We called our roadside assistance service and a truck with Auto Towing & Roadside Assistance was sent to our location. The tow truck driver was professional and courteous, and knew what he was doing. Our large pickup truck was towed to the location we requested and we were satisfied with the service.

First off, have locked myself out of my car so much it’s not even funny at this point. Out of all the places I have called and used around Las Vegas. Auto towing has been the best! Fast, polite, and patient. Only people I would call now! I often run over curbs and get flats and have to get towed to the nearest tire shop. Thankfully haven’t in a couple months. However when that time comes I know who to call!
i can’t speak highly enough. My husband & daughter got 2 flats 22 miles in on a dirt road that was an hour from home. The driver was confident he could tow them out even though high clearance vehicles required. 1.5 hrs on rough road to get to them & another 4 hrs to get back to pavement. Amazed at how well he handle the road towing a car. Delivered car & still had a amile on his face. Excellent experience.

Life saver! Our truck had a massive blowout at 11 PM on a weekend just outside the Valley of Fire. We were towing a 5th wheel and the muffler was completely bent into the wheel well. Reggie’s was quick to respond and came out to help us off the highway. Fast, friendly, fairly priced. Definitely recommend.

BEST TOWING IN VEGAS. Got stranded on the freeway early in the morning. Victor the owner was the only place I called that picked up immediately, gave me the cheapest price, and was the fastest. Got picked up in under 45 minutes and brought me to a mechanic all while being friendly and helpful. Wish I could rate it higher, only tow truck company id recommend.
Today I called another tow company who told me I'd have to wait an hour . After calling back an hour later I called to get a ETA she told me another 45 mins . I called priority towing and these men where the most helpful and very professional men ! He told me he would be to me in 30 mins .. 20 mins later he showed up !!! THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!! I cannot express enough how amazing this company is. We called them after another company screwed us over. Dispatch was incredible and let me vent and immediately put me on the phone with Issac. Issac said he would be there in 20 minutes and he was. He texted me, and communicated with me every 5-7 minutes until he arrived so I knew he was coming. He was so professional and friendly. He clearly loves his job. He knew we were so stressed and took extra effort to do this to make us feel confident in his service. He also called me at drop off and before he pulled away again to double check I was ok, the car was ok, and I had the keys and all was good. Ace Towing is amazing. My car suddenly stopped luckily I was able to pull over to a parking lot. Called Ace Towing inc. Guy came by super quick and was able to tow my car to my parents house with no issues. Super nice and friendly. They were the best and cheapest tow company that I contacted.
Chris was great. He showed up in 10 minutes and we were able to handle things very quickly.
My car was stranded on the side of the road near Rainbow and flamingo and I needed to go to Craig and lamb. I called and the person that I spoke to sent a driver right away and it was less than 15 mins before they showed up. The driver was very nice and helpful. I was quoted $125 and there were no hidden fees and it felt like a fair rate to charge. I see so many people describe hidden charges from tow companies but Ace didn’t do that. Thanks for helping me out in a jam.

Had a great experience with Coyote Towing! From my initial phone call to being dropped off at the shop. The person on the phone asked all the right questions, and was understanding of my situation. I was provided with a very fair quote and a quick pickup time - I missed it because my phone restarted, and my truck and I still got picked up within an hour. The driver, Gabriel, was awesome. 😊 This was a super stressful situation for me, and he showed up ready to get the job done! My truck couldn't start or go into neutral so I was worried, but he handled it with grace and care. Drove me to the shop with him, through tons of Convention Center event traffic, and located the shop with ease. I am super thankful for everyone's help, and if I ever need a tow again, I will definitely be going straight to Coyote! ❤️

I called three different tow companies and got the runaround, everything from I need to set a time 4 hours from now because they close at a certain time ,to all of our drivers are busy can't get to you for at least two hours , some companies have their phones disconnected or not working at all finally I Talked to Efron at Instant Towing , on the phone, he said 20 minutes he was there in 20 minutes, brought the flatbed ,,not the wheel truck that will screw up the plastic in the front end. On the Phone he gave me the price from pick up to drop off $85 for 8 miles +$5 for creditcard charge, because credit card company charges him five dollars to run the card. "Cash is king if you have it, Efron was nice, polite and professional, I rode with him in the truck to destination he took the car off flatbed and parked it. No problems no damage In the future I will be calling this company,Instant towing, and Efron if he is still there. Plus they are 24hrs. Some companies are not.

I was in a real bind on Friday afternoon. I had just driven in from Albuquerque New Mexico and was supposed to return the next day. As soon as I arrived in Las Vegas, my truck broke down. I called “around the clock towing” and they arrived in less than 30 minutes to tow my truck to my mechanic. The drive, Alvira, was friendly and professional. He hooked up my truck and took me to the Busy buggy. Great service, friendly driver. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tow service.

Tow truck leaving stickers on cars that aren’t in there neighborhood And then I call to see why, A lady named Maria gave me crazy attitude like she was mad I called and kept interrupting me when I was speaking wouldn’t let me talk at all. She was very disrespectful
I'm surprised they're still in business. There was once an old man who had a handicap placard, parked in the handicap spot that got his car stolen. One of our own HOA guys cars got stolen. And numerous others have been wrongfully taken and they make up HOA rules on the spot to take your car because everyone else does the same thing anyway such as reversing into spots and such. I'm tired of hearing their loud diesel trucks prey on all the cars at midnight when I have my windows open. I can't sleep comfortably knowing they're around. Numerous cars have been wrongfully stickered even with parking passes visible and that's what happened to me today. The economy sucks right now yeah I get it, but everyone else is having a hard time too, and you might encounter the wrong person on their worst day. I'm just saying. If my car gets stolen, I will file a complaint to pull your business license. I respect honest towing companies that are fair and responsive. This company is full of a bunch of crooks.
I recently interacted with a customer service representative at Victory Towing LLC, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The rep was rude, dismissive and extremely unprofessional, not only was I cut off while I was speaking, but the rep ended our conversation with “ma’am, you can do whatever you want“ and hung up on me. It made resolving my issue unnecessarily difficult and left a poor impression of the company. I hope this feedback encourages better training and service in the future, as I’ve otherwise had positive experiences with your company.
Don’t trust ANYTHING they say! Record everything and get everything in writing before you show up! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They towed my mom’s car and it had only been towed for not even 12 hours. First, the lady (Erica) told my mom that it is cheaper before 8am. My mom repeated it 3 times just to confirm. She uber’d from 30 minutes away to make sure she was there before 8am and when she got there, the lady told her that it’s going to be more expensive since she’s there early. So she had to wait there outside in the middle of nowhere for an hour until 8. Then, it’s finally 8 o’clock and the lady told her it would be $125 more than what she said on the phone. For the last two hours she was telling my mom it was going to be $400. Once it came time for my mom to finally pay she said the total is $525 but she never said that on the phone. My mom also repeated it multiple times prior just to make sure. Erica said since it was a holiday (Juneteenth) that they charge more, but again that was never stated on the phone, which was on the same day. I then called them to ask for more information and the lady said “I’m not doing this today bye” and hung up. People who own tow companies are usually never good people so I’m not surprised, but this is by far the worst and most expensive experience for absolutely no reason at all. The owner Juan apparently isn’t any better either.
Had a phenomenal experience with Juan Carlos. He was professional, courteous and genuinely cared. A simple tow to my mechanic turned into meeting a new good friend as well. Don’t hesitate to use their services!

J.P. the owner is friendly and they provide towing at a good value. Many companies try and take advantage of that fact that you’re in a vulnerable position when you need a tow by charging insane prices, not this company. If I ever need a tow again in the future I will call Del Rey Towing. One a side note. This company has sister company that provides collision repair and mechanic services. They offered to waive the cost of my towing since I chose to use their body shop.

My car stalled in a busy intersection, and this towing service got me out of a tough spot fast. The tow truck arrived quickly and safely moved my car without any hassle.
I called them when my car was too hot during a heat wave. Even though there were a lot of calls that day, the tow truck came within 40 minutes. They brought it to my dealership and even told me where to have it fixed. Great help on the road all around.
I needed a tow after a small mishap. The driver helped me relocate my car safely and told me what to expect from the insurance. Made a rough day a bit easier to handle.

Can't say enough good about Anthony's towing. My son recently moved to Vegas. Got a flat tire late at night and damaged his jack trying to put on the spare. Called several different companies that said they were 24 hour service but never answered. Anthony's answered on the second ring. Sent someone out immediately. Worth Every Penny!

Worst service ever. We broke down on 93 and needed tow to Henderson. BMW Roadside Assistance sent them a service ticket. Supposed to arrive in 90 minutes. 120 minutes later I call them. Their response was that they just received the request. Then it was “they said you were home”. Waste of time and no consideration that we are on the side of the road for 2 hours in the heat of summer.
Responsive, affordable, and there to tow us in 1hour. They even had a flat bed specifically for very low cars. We highly recommend this company and will use them again

Be careful they act a little shady. I called to get a tow and asked for an estimated total cost, several times with no response... They responded to other questions quick though. I ended up cancelling as not responding to that seems like they're trying to set you up for overcharging. I'm sure they can get you towed wherever you want fine and they respond quick, but you might get bilked on the price when they show up
David from Larry’s towing was a Godsend to my elderly parents that were stranded 10 miles away from the California state line for 9 hours today!! There was one issue after another with different towing companies but David came to their rescue and was beyond pleasant to my parents throughout the entire ordeal!! I’m pretty sure his shift had ended but he still took the call after hearing about my parents situation. Thank you David!!!
Mr Larry just needs to update his bookkeeping to a more timely manner. Otherwise very outgoing and friendly. He had a new driver he was training this day. I hope he stays and learns as much as he can about the towing industry and customer service.
What a joke.... the guy drives over 3 hours. Should of been 1 hours 45 minutes. ( well when your charging $175 / hr, why rush and you got someone on the hook.) Worse part is driver does NOT bring proper tools to hook the truck on his tow truck.... Then he stated it will be higher what.I was initially quoted. *** BEWARE of these CLOWNS !!!! ***
I called and waited an hour for them to have me call back and ask for the ETA, well that turned into them telling me it was a 15 minute more wait. After about an hour I called back and they told me again to wait and for 30 minutes this time. Called an hour later and I was told 40 more minutes due to traffic. Then again was told 15 minutes, then I was given the driver's number and called in 30 minutes and he didn't answer. Then called the dispatcher back and he said he couldn't get in touch with the driver too. Don't touch this place.

Stay away scammers! My insurance set them up we had to cancel. We were 13 miles away from home and they were trying to say we were 33 miles away! They use their own app not Google maps or Apple Maps. Thankfully my insurance got another company that weren’t scammers. Stay far far away
I broke down, litreally, in middle of a turn lane by the airport. These guys made it to me ASAP (only about 30 min), and got me home all the way to North Las Vegas with ease. I really appreciate all their help, and they were very friendly! Thank you
I was dead in the water, trying to find someone with a flatbed that wasn’t outrageous in price. Called Tri State Towing. Didn’t catch the name of the guy I spoke with but he gave me a very reasonable rate and told me it’ll probably be 1 1/2 to 1 hour and 45 minutes but he’ll see what he can do to make it faster. Gave me a number to text the information. This was at 10:30pm and when midnight rolled around, no truck and no phone call. I even tried numerous times to call back but no answer. So much for being a 24 hour tow company. Had to find someone else and wait longer. But the best part of this, I found a cheaper rate.

I called 2 separate times on a Monday nite at about 9:30 pm and then at 10 pm to find out about my car that was impounded about 2 hours earlier. Was put on hold for about 7 minutes. Then on the 2nd call put on hold for 10 minutes and I just hung up out of frustration.
Crooked. Liars. They don't want to release your vehicle so they can get more storage. They tell you to send over all this paperwork and then won't release the vehicle anyway. Should be investigated by the state.
These people are a joke! Sending me threatening letters for a car I sold last year. And they want me to prove it’s not mine? Nope, take it up with the Metro police who I’ve already spoken to myself and confirmed that I’m no longer the owner. Not my fault you can’t do the work yourself. Absolute losers.

I went there last night 10/09/2025 @ 9:45pm to try to recover my car I told the the lady upfront ( black lady whose hair is glued up to her head) I told her can you please help me get my registration in my car she said it’s not there. I waited for 2 hours standing in front of her. Then she lied again and said my car registration was not in the car. I told her exactly where is the registration but she won’t listen and kept insisting the registration was not in the car. Then u came back this morning and Aida helped me. The night shift horrible!

Landed in Vegas at 11am on 2Oct after a 16 hour trip from Ireland to find my Jeep Battery toast. Could not get it to charge so AAA i called. The Tow Truck company loaded me up and transported the jeep and me to Swantys Jeep in Bull Head City near my house. Conrad was my driver and went above and beyond. He was very professional, great communicator and just a salt of the earth good dude.
A Story of Professionalism, Compassion, and Hope I am writing to formally commend one of your drivers, Khyree, whose exemplary service turned a distressing ordeal into an experience of genuine kindness. Yesterday afternoon, my car broke down unexpectedly after a long day. As a cancer patient returning from chemotherapy, I was especially anxious to get home and rest. I made a brief stop at Dollar Tree, only to find myself stranded in the parking lot. At exactly 4:34 pm, I contacted AAA for assistance, making sure to inform the dispatcher of my medical condition in hopes of expediting help. About forty minutes later, a battery check mechanic arrived. This individual was both kind and helpful, conducting a prompt assessment, but unfortunately my car's problem was more serious—the alternator had failed, not the battery. The mechanic explained the situation and assured me that a tow truck would be sent to take my car a short distance across the street to my trusted mechanic. That reassurance, however, was the beginning of a long and frustrating wait. I received an initial update and a “wellness check” call, which I appreciated, but as the minutes passed and no tow arrived, I called AAA several more times for updates. Each time, a different story unfolded: I was told various drivers had been dispatched, each with a promised wait of another 30 or 40 minutes. Sometimes I was assured that a driver was en route, only to find out later that no one had actually been assigned. During my final call, the representative admitted that a driver still had not been located. The evening wore on and my anxiety mounted as darkness fell. Finally, at 8:16 pm—nearly four hours after my initial call—I received a voicemail from “THE TOW TRUCK COMPANY” stating that my driver would arrive in five minutes. The driver was Khyree. Khyree arrived promptly, and though I was uncertain whether he was the third or fourth driver assigned, he explained that he had just received the request. Despite the confusion from earlier calls and the lateness of the hour, Khyree approached the situation with compassion and professionalism. It was now fully dark, and the area was quiet, but his presence was reassuring. He took care to ensure I felt safe and respected. Khyree worked efficiently, loading my car onto the truck and transporting it – across the street - to the mechanic—a trip that took only a few minutes, but was executed with the utmost care. The remainder of the time was spent meticulously loading and unloading my vehicle, demonstrating his attention to detail and regard for both my safety and my property. In total, I had waited from 4:34 pm until 8:16 pm for help to travel a very short distance. The lack of urgency and inconsistent information from AAA’s phone staff was deeply disappointing, especially since I have relied on their roadside service since 1996. My faith in the process wavered. However, Khyree’s actions restored my trust in people. He treated me with dignity and embodied the highest standards of customer service and community care. His empathy, skill, and professionalism were a much-needed light at the end of a long, difficult day. I am deeply grateful for the way he conducted himself, and sincerely hope his dedication will be recognized. It is employees like Khyree who elevate your establishment from a simple business to a haven of hope and humanity for those in vulnerable situations. IDK about those 1 stars.... but THEY CALLED ME thru AAA to RESCUE ME in the blazing heat. I called at 430pm to get towed.... 715pm rolls around still nothing so I place in another request thru AAA and call them... turns out that 777 Towing (original service provider) did not phone me to cancel the tow. In fact: they marked that they completed the tow while I was sitting in my car literally baking in 90 degree heat. Corey from The Tow Truck Company is da man; he is literally the beginning the intermission and the ending. Period. he took the effort to save me; he told me other company straight up left me hanging cold. well literally hot; my ass could have passed out from heat exhaustion. anyways.... forget those 1 star ratings, they probably got their cars towed due to being late on their notes, but that aint an issue got a flat, or car can't be ran mechanically they are the ones to call. I hope that AAA has them on speed dial because 777 Towing DID NOT COME THRU AT ALL.
Predatory towing habits. Saw their trucks come on posted private property and steal cars that were legally parked. When manager of store came out to confront the driver, the driver had an attitude and told them that the manager called to have them towed which wasn’t the case. Would give 0 out of 5 stars if could.
Person at the front desk had an AWFUL attitude from the time I called to verify my car was there. I have a card that was declined and I dont understand why/how, it's a brand new credit card that I just recently activated and that has a $0 balance. I had to call family to ask if they could put the money on my debit card then pay them back using the credit card I had been trying to use at thr tow yard, which tool AGES as there was always some weird reason for why none of the credit cards I tried using would do. Cash was totally acceptable though once I was able to get the money transfered and use their ATM. Crazy how the lady's attitude also dissipated the instant I worked that out. Also, how is it their company is listed everywhere (even their own website, also verified by my initial phone call) as 24 hours, yet they charge an "after hours" pick up fee of $50 passed 5 PM. How can tbere be "after" hours when you're telling people you're 24/7? The claim is that dispatch/tow trucks are available 24/7 but they also allow 24/7 "customer" pickup, so it just doesnt make much sense. This company is super predatory, beware!

Just watched one of their drivers dump a vehicle in the driveway at the tire shop I was visiting blocking traffic in two directions with his tow truck and his client's vehicle. He was asked several times to move it and ignored the employees who tried to reason with him. Being this inconsiderate for the general public I would definitely try to avoid this company at all costs.
My driver Courtney was the BEST!! He was very polite and professional. We laughed at almost everything, he made my horrible day much better!! Thank you so much !! I highly recommend to anyone this towing company. Fast and reliable
They took a little longer than expected to get to where I was at but when Eric showed up he had a great attitude and was very helpful. He did a great job and I highly recommend him to be your tow guy.
Warning to anyone looking for towing-LOOK ELSEWHERE If I could give a lower review I would. This company is horrible! If you have any other choice please take it!! We had to use 777 Towing through AAA unfortunately and have a list of complaints. Starting with the very small issue of them being late with the excuse of not being able to find our car (it was in the middle of the road and the car is bright blue!). Secondly, they caused extensive damage to the front of our car when they insisted on leaving the car on our driveway. The driver/technician even admitted fault and even texted us later in the day that his boss would contact us. He also even took before and after pictures of the event however ever since the occurrence they are dismissive and will either hang up on you or put you on indefinite hold as to avoid the situation. We are now going on 2 months since the towing incident and still are unable to get a hold of anyone. Their most recent excuse is that their employee is out of the country.... The one and only response we have received through text was to make a claim with our insurance rather than them take any amount of liability. They have absolutely no customer service and no accountability. The amount of integrity it takes to run this business apparently is 0. We would greatly appreciate the acknowledgement of them being at fault and perhaps even contact from the business which has yet to happen...
Waited 2 hours for the tow guy to show up and then when he finally did he's rude and condescending. Didn't believe me that nobody at BMW would help me after hours and that all the locksmiths I called couldn't make a BMW key fob either. They could only unlock it He then made a big deal about unlocking it himself and how he was "doing you a favor since you didn't pay to unlock it". Something about it being necessary with the wheels He then couldn't unlock it so he attached these wheelies. So why even go on about that? Antagonizing customers who have been waiting double the time promised and just had their key stolen is not a winning move On the way back I was frustrated and the guy got super pissed and wanted to kick me out of the car on the freeway. I called 911 and he finished taking me home I also tried calling company and the only thing the person on the phone at 777 Towing told me is "I'm sorry about that". They kept repeating it as the tow truck driver was yelling at me beligerently

This company charged me $188.50 for them to drop my car from being towed away. They pressure you that it’s gonna be $800, if they take it to the toll yard. What thieves they are. It’s my opinion that Most TRUE- AMERICAN companies would work with you, but this outfit won’t. They don’t understand that most people don’t even make $188 a day. It is also my second opinion that they probably do this 20 to 30 times a day to different people. So that they could bring in over $4000 a day!!!! Just raising cars…What swashbucklers and it’s all legal. There should be a law stating they are only allowed to charge a maximum of $50, to get your car dropped. It’s Highway robbery!!! They keep putting tow notices on my vehicle even though I'm a property owner. Called multiple times to get their tow truck drivers to stop harassing me but apparently "we have a contract and we can do whatever we want on the property" is their excuse. 0/10 I don't have the energy to deal with this, STOP HARASSING PEOPLE
Racist employees and unethical. My neighbor was loading something into their home for less than a min and the dispatcher was trying to take their car. The employee began using racial slurs to him that were uncalled for. He made her pay him to drop the car from the tow truck. He later than took my dads car that was not tagged claiming it was parked in the red when it was parked on the opposite side of the fire line. They are sneaky rats who tow cars quick and unsafely and go to a near by U-Haul to properly tie them up. This is disgusting this company will be getting sued.. will be reporting this company to the Nevada Transportation Authority.
These horrible filthy scammers will tow your car, claiming your vehicle is leaking, Even if you just had the vehicle serviced the week prior and there is no liquid on the ground and have the gall to charge you nearly $400 to get back the car they stole. They will ruin your new tires as they drag your parking brake engaged car, God knows how many blocks.

These guys saved my night. I was stucked since 11pm in a parking lot because my car was sputtering and not starting, by 2am, after trying everything my phone battery died so I was unable to call anyone and decided to go home and had to left my car stranded. Long story short, found these people on Google later that same night, call them, and a guy called Chris went to my house to pick me up and take me to my car to unlock it, for free, and tow my car back to home in less than 45 minutes. Good price, good service, nice people and quick job, I'll definitely count on them again

They towed a truck from a veteran in a veteran community on a holiday with no authority. They HAPPENED TO StandardS THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!
Towed my car off a lot I pay to be in claiming it was "unauthorized" and because I didn't have plates despite the fact there were 10 cars there longer than me also without plates. They target cars they think people won't be able to afford to get back. Absolute crooks, shitty customer service. I will never rent at a property that uses this criminal company again.

I never received a tow sticker or anything on my vehicle. I called the police thinking it was stolen. The police informed me there was no reason for the tow in the system. This company is literally stealing vehicles.
Okay, so they towed my car which was my fault, but now I’m calling them asking where the location is and they telling me to literally just “stand on the corner like a hoe” and wait for him to bring my car. I asked if I should be here early if that is okay and he said yeah and then when I get here now I’m literally standing outside alone I’m 20 years old and this guy literally doesn’t care so yeah, if anything happens to me that’s why.
