After contacting other towing companies no one wanted to take the risk of rescuing two cars that were stuck in mud in a desolated area. I came across Affordable Towing & Roadside Service and reached out to Shabir. This guy was willing to take the risk and save my 2 cars. Shabir was very professional and I could tell he was a veteran of the trade. I didn’t have to wait long for Shabir to arrive and he helped rescue both cars and even hauled one of them over to my house. Their prices were affordable and they do great work. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Easy towing provided me with great and friendly service. I had to tow my car to an auto shop and parking lot was super tight but luckily Easy Towing was skillful at maneuvering the truck and successfully dropped off my car with no problem. I high recommend using them.

Super quick service for a low price. I've bought used tires , gotten my brakes changed , oil changed and tires rotated here on multiple different occasions so I know it's good stuff. Would recommend for a quick tune up for the low low $$$.
don’t go there without cash they’ll charge you almost 9 dollars in fees, talking about service and tax fees.
I have had two separate issues with two different cars. I went to Velez tires and both issues were fixed and resolved. They also did a wheel alignment after buying tires for my car as well. The prices were fair, the service was great and quick. I wouldn’t deal with anyone else for my tires.
horrible experience. agreed on the price over the phone (which is already very expensive), and after the tow, they told me the price was for cash only, and for credit card, it will be 20% fee.
Charged me $85 to tow to a dealership which I was happy with but then i had some complications and needed to either take car back home or tow it to another dealer. So I asked how much was the tow to take it back home he said $85, then I asked how much was it to tow it to Toyota dealer ship which was closer than taking it back home. I was expecting the same price.. they knew I needed it because car didn't turn on and decided to charge me 225 to the closer destination + 85 for getting it to the first location. I wanted him to drop my car where it was and the guy couldn't even take the car off his tow truck.. I had to call another tow company and he came and took it off other guys truck like a professional. So disappoint and wish I wouldve never chose this service to start with..

This is one of the best towing companies in the state of New Jersey. I used them a couple of weeks ago for roadside assistance. I believe the dispatchers name was Jose, he was kind and caring and most importantly honest. Jose is awesome. Then the driver who is beyond exceptional, I don’t remember his name but wow was he spectacular! He put the car on the flatbed with no problem unlike another company and the ride to the dealership was very relaxing. He made me feel like we knew each other for years. No stress at all. I don’t typically leave reviews but, All Day Towing truly deserves this one. Thank you so much!

Jaweed is the best tow truck driver and they helped me get my car towed 100+ miles for the best price EVER !!!! I highly recommend to use them and if you don’t then you are really missing out !!
One of worst service provider in Bay Area. I had worst experience while for getting services from so called All Above. Actually name should be All Down services. Ajay dispatcher of this service is big liar. I was waiting for an hour, earlier he told me that tow track came at my place, when I checked in outside home cameras recording, no one show up. I called and Ajay changed the statement that truck came near by my place and in front of home. Never show up after waiting and calling for more than hour.
I had a good experience with Moradi, though the car was in neutral, he still helped to move the car. Overall good service.

Poir services they towed my 300, 000 lamborghini urus and the messed up my suspension and they tried to rip off my number plate. My car was in bad condition I had to get it fixed again
There isnt much to say about this company besides for just being a straight up fraud. scamming every day hard working people at their hardest moment. after reading reviews and having an encounter with them today. i feel obligated to tell everyone of you that has been taken advantage of to file a NJ complaint: njconsumeraffairs.state.… lets end this tyrany and false belief of power because they are licensed by "policce" oof.... enough complaints come in and they lose their license. Help me prevent the next innocent person from being taken advantage of by these animals
Horrible place. Horrible customer service. Towing cars from colleges. They damaged my car while towing it and refuse to take responsibility for it. Taking advantage of students that are struggling. The prices are crazy high. I paid $230.33 to get my car back. someone shut this place and get these people out of business. they deserve 0 stars.
That place is a rat nest . Towing company working with the newark police must be a sad joke. They damaged my van . Monday will fill up a fornal complain and a report with same pd they work. What a disgrace

Very unprofessional, I would like to know why do they take pictures my license and insurance on their phone? He was saying that he needed to place information in so why not right away but instead taking pictures claiming it’s a company phone? I would like to know answer to that before I contact my attorney? No whatsoever their policies copies on the site but they like to preach it about to you. Go on the site that’s what they say? Don’t you have a email address so customers can address issues to you? !!!! Why don’t you provide your written policy to the customers right there on spot? and under what policy is that you have personal information on the cell phone? I would like to get a copy of that. On another note people that answered the phone very rude and unprofessional.
This company is a predatory towing company. The front desk employee was also racist towards me. At the end of my parking garage, there are 3 spots, boxed between two concrete walls. The parking garage never fills up, and the 3 spots are approx 23 feet from side to side. These spots get filled one of two ways 1) someone parks in the center spot and 1 car is fit, 2) people park in the side spots slightly over the central white lines to fit two cars. When I arrived at my apartment complex last night, someone was parked in the far right spot, about 1/2 way over the line separating it from the middle. I parked in the far left spot barley over the line as I have done countless times. My car was towed without warning at ~1:30 am with illogical time stamps: Observed: 1:39:29 Dispatched: 1:39:29 Authorized: 1:33:00 Arrived: 1:33:36 Removed: 1:37:00 Completion: 1:55:00 Note that dispatch and observation are identical in time and are done post removal. Then, I went to pickup the car and get information on why the vehicle was towed. The native man at the front desk commented that "my people had taken over native land and seized it from the natives to create the great state of California in order to ensure us rights like access to the court system". I am in the process of reporting this company to the BBB and am speaking with a lawyer about legal action. As was mentioned in the other reviews, places like this are predatory and ridiculous. But that’s basically all towing companies and is to be expected. If it’s your first time being towed it can be pretty shocking. Their policy is no waiving of fees or lowering them for any reason, and I think that isn’t fair - someone should be allowed a first time offense fee-waiving or at least have an option for people with extenuating circumstances. My friend got his car towed because he accidentally parked in a no-parking zone and he is homeless - he lives out of his vehicle. So if he loses his car he loses his home. He has very low income and has to pay for basic necessities, so doesn’t have $450 laying around to pay for a towed car. It would be nice to make an exception for someone in his circumstances. He was told no. Thankfully he was able to get help from a Good Samaritan to pay the fee on the same day otherwise if he left it overnight they would’ve charged him more. Dustin was the worker there and I want to shout him out for being a kind person and being helpful, despite him having to do this awful job. He explained what had to be done, he was empathetic, and he took an interest. Thank you, Dustin. The 3 stars are basically for the customer service side of things, minus 2 stars for zero options of waiving the fee or at least lowering it for people who are literally living in their vehicles and don’t have the financial stability to drop $450 (or more) to get their car back.
All Brauns Towing is nothing short of a predatory nightmare. They towed my car from my building’s parking lot despite there being NO tow-away signs posted anywhere, which is clearly illegal under California law. This company operates like organized thieves, taking vehicles without cause and then charging outrageous fees. Their behavior is barbaric, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. They treat residents and customers with utter disrespect, showing zero concern for rules, legality, or decency. This is not towing—it’s theft disguised as a service. If you value your car, your money, or your sanity, stay far away from All Brauns Towing. They prey on unsuspecting people and make a business out of breaking the law.
They’re Scammers! Charged me $580 the same day it was towed. The drivers don’t have manners and enjoy clicking on your face and they REFUSE to give you the address to get YOUR car.
