I didn’t even have my car towed by this company but I can tell it is run by good people. I am dealing with another shady tow company and I called B&F for advice on how to handle the situation. The owner has been amazingly helpful, especially considering I am not even a customer of theirs. That says A LOT!

After getting stuck on an icy road, we worked with our insurance company, Auto Owners, who were able to get B&F out to our stranded cars and towed them both to our house. They were quick to arrive and handled everything great. Highly recommend!

Incredible experience. Customer service was outstanding, and my vehicle was picked up at the exact time anticipated over the phone. Now let’s talk about the price. If you don’t use this company to tow your car, you’re getting robbed by the $300-$400 I was quoted by other companies. They have Costco prices, and don’t skimp on their shining customer service. I’ll never call another company again for a tow, unless I’m way outta town. King Towing is the Royalty of Tow Companies, in my opinion.
Driver was not familiar with Kansas city. Would not take me home as they had indicated when I called in. I tried to direct him to a route that would take him very close to my house but he insisted on going the way his navigator system told him to go. I was not real happy about that as I had to pay for an uber. Other than that service was fine and very prompt
Best towing company I've used! Only company working in the storm, got to us quicker than expected, great communication. Michael is awesome, did a great job, and just a very nice guy.
The 5-star rating goes strictly to Tristan the driver that came to pick me and my car up. The office staff would get ⭐⭐⭐. While I waited 3 hours for the tow, Tristan was very apologetic and very nice. He drove very carefully and at or below the speed limit and I felt very safe. I was towed from the Northland down to Ryan's Auto Care on Truman road and the bill was only $130. Thanks again Tristan!
Car was stolen from Wyandotte County and found in Independence MO. They picked my car up within 5 minutes of my call and delivered to me within the hour. Michael, the truck driver was wonderful! He was very professional and explained everything to me. His understanding and personal attention to to my issue was much appreciated. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had flat tire at Q-Trip in below zero temperature I called Autobot And within 20 minutes one of their drivers pulled up. Very professional man came to the window introduced himself. And within 30 minutes had my tire fixed. I was back on the road. Thanks so much for the safe and kind service.

I slid on ice on a hill and almost hit a parked car. I was able to stop my car before hitting the other one but just by an inch. I couldn’t move the car anywhere without hitting the other one and they came and rescued me. They are so amazing and I will definitely cal them for help in the future!
The best services Fast , reliable service I called 6 to 10 more services online and most of them did not even send somebody after they gave me time to wait…. Then other scammers on Google gave me other numbers it was hell …. After I called autobot they arrived in less than 15 min , great services , not expensive, no problems

I'm very pleased with the service I received from the dispatcher and especially the tow truck driver. They were both very pleasant and patient with me, given that I'm an airhead. The tow truck arrived within 30 minutes and quickly loaded my car. The driver himself spoke to my mechanic about where to place it. I only paid $68 to have my vehicle towed because I wasn't charged mileage for the short trip. They make paying by credit card quick and easy as well. Don't shop around. Just let Expert Tow handle things.
The guys at expert tow are great! Ricky and his dad do nothing but help the whole community. Stand up guys! If you need a tow this is where u get it.
These people are very rude and uptight. Plus they are crooks. Told me I have to pay an extra hundred on top of the original tow bill because they had to hook it to the wench. It was a flat bed truck. They don't drive cars up on the tow trucks anyway. So then he tried to say that he had to use the wench to unload it as well. I am sure he put it in neutral and let it roll back. He said he also had extra work to do that consisted of lifting the hood and unhooking the battery. When I called to find out the total amount to bring in he did not say a word about the added $100 fee. They closed at noon. My appointment was for 11:30. So he knew that I was only bringing amount that I was told to bring. I feel like he waited to tell me about the extra fee just so that I would not bring enough money and would have to leave it until Monday, since I didn't have enough time before closing to get the money. When I spoke to him the night prior to going and picking it up, he asked what day I had purchased it. I told him December 6th. Well the person I bought it from never titled it when he bought it and the guy on front of title had sent the bottom of title in. So it said the 20th of October is when the car had been purchased and the title said December 6th. So he could have told me over the phone that my date didn't match the paperwork he collected from the state about it. I think that maybe if he could find someone willing to donate the time and effort it would take to remove the giant stick from his rear end that maybe he would no longer be so up tight. I would not even rate this company with one star if that was an option I had to choose. Two thumbs 👇. No stars really...
This company sold my son a used 2000 Chevy Silverado with a bad transmission. It’s his first vehicle. They put just enough refrigerant in the AC system to make it work the day we bought it.
Terrible people. 24 hours but sounded like she was FREAKIN SLEEPING!!! Said she would send someone my 22 year old daughter is stranded by herself at 1215 am and less than 2 miles away.. over an hour later she's still stranded. Not a safe place to call for your daughters, sisters, aunts. Moms or Nanas. Don't waste your time. They will leave your loved one stranded... while they catch some Z's.. call king tow instead. They were there in 30 minutes, much cheaper and more responsive.

Locked my keys in my car at Quik Trip and Impact Tow happened to stop for gas and noticed I was having trouble. Josh immediately asked if I needed help and proceeded to help me get into my car! I couldn’t have been luckier!

Horribly unprofessional desk clerk who is inconsiderate of peoples conditions when they come to gather their belongings AFTER AN ACCIDENT! If people bring others, especially adults, to help if they are injured, you should let them! just too much!! You would think this bus would do something about this especially since there are many other complaints! The city needs to ban them from working the scene of accidents if they continue to treat their customers this way! Definitely would not recommend!
Everytime it's a different amount yet they claim to treat everyone the same. They charged $300 for a sugar creek p.d. tow & 1 night storage because they aren't open after 5 to retrieve vehicles.and my belongings were stolen. I wasn't given an inventory or rate sheet

TERRIBLE COMPANY. My car was labeled as undrivable (it's not) and improperly towed from my parking lot (7 others towed as well, all legally able to park there). Front tire was blown out leaving the impound lot and had to be towed to a tire shop. Was told I had to pay in cash so you know they aren't paying taxes on their extortions. They also failed to report the vehicle as towed to police because of a "messed up fax machine" so for 3 hours I believed my car was stolen. Had to call off of work, file police reports, the whole nine... Just absolutely no remorse, no apologies, and no corrective action from this company for their missteps. For shame...
White wrecker with gray ford fusion on wheel lift was doing 20 over with no straps, light indicators on car. I attempted to call the office to inform of concerns, immediately after answering front desk person said he was in route to wreck and would not listen to my concerns about this driver possibly getting someone hurt, just completely blew me off.
Drove three hours to pick up a piece of equipment they were storing on their yard. Called in advance to be sure they would be around and available to load. They made my driver wait for four hours and then told him they would not load him that day because there was snow and ice on their yard. The snow and ice was there when I called them originally. Went back with my own loader the next week because they were “unable” to load it even though they are a very capable towing company. They charged me more storage time and not even an apology for the six hour trip that I took the week before when they were unable to load it. This was after they tried to scam the insurance company for more than double what the original agreed charges were. Please be very aware that these people are very dishonest.
Disappointed is the word. I called last night and was quoted $105 to pay with my debit card for a tow 4 miles from my house to the mechanic. Not a problem, because I know that they do have to travel to me and many factors are involved. I was very happy to pay this price. After scheduling, I got called by Cody, the tow truck driver, last night and he informed me that he would not be coming to my house because he had bald tires on his wrecker. I told him that I agreed with that decision, and that they should send another driver that had tread on his vehicle for the safety of the driver, my vehicle, and the vehicle that they would be operating. I was contacted by their dispatcher who informed me that he was going to put me on the schedule for this morning for a pick up at 6:30 AM. I woke up at six in the morning to be ready for the driver and I never received a phone call. I finally Decided to pick up the phone and call them around 7:42am, this morning, and was informed that they had no idea that I was supposed to be on the schedule and that their usual dispatcher had been in a wreck. I was OK with this simply because lack of communication does occur and it’s no one‘s fault usually except the two parties involved. I was happy to be flexible with them because I did not have to be at work until noon. The tow truck driver came shortly thereafter, got up to my house, pulled into my yard and then proceeds to back down the hill after realizing that he cannot get my car from the current position, so what I did from that point was advised to him that he should back up to my car, pick it up and then pull it straight out after. Once backed down the hill, he walked up the hill and told my husband that he did not think that he should do the maneuvering that was requested and he told us that he was going to come back around 1 PM today once the snow and ice had melted from in front of our house, which again was also just fine because it is very snowy and icy in Kansas City, right now and while we’re on the Kansas side it’s also pretty bad. 1230 approaches and I called the tow company to let them know that all the snow and ice has gone that is fully melted with our 40° temperatures and that they can send the wrecker, who by the way was the same guy from last nights phone call, so CODY, back to pick up the car. I was then told by the dispatcher that the tow truck driver informed them that he backed down our hill slid the entire way and hit a metal pole and did not feel comfortable coming back to the house. None of which occurred as we watched the entire time, and have clear view. That dispatcher, then proceeds to tell me that he has sent two wreckers out to my house with no success, when I’ve only had one visit, and a phone call refusal last night, and then also proceeds to tell me that there’s nothing further that they can do for me and that I will need to contact another company which at this point I’m OK with contacting another company because I’ve received lackluster service and apparently their tow driver likes to lie to get out of his jobs. If that’s the kind of people that you like to employ, then good for you, but that’s not the kind of people that I like to receive service by or that many people here in Kansas City would like to receive service by. I just hope that this review gets into the good hand that it needs to so that may be some changes can be made And the employee can be spoke to and that he knows that you don’t have to lie to get out of a job if you don’t want to pick up the vehicle fine just say that. Due to recent events, very poor service/communication And a lying tow truck driver I am giving one star. Be well.
John and his boss were absolute angels to me ! Someone smacked and ran after hitting my car at 2am and he came and saved me and gave me a ride home with my truck. A great guy and a great company thank you again🙏🏾
