MJ was our driver. From the minute I called, he assisted in every way needed. MJ was honest and to the point. He arrived before the ETA he originally gave me. Fair pricing and Professional service by Rafael at Get it Done Towing. We needed a reach truck moved to the other side of our building and we were able to get same day support on this request. Load was handled with care and supports were done correctly to avoid any damage to the lift. We will definitely use them for future needs.

I was able to call in and schedule a time to get vehicle towed up to a shop. They fit me in on 1 days notice and towed my vehicle with no issues! He even made sure not the break my front lip! Very fair pricing as well! I will be recommending my family to him as well.

I had a great experience with Non Stop Towing. I need to have a Forklift OffLoaded, and these guys had a perfect truck and the experience to offload my lift onto the street. I highly recommend these guys to take care of your towing needs.
Just want to say hands down Non StopTowing is the best towing service I’ve ever had In my life. They are on it. Fast , friendly , efficient, and most importantly know what they are doing when it comes to any situation. Leo and Justin have both helped me tow my unit and did an awesome job getting there, towing it to where I need it, and communicating everything in an easy and stressful manner. I completely felt the whole time While I was with them that I was in the best hands possible. Will be using their service for years to come every time I need it. The driver was great and picked us up on time. Down side was it was $408 for them to tow a truck 13 miles. They charged $55 just for ATTEMPTING to tighten some lug nuts. If you don’t mind wasting money then this company is great.

I was stranded approximately 250 miles north of Vegas on hwy 93 narrow road plus No cell service I was driving a class A RV. I had to call 911 who patched me to Quality Tow they had no one available but passed me to Snap Towing. From the lady who answered to Rodger who came for me then later Sam on a relocate all were very helpful as my situation was not good being stranded. The tow was approximately 11 hours from time Rodney left Vegas to get me then arrived in Vegas around 4am next day.I took a chance on Lazy Days RV but they were unable to even check I then called On the Spot mobile RV mechanics who spent 2 hours to trace problem apparently the coach was in a high crime area so we moved to the mechanic’s facility as parts would take a few days. Rodger said if relocate needed he would make the cost low, Sam from snap came out and moved both drivers know their stuff I was there both times. I was happy with the way I was treated plus the professional ability of both drivers
🛑 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are untrustworthy with the rowing of customers cars. The driver listed in the photo was mere inches away from rearending me! Then he decided to tailgate me because the speed limit was too slow for him! All while carrying 2 cars on his bed!!!! Also when I called to report the driver the office assaint couldnt even wait to hear me respond to please hold as I would have told her NO!!!! your on of your trucks rear-ended me!!!!!! Now I've been on hold for a whopping 20 min. Being in the Customer service industry myself, this a horrible look on this company. I would not trust them to carry my car!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Responding to your reply!! Your company is a JOKE!!! And so is that response. Again it's NOOOOOOO surprise at all the rating you have! #DoBetter #BeBetter!
I have to give them 5 stars because of their employee Brody. He helped us with looking at cars at their auction and he was amazing. This was our first time doing the car auction and he made us feel at ease with everything. We ended up with a 1999 Honda Accord and it has been working great so far. This company is better because of Brody and I hope they know what a stellar employee they have on their team.
Last night my car was towed and when I called to get information I was helped by James. He was extremely patient with me and really took the time to explain everything without getting overwhelmed with the amount of questions I asked and if I was confused he made sure that I understood the process. If I could give this company a 10 star ⭐️ I would do so. I would like to first start off by saying thank you so much Jorge for your great and wonderful customer service. This is the fastest towing I have ever had. I called to have my vehicle towed and I just knew it would take about an hour or so for the tow truck to arrive. This company had someone there at my location within 20 minutes. Not only was the tow company quick and efficient, but Jorge waited on me to arrive at the location. I was riding my bike 🚲 and if you live in Vegas we all know how hot it’s been, so my arrival time was thrown off. Jorge patiently waited on me to arrive. I recommend this company to any and everyone. Just know when you call for towing be close by because their response time is quick. This is a very reliable company. Thank you again so much for your wonderful service

Got an orange notice on my car from these guys saying it was going to be towed from my assigned parking space at my apartment complex for having "expired tags"? Also instead properly throwing out the paper backing to the sticker they just dropped it on the ground next to my car and left it there. *editing to add a pic of where it says expired tags on the notice they left*
They towed my car and in the process they have dented my bumper and scratched the bottom of my car. I have called multiple times and left multiple voicemails in attempt to get in contact with the claims department for their liability insurance information. I have still not heard back from them. This is absolutely ridiculous. If anyone gets their vehicle towed by this company please make sure you document any damage and obtain their liability insurance information.
I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I contacted your office and spoke with a representative named Sierra, who abruptly and unprofessionally disconnected the call. I am seeking a clear explanation as to why I received a "warning notice" when none of the cited violations apply to my fully registered and fully operational vehicle. Based on this experience, it is evident that this practice borders on predatory and deceptive behavior. If this is how your organization routinely conducts business, I sincerely hope that appropriate action is taken--these scammers need to be shut down.
My vehicle was towed with a courtesy message stating it had infractions that needed to be corrected. Ok, fine, how come their courtesy message does not include the date when they will come back to tow your vehicle? It just states the date they placed the courtesy message on it, so you're in limbo, not knowing how long it will take them to tow your vehicle. My keys were locked in my car, and I was short on cash to get a locksmith to come out, so I could not move it on time. Not knowing when they would be coming was the issue. As I explained earlier, the infractions stated no plates and vehicle parked over 72 hours in the same spot. Well, I got a 30-day moving permit the day before they towed my vehicle, and with the keys locked in the car, I placed the temp right on the passenger front windshield with tape. I also placed a letter on the driver's side windshield stating, please do not tow my vehicle. I will be moving the vehicle by 5:00PM. They had no remorse the day before they towed it; The next day those towing claws pulled that vehicle out like there was no tomorrow. Upon calling them, their excuse was we don't make the rules; we only enforce them, but to hear that after the attempt I made to try not to have my vehicle towed and to show nothing but hate and remorse in the training of your drivers only thing left after them taking the vehicle you needed with minimal funds and hard times It is to 🙏 for them my attempts not to have my vehicle towed. I've been pulled over before by police, and they gave me a break plenty of times. We talk about having the hype of being a PD impound and enforcing the rules. I pray for the owner of this company. May God put peace upon him and his employees if that makes them happy and keeps them in business. God Bless Them. I'm just one of the people that was hoping with the struggles I'm going through that, those attempts would have possibly left me with a smile of something gone right PS TITAN TOWING! Don't mean this in a bad way. You can have the car. I don't have the funds to get it out?
Llegaron a las 10:30 de la noche a querer remolcar un vehículo de la familia, sin antes advertir que es lo correcto. El auto estaba parqueado frente a casa pero el encargado de asociación llamó para que se llevaran el vehículo. Al darnos cuenta se trató de hablar con el conductor de la grúa que encargado el inicio parecía amable a su conveniencia luego al saber que no permitiríamos que se llevara el carro se puso altanero y odioso, claro es su trabajo porque estaba perdiendo 204 dólares que nos estaba cobrando. Trató de llamar a la Policía pero al ser parqueo privado ellos no interfieren, eso lo hizo con deseos de amedrentarnos porque siendo el chofer de grúas sabe que no se presentarían. La contestación fue “bueno aquí me quedo”. Ok aquí nos quedamos todos se le contestó. Dos horas después dijo que se retiraría. Obvio sin el vehículo. Fue una noche larga pero hicimos valer nuestros derechos.
