Good service, good price, fast, very friendly
Great Business, the guy showed up on time and got everything done for me. He got my car door open for me. I was locked out of my car because of battery failure, and even open my trunk where the battery was at.

I didn’t very much appreciate the driver he really didn’t know what he was doing also he broke my axle on my car the shop said it wasn’t broken so he did trying to tow it. Other then that the service was great , very great price I very much appreciate the service just not who helped me

He knew what he was doing. Not only did he provide me great service but he also went a step further and helped me fix my trailer something he did not have to do but insisted he did. These guys are great. They qouted me a very good price to tow my semi truck for about 60 miles back to detroit from ohio. They dont take advantage of you being broke down far from home. Tow truck was dispatched and on his way emmidiatly after I called and showed up on time. Nice new equipment. Very proffessional and experianced driver. He was extemely nice did a great job.

Called to get help for a flat tire for my 81 year old grandfather. I understand I'm not entitled to your work but don't tell customers an hour and then a rate. He sat for 2 hours and the guy never bothered to call or show. Have respect if you want good business 👌
Zach went over the top for me and my car issues. I work at the airport and he went to bat for me all the way until the end. There was a huge issue with airport employee parking security involved giving us problem after problem. His prices are extremely reasonable. This place was very efficient and fast. Our tow truck driver Bob was very friendly and professional. Neuters came to the rescue after we tried multiple other towing agencies with no luck. They made our morning after sitting and waiting for other tow companies for 5-6 hours they came in less than 30 minutes and got my car home!!! Amazing people and amazing service.

Jimmy that flat bedded my 1967 Pontiac was very professional. He made sure my car was safe and secure before transporting. Plus he arrived 30 minutes before I was told they would. Can’t argue with that! Great service! Will use again.
This place full of crooks got into an accident wasn't my fault.tried to charge me close to $400 bucks to get my car. Had no choice but to leave it. I got a chance to clean the car out. I had money in my car, some coins that were dear to me, and the tow truck driver stoled them. To the driver, they stole my coins. You know who you are. And I'm sure you've stolen from 100 innocent victims since my accident.
After an accident in Grosse Pointe, the officers called Neuners Towing, which owns 4 tow places including Woods Towing. The driver refused 3 times to take my car to the body shop I requested, which would have been a mile and a half away. Instead, taking it to their lot, where it languished for 4 days, instead of being addressed at the body shop right away Monday. It's my car, I should be able to put it where I want. This way they get my insurance to pay for the tow to their yard, the tow back to the body shop and the storage fees that accrued that were unnecessary. I suggested Grosse Pointe address this since their contract is with them.

Great group of guys helped me on expressway the other night
I had a blowout on 8 mile and Grosebeck on 2/21 I called my insurance company they said due to alllll the road issue in my area we were on a code blue (like I knew what that was) & they have dispatched a few different tow trucks but they were all on an at least 4 HR delay!... After getting fed up of waiting I google towing in the area and three popped up I went with ROAD AID because of its 5star rating but I was skeptical ... FROM THE MOMENT TONY answered he immediately put me at ease and heard me out and my frustration ... HE HAD A TRUCK TO ME WITHIN 10 mins & it only GOT BETTER FROM THERE!!!! Mike F. Was sooooo very polite, personable & professional! I ONLY WRITE A REVIEW WHEN ITS TOP NOTCH SERVICE and ROAD AID GETS IT!!!!!! Here the 6th star they deserve⭐️ Thanks again Hannah

They Drove my vehicle around. When I got my car back a few days later it wreaked of marijuana. They smoked weed in the car and drove it around, Rummaged thru the entire vehicle. Had to pay $280 to get detailed just to get the weed smell out. Shouldn’t be allowed to do police impound
