I've had the unfortunate circumstance of having to use towing services twice. Both times have been excellent experiences with both the dispatcher on the phone and the driver. They listen to your needs and provide the proper equipment and expertise to handle your vehicle with care. While I hope to not need their services again, I have their number saved and they will be my first call should the need arise.
The driver who came out (I'm sorry, I'm not great with names) was very friendly and professional. He gave my dad’s truck a quick jump (his battery was old) and we were on our way. Wait time wasn’t bad. Would definitely recommend. Not sire on price because its been a while since ive had to call for any help.
I used Millennium Towing to move my motorcycle from storage to my residence. The towing team consisted of Cody and Tony. They were courteous, professional, and gave great care when loading and unloading the bike onto and off the tow truck. I had a great experience with the service and would definitely recommend Millennium for your towing needs.

Why is it when you need it the most, your phone loses charge? I was so impressed that my driver had a variety of phone chargers in his truck and I was able to recharge over our long drive to my house. I'd had a very stressful day and my car breaking down was almost too much. My driver was so great that I, too, felt recharged by the time he got me home. Excellent customer service!
This place is a little pricier than most but a pretty awesome place. I was told it might be 2 hours before they could get to me, which was the wait time for all the places i called, but he came a little over an hour early. Todd was a really cool guy and very personable. He also did me a favor by taking my key and info to the mechanic for me so i didn't have to wait for my ride to come get me and do it myself.
I had to call multiple times to get updates. I was 20 mins. An hour went by and I called again then I was told 45 mins. Another hour went by an I called again. Dispatcher said he was enroute and could not give me an ETA because the GPS was not working. My EMS crew had to wait over 2 hours to get a tow. I will never be using this company again.
Service was speedy, courteous and inexpensive to boot! Asked for a survey from the driver, I believe his name was Josh or Jason. Sorry to the driver if he doesn't get his bonus, I have a terrible memory and he really deserves to be rewarded for taking care of customers this way. Helped me out of a tight and dangerous spot on 75 south after a breakdown. Will use millenium again if I ever need a tow, best experience I've ever had with a tow truck hands down.
I unfortunately don't recall the driver's name, but when I needed a professional hauler for my "baby," he stepped up and did a great job. I have a lowered, highly modified Wagon that wouldn't start; Millennium got there within ~20 minutes, loaded up my vehicle with impressive care and attention to detail, got me home in a timely fashion and even helped me push my car into the garage afterwards. Great guy, good company, fair price. They will be my first call for a Tow from here on out.

WORST IN CINCINNATI!!worst customer service possible .....I was lied to from the beginning than charged 3 times the average price!!! I paid in full NO CHOICE....Now my truck has full locked rear end ...SCAM!!! SCAM !!SCAM!!!
My 19 year old daughter was involved in a bad car accident. Cincinnati Police used Northgate Towing. Once discharged from the hospital, we went to pick up her personal belongings from the vehicle. Keiron went above and beyond helping us. He took her license plate off (we had no tools), offered us a garbage bag to collect her belongs. Such small gestures but they mean so much when you have just gone through traumatic things. Highly recommend.
My son needed assistance after an early morning run in with a deer. North gate towing responded immediately and was extremely friendly. Mark the driver was super helpful and even sent a confirmation text after dropping off our vehicle.
Called AAA @ 1:55PM. They said towing service within 2 hours. Called after 2 hours and AAA said the call was 'cleared' by Northgate Towing as driver said he was onsight. AAA issued a new ID # and I rec'd a text with a link to follow driver progress. The link stated driver was 14-20 min out. I called after 25 min and the dispatcher said it would now be before 9:45PM as the driver had 2 calls ahead of me. After I complained they graciously switched me to another towing company which called me within 10 min to arrange pick-up. How can AAA do business with a company who blows off two separate calls with false information? I was at Sam's Club on N Bend Rd so it wasn't an out of the way pick-up.
On 8-4-2024 we called AAA for a tow on our car at 11:30. We were told North Gate towing would be coming to us. At 12:15 we called again and were told that North Gate came, waited 7 minutes and didn't find us. We gave specific directions as to where were in the parking garage at Hard Rock casino and they never called us to find where we were parked. We decided to drive our car to North Bend road to eat at Taco Bell. As we got off the exit the car started to smoke. So we pulled into the Taco Bell parking lot and let the car cool down while we ate our food. After finishing we tried to start the car and the car wouldn't start so we called AAA again and were told that North Gate towing would be out at 3:30. It was about 2:30 when we called. We waited until 3:45 again with no call, and called AAA again only to find out no one could get to us until 6:30.. So we left keys in the car and and took Uber home. Very disappointed with service provided by North Gate towing
