It is not specified on their website but their 24/7 service applies to roadside assistance and other things and not their storage. If your car is towed by their services they do NOT offer 24/7 services on getting your car out. For everyone else’s info the hours are: Mon- Sat BEFORE 6pm They were so courteous and gracious to give me the pleasure of allowing me to get my car out on Sunday and because of that I bumped it to 2 stars. However, all of the information and criticism in my review is not wrong nor am I lying. I think information from a business should be transparent in ALL aspects and services that they provide.

I Reached out to this tow( ie google )company and spoke with an individual by the name of “Vee” Extremely unprofessional & rude After, the tow was completed I requested an invoice 3 times, for insurance reimbursement. The company sent the invoice approximately TWO Months later after repeated requests.I then needed a tow again months later. which obviously was against my better judgement, I just was extending a little grace trying to support a small business.Explained to the representative about my last issue and he “Vee” had the audacity deny my request for tow service. I’m an administrator myself and it’s two things I despise. That’s unprofessionalism and arrogance I experienced both with this company and wouldn’t patronize if they were the last tow business in Michigan.
They came quick and were the only ones that answered my call late night (I called a few other places too). Dude was super nice and replaced my tire in less than 5 minutes. Would highly highly recommend

HIGHLY recommend 007 towing!! This brother here came through with his cape and leotard! I was stranded on the freeway for almost an hour before I came across 007 towing. They got to me in 20 minutes! Very professional, friendly and reasonably priced too. I now have this company on speed dial 😁

My daughter needed a tow at 2:30am. Tire rod broke. I found a tow company that was willing to assist. The price was unusually high, but this was an emergency because her vehicle was blocking a side street. So I went with their price. I was guaranteed that the tow would be no later than 1 hr. After a two and half hour wait. I called them and was told They WILL BE ON THE WAY SHORTLY. I immediately cancelled. I was lucky to find Black Knights. The price was far less than the other tow. And I was promised arrival time of 20-30 minutes. Music to my ears Blk Knights arrival was 30 minutes exactly. They were very professional in their manner and work. I have dealt with many different tow companies. Blk Knights definitely best I’ve been involved with.

Juan was awesome, my cars battery was dead and in the garage in a tough position to remove, Juan did an incredible and safe job getting the car out of the garage and to the dealership. He took his time and made sure everything was done while making sure my car was protected.

Called because I I had a dead battery. A young man came out in a car with a handheld charger. Was there less than 5 mins telling my battery was old and tried to sell me a new one. Hooked up the charger to my battery for less than 30 seconds and said it wasn’t the battery and I needed a new starter and battery. Said he would call his friend because his company was to busy to help with a tow. Charged me $40 and left. Called a second company thinking I needed a tow to a shop and the driver hooked up his charger and I was on my way within 5 mins! Wasn’t the starter. Would never call them again. And you shouldn’t either.
I called this place to winch my car out the snow. They came in 30 minutes and the driver took it out the snow in 2 minutes. Other tow companies told me at least a 2 hour wait. Would highly recommend this place.

Everything was good the tow driver was cool and timely, and the figured out what was wrong with my car and fixed it in a day.
The dispatcher was very polite and pleasant. She worked with me on issues I had such as not knowing exactly where I was stranded. They answered my calls quickly and payment was simple. The driver was nice and helpful as well. They sent me updates and were in continuous contact with me while i waited. Over all it was a great experience, considering my car broke down.
Never came to help me and I called so many times this morning and I told him about yesterday I’m sorry for not calling to let him know that I changed my mind to come get my car last night but I had called today this morning to come get it my car for me he said a hour now it’s have been almost 2 or 3 hours bad business now I had to call another tow truck
This is my third time using them. I’ve been a long-standing good client of Bob Adams towing out of Birmingham since 1994. I called them first and after an hour of waiting around the driver called back and said there is no way that we can help you today, so I called my good friends up here and they had a guy out in 30 minutes, the same guy who’s been out twice before super nice super helpful and spot on with a good memory. If you live near or inside Detroit, I highly recommend these people, good, polite and professional!
The operator/customer service representative (a woman) over the phone was very kind & efficiently/quickly gathered my information to start the process for towing my vehicle. Once the representative grabbed my information, a tow truck driver was able to get to my location (off the freeway) within 10-15mins. Tyson was the driver who picked me up and he was very polite, fast & had great customer service skills! I was dropped off to my desired location safely & w/ no issues. Making a payment was very easy (sent a text w/ a link to make payment- can use Apple Pay) & not too expensive (10miles was $185-$188). A great service provided by Iron Hook Towing. They take extra care when transporting and ensure the vehicle is moved safely.
Iron Hook Tow Service towed my car after it broke down, and the service was great. The driver arrived quickly and handled everything professionally. He even gave me a few tips on where to take my car for repairs. They made a frustrating situation much easier, and I appreciated the fast, reliable service.
I had an incredible experience with Iron Hook Towing when I needed my car transported from Detroit to Chicago - I was a bit nervous about the whole long-distance haulage thing, as I’d never had my car moved that far before, but iron hook towing was fantastic from start to finish!! They gave me a fair quote upfront, kept me in the loop throughout the journey, sending me updates along the way. When my car arrived in Chicago, it was in the exact same condition I had left it in. If you need reliable long distance towing, I can’t recommend Iron Hook Towing enough!!

I didnt get a Tow from this company and I never would. Im a Rideshare driver, 6 years 5stars and I had a whole road rage incident on Mack in Groesbeck heading towards St. Clair Shores direction, with one of these Tow drivers with a license plate beginning with BC1177 today. He was blowing the horn on that big ahh Truck, pushing about 60 in a 30, trying to run me off the road and jumping in front of my little Kia and stopping that big truck. Im just a girl but not your average woman, I can drive baby and I'm never scared of Noone, idc if you're a man. His wife was out there and she did nothing, I cant imagine how he treats her when he cant control his emotions. This gave The Hills Have Eyes 🖐🏾 though and im 🖐🏾. I wouldn't trust these ppl, NO! They were gross and weird. This 🥷 a slow crash out, and they just let anybody get these licenses, Be careful.

If you’re looking to donate your money to a business that doesn’t deserve a cent, this is your place! We’ve never seen a towing company operate with the finesse of a magician—now you see your wallet, now it’s gone. Our trailer got towed, and suddenly we're paying more than a value of a whole trailer is worth just to get our cargo off the trailer. How do they do it? We're still trying to figure it out. They should offer a “Comedic Relief” discount because we laughed harder at their pricing than we have in years. The only thing faster than the tow truck was how quickly they charged us. The invoice? Fast and professional, Highly recommended
I was on my home from work last winter around 4am. A water main had burst on Van Dyke & Warren. I thought I could could drive through the icy water but stalled out 3/4 of the way. I called AAA. They told me 2 hours ETA. I called Willie Bea Towing. They told me they'd be there in 30 or less. He was there in less than 20 minutes and had my car loaded on the truck in 10 minutes. The driver was clean, respectful, and efficient. I'd recommend this towing service to all.

This place is a massive lawsuit waiting to happen. They illegally tow cars and then refuse to allow you to retrieve your personal belongings including insurance + registration from the car (which is also illegal under Michigan law) so they can keep your car impounded for longer and rack up fees. Shady “business” if you can even call it that run by scammers. Make sure you keep receipts of all interactions with them so you can dispute any charges from them with your bank and/or an attorney.
If I could leave 0 stars i would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a tow yard. The police should establish a deal with a new company. The clerk kept walking away from people with money in hand to answer phone calls or talk with coworkers or do whatever she was doing. Do not recommend coming here. Call a different company with better customer service if you need a tow. You won't get the help you need here.
Hired Chris from unit 41 to bring a Hilo from Ohio to Michigan. He did a great job and was very personable. Would definitely work with Chris again. What a fantastic guy

My friend and I went there, and they told us “We have 37 cameras watching everything.” But guess what? That didn’t stop them from stealing everything from my friend’s truck – all his CPC, tools, parts and personal belongings were gone. This place doesn’t help people – it robs them, then acts like they’re untouchable. They are liars, scammers, and thieves. Nothing about this business is honest. They target people who are already in difficult situations and make it worse. ⚠️ Stay far away from Goch & Son’s Towing. Report them. Warn others. This place should be shut down.
Called Goch this morning 7/1/2025 ,my daughter had a blowout the night before on her way to work, so she needed a tow to the tire shop up the street. Lady was rude and even lied about me call her about my stole trailer. The police call me at 8pm Aug 5th. I spoke with her for the first time at 8:30am . I asked her want did I need to get my trailer. She told my the registration and my I'd. I even asked if the trailer was able to towed home. When I get there. She claims she told I need 315 dollars. Plus she don't tell me that I need to send them text with me information. They had my trailer 4 days before they called me. The trailer was missing tire. They are ripping Detroit off ... Beware the lady that answer the phone will lie to you.....
Awful experience , customer service gave me a hard time and would not work with me to get my car released in a timely fashion. I literally had to stand for 5 minutes and stare at the receptionist as she purposely ignored me sitting on her phone before heading over. Unnecessarily rude and just an overall terrible place to deal with . What should have taken 10 minutes lasted for 2-3 hours
The Worst Towing Experience Ever.... Literal Legal Car Thieves I had a rollover crash on the freeway, I wanted to call my insurance company to tow the vehicle. The state police convinced me to let this towing company take my vehicle. I was out of the hospital in an hour and went to retrieve my vehicle at which point they said it was 318 dollars before 4 pm. I got there at 3:00 the price was 360 plus taxes and it would have been over $400 and more money everyday after. Detroit is a poor city and this company deliberately does this because they know most people can't afford it which means they'll have to forfeit their vehicle. I was able to get my vehicle but I know people who've had their vehicles stolen and this company wants to charge several hundred dollars just for the person to see their vehicle after it's been retrieved. Talk about victimizing the victim twice and they have they blessing of the courts and police departments to get away with this. This towing company is nothing more than the mob backed by the police to make money for the city. Needs to be closed or truly regulated because most of the cars and trucks on the lot belong to single moms who can't afford another costly bill, they lose their cars and have to catch the bus with children in dangerous conditions. Heartless, don't ever let this company tow anything for you. This company has legally taken lots of vehicles using shady tactics. Everything I stated here is facts
Due to the unfortunate ran in late June 2021, my son's car caught in the flooding waters at 2am in the morning. His car, along with other vehicles were moved to the median. We called AAA and had a 10 hour wait for a tow. We located an independent tow truck driver to retrieve the car before then. When we arrived, the car was gone! It wasn't even 24 hours. Called the MI State Police and was given the information to LIJBS Towing...it goes down hill from there. I called to inquire about the car and right off the bat they were rude!! They answered the phone, told me to hold on and didn't come back to the phone for several minutes. I could hear their conversation, because apparently, they don't know how to use the hold button or it was a cell phone. I couldn't get all my questions answered before I was told, I can't see about it today, I would have to come on Monday, which was two day later. That means storage fees, which was $20 a day. The storage fees weren't the issue, the issue was the horrendous amount of extra fees and cost they added. It went from $60 to over $1,000!! How do you sleep at night LIJBS TOWING, knowing you are robbing people?!? I could understand if the car was there for days, but we went to get the car before 5pm!! If this is they way you do business, you need to close your doors immediately!! Cheating people WILL catch up to you...eventually...

Steve assured me that he could pick up both me and my car from a location where I was stranded, but only after I sent a $100 deposit. Trusting his word, I made the payment. However, after sending the deposit, he never showed up, leaving me stranded and without any communication. As a young woman alone in an unfamiliar area, I felt vulnerable and deeply disheartened by this clear exploitation. I would strongly advise against using this company.

Robbed me and my two kids for $300 dollars just to drop the car in the Meijer Parking Lot where he just tried to take it. No signage. No care that it’s a Dad and his teenage Son’s. Blew our budget up for Draft weekend. No care about how ridiculous $300 was for anyone let alone we just traveled from VA to be here. SMH!!

I recently had a terrible experience with this towing company that I need to share to warn others. It seems they're running a hustle in the Meijer parking lot. My brand new $108,000 Cybertruck was towed just 30 seconds after I walked away. I immediately got an alert and rushed back. As a Meijer customer, I had every right to park there. Initially, the driver agreed to release my car for $200, but then he kept raising the price, clearly taking advantage of my social status. When I asked for a receipt, he outright refused! This is a total scam. I will be reporting this company to every authority and review platform possible. Avoid them at all costs!
Thanks for towing my car and having me spend 250 during my disabled sons senior week among all the other expenses I'm coming out of for his senior year. Faded chalk signs you pointed to you can't read con artistry to me and cash only in 2024 with a disgustingly rude sarcastic being explaining the tow as he thinks it's funny being inhumane to a mother who has a tight budget. I hope your proud of yourself smh people have enough going on trying to live and be in a healthy mental state
