Got help for coordinaing a last minute pickup and from the office with the help of Renee to the driver Bruce Jr and between them both they got the shipment seamlessly taken care of from pickup to delivery asap.The unit that needed to be shipped was a beast. No hiccups, no delays, easy and fast communication throughout the whole process. If there's any company that can pull off same day towing need/ deliveries it's these guys. The best teamwork I have experienced with prompt up to the minute communication, the best price and accommodated my last minute needs without a hitch!! Will def use them for future needs! Prompt, reliable, professional. Father and son shop was able to help us before the day got busy for them. Good equipment and knows what they are doing - hauled my Hummer H2 securely and without issue. Recommend to come here first before shopping around.

The tow fee is $195 in this picture, and the storage car rate is $45; however, the guy told us that there is a late charge fee as well. Where is it written? No where, and then the guy I spoke with was very rude, which makes no sense considering I was planning to head to Antepli Baklava 2 after my coffee. They are simply making money. There was no receipt or nothing I told the guy to give me the Email and name of the owner he said it’s too long i don’t know. He just showed me the QR code and said $300. And it’s Saturday night I just parked there to GET MY COFFEE for 5 minutes. VERY RUDE

Scammer alert: Beware of getting towed by this company and, if possible, avoid parking/shopping at 1010 South Paterson Plaza. This company towed my car on Sunday 1/21/2024 at 2pm from 1010 South Paterson Plaza and charged me $300 (no receipts, no explanation of charges). I called them in less than 10 minutes after they had picked my car and I was told to pay $300 to get my car back. Imagine $300 for a parking violation (less than 10 minutes) even though the plaza clearly mentions 1-hour parking limit with no instructions for consumers regarding parking specification for in-plaza customers only (see attached photo). The charges as mentioned are $195 plus $45 storage fee but they will charge you an additional $60 saying that’s an early pick up fee even though the instructions don’t specify early pick up charges and absolutely no mention of closure on Sundays. They also damage your car in towing. My car is making some unexpected noises now. So if you are ever towed by this company, make sure you check your car before you leave the lot because that maybe an additional $ for the repair.

I bought a car from this company back in February of this year. He had an ad of Facebook marketplace. He advertised a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. "In good condition, ready to go." I communicated online and in person, that I am a mom with three small children. I need a reliable car as at that time I was renting a car going through a separation. This man heard of all my troubles and decided to sell me a lemon. 7 months later as I am driving to lunch from work the car stalls on me. Thank GOD my co workers had AAA, they managed to bring it my mechanic who later told me the cars' engine is seized. I've had three different mechanics inform me that if the car stops while driving it is a bad motor. I've been texting and calling this guy with no response. Begging him to do the right thing. I am now moving to take legal actions. As I've spent nearly $1000 in transportation to get to and from work because of this horrible transaction. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY OR USE THEIR SERVICES. I'll see you in court!

Great Customer Service!!! VALERIE was very helpful knowledgeable and helped me get my car out fast and hassle free. The best receptionist I have ever encountered at a towing company!
Can’t give it a zero star but all you’re doing is wasting your time with these guys. Waited almost 4 hours to have them cancel on me. But the best part is when I call and they just hang up acting like they’re putting me on hold because they don’t have the decency to say sorry we should’ve told you we cancelled. Pathetic.
1991 Cressida got impounded for parking and was towed by this company. Get it from the impound lot and get a surprise. Don't know if it was the lot or the towing company but since I have to deal with this after paying everybody they gonna get this review. Response: thank you for a fast response. Yes the Cressida had previous damage in the rear left and some rust holes in the wheel arches. However this is new damage evident from the lack of rust in the new dent. And since the car was impounded from sitting in the same parking for more than four days it further supports that the car couldn't have had this damage prior leaving it to either transit or storage.
The dispatcher Valerie was so helpful. I got my car towed unfortunately but she got me out very quickly! Ask for Valerie she’s sweet and a great help!
Car broke down near my house. Mike M. Came out very quickly. Under hour wait even though eta was 75 mins. Fast,quick flatbed tow and delivery. Excellent work!! Would request again.

these people make you pay in cash only and charge fees that don't exist. its obvious that they're not reporting that cash they receive since you're not able to pay using any other methods.
