The man I spoke with over the phone was very professional and made sure to ask questions so I could get the help I needed quickly. All I can say is every woman needs AAA or some type of roadside assistance. I have paid for AAA for years and never used it. In the past 8 months I have had a dead battery and today a flat tire. Shawn Valentine from Signature Towing has called on me both times. Great service!
I was returning to SW Florida, pulling a Casita 17’ travel trailer. My towing vehicle was struggling and Justin Byers came and and helped me. He is caring and thoughtful. Justin, thank you so much. I never had anymore trouble on the way home.
I wish that I could give Signature Towing zero stars but that is not allowed on Google. I am writing this as I am waiting to be picked up by their driver Earl M. He was scheduled to be here an hour ago but he is still a no-show. He text me 50 mins ago saying that he would be here to get me after he got gas. AAA sent me a link 2 hours ago to keep up with his location but he turned it off and they could not find him either when I called to check his ETA. Maybe it’s an Earl M. thing and not Signature Towing but he is a horrible representation of their brand!!
I can’t thank you enough or say enough good things about the great service I received yesterday. Your technician Catherine Mikie was awesome. Very quick to respond and diagnose my battery problem. I drive a diesel truck that has dual batteries. Both needed to be replaced. The first battery was replaced on site and got me rolling again. Later in the evening on her way home she went out of her way to deliver and install the second battery at our home. GREAT JOB!!! Professional, personable and very knowledgeable!!!! It’s great to know that we have folks like you and Mikie to come to our aid when we have a need!!! 5 STARS ALL AROUND!!!!
After setting up an appointment for her vehicle to be towed, my sister was left stranded in the dark in another state. She was left waiting for hours past the original scheduled time. This company neglected a person in need of their services and left them in a dangerous situation. If you or someone you know needs towing, do not rely on this company.

Triple A service hands down. My towing company for years. He really out to help people, if they give you a fee for towing PLEASE tip them for more than what they charge because it's more than fair!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service and inaccurate information, tow truck driver very rude and reception is not knowledgable. Wont refer any one. Will never use their services!. Plain unprofessional.

I called and needed a tow, I was told they didn’t have any drivers in town. They advertise 24/7 service and can’t provide a driver at 9am on a Saturday. I’ll never call or recommend halls again. Do better guys.

I was traveling to Ross Barnett reservoir to Tommy’s landing pulling my bass boat. My truck started having transmission issues. Hayles got my truck & boat transported back to my home safely which was 3 hours away. Very nice, courteous & professional driver. Would highly recommend Hayles !
Most horrible place ever I was locked up for 10 days when I got out this place told me they didn't have my car for another 5 days when I finally get there they want 1800 for my car to get it back I wind up paying 1000.00 cash . They give me the key I get in my car to crank up and it's not even my car key it's a truck key . Turns out they can't find my car key say this is the one jpd gave them . (This was on Friday) I come back on Tuesday with a locksmith to make me a new key for my car for 200 dollars and my car is gone they don't know where it's at . Turns out they sold my car to a guy who mysteriously found the key and drove it back up there for me to finally take home
During the ice storm they didn't even want to come out to help me get my car out the ditch
A friend of mines got into wreck and all she wanted was some important papers out of the car, and I was only 20 ft away from the car. Is that too much to ask for some papers out of the car?
Response time was ok, but was having my truck towed from my house to a nearby shop. Call to check on the repair of my truck and they said they have the truck but not the keys. Come to find out my keys were found threw in a bucket without being taged by the tow truck driver instead of being placed in the after hours drop box now I have to wait longer on my truck witch I really need. But I promise hayles didn't offer me a discount. Won't be using again

Terrible experience. Picked my car up and was paid. He then agreed to buy the car from me. He was closed for 4 days and I couldn't pick the car up. He agreed I could get it on the following business day. He agreed to a price on the car. When i called back, he told me I had to pay him for the time he had the car on the lot. He is a liar and a thief. I'm willing to bet the other reviews on his page are family or done by him. Don't use this guy.

This company is not reliable. My items were stolen out of my truck. He also abandoned my vehicle in the front of a place that was not open. I ask him and he lied about he had a special drop off place. Lies, Lies and more lies. Dishonesty is not key in God's eyes. You will pay for stealing items that did not belong to you.
I love this company!!!! Always does great work, very reliable and affordable. I recommend you call them for all your automotive repairs and service....
