Sad news is my cars starter decided wouldn’t start. Great news is Larry was absolutely amazing. Hooked the car up quickly and securely. Made the drive over to Staten Island to drop off my car to my local mechanic. Would highly recommend and if I ever need to get a tow again while in Jersey city, I will definitely be calling back.

Hired these guys to give me a short tow within the city. Driver was professional and extremely helpful. Car needed to be pushed into the back of my yard and he helped from start to finish. Guy on the phone is no-nonsense as well which I appreciate. Would highly recommend.

Great experience at My Way! Got stuck in ice after a snow storm, was in a hurry to get to work. Called and spoke to Mark, explained my situation, and he got someone out to me in 30 minutes. Was still a few minutes late to work but wouldn’t have made it without them. Thanks for making my horrible situation not so bad, HIGHLY recommend !!
Mark and Luke at My Way Towing came to my rescue after 4 other service providers failed to show up. They handled my car with care and safely towed it to their shop’s lot. I am gladly awarding them 5 stars.
My Job got a contract with these guys to put one of their signs on our property in exchange for them handling all of our tows. these guys came 2 times! after that they stopped answering the phone and coming all together. when i blocked my number they answered the phone. WE PAID FOR THIER SERVICES AND THEY ARE NOT KEEPING UP TO THEIR END OF THE AGREEMENT!
My car wouldn’t start on a cold holiday morning. I called My Way Towing, and the guy on a phone gave me pricing up front for both a jump ($85) and a tow ($125)—super reasonable. He told me he could get someone to me in about 20 minutes, and a tow truck came on time as promised. A jump ended up working, and I was able to drive the car to a local mechanic. I was able to pay online using a link they texted me.
Called My way towing for jump start to my vehicle, they answered right away, was told technician would be 20,30min was on time and got the job right away, plus easy access for payment. Thanks Chris for your help and suggestion.

This company is terrible and not professional at all very bad at service and communication. Not prepared at all and the owner said WE DONT HELP PEOPLE NO MORE.
If I could give a 0 I would. Lady answering the phone is rude& acts like a caveman with no common decency. I TRIED to ask if I had the right company and she started yelling at me??
I must say I have utilized the services of Truchan Towing on a few occasions and both times I was shocked by their pleasantry. The woman who answers the phone was kind, understanding, and very helpful. The truck arrived in a timely manner, the interior was clean, and the driver was cordial. Above all else I received timely and professional service. If I ever find myself in a pickle in the Jersey City/ Northern area I will not hesitate but call Truchan Towing.

These are the most uneducated people i’ve ever dealt with. They don’t know what it means to have a notarized paper. If i can give them negative starts i would. Please educated your workers and you’ll have to deal with less angry customers.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS: If I could give this 0 stars I would. Nothing these people said makes sense. They couldn’t tell me why the car was towed. Told me i was not allowed to call AAA to the lot as we are parked next to a AAA car. Then they told us we couldn’t drive off the lot and we had to call a different towing company to tow the car 25 feet off the lot so we could leave because they also wouldn’t tow it off the lot. A classic tale of New Jersey robbery and tow companies and police in cahoots.
The employees believe that it’s funny and comedic when people come to claim their vehicles after they are towed. I suppose making money by getting a contract from the city is insufficient, rubbing salt on people’s wounds is what gives them real joy.
You can file a complaint with Department of Consumer Affair at hudson county nj to protect your right. If you ever been accidentally towed the car, please keep a copy of your shopping receipt 1) They not supposed to hire a spotter in the plaze, if you see a staff with "King Towing" shirt sitting in the parking lot, please takes a video recording and that can be used in the legal action. Hope this help, and I am supportive of Kings Towing trying to help out community, but this current owner is doing more of a own purpose to drive revenue. The previous owner was much nicer than current one
Terrible experience! This company is literally hunting drivers! I parked near Newport Mall for just 3–4 minutes to pick up a delivery order. When I came back, my car was already gone. It’s clear they just sit and wait for someone to leave their vehicle for even a moment, then immediately tow it away without a word. This isn’t about maintaining order — it’s a trap for unsuspecting people. I admit I parked in a hurry and not in the best spot, but their actions were excessive and inhumane. No warning, no chance to explain — just a tow and a fine. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Be careful — they work fast, silently, and seem to enjoy making people’s lives harder.

My car was towed and I went today to pick it up, yes I was hesitant with the bad reviews due to my son's wallet and very expensive watch were in the car and many more expensive items and everything was in the car. The personnel I encountered were normal not rude or anything I read on the reviews. According to my son what was charged was not over priced. I went in recovered my car and left. 5 stars due to all my son's belongings were in the car and no one was rude. Treated me just fine..

DISGUSTING! Theses people should be out of business they are rude, unprofessional, and outrageously expensive. You would think for the price you pay that you would get better service. I will never use this place again and would NOT recommend this place I would rather push my car all the way home than to use this disgrace of a business. They are very sneaky and up to no good. RUN!!!!
