Awesome. Towed my hummer h3 to my house when the alternator went out. The guy who answered my call was friendly and had all the answers to my questions. Told me it would be about a 50 min wait but ended up being around 35 40 mins. The wrecker driver was super friendly and we talked the whole trip to my house. It made the whole process alot less stressful. Breaking down on the way to work sucks but the guys at Neptune made it so much more tolerable. Just want to say thanks to everyone there. And will recommend them to anyone I know that might need their service. I know they ll be the first I'll call should I need a tow in the future..thanks again Nepture.
Remi cool name! Called and told me everything worked out and he delivered my truck to the tire shop. How much more customer service can yo get then that?!? I spoke with Danny the day before on a Sunday because the tire shop wasn't going to open until Monday. They assured me all would be ok as long as my truck was pulled in straight so they could roll it on or however they do it. It worked out so good I only had to uber to get my keys to the tire shop. Thank you Neptune for your service! And especially Remi and Danny for calming my nerves!

Needed roadside and was assigned them through Uber. They gave a time of 60 minutes. It’s been 2 hours and they still aren’t here, they won’t answer their phone or anything. I now know I shouldn’t rely on roadside packages or clubs but I still feel like answering the phone is the least you can do once you’ve accepted an offer for a job. Wish I could leave there side of the story at this point. I still have yet to hear anything from them directly and were well into hour two of the 60 minute eta. Good luck if you get them through a 3rd party!

MIKLOS TOWING IN TULSA DID AN AMAZING JOB TOWING MY HUSBANDS PORSCHE☺️. I requested a flatbed a day before and scheduled the tow service in tulsa early in the morning. A Repo truck has been sent to help instead. I WAS SHOCKED !! My husbands porsche has air bags and is very low and we could not get it into neutral. Other tow companies in tulsa wanted to drag it with "skates/soap even oil" I WAS NOT GOING TO ALLOW THAT😑 THANKFULLY I FOUND OUT MIKLOS TOWING KNOWS HOW TO HANDLE THESE KINDS OF SPECIAL VEHICLES WHEN THEY ARE LOCKED 👍🏽 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKLOS TOWING IN TULSA, THANK YOU JOSE & OSCAR !!!🫶🏽❤️
Great people ! Only towing service I recommend in Tulsa. They explained the proper procedure on picking up abandoned cars or fire lanes and handicaps made a lot of sense and the paperwork. I have 23 properties and these guys have definitely won me over compared to other companies. Highly recommend no doubt about them
The owner and team are amazing, we had a car drop dead in inola and called for service they answered immediately and came to the rescue. Amazing prices compared to the bigger companies and super respectful and honest. I won't use any other wrecker service for my needs in the future.

Called him on A cold night right after the little snow storm we got. Daughters car broke down. Called other tow companies and it was 3 plus hour wait and very expensive. Called Mike and 25 minutes later he was there and at a very affordable price. From now on he is the only one I will call first!!!
Dispatch will send out a truck that can’t even pull your vehicle after waiting 3 and a half hours. The rating they have (1/5) is being too nice. Worst towing company in Oklahoma. If you use them get ready to wait minimum 6 hours.
Derrick, my tow driver, was prompt and professional. I didn't wait long for Derrick to get there and enjoyed the conversation on the way home too. Also, Mike's beat the lowest bid from from other tow companies by 50 bucks!!!!I Great service and great rates!

My Car Broke Down off 121 in Glenpool. St Michael’s Towing Came and took my car to the Address I gave them to get it fixed. The Two men were So Nice. This company is a scam. Do NOT use under any circumstances! They will bs you on arrival times and basically steal your car, then make you pay more to "get it out of impound". Their own inpound. then pay for another tow from their inpound lot to the original location lmao. My situation was a simple tow 15 mins away. It did not involve the police or anything. Totally dishonest

Answer service states you can pick up your belongings with a title, OR insurance verification. After driving all the way after having a wreck the employee states you need the title. But that’s not what their answering service says. Also if your 3 minutes passed 5pm you get a $20 charge for “after hours” having a fee for “after hours” when this is a 24 hour tow yard is odd. It’s unfortunate this place sucks so much. I wish insurance wouldn’t even pay them for the tow service. They should probably update their answering service.
I had an outstanding experience with Doug from Allied Towing of Tulsa! He provided me with a smooth and professional ride to the dealership in his truck, making the whole process so much easier. Our truck would not staying running to get to the repair shop so Tim with Speedy’s came to help us. He did a great job manipulating the truck from our driveway under tree to get it loaded. He loaded it and delivered it to the repair shop. Service was very prompt.
My car was towed by Speedy’s because of miscommunication between my apartment complex and myself (which was infuriating in and of itself), and my interactions with Speedy’s personnel because of this was mixed at best. For a first impression of Speedy’s, it was negative; their tow truck driver (an older man) was extremely rude to me. And look, I can understand a lot of people beg/plead for their cars, so some emotional distance is called for in this business, but flinging cigarette ash at me and telling me to call the # on the truck is NOT peak customer service. A simple, “I’m sorry for the inconvenience, there’s nothing I can do at this point, please call the business number and they can help you” would’ve gone a long way. Whereas my call to their line, and their secretary, was more positive. She listened, gave me their address and said she would call right back when my car was in their system, with the cost. In about an hour I got the call and was quoted a price of $289.88, their hours, etc. This is where another negative aspect pops up, as I have some serious qualms with their business practices. #1: Despite saying they’re open 24/7, I was told after 5 pm, they give a surcharge price of $80 on top of what was quoted. So if you have no way to get there before 5 (like, say, you have a regular 9-to-5 job… or everyone you know does), you’re paying extra. That just seems scummy. #2: Likewise, if you decide to try to pick up your car the next day during regular hours to avoid that surcharge… you still pay extra. So no matter what, you’re paying over the quoted price. So that kicks the scum factor up by a factor of 10. #3: Was told they’re cash only and can only do exact change. Um, in this day and age, WHY IN GODS NAME ARE YOU CASH ONLY? AND WHY EXACT CHANGE ONLY? It feels like it’s that way so if there’s any miscommunication of the price, it allows Speedy’s to keep the car longer and then charge even more money from you if you pass by an arbitrary time limit. So kick up the scum factor by 50 at this point. But, like I said, the gal on the other end was nice, understanding and relayed all this info (including I’d need License, registration, insurance, etc). So thank god I had a friend who could A: take me to the bank to get exact change and B: drive me to the place so I can get my car back. And here’s the kicker: you know how I said the whole “Pay exact change in cash” thing seems like it could be abused? Well, after getting there with the exact amount I was quoted over the phone (for reference, it was $289.88), I was instead quoted $291.54. It was evidently a gas-per-mile Oklahoma towing law or something they tried explaining to me as I did everything I could not to scream. Thankfully, my friend actually did have some cash on him and made up the $1.66 difference… but I can just imagine someone being told that, trying to rush to the bank to get out that extra bit of money, only to not make it back in time. So kick that sleeze and scum factor up to 100. I will give the people behind the window credit though, they were kind to me and everyone who was there, plus I overheard them talking about how the whole situation with my apartment complex was messed up. Also, the man who took me to my car and showed me out was kind and funny. The phone secretary, the people behind the counter and the man who took me to my car are the sole reason this place is getting a two. I was temped to give a three because of them, but the guy who towed my car (and was more dismissive than he needed to be) and the overall business practices of Speedy’s are definitely one-star material. It comes off as exploitative, sleezy and scummy… and I can’t give a score higher than a two based on that.
Stranded on turnpike with no spare tire on rental van is not a good day. Darren from Speedy’s was a true kind, knowledgeable and professional driver. I can’t thank him enough for his quick thinking and getting the van to tire center for repair. Darren thank you from my family. You are a true American. God bless you and your family.
I usually have good experiences with speedys since my car has been towed a lot but not today. The driver did not listen to my request since I know how my car can be towed and damaged my car in the process now I need a new rear bumper that I cannot afford so THANK YOU SPEEDYS. I will never use this company again. 👍🏻

Worst tow truck company ever will illegally tow your vehicle not only that also will withhold your identification / registration if it is in vehicle my boyfriend left his wallet in vehicle was towed for whatever reason then owner would not let him get his belongings such as wallet which had everything we needed in it made us go to tag agency to get temp id & had to get a new registration! Ridiculous not a trust worthy company looks sketchy as well.
They are awesome because out of nowhere he helped me tow my car out of the Water on Sheridan this last storm. He was a god sent 100%
All they do is drive in apartment parking lots find vehicle and grab one pray on people with nicer vehicles that will have the cash to get out

Over a couple of decades I've used several rigging companies, a couple were just OK at best. Then I reached out to Taylor around 10 yrs ago, since then I've only used them and a few of their supervisors. However, Perch is the reason I have used them over the past several years. He is an amazing person That I don't have to worry about the safety of his/my people or the equipment, He genially cares about both. as it shows in his professional work. Perch has moved/Installed over 50 large pieces of equipment for me and Jim knows when I call, who to send. I highly recommend Perch and Taylor crane for all your rigging needs.

If I could give this company minus stars I would. The police had this Company pick my vehicle up after another car had caught my car on fire.Now the back of my truck was burned, but that was itheoretically.I could have gotten in the truck and drove it away if the police had let me.But this company Wanted to charge me $6400 for towing my truck to their fish facilities. There was only a little bit of broken glass from my truck. Nothing else was literally wrong with it. But the company said because of remediation. And other words clean up. They were charging me $6400. This company is a rip-off. They rob people at the worst time in their lives. They are absolutely the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Don't ever use them. I've included a pic so you can see there was literally nothing for them to clean up they took full advantage of the situation. Again worst company ever!!!

Rodney was awesome had a flat tire that St. Michaels towing couldn't get the tire off..said it was seized. Rodney popped my tire off in less than 2 minutes! Highly Recommend
Do not use this company. Five hours I waited for their truck. They never called or texted. AAA assigned the tow to another company and the driver called me in 5 minutes. Do not use this company. Zero stars.
1 star because there's no choice for less. Never showed for the tow. Lady who answered the phone was less than desirable to speak with much less completely un use ful as far as information goes. After being placed on hold and listened to the recorded message of how great the company was 🙄 she came back to repeat what she already repeated 5 times before.... Worst attempted tow I have ever had. Fortunately ST MICHAELS TOWING responded quickly after waiting over 8 hours for Morgan Towing. ST MICHAELS was Professional. Communicative and did a great job! 5 stars for ST MICHAELS TOWING!!
