But that's what you get when you only think about your own navel.

Updated response to owner: I BEG you to please provide a picture or whatever this proof you have is of pulling our car out of a handicap spot. Beyond that, if people don’t want to believe me, the other reviews for your company speak for themselves. We’ll be sending our video of you pulling our car out of our reserved spot to the police. Be better people. This company will make an attempt to scam you out of money, and I just want to make sure any companies that employ them know that. We are definitely not the first people this happened to based on reviews, but we had our car towed out of our reserved spot that we pay for at our apartment complex. B&B took it on accident (which is what they admitted to when they were first contacted), but when our leasing office called, B&B told them we were parked in a handicap spot and that’s why they took our car. Our leasing office was able to provide proof that we were not in a handicap spot, but B&B refused to bring our car back to us anyways and still made an attempt at charging us to release our car that they incorrectly took. They did end up releasing our car without payment, but only after the aggressive attempt to scam us and then forcing us to come get it ourselves. We also got the police involved after they refused to return our car, and they lied to them about us being in a handicap spot as well. I’m really not the type of person to leave a bad review, and accidents happen all the time. I wouldn’t have been upset at all if they just returned our car in the first place. Just wanted to note this for anyone considering using this company that they clearly strive to steal money.

I parked at porter square shopping center and was not given prior notice of cash-only policy nor did they notify the local police department (MGL Chapter 266 § 120D) which in MA may be considered improper. If so, no charges for removal or storage are permitted, and they must return the vehicle without fe I paid $260 in cash for one tow and one day of storage. Under Massachusetts law, the maximum allowed is $132 tow and $35 storage per 24‑hour period. This amounts to a clear violation of state regulations (220 CMR 272.00 and G.L. c. 159B, § 6B). And the front desk lady named jacky who smokes probably 30 packs of cigs told me it’s cash only. If you find yourself in this position please file with the massachusetts AG bc they are breaking the law.

I ordered a tow for my car that was less than a year old because I ran out of gas and they towed it wrong and completely totaled my vehicle. They have an incredibly sneaky lawyer. I wouldn’t hire them for any services and I would be very careful with checking my car if you ever get towed by them complete buffoons.

I have towed a few cars with him that I could not AAA, not cheap, but is totally legit, been around for decades, insured, and I would imagine is 100% American tax paying business

Poor of customer service, they damaged the front of the car, damaged the headlight and broke it, and scratched the car's paint, I will file a lawsuit against them, and I hope all those affected join me and file a class action lawsuit, you can send me an email, thank you

Locked my friends and I in the tow yard against our will. Dangerous, illegal, unprofessional. Oh, and they damaged my vehicle. Hell is far too good for these people, the absolute scum of the earth.

****BEWARE OF FRAUD*** As much as it sucks getting your car towed, getting towed by Bostonian is the worst possible outcome. 24 hour towing, but you can only pick up the car during business hours. Do a guy a favor and use B&B towing next time since at least they let you pick up your car any time 24hrs/day🙄 Pickup experience: I went in, the woman calculates the total to $345, cash only in 2025. There is an ATM there that has a limit of $200, and the minimum towing cost is $210. So conveniently they will always be able to double dip on the ATM transaction, scamming the residents of Cambridge. I say I will go to the bank and ask her to give me the total again. She calculates $345 which I see on the handheld calculator, and asks for $350. When I ask, she threatens me with an additional $50 fee for something else. I guess the $5 was her fee for doing the 5s calculation a second time. I say fine, we agree on $350. I go to the bank, come back, and now she decides to add the $50 which she threatened me with earlier. Luckily I took extra from the bank otherwise I would have been forced to take a second trip. All in all, very deceptive people. Cash only makes me wonder if they are doing some money laundering or tax evasion. There are very few cash only businesses in 2025. Between the ATM double dipping, cash only, adding extra fees when they said they wouldn't, etc, it is just a very unpleasant experience. Anyway I will be reporting this experience to the city of Cambridge and the State of Massachusetts because I believe there are some protections available to residents of the city/state. Don’t recommend to any vendor conducting business or providing service to this business. Be aware that you will not get paid! The owner will never call back and the staff will cover up for him. Awful business
