I was waiting 2 HOURS for AAA only to find out they couldn't find a tow truck near me! I called Dave (pretty sure his name was Dave) and he was there in 20 minutes! Super cool guy, very professional and good service. Got me and my car home quick.

The trusty Trail Boss stalled and made not so funny noises from under the hood last night. I was able to get re started and into the driveway. After a call to Galles Chevrolet this morning I needed a tow to the dealership for the thing that should not be "like the Metallica song." I looked around online and called Uptown Towing. With so many 5 star reviews I felt confident they could do the job. The owner and driver answered. I explained what I was needing and he was able to get me on the schedule for a tow to the dealership. No drama or over the phone deposits. He was efficient and personable. The driver owner was able to come by in a few hours to expertly connect to my truck in our driveway with no drama at all. Honest, upfront pricing, and efficient service and my truck safely to the dealership in no time. He dropped my keys off to the service advisor going above and beyond to ensure my truck wasn't lost at a dealership for a few days. thank you Uptown for a job well done at a reasonable price. I have found my new towing company and will be recommending them to anyone who needs a tow.

My wife and I rented a car from Albuquerque Airport for our vacation to Utah, which stranded us on the side of the road an hour outside Albuquerque due to electrical problems. We called AAA who sent us Sergio! Sergio was amazing, making sure we were safe and getting to us quickly and safely. He was extremely efficient loading up the car and got us back to the rental center as fast as he could, keeping us engaged and distracted from our frustration the whole way. He even let my wife fulfill her dream of pulling a truck's air horn! He was incredibly kind and helped make our not so great day a lot better!
Today Oct 23, 11am ish, a Hispanic looking driver in a flat bed nearly side swiped my truck. He was weaving in and out of traffic on Central while driving extremely fast. And he also using the bus lane. And if that wasn't bad enough, he then ran the light at Central and Tingley.. all while driving a huge, flat bed tow truck. The irony is that he was en route to an APD speed trap at Central and Sunset. This guy is a hazard and a liability. He shouldn't trusted with anyone's vehicle nor the lives of nearby drivers and pedestrians in his path.
I had excellent service from Dillon at N & Y towing. A mountain lion ran into my RV in New Mexico and N & Y towed my RV all the way back to Arizona. Thank you Dillon for being professional, courtesy & knowledgeable.
My husband had to be towed from Albuquerque all the way to Bosque NM, during the ride he left his phone in the tow truck. They were able to find and return to us almost immediately. Very nice people to work with, I would recommendthem to anyone who will listen.

Macy's towing needs to change name to Superhero towing. My car broke down 2 hrs in desert hwy middle of nowhere with no money 100 degree heat scared & alone. Macy's towing came to the rescue let me owe money held on to my car as collateral WOW who does that. On top of all that there mechanic fixed my car for a great fair price WOW didn't have to tow to a mechanic saved money so convenient. Was stuck on the side of the highway for 5 hours with my commercial vehicle, contacted platinum towing not only did they show up earlier than the 45 minute to hr time frame they were very courteous efficient the driver made sure that I was safe once I got to my drop location before he left. I think you guys tremendously for this rescue!🙏
Do not use this business, they are armatures. They towed my 40' motorhome 18 miles and charged $1000.00. They had to disconnect the drive shaft, as is done in all heavy tows, and once at the repair facility, they dropped the unit in the lot and did not reassemble the drive shaft. They also left the unit on blocks. The repair facility had to reassemble the drive shaft, lift the unit off of the blocks in order to move it to the shop for repairs. When Charles dropped the unit, it caused an additional repair bill of $150.00 to me to have the drive shaft reassembled and the unit lifted off the blocks. When I questioned Charles, he told me they never reassemble drive shafts, although they do disassemble them to tow. How much sense does that make? I called 3 other tow companies in Albuq. and asked if they reassembled the drive shaft when the let the unit, all 3 said of course. $1000.00 tow bill for 18 miles and an additional bill of $150.00 to correct their error. Beware if you call them.

My battery died in Petroglyph National Monument parking lot and I was about to get locked in for a night that was dipping down to 17 degrees with 40 mph winds. Eli at All Pro showed up very quickly and saved my sanity. He was totally calm, cool, collected, friendly, caring and professional, even when he faced some unexpected challenges providing the battery service. I highly recommend All Pro.
It was a little pricey but you get what you pay for. They did a awesome job loading and unloading my mercedes s550 that was slammed on the ground due to the air ride suspension malfunctioning. So I would definitely say that I would use this company again if needed.
Literally no words can explain the genuineness and kindness this company is. I happened to lock my keys in my car today, and by the grace of God, All Pro Towings employees, Lonni & Carlos were there at the gas station I happened to be at. Lonni was quick to call the owner Joe, to ask if he can help me out with a slim Jim because I didn’t have a spare key or anyone else to call. They really saved so much time, & I didn’t have any money, they did it from the genuine kindness of their hearts. I was stuck on the interstate at 6 AM and while all others were closed or not answering their phone. This place not only answered but wait time was minimal. I was shocked at the very reasonable price of the tow. I loved what he said, "I'm not trying to get rich, just trying to help." That won my business for life! We have a fleet of over 100 vehicles and Statewide Towing is my go to. It's difficult to find reliable service, so once we find it, we stick with it. Extremely responsive and very reasonably priced.
BEWARE! This is not a reputable company. Showed up in a personal vehicle 3 hours later without tools and tried opening my car with a pry bar and screw driver. DAMAGED and DENTED vehicle in process....yet to hear back from Sergio or anyone at statewide. In the process of repairing door and door frame out of pocket! Save yourself the nightmare and verify your tow company people.
I didn’t end up needing the service after all, but the company was quick to respond and had all the tools necessary to do the job, along with fair prices. Would recommend.

2/15/24 UPDATE! When I say Moe at Hook Em Up towing in ABQ is a God send, I truly mean that. Moe towed my jeep and me home the night before, with a plan that i would drive to the dealership 5 miles away in the AM. My vehicle could not make it even though i made it 3.5 miles. I ended up on the side of the road in 35degrees. I decided to call moe on the off chance that he would pick up at 715am. He picked up and came right away! Towed to the dealership and when I asked for an invoice or venmo he decided to bless me knowing everything i went through the night before. This man and his company deserves their flowers. Absolutely dependable and reliable! GIVE HIM A CALL WHEN NEEDED. 2/14/24 I wish I found Moe and Hook em up sooner! My car overheated, and I was in a new city that I am not used to. My insurance could not find a driver, so I googled towing in Albuquerque. Unfortunately, I was connected with basically a motor club that is like a kayak for quotes for drivers and towing companies . When Moe finally arrived, he assured me that not only does he know about cars, but that he would get me home safely as well as my vehicle. And once Home, he took a look under the hood. Honestly, if he had his tools on him he would've been able to fix the problem. Mind you this was really late at night. Moe is reliable with great quality of service! I just wish him and his company would pop up first on Google.

Isn’t it just great when GEICO tells you to take your car somewhere and they don’t know how to fix it?! Isn’t it even greater when a vehicle wrecks your front bumper and the shop doesn’t say anything about it? How about if the car takes 3 weeks longer (5 weeks total) than it’s suppose to and IT’S STILL NOT FIXED. I’m never giving these people any of my vehicles ever again and I will be taking them to court for the negligence, lost wages, and vandalism of my car that took place on their property. My old girl broke down in the middle of the road, blocking traffic (which was very embarrassing and stressful for me), but Giovanni was super helpful and kind and very upbeat about having to tow my car. He was very skilled in getting it onto to the tow bed from a VERY awkward and hard-to-get-at angle when I had to have it pushed into a nearby convenient store parking lot and he did so without any hitches (pun intended 😜). My day was going VERY wrong in every possible way, but Giovanni's positive and upbeat attitude made my day much better. I'll definitely be using this towing service again if ever I need to have my car towed again
We needed a flat bed to transport a 1947 Cadillac. This was the first place we called and they arrived within 20 minutes. Giovanni was very pleasant on the phone and Adrian (the driver) was very good at getting the car to our home quickly and safely. We are very satisfied with the customer service, and response time. It took less than hour from pick up to drop off. We will definitely be calling them back soon for another old vehicle to transport. Not even worthy of one star. Right off the bat of someone answering the phone he was rude and very unprofessional. Never do business with these rude inconsiderate people ever. When you work in a business you should be understanding and respectful but no this business doesn’t even know the beginning of that. Negative 5 stars.
My boss just asked me to call Knittles Towing to tow a few vehicles that have been parked on our commercial property for years (long story). Dispatch was very responsive, courteous, and the trucks came out very quickly. The driver I spoke with was very easy to work with - and again, very courteous and friendly people. I had no idea Knittles was in ABQ, and so easy to work with. From now on, I'll be calling them to tow away vehicles illegally parked in our commercial parking lots. Thanks so much!
I needed an in-town tow, and they delivered. They were on their way to me within 10 minutes of me first dialing the number. Also, my car was stuck in park, and they took extra care with shims to avoid tire tread damage. It was fairly priced as well.

Chris from Knittles was amazing. He arrived very quickly and was kind and professional. He took care of my car and I noticed a few different times when he really made the extra effort to make sure he was being gentle and easy on my car. Sierra with Randy's (A.K.A Lobo towing) came to my rescue. It was only a dead battery. But after a jump he followed me to Auto Zone. He stayed untill he was sure I was taken care off. I will use them and recommend them again. Thabk you
I am not sure what the tow driver‘s name was, but he was excellent. Gave me really good service help me out after the first tow company had towed my vehicle to the wrong destination got to me within 10 minutes of me making the call the other company they didn’t really care. It took them an hour to get to me, but Randy’s towing was quick and efficient overall highly recommend 10 out of 10.
My alternator gave out on 25, and my insurance company set me up with Randy's towing. The driver got to me faster than my husband did, and got me and the van to the shop less than an hour after I first broke down. He was quick, friendly, and got the van exactly into the corner the mechanics shop wanted. Made a bad experience so much less stressful!

Very impressed with A-Discount Towing! Jonathan was friendly and very professional. He arrived promptly and helped jump-start my vehicle. My wife and I are visiting from TX and it was huge to have our vehicle fixed so quickly. I really appreciated the service I received.
Thank god for this place being the only place to take my call and come tow my Kia off the road and home 3 miles. My tow truck driver Juan was so amazing and so helpful I truly couldn’t be anymore grateful for the service he did for me. After calling places for hours and finally getting a driver sent, they said 45 minute wait (no problem) and I waited significantly less. An absolutely amazing experience and Juan totally made my day better with his amazing attitude and stellar service.
When i went to retrieve items from my vehicle it was clear that it was ransacked and looked thru and to top it off a lot of my tools and other items were takin from what i understand is some security gaurd lives on the site I wonder 🤔 if said security guard that mysteriously lives on site most likely is the culprit not saying just saying

Got my vehicle stolen and APD sent it to this company. Now my insurance wants to proceed with a claim to repair it. This company is putting policy over satisfaction. How can I get my registration when it was in the vehicle. The people working here seem to not understand that I DO NOT HAVE IT! Hence since it was inside my stolen vehicle. Y’all make the process so much harder for people to move on from this. Shame on you all

We had a car that was stuck in sand in a mesa. Our insurance company sent two different towing companies, who both said they did not have the equipment to do the job. I called Madrid and they were very friendly, responsive, quick and able to get the job done! I highly recommend their services.
The best possible service I could have asked for they were extremely prompt and prices were much better than other companies and they went the extra mile to get us and our car safely home. Kevin was really awesome and made sure the car was secure and safe going the extra mile to do so even in the pouring rain! It was hard to see and the roads were wet and still felt very safe with him driving. You made a stressful situation be solved as painless and easy as it could have been! I will never take my business elsewhere if I ever needed their services again and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of a tow! Not to mention he was there literally in MINUTES! Thank you Kevin your service was above and beyond and we truly appreciate it more than I can say!
A little slow getting to us but they was busy when I called. But they came at night and picked up my motorcycle. Did not charge me alot by far the most reasonable price for a wrecker in Albuquerque. Will most definitely call them again if in need of a tow.

We were on a road trip and a hose blew off (unknown at the time) leaving us with no brakes or steering. As we were in no situation to move (3500 dodge truck pulling a 53 ft race trailer), we were told that we couldn't be towed to the dealer unless we dropped the trailer, well the truck stop we pulled into (using the trailer brakes and muscle to steer) wouldn't let us drop the trailer. So my next option was to have the truck towed and the trailer as a separate tow, so I called Maria (Madrid towing) and she got me all set up. She set up a double tow one for the truck and one for the gooseneck trailer. We told Juliene (the guy towing our truck) what the problem was and he and my husband figured it out and got it changed. No need to go to the dealer and no need to store the trailer or get a rental car or room to stay any additional time in Albuquerque. They had us going and on the road. Yes we had to work in between other tows but the overall fix was less time and money, and more importantly we had fabulous customer service. Thank you very much. Not very many truly good people anymore but you will certainly find them here. Highly recommended.

************USE THIS COMPANY************ I will never, ever use another towing company! The customer service is top tier, the tow truck driver treated my car with respect. When my van broke down, it was kind of the straw that broke the camels back to a birthday weekend that started off in the dumps. Short story long, I tested positive for Covid ON my birthday. I was down, physically and emotionally. The kindness that the staff at Acme showed me was something I will never forget. A little kindness really does go a very long way and Acme showed me kindness and compassion. The tow truck driver was professional and like I said, treated my vehicle with respect. Use this company for your towing needs. You won’t regret it.

Broke down by an intersection and called acme. They have several towing companies that work with them so dispatcher was able to find someone near me. Was picked up within 10 to 15 minutes. The tow guy was very kind, understanding, professional and I felt very safe. Making an unpleasant circumstance into an easy and pleasant experience. Thank you.

Don’t use this shady company, if I could give a 0 I would. I contact them to tow my truck he claimed to be a mechanic hired him to work on my truck, he ignored my calls and messages for 2 weeks. Told me what was wrong with it, paid him he ignored my calls and messages for another two weeks. Told him I need my truck if you can’t fix it I’m going to have to take it elsewhere. After my truck was broken down for a month! I live alone need my truck for work and to buy groceries, He never gave an estimate or a deadline. Or a receipt of everything he did when he finished. He said it was fixed don’t have to. Paid him for his labor, later on I found out he did modifications to my battery wires and the end of the terminals I didn’t agree to, he bought the wrong battery so that’s probably why he modified it. The old battery was a side terminal battery he bought a top battery terminal. Don’t know if he bought it or it’s just a used battery that he had around no receipts were given to me that indicates he bought it. Stole my cbd pen, my rosary that I had in the truck is broken, my rear view mirror was broken off damaged my window, my prescription eye glasses were stole or lost there not there anymore in the glove compartment. Lost my key to my door. He said he’ll replace it never did. The very next day after getting my truck it broke down didn’t want to start in the morning shady company don’t bring your business here. Texted him that it broke down need a tow, need you to check it out thought it was fixed? Just ignored my messages. Had to take it to a different mechanic he fixed it in 1 day. Now it runs fine. Contacted him to replace the key still hasn’t answered, he’s ignoring me so bottom line don’t trust this company with your business, or property.

Don't waste your time woman answering the phone is SO RUDE hung up on me!! I'd take your money else where!! BAD BAD BUSINESS
Was the only person who would tow at the time and I was desperate, did not show up on time. I was told that they would be only 30-45 minutes and the fee was going to be 108 and some change. An hour later they aren’t here, and I get a call saying he’s between 15 and 20 away. The receptionist was polite and respectful enough but honestly, it’s not worth the money if they aren’t going to be on time. I asked for a discount because it was double the original wait time and all she did was take off the tax.
Called to request towing, I spoke with female associate and was assured our car would be picked up the next business day. We never received service. We called and left messages due to no answer. Never did receive service or returned call. Horrible customer service!

I don't know if this is the same AAA SOS operating in Frisco Tx but here is my review ......Today was a Sunday when folks were supposed to be celebrating veterans day. I had to call AAA because my car wouldn't start and the tow driver arrived within 20 minutes. He helped me jump my car and gave me some pointers on where to have the mechanics look for the problem. We drove to two different shops because Pep Boys refused to work on my car because I bought my own battery so he towed me to another shop. The driver come to find out is a Vietnam veteran and cancer survivor working on a Sunday because he enjoys helping people. I wanted to commend his customer service he was an awesome tow driver! I forgot to get his name but he works for SOS and grew up in the area.

Crappiest customer service!!!!! The tow company wouldnt spend 5 mins to help me figure out a solution to getting a car I have that does not have keys into neutral, when I called their boss he had no customer service skills either. I had spoke with them previous and explained my cars situation before a appointment was set a d was told they should be able to work with it. Not even 10 minutes after they left I had my car in neutral by popping the shifting console open. Better Business Bureau will be reported to as well.HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LAZY AND LACK THE INITIATIVE TO PUT THEIR CUSTOMERS FIRST.
If you get someone on the line they will just put you on hold and then hang up on you.
Price gauging at the criminal level. If you are walking up to their door 30 minutes before the posted closing time on Friday they lock the door right in front of you to charge more fees on Saturday. They are the rudest and will victimize you.

My car was in a wreck on I40, and I give credit to the tow truck driver for loading my car incredibly quickly and being easy to work with. However, when I went to retrieve my personal belongings, the company had already released my car to the insurance company with no release from me. I need to get things like my license plate...and now my car is further away and at a place only open M-F 8-5 which is a pain when we work and only have 1 car at the moment.
I was stranded on the freeway last Sunday when my old truck decided to quit. I called several of the familiar towing services but apparently, Sunday is not a good day to need a tow. The very friendly person I Spoke with at Santa Fe Towing explained that they were unable to assist me, but gave me the number for Car Stop Towing. The lady on the phone was very understanding and polite. She sent a truck out to rescue me in less than 30 minutes. The driver, Jesus, could not have been more professional or capable. Extremely polite and efficient. He had my truck pulled up and back home in nothing flat. Thank you Jesus and Car Stop for turning a very frustrating experience into a positive one.
Beware if your is towed and stored at their location for any reason. Son’s car was towed and he was not able to retrieve his backpack I picked up his car and his backpack, which contained his wallet was missing.
Car Stop Towing did an excellent job! The communication with me prior to their arrival at my home to pick up my car was helpful and friendly, and the driver arrived exactly when promised and on the early side of the arrival window I had been given. The driver was professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. The experience was as easy as possible.
Their towing drivers like to cut off other drivers on busy roads without directionals. Careless drivers. One of their drivers cut across 4 lanes of traffic going up the hill on 528 and didnt even use a directional while cutting in front of us. Still didnt use a directional when turning onto westside blvd either. If they drive like this with their company vehicles Im sure it’s only a matter of time till they inevitably wreck a customers during transport.

I called for a friend,they were quick to help.
I was connected with Eagle Towing through my insurance and their roadside assistance program, and service was great! The driver, Bryan, contacted me right away to get the details and location and arrived sooner than expected. He was quick and professional and helpful and it made a really awful situation at least a little better.
Bryan was fast and took care of my car well he loaded it up in the bed he made sure it was Secure and safe to take to my mechanic
Bryan came to tow our car after an accident. The car wouldn't shift into neutral and was in a tricky location almost in traffic. Bryan arrived and had the car on the truck in less than 10 minutes. He was great and friendly too. A bright spot in a sad morning.
Excellent towing company, especially for BMW's. Very fast service and reliable.

Amables pero bien Caro
The over the phone customer service was horrible. My car got stolen and towed to their lot and the lady was 0% helpful in anyway. I'm not looking forward in to go pick up this car just by how the lady made me feel over the phone. Horrible service would have rather my car have stayed stolen than deal with this place. 👌

They are pretty cool here. Their directions are clear and concise. They have a hard job dealing with tense customers who if they are anything like me are heart broken to see their car like that. It's nice to have a process that runs smoothly and good customer service.

They patrol our apartments, “strict parking enforcement” no parking in the back, for tenants only. There are restaurants that host events where cars will be parked throughout our complex and will not be towed. When the company does their drive-through, it’s usually around 11pm/ midnight and if they cannot see tenants parking tags we get towed. Tenants have to deal with being bullied by this towing company, however traffic from surrounding businesses fills our lot regularly, as long as they’re gone before 10pm $265 for an SUV
The dispatch was great and showed respect, great listening skills, and was quick to get back to me. The owner was also very responsive and helpful. Enchantment towing was easy to get a hold of even after hours, and I was on my way within less than an hour. I would recommend their services.
like everyone here who has left a bad review, i too was very upset to wake up and see my car gone from my apartment. that’s the consequence you get when you’re not up to date with your things. i went over to enchantment towing and i spoke with Kyla, i have to say she is the SWEETEST person i have ever dealt with. i went in expecting rude people and terrible service, but Kyla was far from that. she helped me so much that i felt like giving her a huge hug.! she gave me information and also gave me an extension to do what i needed to do with my car. i also talked with a gentlemen there (who’s name i didn’t catch) but he was also very nice and very helpful.! point is, go in mad and rude and yelling, you’ll get the same treatment back.! you have to give respect to get respect, plain and simple. thank you enchantment towing for your help and for being so kind.!
I don't know why they have all of these horrible reviews. They were genuinely SO nice and the process of getting my car back was very easy and painless. Plus, they have the cutest pups! It was my fault my car got towed, they are just doing their job.
Just had a call as my car was towed. I called them , they picked, said “hello” and started hearing racial slurs. So not professional. Get your car towed even with the handicap sign is difficult. Super rude people! Apparently this is their “professional behavior and conduct business with respect “ . Update: we came in to collect the vehicle- the lady was professional and she said she will look into the recordings. That was a ray of hope.

They are okay but very tight nit to ensure no theft which is good 👍. Not a lot of places have that.
These people are the rudest people I have ever delt with. And there flipping rules to get stuff out of you vehicle is absurd. One person, no phones, and then they get all pissed off to actually have to let you in. They were the two company APD had on rotation that day and we offered to pay out of pocket to have it taken to our automotive shop and the driver said he'll no I have other cars to get. So we were forced to use these rude people anyways if you can avoid them when you need a tow I would recommend it!

Worst service ever!! Extremely rude and unprofessional. I would have never used this company but the sheriff’s department chose the tow company. Because it was a rollover we really were not with it to choose our own tow company. For everyone reading these reviews, beware of this company!!! By the way, you better have cash because supposedly their credit card machine is down.
READ the reviews before you hire is the lesson here. Had we read the reviews prior we wouldn't have used Mak Towing. I would give a 0 if that was available. We were broke down on a two way street and were unable to swap trailers safely . Both of our trucks were in the same location. We needed a tow under 200 miles to the nearest shop. We asked Mak Towing to help us swap trailers where we wouldn't have to drive 200 extra miles out of the way to swap. My two drivers helped the tow truck driver unhook and re-hook up. To swap trailers Mak Towing charged us an extra $1000.00. The total invoice was $2453.85 cash only for a tow under 200 miles with my drivers helping with the labor.
