I can’t express how much Steve at Tuffy’s turned what seemed like such a chaotic moment for me into one where I felt so much peace. I’m sure when they got my call that I needed my Tesla towed they weren’t too thrilled, but they never showed it. Steve stood in the rain and made sure we were both as safe and as dry as possible while towing my vehicle. He was so personable while making sure to take extra care of my car. Tuffy's did a GREAT job for me yesterday. My call was answered immediately (and by a person!) and handled in a friendly, professional way with a reasonable estimated wait time and price quote. The driver arrived and was also professional, friendly, and patient as I had to navigate through how to prep a Tesla for loading onto the tow truck. We got the car to its destination and he was equally careful in the unloading. I highly recommend Tuffy's Towing and will call them first next time I need to be towed.
Last weekend, was the first time that my car has broken down in my life. I am a young adult not from the Columbus area and have no experience in situations like these. As the sun was beginning to set, I began to panic by calling all the surrounding tow truck places. When the customer service representative from Tuffy's answered the phone he began to help me find the quickest solution which really was helpful which calmed me down a lot. When the tow truck arrived, the gentleman driving the truck came very quickly and brought a lot of good energy which made my day soooo much better. Give me an estimated time of arrival and an exact cost for changing my tire on my car. The gentleman was very polite. Knew exactly what to do of course. It went very smoothly and I am happy. Quick side note, I got text messaging from six different phone numbers. It was kind of ridiculous. Still a five star experience.

One of the most caring companies i have ever met! Me and my fiancé were stranded in columbus and nobody could or would help us get all the way back to Findlay. We sat stranded for 4 hours and finally called them and they immediately accepted to help us. The tow truck driver Mitchell was one of the most amazing individuals I have ever met in my life. I had a great conversation with him on the ride home. Such an amazing person and so sweet! I just met the guy and I already consider him my friend. On top of that, the dispatcher and the boss talked over the radio to us and congratulated me and my fiancé on our engagement and our child coming soon in March 2026 as well as Mitchell the driver! I had a great experience with Board and James Towing. The dispatcher was incredibly kind and helpful. She was very patient and made everything clear. The tow truck arrived quickly, and the driver was just as friendly and professional. Gabriel came out sooner than expected. He was so professional and pleasant. He knen knew he was helping a frightened senior citizen who was also disabled at night and stranded. Samuel was dispatched to me for a tire change and I was in one of the most inconvenient places off the interstate. He had to go out of his way to get to me and when he arrived he was very personable and professional. He was able to plug my tire and put it back on instead of putting on the spare which saves me from having to get back to a tire shop right away. He even called later to make sure I made it to my destination ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to call Excellent Towing again. Thank you Samuel!

My nephew‘s car died on the way home from Georgia back to DC. Since He is a international student and could not speak English very well. So I helped him called Asap Towing Company. The super nice gentleman answered all my questions and very quickly arrived to the place and moved my nephew’s car to a auto shop. He also helped my nephew jumped start the vehicle and rolled up car windows with out any additional charge. I really want recommend his excellent service to anyone!

Wayne saved our bacon! We needed a car towed about 2 hours away and AAA refused to send a truck. We called Asap Towing and he was able to come out quickly and pick up our suburban. Although I had a not so great experience (which happens in business), I was honestly heard and offered to make things right very promptly. I have great respect for a company that can admit mistakes and make things right, and Capital did just that. That's a hard ethic to find in this industry!
My daughter was down to the Fair and had her car towed. Fair enough she shouldn't have parked where she did but the towing company ended up causing front end damage to the car. Also she gets there to pick up car and let's them know her info is in the car to which they reply she can't get it and needs someone else to show proof of ID .. while her boyfriend who doesn't have a license and never has, shows proof of a state ID and is allowed to get her car which is registered in her name and allowed without a driver's license but a state ID to drive it out of the impound. Please make this make sense. So can I just come there with a state ID and get anyone's car out of impound?
Trever did an amazing job making sure that my trailer didn’t receive any more damage to it and that it was secure before towing it away, then he made sure that my trailer was ready and secure to drive away from the towing yard. I recommend this towing service to anyone in need of a tow and I recommend Trever to be the one to do the job. He has great customer service skills and he’s great at his job

Was on the side of 85 a few miles out ...came within 30 mins!
Charlie provided a quick, easy and excellent tow service for me. He was professional, extremely polite and super knowledgeable about my tow. Pricing was the best in town and he treated my car with care- he even thanked ME for using his business. Highly recommend over other tow companies.
Shane was amazing. We were passing through the area when my car broke down at 10pm. He was there within 45 minutes of calling and was thorough with communication and his ETA. He also sent pictures of my vehicle dropped off at the dealership.
They are less than honest. I was told it would be a $50 charge to change my tire. They charged me $55 instead. When I complained, I was told that the extra $5 was a "credit card fee" charged by the credit card company. Mr Big Tow's didn't bother to tell me about the extra fee, they just took it and waited until I complained, then won't even make it right. After posting this, someone from the company told me he talked to the driver, who lied and told him I had authorized the $5 fee. I told them the driver was lying. After a few text messages, they DID refund my $5.
My son was in the hospital in Columbus, and I was in Atlanta. I had to find someone to tow his car back to his apartment. When I called Mr. Big Tows and talked to them, they were happy to help. When they arrived, there was no one to sign for the car, but they were able to park it in a safe place, and sent me a photo showing the car's location. This all sounds like it went easily, but it did not. First I sent them to the wrong location, but they helped me figure out what went wrong and found the real location. Then when we thought someone else was at home, they weren't. I didn't know the apartment number; just the street address. On top of that, it was on Veterans Day, so a holiday as well. But through it all, they remained respectful and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

WARNING!! THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU AND DESTROY YOUR CAR!!! My brother and I recently had our Ford focus towed by these guys and they completely destroyed the transmission. We know it wasn't our fault because we had the car checked just 3 weeks prior and it was in near-perfect condition. A simple Google search will tell you that if you tow a front-wheel drive car, you MUST tow it with it's front wheels off the ground or the drag will generate heat which will severely damage the transmission. I guess these guys have some really incompetent people working for them because they failed to tow the car properly, damaged it severely (a $4,800 fix btw), and then refused to take responsibility; Claiming we must've been the cause for the damage. Their staff is rude, they'll damage your car, then try to foot you with the bill. For anyone who's been towed by these guys, call your insurance amd have them fight for you! I'm gonna be in contact with a lawyer.

They basically stole and damaged 2 of my cars they took my first car for no reason in 24 hours when the contract with our apartment contract states before they tow any car they must give atleast 72 hours they did it In less than 24 hours I went there next day to get my car my keys and couple other items where missing I left my keys in car because my mechanic was supposed get car next day get ready for car show.few days later day after Easter they took my newer cadillac the car I drive everyday I come outside the maintenance man said they just towed your car I say why didn't you tell me he said towtruck guy told him not to because he already had it hooked they didn't even give 24 hours saying it was double parked the front desk at my apartment said they should not have touched it my attorney made front desk give me the contract they have with pro tow I text them copy of contract they brung my other car back but refuse to reimburse me for my other car I had pay get back when I went to get my other car out first day they said I need license I said but you know who I am you got one car plus I called and spoke to u I was trying to pay to stop charges the woman said I needed insurance card or title next day I found old insurance card caught Uber up there then she said this expired I told her current one in car can I please go back get it she wouldn't let me says now I need title I had go get title wait in line for 4 hours I want too post the contract guy not calling me back so I guess I'll have to take them to court I was able to post picks of contract and the damage that was done to both cars I posted contract they erased it you guys said reason was double parked was it double parked or did someone tell you to tow why when I showed you contract you brung my car back but don't want reimburse me but my lawyer needs to know was it you that towed on your own or where you told buy management because Monday morning my lawyer will be going downtown so far to file against you if front desk told you I suggest you let me know by tomorrow morning and brung my other car keys missing I suggest you tell me before he files everything I have including this will be submitted as evidence

One of the fastest and most professional tow companies that I've ever had to use! Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous! The truck operator had my lowered Evo on the flatbed in about 5 min, didn't damage the bumper or trim at all! They're now my first and probably only place I'll be calling for a tow!

DO NOT GO HERE. They people answering the phones are extremely disrespectful. Day shift don’t know what towing trucks to use for vehicles that can’t go into neutral, they’re super unprofessional and disrespectful. I put in road side assistance through insurance. Spent from 4am-10:30am on this exhausted because auto insurance kept screwing up and couldn’t figure put how to submit basic road side assistance. So I’m calling this place when insurance says it went through when it didn’t. Finally goes through and I remembered 4am shift said my truck needs a wheel lift snatch towing truck as mine cannot go into neutral. Their driver says on the way but wrong truck. So I call back again. Hey you guys have wrong truck. Without saying anything they put and leave me on hold. I call back again. They keep playing hold game. Finally someone answers who says ok we are sending right truck. With no word outs on hole. I call back to ask if there’s out of pocket cost. They say yes. Insurance says no. I ask to speak to supervisor. Hang up. Call back. They see my number answer without saying anything, hole. Call back over and over to talk to someone. Hold hold hold hold hold. Used a strangers phone to call. They answer. “Hey the next person who puts me on hold to avoid speaking to me is going to piss me off. Then sent tower with wrong truck. Then I called in. Every time I called and they saw my number they put me on hold and wouldn’t answer. Like ten times. I am in the middle of needing my tow fixed. And so I call on strangers number. And say put me on phone with supervisor now because they keep throwing me on hold without speaking to me so they don’t have to fix their mistake. Hold again. Going on 2 hours of sleep. Wildly unprofessional. Hope your boss sees this. You guys shouldn’t be in business with how you all act and treat customers on the phone when they’re just trying to get your screw ups fixed
Absolutely terrible service. I called Acura roadside assistance, and they sent this company to help jump-start my car. They first told me they’d arrive in 7 minutes, then 15 minutes when I called again, and after another call they said it would take 60 more minutes. Completely disrespectful and a huge waste of time. Glad I cancelled their service. I would never recommend them.
The best of the best! I was stuck on base & my wait time didn’t exceed 10 minutes. Not only did they tow from base to my next location but did a long haul. From Columbus to Lithia Springs & offered the best price & picked up my inoperable vehicle at a timely manner compared to anyone else. Customer service was more than excellent. They also towed my peers cars, they cannot be beat!
I requested a tow from AAA, expecting a 2 hour wait as usual. Instead, Larry from Coles showed up in less than an hour with a smile! He was so helpful, thoughtful of my kids, and to care of everything. Thank you for answering the call!!
The worse experience. I needed a tow on 26th from Columbus to Newnan. Spoke with Justin and he told m that they are very busy and will get to the car next morning at 9am and to leave the keys in the car. I did exactly that. I followed up the next day around 5pm and no one had touched the car as it was still sitting in a parking lot with the keys being inside the car. Justin assured me that they will definitely get to it on 27th and now it’s the next day and No one had gotten to my car. I just spoke with the shop to find out they canceled my tow….? Wait what?? You promised me the car with be towed from last 2 days and all of sudden; you canceled it. I don’t know how they conduct business this way. They are in huge liability if my car is stolen. Worse way to operate. The owner should either don’t take work orders or do the job they got paid for.
