Great pricing, great service, quick and efficient. My mini cooper was having engine problems and then died shortly after, my living location is a bit annoying and both Mia and Brandon were awesome, Mia took the the time and made sure everything would work, and took the time to communicate super well, Brandon was also awesome, he took his time and but was still quick and efficient, It was nice chatting with both of them, and i hope if I ever need towing these two are still around.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of my car breaking down, but thankfully I called All Points Towing, and they sent out Brandon to help me. From the moment he arrived, Brandon was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. He handled everything with care, explained what he was doing, and made a stressful situation so much easier. He arrived quickly, was extremely friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. I was especially impressed with how smoothly he loaded my car and ensured it was secure before towing. It’s not every day you meet someone who takes so much pride in their work, and Brandon truly went above and beyond. If you ever need towing services, I highly recommend All Points Towing—and if you can, ask for Brandon. He’s top-notch!
I very much recommend all points towing. This company in particular there RV Toyota driver Brandon Jones really help me out with my RV today. He especially when out of his way to make sure that everything inside my vehicle including my TV and subs we are set up properly in order to safely tow home without breaking anything. Brandon was very professional and provided good conversation on the way home to South Lake Tahoe from Reno. Roy was extremely professional and arrived immediately. He was so patient with me and the situation I was in with my vehicle (which added extra time to his already busy schedule for the day). He went above and beyond what I could’ve expected in order for me to get my car towed. Not only was the price amazing, he was courteous and kind and showed zero frustration towards me or the situation. I was stuck on the side of the highway at night and the insurance company was unable to provide assistance because they required an exact address. "I'm on the side of the highway. There is no exact address!" THANKFULLY, I looked up Gutierrez Reno Towing, and he was able to pick me up right away. Thank you Gutierrez Towing for picking my vehicle up when I was stranded.
What a nice change to deal with Gutierrez Towing (compared with other towing firms that I've used in the past); it was like night-&-day. First, when I called them to get my truck towed to a garage for servicing a 'no-start' situation, Claudie(?) answered quickly and in a very professional, business-like manner, without sounding cold &/or indifferent. She had a truck that was on stand-by which was made available immediately. I didn't have to wait very long for it to arrive, and it's driver - Angie - was extremely pleasant, helpful and more-than-capable. She had my truck loaded onto the tow rig in short order, before ferrying it - and me - quickly and safely to the repair shop. I (obviously) hope not to have to make use of a towing service in the future. But if I do, the nice folks at Gutierrez Towing are at the top of my 'to call first' list for such.
Was dispatched thru Geico for a jump start. Received two eta and txt notices that technician was enroute. Two hours later learned through Geico they had no driver available. Dispatched different co with another two hour eta. Communication with this tow company was sub par, unprofessional and unproductive.

Was assigned to pick up my car by the roadside assistance company with an ETA of 75-105 minutes. Cancelled at ~84 minutes. Don’t take the job if you can’t make it work.

I got a flat tire so I called Luthers TOWING and they cam and tow my 2014 dodge charger and The driver got my car to the house but RIPPED MY BUMPER COMPLETELY OFF and now REFUSED TO PLAY FOR THE DAMAGES THIS IS WRONG AND THEY KNOW IT TOTALLY MESSED MY CAR UP so if you love and value your car truck DONT USE LUTHER TOWING now I have to pay out of pocket

Would never use this tow service based on experience with their reckless driving tow truck employee. Tow truck driver drove recklessly put my family and other drivers in danger due to driving style and then proceeded to flip the middle finger and hang out his window to me and my young children
Never been..but they charge u to receive ur property even though you were not at fault. Still have to come out the pocket over $1000 and rising $50 a day.
They stole my car, and are demanding 700 to free it, or 250 and title to surrender it! Struggling college student going to have ruined credit and probably lose job. What a nightmare
Your driver just violated a multitude of traffic laws in order to be next in line - at a red light-on Harvard Way at 2:15 today. All while the road was filled with children. Way. To. Go. Update, per your response. No, sir. I am not mistaken. It was most certainly, yours. White cab with red letters saying "Roadside Rescue" with a long bed, towing an old blue truck. Your driver made a right onto Plumb from Harvard and got into a lane to get on 395 N.
My experience so far with this company is more then gracious and understanding. My case was very interesting to say the least. I was given a donation van via a party on offer up however I was waiting for the title from the original owner and she had agreed to let me drive the vehicle under the current status of registration with the tags being good until May of 2020 and insurance in good standing. The day however I set up to go get the title from her I was stopped and told by the Sparks police that the tags were turned in an put in as surrendered plates I looked at the officer like huh that's not true cause they are right there on the vehicle and I'm going to pick up the title to take the vehicle to DMV at 4:15 pm on that day the 14th well along with that I was arrested and then released on my own recognisense because of the whole ordeal.I waited two weeks for the lady to respond to my calls and emails and texts and just today she finally got ahold of me saying that she needs to turn the title over to this tow company or she will be sued for the charges. Well I called over to roadside rescue to get a very understanding sweet and thoughtful Trisha on the phone that made a quick note to let me know that once the lady gives her the title she will call me and I can come get my property and belongings out of the van pretty much everything I have left in my life after my divorce is in this van is important to me that I need to thank Trisha to the bottom of my heart for her patience and understanding with all her help with this matter thank you Trisha you are a gawd sent thank you thank you thank you. I will see you tomorrow I hope after you get the title as I'm coming up in the morning from Sacramento to be there again thank you for your time and consideration in this matter is greatly appreciated and I will have to refer you to the many people I know with their towing needs.

This company is nothing short of a legalized scam. They didn’t “tow” us — they hijacked our vehicle and held it for ransom like a bunch of blood-sucking vultures. Over $1,000 for what? A glorified parking shakedown and a smug receptionist who clearly gets off on people’s misfortune. They prey on people when they’re vulnerable, then smile while draining your wallet dry. No breakdown of charges. No compassion. Just a cold, calculated system designed to squeeze every last cent out of you. It’s disgusting. To the owners: You don’t run a business. You run a trap. And karma will collect, just like you did — except it won’t need a tow truck.
UPDATE: They even came back when we moved the car to show it was operable and decided now it was expired tags and therefore feel entitled to tow our private property on OUR lot. Absolutely awful. // Towed our whole RV park for no reason when we are living here full time. We just don’t drive the tagged car during the summer because it has no AC and spiders around here decide to make their home on everything. They declared it “inoperable” and tried towing us. Our neighbor was towed with zero warning for parking in his own spot. Truly horrible company. Lady on the phone went from super friendly to really rude when I was asking about why they left a sticker AN HOUR afterward and basically turned her entire attitude from nice to aggressive just due to a question.
FANTASTIC! Never ever heard of a semi truck getting towed so quickly. KEVIN IN TRUCK 62 should have a cape; dude is like superman. Expected to be sitting for a day or longer for a tow from a rural location. Nope, 45 minutes and tow truck had arrived, had my drive line off, and ready to roll. Driver was super nice, Professionally dressed, very knowledgeable, equipment new and well equipped. Don't try to find cheap, try to find these guys. You'll save more in reduced down time then spend, and your truck won't be delivered needing more repairs then you started with.
If you are towed by this company I sincerely feel bad for you. My girlfriend parked her car in front of HER apartment with her complex’s permission, but this towing company was doing its “rounds” and towed her car. Not only that but Mary is quite possibly the worst in providing customer service and hung up on us over the phone, even making my girlfriend cry. Shortly after arriving there she even proceeded to curse us out and threatened to not let our car out POST-payment (this all stemmed from me asking her to be nicer). It got to the point I was considering calling the police. I am still appalled at the situation and hope to never have another run in with this company again.
My car was towed from my apartment complex tonight, to recover it in the morning (6:00 am) I was charged $458 just to be able to get it out of there before 8:00 am. Just after leaving there and driving to my work a sound under my car made me end up off the highway, after checking I realized that they had damaged a part of the car during the towing that was dangerous
