Police called for tow after my son was in a bad accident. Stans towing charged $175 for towing, $200 for road service, $46.57 for delivery service and $315 for storage service while my son was in the hospital for 3 weeks. Total $736.57
I’ll probably never call these people ever again I had a young black man come over and move my grandpa’s car he didn’t even wanna see what I was talking about or where I want, the car moved to at least see or try he Have to go to attitude that you think people with this job I make that much money would have
Just don't. Took them an hour to get to me when I was on the same street as them. Cheap price but they dropped my car off at the garage without informing anyone it was even there. Then put the key in the ignition and left without a word. I lost an entire day of repairs because of their laziness. Never again.
I recommend Stan’s Towing, Alex was very knowledgeable and kind while explaining what was wrong with my car and recommended me to Eric who was able to quickly let me know what was wrong with my car and gave me very reasonable prices. They’ve been very pleasant to work with and I will be pointing people in their direction for any car concerns!
After being in an accident, Progressive insurance told us we had to have our non drivable vehicle to a local approved shop. Lenny's Collision was not too far so we agreed to go there. Lenny's prefers to use Stans towing. Unfortunately the Tow Truck operator did not apply care and caution when loading our vehicle. Their actions caused over $3000 in additional damages. No body from their business has reached out or honored the damages that they caused. When I addressed the issue with Jimmy he was abrasive and told me he did not accept any responsibility! Moral of the story... unless going to a junk yard.... Don't use them, it will only cost more in the long run. So Frustrating!
